This journal focused on communication, dakwah, broadcasting, education, and Islamic studies through the publication of articles, research reports, and book reviews. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy through the 4P marketing mix implemented by PT. The Medan branch of Bumiputera sharia life insurance is able to compete in the market and increase sales. This study used descriptive qualitative methods. Data collection techniques used interviews and questionnaires. The results of this research show that the results of this research prove that the IFE score of 3.22 proves a solid internal position, the EFE score of 2.7 proves that the industry responds to the opportunities that exist and stays away from threats in its industrial market. The Cartesian chart shows that the position of the industry in rough conditions is very profitable for the industry. In the IE matrix for the IFE and EFE profit sharing, the IFE score is 3.22 and the EFE profit share is 2.7 if converted into the IE Matrix chart, so that it is in box 5, where the results of the industry enter where the results are Focus Strategy through horizontal integration (cells 2 and 5). With the method of using profit economies of scale both in creation and sales, whereas if this industry is located in a moderately attractive industry, the strategy that is inaugurated is confirmation (cell 5). The goal is relatively more defensive, is to avoid running out of marketing and running out of profits. Industries located in this cell can expand markets, manufacturing facilities, and technology through internal or external development through acquisitions or joint ventures with other industries in similar factories. The industry's SWOT matrix lies in the SO box, So the marketing mix strategy implemented is good and running well the role of the marketing strategy through the aspects of product, price, people and process can compete in the market and is felt to be able to increase sales. Abstract

In an increasingly advanced era, humans are required to keep abreast of the times in order to keep pace with life. Technological advances in obtaining information are certainly very influential in the development of technology-based businesses. This study aims to determine the effect of Harbolnas, shopee paylater features and shopee coins on impulse buying behavior with individual characteristics as intervening variables (case study of Islamic campus students in North Sumatra). This research was conducted with a quantitative approach method and used 3 independent variables, namely Harbolnas (X1), Shopee Paylater (X2) and Shopee Coins (X3) and one dependent variable, namely impulse buying (Y) and one intervening variable, namely individual characteristics (Z). . The sample used in this study were students of an Islamic campus in North Sumatra with 99 samples of shopee users. The type of data used is by distributing questionnaires. While the technique that researchers use to analyze is path analysis. The results of this study indicate that (i) the Harbolnas variable has no significant effect on the impulse buying variable (ii) the shopee paylater feature variable has a positive and significant direct effect on impulse buying (iii) the shopee coin variable has a positive and significant direct effect on impulse buying ( iv) individual characteristic variables cannot mediate harbolnas variable on impulse buying behavior (v) individual characteristic variable is able to mediate shopee paylater variable on impulse buying behavior (vi) individual characteristic variable is able to mediate shopee coin variable on impulse buying behavior. (vii) individual characteristic variables have a negative and significant effect on impulse buying. Abstract

Interpersonal communication is a basic activity and naturally, every human being must do this activity as a form of mutual understanding and understanding of the activities of exchanging ideas, ideas, and thoughts of two humans who carry out communication activities. In the world of education, of course, communication is the main tool in determining the success of delivering knowledge from teachers to students. As a student who is part of the world of education, the thesis is a responsibility and one of the requirements for graduation. This research was carried out to know the relationship between student interpersonal communication and thesis lecturer with the motivation to compose a thesis. The research method used is a correlational method with a quantitative approach. The population used is the 2016, 2017, and 2018, Islamic Communication and Broadcasting study program at the Faculty of Islamic Religion, Ibn Khaldun University, Bogor with a total of 59 students as respondents. Data processing using SPSS 20 with Pearson product-moment correlation analysis technique. The results obtained are significant values ​​that have been obtained on the X variable (interpersonal communication) with the Y variable (the motivation to compose the thesis) of 0.000 < 0.05. In the calculation of the value of rcount > rtable, it is obtained that 0.687 > 0.252, which can be concluded that the interpersonal communication between students and thesis lecturer with the motivation to write a thesis has a strong relationship. The interpretation that the higher the interpersonal communication relationship between students and thesis lecturer, the motivation also increases students in writing thesis. Abstract

Humans are creatures that have reason and thoughts that are able to influence other people for the sake of their survival. Humans are also social beings who in their survival need other people. Humans as individuals, as families and as societies have different concepts from one another. The individual has the meaning of a unitary entity which has a limit, meaning that as a human being an individual is not a human being who is comprehensive in nature, the family has the meaning of a small group that exists in the life of society in which it is formed by the agreement of two human beings while society is a broad group of people who are bound to a culture and are considered The same. In the context of humans as individual humans, they are creatures that are not divided. In this undivided relationship with the soul and body of the human itself, in the context of the human family, they are agents of biological formation, which previously had an agreement between two human beings. In the context of human society, it is an important element in it because in that society there are humans who make the establishment of a community association which is then able to give birth to the culture that they will carry out. Abstract

Ibn Khaldun was an Islamic scientist and scientist whose thoughts and ideas were considered reliable in his time. His ideas about society as outlined in his work entitled "Muqaddimah" can help in solving social problems. According to Ibn Khaldun, society is a group of people involved in worldly activities. It is a fundamental trait of human nature to form strong bonds. This study discusses the basic concept of society according to Ibn Khaldun's view. When collecting material, the author uses library research. That is, we collect information, whether in the form of books, journals or other forms, which are directly related to the author's research topic. This study obtains that the conclusion of society in the perspective of Ibn Khaldun is a group of people who contribute in carrying out their activities as movers on earth. Ibn Khaldun divides society into two main parts. First, the Bedouin community. Second, the city community, which has a lazy nature, settles down, develops. Abstract

At this time, a new phenomenon emerged in society, namely many people buying and selling using the results of a game. An example is in kp. Peutey Leuwisadeng Village, Leuwisadeng District, Bogor Regency. Even though the results obtained are only coins from the Higgs Domino game, these coins can be traded as additional income to meet daily needs. This research is focused on three things, namely the system of buying and selling chips in kp. Peutey Leuwisadeng Village, Leuwisadeng District, Bogor Regency and buying and selling chips in the Higgs Domino game in the perspective of Islamic economics and the mechanism for playing the high domino game. In this study, the authors used qualitative methods by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation to collect field data and apply empirical laws, namely laws taken from human behavior. the aim is to strengthen the research. The results of the study show that at kp.peutey Leuwisadeng Village, Leuwisadeng District, Bogor Regency, the system of buying and selling chips in the Higgs Domino game is carried out by meeting face to face or sending chips in advance to the buyer's account. The money is usually paid by transfer or taken directly by chip collectors who then resell them at a higher market price. Although this practice is common, buying and selling chips in the Higgs Domino game is considered haram because it originates from betting and gambling which is punished as an element of maysir. In Islamic economics, buying and selling conditions do not contain elements of maysir, gharar and usury. Abstract

The production of ayam penyet means there is a high demand for this food in society, especially among Muslims. Ayam Penyet is a typical Indonesian dish consisting of dry fried chicken served with rice, chili sauce and vegetables. From an Islamic perspective, the importance of applying Islamic production principles in the business of ayam penyet arises for several important reasons, namely adherence to Halal Principles: Islamic Religion oblige Muslims to eat halal food. In the production of ayam penyet, applying Islamic production principles ensures the use of halal raw materials, including chicken slaughtered according to sharia-compliant methods. Fairness in Transactions: Islamic production principles encourage fair and honest business practices. In the ayam penyet business, applying Islamic production principles means maintaining fairness in transactions with suppliers, customers and employees, avoiding fraud, and respecting the rights of all parties involved. Product Quality: Islamic production principles encourage producing high quality products. In the ayam penyet business, the application of Islamic production principles involves selecting quality raw materials, processing them properly, and ensuring that the resulting product meets the standards of hygiene and palatability expected by consumers. belief in Muslim consumers that the food they consume meets halal requirements. This is important in building trust and expanding market share among Muslim consumers. The purpose of the analysis of ayam penyet production in an Islamic perspective is to understand the extent to which Islamic production principles are applied in the business, as well as to identify the benefits and challenges associated with implementing these principles. The scope of the analysis includes aspects such as the selection of halal raw materials, production processes, workforce management, product quality, halal labels, and environmental sustainability efforts implemented in the ayam penyet business. Through this analysis, it is hoped that it can be better understood how Islamic production principles contribute to the success of the ayam penyet business, and how the application of Islamic production principles can be further enhanced or integrated to optimize profits and positive impact on the stakeholders involved in the business.

Abstract

Education plays an important role in improving the quality of human resources to create general welfare and educate the nation by forming a superior, quality, and competitive generation. This study aims to describe student learning outcomes in the biology learning process by using an inquiry learning model on the material of the human excretory system. This study uses the method of library research (library research), where the study is based on expert opinions about business ethics and its role in the company. In addition, this journal also uses the comparative study research method which aims to compare two or more variables to get answers or facts whether the comparison or not of the object under study. Based on the results of the discussion, it can be concluded that the inquiry learning model can improve students' critical thinking skills in biology subjects on excretion material. The use of inquiry learning models makes students able to understand the material well, plays an active role during the learning process, and improves students' critical thinking skills. Abstract

The aim of this study to provide the importance of the benefits of databases in schools today, because in this sophisticated era, database needs are needed to make it easier to make reports, retrieve and store data that was originally made manually which is time consuming and prone to data errors. . With the application of a database system, everything can be done easily and quickly, and the resulting data will be accurate. The research method used is a qualitative method by observing and recording reality through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that the benefits of using databases in schools today are the quality of the data and information accessed according to what is input, and the most important benefit is classifying data and information so that it is easier for teachers to understand, anticipating the occurrence of data similarities or data instability. Abstract

Indofood is engaged in the distribution of food and beverages, which faces business competition with several other companies. This study aims to identify patterns and trends in big business data, predict future behavior and trends, and provide insight into ongoing business performance using data mining. This article discusses the application of data mining at PT. Indofood to analyze sales data and see which sales are most in demand by consumers, especially sales of food and beverages. Qualitative and clustering methods are used in this study, and the application applied can assist companies in making decisions to improve product sales models. The benefit is that it makes big data analysis easier and provides insight into processed sales data. In this study, the results obtained in the form of applications that can assist companies in making decisions to create a better product sales model.
