Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of service quality and promotion on consumer satisfaction in Satuang Coffee Shop Banjar Wijaya Cipondoh, Tangerang City. This type of research is quantitative. The data source for this research is primary data originating from a sample of consumers at Satuang Coffee Shop Banjar Wijaya Cipondoh, Tangerang City. The population in this study was 2801 consumers at the Satuang Coffee Shop, so the sample was determined using random sampling and obtained 97 respondents. The results of this research show that based on the results of a simple linear regression test, it has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. The Correlation Coefficient value for service quality is 0.909, meaning that the determination value of service quality is strong, namely 0.825 or the equivalent of 82.5%, while 17.5%. the rest influenced by other factors. The results of the hypothesis test show that the t value calculated > t table or (21,197 > 1.661). Based on the results of a simple linear regression test, promotion positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction determination or influence contribution value being 0.843 or equivalent to 84.3%, while the remaining 17.5% is due to the influence of other factors, the Promotion correlation coefficient value is 0.918 it means very strong. And test the hypothesis obtained a calculated t value > t table or equal to (22.610 > 1.661). Based on the results of multiple linear regression tests, service quality and promotion simultaneously have a significant influence on consumer satisfaction with the regression equation Y =9.321 + 0.319 X1 + 0.460 X2 + e. The correlation coefficient value, which measures the level of relationship between independent variables and dependent variables, is 0.909, indicating a very strong relationship between the two. The coefficient of determination or contribution of simultaneous influence is 0.825 or equivalent to 82.5%, while others 17.5% influenced by other factors. Result of  hypothesis test show that the calculated F value is greater than the F table value (297,444 > 3,090).

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of price and service quality on consumer satisfaction at Archeries Cafe, South Tangerang. The research method used is descriptive quantitative, with the population in this research being all consumers of Cafe Archeries, South Tangerang, namely 15,569 consumers. The sampling technique used a simple random sample using the Slovin formula, obtaining 100 respondents. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are multiple regression, namely that price and service quality have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction with the regression equation Y = 6.672+ 0.532 hypothesis testing obtained tcount > ttable or (5.519 > 1.984). Price has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Hypothesis testing of service quality on consumer satisfaction obtained t count > t table or (2,830 > 1.984). Meanwhile, for the hypothesis test, the calculated F value > F table or (15.110 > 3.09) was obtained, thus H0 was rejected and H3 was accepted, meaning that there was a simultaneous positive and significant influence between price and service quality on consumer satisfaction at the Archeries Cafe, South Tangerang

Abstract

Employee performance is a key factor in achieving objectives and enhancing the competitiveness of a company. In this context, this research examines variables affecting employee performance, such as the work environment and motivation. This study is a quantitative research with an associative approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 60 employees of PT Geo Informatika Solusindo in Bogor City. The data collection was conducted using questionnaires developed with a Likert scale. The data analysis method employed is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that the t-value is greater than the t-table value (4.067 > 2.001) with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.050, which means that the work environment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. The study also reports that the t-value is greater than the t-table value (4.496 > 2.001) with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.050, indicating that motivation has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Furthermore, the work environment and motivation simultaneously affect employee performance. This is evidenced by the F-value being greater than the F-table value (11.702 > 3.16) with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.050. This research provides managerial implications that the work environment and motivation can influence employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the efforts made to improve work discipline and employee performance at the Nurul Hidayah Kalam Hikmah Foundation. One of the foundations that is experiencing challenges in improving employee discipline is the Nurul Hidayah Kalam Hikmah Foundation on Jln.H.Saenan Rt 04\09 Kel. District Surgery Sawangan, Depok City. This foundation operates in the social and educational sectors, with the aim of providing the best service to the community. However, in carrying out its activities, this foundation often faces obstacles in increasing employee discipline, which has an impact on overall organizational performance. This research method uses qualitative methods. Qualitative research emphasizes meaning rather than generalization. Data collection techniques are the most important step in research, because the main aim of research is to obtain data. Data collection can be done in various settings, various sources, and various ways. The results of interviews and observations can be concluded by the author that in any situation when the leader lacks approach to employees and lacks comfort in the work environment, this also influences efforts to improve work discipline. Discipline can be interpreted as a condition created by a series of behavior, obedience and order, one of the factors that influencing performance discipline at the Nurul Hidayah Kalam Hikmah Foundation is a lack of motivation from leadership, a lack of approach to employees, rules that do not comply with a lack of rewards for employees, sometimes inappropriate regulations are the cause of lack of employee discipline. In responding to these problems, management has carried out evaluations slowly by providing examples to employees, creating a good environmental atmosphere, making rules, providing motivation to employees and holding internal meetings between employees.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of the work environment on employee performance, to understand the impact of work discipline on employee performance, and to assess the combined effect of the work environment and work discipline on employee performance. This research uses a quantitative approach with a sample of 50 respondents who are employees of PT Bandung Scientific Technical Indonesia. Data collection techniques include primary and secondary data. Data analysis techniques involve descriptive analysis, validity and reliability tests, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, linear regression analysis, correlation coefficients, coefficient of determination analysis, t-test, and F-test. The analysis was conducted using SPSS, with the following research results: The work environment does not have an effect on the performance of employees at PT Bandung Scientific Technical Indonesia in Central Jakarta. This is evidenced by the t-count value > t-table or (1.904 < 2.011). This is also supported by the Sig value, <0.05 or (0.63 > 0.05). Work discipline significantly affects the performance of employees at PT Bandung Scientific Technical Indonesia. This is evidenced by the t-count value > t-table or (3.138 > 2.011). This is also supported by the Sig value, <0.05 or (0.03 < 0.05). The work environment and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 8.553 + 0.283X1 + 0.451X2. The coefficient of determination is 43.9%, while the remaining 37.2% can be influenced by other factors. The hypothesis test shows an F-count value > F-table or (18.390 > 2.800).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Current Ratio (CR) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) both partially and simultaneously on share prices at PT Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna Tbk for the 2013-2022 period. The method used in this research is a descriptive research method with a quantitative approach. The population in this research is all financial reports of PT Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna Tbk for the 2013-2022 period. The sample used in this research is the balance sheet and profit and loss report of PT Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna Tbk for the period 2013-2022. The analysis techniques used are Descriptive Analysis Test, Classic Assumption Test, Multiple Regression Analysis, Hypothesis Test (t Test, F Test) and Determination Coefficient Test (R2). Based on the research results, it shows that the Current Ratio partially has a significant effect on the share price at PT Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna Tbk for the 2013-2022 period. Net Profit Margin partially has a significant effect on the share price of PT Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna Tbk for the 2013-2022 period. Current Ratio and Net Profit Margin simultaneously have a significant effect on the share price of PT Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna Tbk for the 2013-2022 period.

Abstract

Energi listrik menempati peranan paling penting yang mendukung berbagai kegiatan. Semua aktivitas manusia sangat bergantung pada energi listrik, baik di sektor perkantoran, rumah tangga, maupun industri besar. Salah satunya adalah PT. Sukses Mantap Sejahtera (PT. SMS) berlokasi di jalan UPT Nangakara, Kabupaten Dompu, Nusa Tenggara Barat yang merupakan industri gula pertama di Indonesia bagian timur. PT.SMS memiliki turbin uap yang bekerja dengan membakar ampas tebu dan batubara untuk menghasilkan energi mekanik yang kemudian diubah menjadi energi listrik tenaga yang dihasilkan dari proses ini sebesar 6 MW. Penelitian ini membahas tentang Power Balance pada sistem tenaga listrik di PT.SMS, dimana untuk mengetahui keseimbangan daya maka diperlukan data aliran daya (load flow) dan rugi-rugi daya (losses) yang terjadi pada sistem distribusi listrik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode perhitungan manual yang akan dibandingkan dengan metode simulasi menggunakan software ETAP 12.6.0. Hasil nilai rugi-rugi daya (losses) pada kedua asumsi keadaan dimana asumsi proses penggilingan tebu menghasilkan persentase kesalahan sebesar 0,199% untuk daya aktif dan persentase kesalahan sebesar 1,741% untuk daya reaktif. Pada asumsi pemasakan nira, persentase error sebesar 0,021% untuk daya aktif dan persentase error 1,507% untuk daya reaktif.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the significant influence of organizational culture and compensation on the performance of employees of the PT Garda Utama Nasional security unit in the BCA Tower Bidakara South Jakarta area. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling, namely using a sample of 53 respondents. The data collection method used is the questionnaire method. Data processing uses the SPSS Version 26 program. The data analysis technique used is statistical analysis by testing validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, simple linear regression tests, multiple linear regression tests, coefficient of determination, test t hypothesis and f hypothesis test. The research results of organizational culture have a significant effect on employee performance, shown by the simple linear regression equation Y = 28.135 + 0.330X1, this is also proven by hypothesis testing and the t value obtained > t table (3.795 > 1.675). The research results show that compensation has a significant effect on employee performance, shown by the simple linear regression equation Y = 22.844 + 0.457X2, this is also proven by hypothesis testing and the t value obtained > t table (4.822 > 1.675). Results of research on organizational culture and compensation on the performance of security unit employees at PT Garda Utama Nasional, Bank BCA Tower Bidakara South Jakarta's assigned area. shown by the multiple linear regression equation Y = 21.208 + 0.140X1 + 0.356X2. This is also proven by the results of the hypothesis test and the calculated f value > f table (12.733 > 3.183). The results of the coefficient of determination test for the variables organizational culture (X1) and compensation (X2) have an influence of 33.7% on the performance of security unit employees at PT Garda Utama Nasional in the area assigned to Bank BCA, Menara Bidakara, South Jakarta. Thus, H0 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted, meaning that it is proven that there is a positive significant simultaneous influence between organizational culture (X1) and compensation (X2) on employee performance (Y).

Abstract

In the selection of outstanding students at SDN 7 Tangerang Selatan using as an assessment material so that the selection seems subjective while there are still many other determining factors that can be considered in selecting superior classes. This subjective selection has an impact on parties who feel disadvantaged because the selection is considered less transparent. Therefore, a decision support system is needed that reduces subjectivity in the selection so that it can help schools in conducting transparent selections. By using the SMART Method (Simple Multi Attribute Technique) is one of the decision-making methods that can add up the performance weights of each different object and have the same opportunity. In the decision-making process for selecting superior classes at SDN 7 Tangerang Selatan, several criteria are needed to help in decision making, and each criterion has its own weight of importance to determine alternatives. The best of the many students in the class. By creating this decision support system, it is hoped that it will be able to provide a transparent assessment and can determine the best selection alternative useful for assisting in the selection at SDN 7 Tangerang Selatan

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Debt to Equity Ratio, Net Profit Margin and Total Asset Turnover on Profit Growth at PT Bukit Asam Tbk for the 2009-2023 Period. The research method used is a quantitative method using secondary data from the financial profession of PT Bukit Asam Tbk for the 2009-2023 period. In this study, the data analysis used was descriptive statistics, classical asusmsi test, multiple linear regression, hypothesis test (t test and f test) and determination coesphiciency. The results of this study prove that partially (t) Debt to Equity Ratio has no effect on Profit Growth which is shown by the t-value of 1,624 < ttable 2,201 and the significance value of 0,133 > 0.05. Net Profit Margin has a significant effect on Profit Growth which is shown by the t-value of 3,533 > ttable 2,201 and a significance value of 0,005 < 0,05. Total Asset Turnover did not have a significant effect on Profit Growth which was shown by a t-value of -2,065 < ttable 2,201 and a significance value of 0,063 > 0,05. From this study simultaneously (f) shows that Debt to Equity Ratio, Net Profit Margin and Total Asset Turnover together have a significant effect on Profit Growth at PT Bukit Asam Tbk for the 2009-2023 Period which is shown by the value of f-value > ftable (4,337 > 3,59) and strengthened with a significance value of 0,030 < 0,05. The result of the determination coefficient was 41,7%, which means that the dependent variabel can be explained by independent variabels, while the remaining 58,3% is influenced by other factors that were not tested in this study.
