Abstract

This study aims to determine how the financial performance of PT Astra International Tbk, based on common size analysis and profitability ratios (Gross Profit Margin, Return on Assets, and Return On Equity). The research method used is quantitative descriptive method and secondary data collection. The results of the analysis in general based on common size analysis, the performance of PT Astra International from 2013 to 2023 measured using common size analysis is fairly good, although current assets tend to decrease but non-current assets show an increase and total equity has a higher average value than average debt. The profitability position can be seen that the average gross profit margin is 20.98%, the average return on assets is 8.06%, and the average return on equity is 15.02% which means it is below the industry average. The financial performance of PT Astra International Tbk in 2013-2023 experienced an unhealthy situation. This shows that the company has not been able to utilize assets and capital in generating net income.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effest of employee work motivation and work environment on the performance of Regional Revenue Agency of Tangerang City both partially and simultaneously. The method used is the quantitative methhod. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling using a sample 100 respondents. Data analysis using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression anaysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis and hypothesis test. The result of this study is that Work Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 8,324 + 0,821X1. Hypothesis test obtained t count > t table or (15.410 > 1.660). the work environment has a significant effect on emplovee performance with the regression equation Y = 15,148 + 0,667x2. Hypothesis test obtained value t count > t table or (9.720 > 1.660). Work Motivation and work emvironment have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 6,633 + 0,686X1 + 0,181X2. Hypothesis test obtained value F count > F table or (122.784 > 3.090). Thus H0 was rejected and H3 was accepted. This means that there is a significant influence simultaneously between work motivation and the work environment on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of Return On Equity and Debt to Equity Ratio on Share Price at PT Surya Citra Media Tbk. both partially and simultaneously. The method used is quantitative method. The sample used is the financial statements in the form of balance sheets and income statements of PT Surya Citra Media Tbk. period 2013-2022. This research data analysis uses classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination analysis. The results of the research Return On Equity partially has a significant effect on Stock Price. Hypothesis testing obtained tcount> ttable value. Thus Ha1 is rejected and Ho1 is accepted, meaning that there is a partially significant effect between Return On Equity on Stock Price. Debt to Equity Ratio partially has no significant effect. Hypothesis testing found the value of tcount < ttable or. Thus Ha2 is rejected and Ho2 is accepted, meaning that there is no partially significant effect between Debt to Equity Ratio on Stock Price. Return On Equity and Debt to Equity Ratio simultaneously have a significant effect. Hypothesis testing obtained the value of Fcount> Ftable. Thus Ho3 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence between Return On Equity and Debt to Equity Ratio simultaneously on Stock Price.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Return On Assets (ROA) and Current Ratio (CR) on share prices both partially and simultaneously at PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk. The research method used is a quantitative method. The population in this research is all of the Financial Reports of PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk. The sample used in this research is the financial position report and profit and loss report from 2013 - 2023. The data analysis techniques used are Descriptive Analysis, Classical Assumption Test, Coefficient of Determination Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, and Hypothesis Testing. The results of this research show that the calculated t value of Return On Assets is -1.238 which is smaller than the t table value of 2.306 (-1.238 < 2.306) with a significance value of 0.0251 which is greater than 0.05 (0.0251 > 0.05). So it can be concluded that Return On Assets does not have a significant influence on share prices. Meanwhile, the calculated t value of the Current Ratio is 6.142 which is greater than the t table value of 2.306 (6.142 > 2.306) and the significant result of the Current Ratio is 0.001 which is smaller than 0.05. So it can be concluded that the Current Ratio has a significant effect on share prices. Then the Return On Asset and Current Ratio simultaneously have a significant influence on the share price at PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk for the 2013 - 2023 period as evidenced by the calculated F of 24.009 which is greater than the F table of 4.26 (24.009 > 4.26) and the value significant of (0.001 < 0.05).

Abstract

This research aims to find out the impact of service quality and price on the purchasing decisions of alcoholic beverages at the Vines One Belpark outlet in South Jakarta, both partially and simultaneously. This research employs associative and quantitative methods. The population of this study consists of consumers of Vines One Belpark in South Jakarta. The research sample includes 97 respondents, determined using the Slovin formula. Data collection was conducted using questionnaires, and data analysis techniques included validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, linear regression tests, correlation coefficient tests, determination coefficient tests, partial hypothesis tests (t-test), and simultaneous hypothesis tests (f-test) with the help of SPSS software version 25. The results of the study indicate that (1) Service quality affects purchasing decisions with the regression equation Y = 11.215 + 0.737 X, a correlation coefficient value of 0.715, a determination coefficient value of 0.512, significantly influencing purchasing decisions as evidenced by the t-value > t-table (9.979 > 1.985) with a significance value of 0.05 or (0.000 < 0.05), (2) Price affects purchasing decisions with the regression equation Y = 10.133 + 0.980 X2, a correlation coefficient value of 0.818, a determination coefficient value of 0.669, significantly influencing purchasing decisions as evidenced by the t-value > t-table (13.871 > 1.985) with a significance value of 0.05 or (0.000 < 0.05), (3) Service quality and price simultaneously affect purchasing decisions with the regression equation Y = 7.214 + 0.212 (X1) + 0.790 (X2), a correlation coefficient value of 0.829, a determination coefficient value of 0.686, significantly influencing purchasing decisions as evidenced by the F-value > F-table (102.911 > 3.093) with a significance value of < 0.05 or (0.000 < 0.05). It can be concluded that service quality and price simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at the Vines One Belpark outlet in South Jakarta.

Abstract

 The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of promotion and product quality on purchasing decisions for cellphone accessories at Hezal Cellular in Tangerang City. The method used is quantitative. The technique used is quantitative. The sampling technique used the slovin formula and obtained a sample of 125 respondents. Data analysis using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results showed, t count 18.198> t table 1.976, and or a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 then H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted. While the results of the coefficient of determination R Square = 0.821 or 82.1%, it can be concluded that the contribution of Promotion (X1) to Purchasing Decisions (Y) is 82.1% and the remaining 17.9% is influenced by other factors. There is a partial effect of product quality on the purchase of cellphone accessories at Hezal Cellular in Tangerang City, t count 18.198> t table 1.976, and or a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. While the results of the coefficient of determination R Square = 0.729 or 72.9%, it can be concluded that the contribution of Product Quality (X2) to Purchasing Decisions (Y) is 72.9% and the remaining 27.1% is influenced by other factors. There is a simultaneous influence of Promotion and Product Quality on Purchasing Decisions for Cellphone Accessories at Hezal Cellular in Tangerang City. With a calculated F value of 316.339> F table 3.070, and or a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. While the results of the coefficient of determination R Square = 0.838 or 83.8%, it can be concluded that the contribution of Promotion (X1) and Product Quality (X1) to Purchasing Decisions (Y) is 83.8% and the remaining 16.2% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of Total Asset Turnover, Cash Ratio and Debt To Asset Ratio on Return On Assets at PT. Astra International Tbk. Period 2013 – 2022 either partially or simultaneously. The method used is a quantitative method. The sample used is the financial report of PT. Astra International Tbk. In Jakarta for 10 years. Data analysis uses classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of the partial Total Asset Turnover research can be concluded to have a positive and significant effect on Return On. Cash Ratio partially has a negative and insignificant effect on Return On. Debt To Asset Ratio partially has a negative and significant effect on Return On Assets. The results of simultaneous testing of Total Asset Turnover, Cash Ratio, Debt To Asset Ratio have a positive and significant effect on Return On. The results of the coefficient of determination meaning that together the influence of Total Asset Turnover, Cash Ratio and Debt To Asset Ratio on Return On Assets.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara motivasi dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Acryl Textile Mills (ACTEM) di Kota Tangerang baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui data primer dan sekunder. Populasi berjumlah 145 karyawan. Teknik sampling menggunakan slovin dengan sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 106 karyawan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heterokedastisitas, uji autokorelasi, analisis regresi linier sederhana, analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, uji t dan uji f.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether there is an influence of the Loan to Deposit Ratio and Capital Adequacy Ratio on Return on Assets at PT Bank Mega Tbk for the 2012-2023 period. This research is a descriptive analysis study with a quantitative approach. The population in this study is the financial report of PT Bank Mega Tbk for 2012-2023. The research samples used are the Balance Sheet Report, Profit and Loss Report, and Notes to the Company's Financial Reports. The analysis in this study used the SPSS Version 26 software program. The statistical method used was multiple regression analysis, classic assumption tests (normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test), coefficient of determination test (R2) and hypothesis testing (t test and t test). f). The research results on the Loan to Deposit Ratio (X1) variable show that there is no influence on Return on Assets, seen from the t test (partial test) which shows the value of tcount ≤ ttable (0.597≤ 2.262) which is significant 0.565 ≥ 0.05. The Capital Adequacy Ratio (X2) variable shows that there is a partial positive influence, seen from tcount ≥ ttable (3.225 ≥ 2.262) which is significant 0.010 ≤ 0.05. Simultaneous results show that there is an influence between Loan to Deposit Ratio and Capital Adequacy Ratio on Return on Assets as seen from the results of the F test (simultaneous test) which shows Fcount ≥ Ftable (6.051≥4.10). The results of the determination test show an Adjusted R square value of 0.479, meaning that the influence of the Loan to Deposit Ratio and Capital Adequacy Ratio on Return on Assets at PT Bank Mega Tbk Company for the 2012-2023 period is 47,9% and the remaining 52.1% is influenced by other variables outside this research.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the impact of work motivation and work environment on employee job satisfaction at PT Indomarco Prismatama (a case study of Indomaret in Depok City), both partially and simultaneously. The research method used was quantitative associative. The sample comprised 67 respondents obtained through a saturated sampling technique. The types of data used included primary and secondary data, collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies. Data analysis techniques included data instrument tests, classical assumption tests, simple and multiple linear regression tests, correlation and determination coefficient tests, and partial and simultaneous hypothesis tests. The results showed that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, with a significance value of 0.000<0.05 and a t-value of 4.145>1.997. The work environment also has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, with a significance value of 0.000<0.05 and a t-value of 5.987>1.997. Simultaneously, work motivation and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, with a significance value of 0.000<0.05 and an F-value of 267.424>3.14. Work motivation and work environment simultaneously also have a determination level of 89.3%.
