Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Occupationa Health and Safety (K3) and Work Discipline on the Performance of PT Maja Agung Elektrindo Tangerang Employees partiay or simultaneously. The method used in this method is a quantitative approach, the population is 57 people by taking a saturated sample or a total of 57 respondents. Data anaysis uses vaidity tests, reliability tests, classica assumption tests, regression anaysis, determination anaysis and hypothesis testing. Based on the analysis results, it was obtained that the caculated f value > f table or (9.147 > 3.17), this was aso confirmed with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. Thus Ho3 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted, so it is concluded that Occupationa Heath (K3) (X1) on Work Discipline (X2) has a simultaneous influence on Work Performance (Y).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of competence and work environment on employee performance at Bina Insan Madani Foundation partially and simultaneously. The method used is quantitative method. Respondents in this study amounted to 58 people. Data analysis using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression test, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are Competence has a significant effect on employee performance with a detemination value of 31% and in the hypothesis test obtained tcount 5.017> ttabel 1.672 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. The work environment has a significant effect on employee performance with a determination coefficient value of 28.3% with the hypothesis test obtained tcount 4,703 > ttabel 1.672 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Competence and Work Environment simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance with the regression equation Y = 10292 + 0.379 X1 + 0,385 X2. The correlation value is 0.670, which means that the independent variable and the dependent variable have a strong level of relationship. with the dependent variable has a strong level of relationship. The coefficient of determination is 44.9%. Hypothesis testing obtained Fcount 22.432 > Ftabel 3.16, this is reinforced by the ρvalue of 0.000 <0.05. Thus, then H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that there is simultaneous significant influence between competence, work environment and employee performance at Bina Insan Madani Foundation Depok City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of leadership style and work motivation on employee performance at PT Tata Epic Pratama Tangerang. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated sampling and a sample of 62 respondents was obtained. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, determination coefficients and hypothesis tests. The results of this study simultaneously had a significant effect on employee performance with regression Y = 8.325 + 0.413 (X1) + 0.398 (X2), the correlation coefficient value was 0.771 where the value was in the interval of 0.620 to 0.799. Meanwhile, the value of the determination coefficient (R Square) was 0.594 (59.4%). Leadership style and work motivation simultaneously had a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 8.325 + 0,413 (X1) + 0,398 (X2). The value of the determination coefficient was 59.4% while the remaining 40.6% was influenced by other factors. The hypothesis test was obtained with an F value calculated > F table or (43.228 > 2.760).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of online recruitment and company reputation on interest in applying for jobs among Gen Z users of the TikTok platform at PT. Indonesian Iced Tea Research was conducted among Generation Z users of the TikTok platform, with a population consisting of individuals born between 1995-2010, with a total of 96 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, while data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires online to 96 respondents. This study uses a quantitative approach. The collected data was analyzed using SPSS 26 software. Data analysis used validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The research results show that company reputation has a significant and positive impact on interest in applying for jobs, while online recruitment also has a positive and significant influence on interest in applying for jobs. Based on the results of the analysis, the value of t calculated > t tally altalu (7.694 > 1.98552) means that H01 is rejected and Hal1 is accepted, this shows that there is a positive and significant influence on Online Recruitment Alntalral (X1) in relation to Employee Hiring (Y) . and the value of t calculated > t tallel altalu (6.165 >1.98552) means that H02 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted, this shows that there is a positive influence which is significant in terms of the overall reputation of the company (X2) on the employee turnover interest (Y). The value of Fcount > Ftable (40,549 > 3.09), this is also confirmed by the significance of 0.000 < 0.05. Thus, Ho3 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted, so it can be concluded that the variables Online Recruitment (X1) and Company Reputation (X2) have a joint (simultaneous) effect on Interest in Applying for a Job (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and work loyalty on employee performance at PT Roda Prima Lancar Tangerang City, both partially and simultaneously. The sampling technique used a saturated sample technique totaling 60 employees. Data collection techniques through primary and secondary data. The research method used is quantitative which is associative. The results showed that work environment and work loyalty had an effect on employee performance with a regression equation of Y = 2.272 + 0.239 X₁ + 0.647 X₂ with a coefficient of determination of 76.5%. The results of hypothesis testing partially affect the work environment on employee performance with the test results t count> t table or 3.756> 1.67155; then Ho₁ is rejected, and Ha₁ is accepted. Partially, work loyalty affects employee performance with the test results of t count> t table or 7.220> 1.67155; then Ho₂ is rejected, and Ha₂ is accepted. The results of hypothesis testing simultaneously the value of F count> F table or 93.031> 3.159; then Ho₃ is rejected, and Ha₃ is accepted. Thus it can be concluded that the results of the study indicate that the work environment and work loyalty affect employee performance at PT Roda Prima Lancar Tangerang City.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan serta untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh stres kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT BNI Life Insurance Jakarta. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan total sampling/sampel jenuh yang berjumlah 50 karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui data primer dan sekunder. Teknik analisis  data menggunakan statistik deskriptif, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, uji heteroskedastisitas, analisis regresi linier sederhana, analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis koefisien korelasi, uji t dan uji f. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Secara parsial terdapat pengaruh yang siginifikan antara stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT BNI Life Insurance Jakarta, hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan dari persamaan regresi linier sederhana Y = 24,257 + 0,318 X1 dan nilai ????h???????????????????? 3,197> ???????????????????????? 2,009 dengan signifikan 0,002 < 0,05. (2) Secara parsial terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT BNI Life Insurance Jakarta, hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan dari persamaan regresi linier sederhana Y = 21,093 + 0,410 X2 dan nilai ????h???????????????????? 4.230 > ???????????????????????? 2,009 dengan signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. (3) Secara simultan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara stres kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT BNI Life Insurance Jakarta, hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan dari persamaan regresi linier berganda Y = 7.630 + 0.343X1 + 0.429X2, nilai korelasi sebesar 0.602, serta nilai ????h???????????????????? 13,335> ???????????????????????? 3,18 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Debt to Equity Ratio, Net Profit Margin and Total Asset Turnover on Company Value at PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk for the 2013-2023 Period. The method used in this study is to use a quantitative method with several data analysis techniques including Descriptive Statistical Test, Classical Assumption Test, Model Feasibility Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, and t Hypothesis Testing using SPSS software version 26. The results of this study indicate that Debt to Equity Ratio has an effect on Price to Book Value, this is evidenced by the results of the hypothesis test (t-test), Debt to Equity Ratio has a t count value of 5.845> t table 2.365 and a significance value of 0.001 <0.05. Net Profit Margin does not affect Price to Book Value, this is proven by the results of hypothesis testing (t-test), Net Profit Margin has a calculated t value of -0.885 <t table -2.365 and a significance value of 0.405>0.05. Then the results of the Total Asset Turnover study do not affect Price to Book Value, this is proven by the results of hypothesis testing (t-test), Total Asset Turnover has a calculated t value of 1.165 <t table 2.365 and a significance value of 0.282> 0.05. Then the Debt to Equity Ratio, Net Profit Margin and Total Asset Turnover influence Price to Book Value, this is proven by the results of simultaneous testing (f-test), the f count value is 24,927 > f table 4,35 and the significance value is 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the physical work environment and work motivation on employee performance. This research was conducted by analyzing the performance of employees of the Finance & Treasury Department at PT. SiCepat Express Indonesia, South Jakarta. Both partially and simultaneously. This research model uses associative quantitative research methods. In this research there are 3 variables, namely the physical work environment (X1) and work motivation (X2) which are independent variables and employee performance (Y) is the dependent variable. The objects of this research are employees of the Finance & Treasury Department at PT. SiCepat Ekspress Indonesia as many as 79 people. The sampling technique uses a population research sample in calculations up to an error rate of 5% so that the sample studied was 79 respondents. Data analysis used in this research uses classical assumption tests, simple and multiple linear regression tests and also hypothesis testing. Based on the SPSS Version 25 test results from the tests that have been carried out, it is known that the physical work environment and work motivation simultaneously influence employee performance. The research results show that from the t test results of the physical work environment variable (X1) on employee performance (Y) it was obtained that t_count was 7.742 > t_table 1.990 and the significance value was 0.000 < 0.05, and the t test results of the work motivation variable (X2) on employee performance ( Y) is obtained at t_count 7.520 > t_table 1.990 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Based on the results of the f test (simultaneous) obtained at f_count 116.35 > f_tabel 3.12 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R²) obtained a result of 0.747 (74.7%) so it can be concluded that the work environment physical (X1) and work motivation (X2) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y).

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of the work environment and discipline on employee performance at PT. SSI Seasonal Supplies Indonesia Cikupa Area Production Division, both partially and simultaneously. The method used is a quantitative method. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling using a sample of 56 respondents. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis and hypothesis tests. The results of this research are that the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance based on hypothesis testing obtained with Tcount > Ttable (11,586 > 1.674), the value of ρ < Sig.0.05 or (0.000 < 0.05) which means that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted and The regression equation value obtained is Y = 11.586 and The determination or contribution value is 0.359 or 35.9%. Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance based on the hypothesis test obtained with the value Tcount > Ttable (6,444 > 1.674), the value ρ < Sig. 0.05 or (0.000 < 0.05) which means H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted and the value obtained regression equation Y = 6.444 and X2 0.674, the correlation coefficient value is 0.772, meaning that the two variables have a strong positive relationship. The value of determination or contribution of influence is 0.589 or 58.9%. Work environment and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance based on hypothesis testing obtained with a value of Fcount > Ftable or (41,690 > 3.17) value of ρ < Sig.0.05 or (0.000 < 0.05) which means H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted and the regression equation value Y = 6.922, X1 = -0.212, X2 = 0.861 is obtained. The correlation coefficient value or the level of relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is 0.782, meaning it has a positive level of relationship with a perfect degree of correlation. The determination or contribution value is 0.597 or 59.7%
