Abstract

Health Center Employees This study was conducted to find out what kind of impact is caused by the influence of Knowledge sharing and Standard Operating Procedures on Tasks on Employee Performance at the Koto Baru Public Health Center. The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze as well as to determine the effect of Knowledge sharing and Standard Operating Procedures on the Performance of Employees at Koto Baru Health Center. The method of analysis in this study is a quantitative method using a questionnaire. The population in this study were 126 respondents and the samples in this study were 126 who were employees at the Koto Baru Public Health Center. The method in this study is non-probability sampling, and the research method is the census method. In addition, there is a positive and significant influence between the variables of Standard Operating Procedures and Tasks on employee performance among employees at the Koto Baru Health Center. Based on the results of the F test, it was found that Knowledge Sharing (X1) and Standard Operating Procedures (X2) had a significant simultaneous effect on employee performance (Y). The results of the R test show that the Adjust R Square is 0.707, this indicates that the contribution of the knowledge sharing variable and standard operating procedures on the task to employee performance is 0.707. which means that the influence of knowledge sharing variables and standard operating procedures on employee performance is 70.7% while 29.3%

Abstract

SSK2 Airport assigns basic duties to AVSEC officers. In performing their duties in accordance with the SOP, officers need to make daily reports that have been done every day. The process of monitoring the daily report of officers is currently still using "WhatsApp" technology, each officer submits his daily report through the WhatsApp Group media. But the reporting activity is still running less effectively because of the limited features provided by WhatsApp. Based on the description stated above, the author will raise the title of the study with the title "Monitoring System Of Daily Aviation Security Report sultan Syarif Kasim II Based On Android". With the daily report monitoring system, aviation security officers can conduct reporting activities through a system that has been integrated with the database. This system can be accessed at any time, and the possibility of loss and damage to daily report data is less because the data is stored offline in the system database. The research method used in this study is the waterfall method. Waterfall is the method most often used for system development, the system development model that is linear is the process from the initial stage to the final stage is done in sequence and will not continue the next stage before the previous stage is completed. The Daily Report Monitoring System of Aviation Security SSK II Pekanbaru Airport Based on Android is made in two platforms, namely Android and Website. The Android platform will be used by airport officials to report daily reports. While the website platform is used by admins and service heads to monitor daily reports of aviation security. Based on the results of tests conducted using the Blackbox testing method, the Daily Report Monitoring System of Aviation Security SSK II Pekanbaru Airport Based android can work well.

Abstract

Palm empty fruit bunches compost is used to increase soil organic matter content, which is needed to improve soil physical properties and can increase soil fertility because this fertilizer contains nutrients, namely N (2.45%), K (0.82%) , Ca (0.84%), P(0.25%), Mg (0.45%), organic matter (62.70%), C/N ratio (14.90%), and pH 7.2 (Hayat and Andayani, 2014). This study aims to determine the effect of applying compost on the growth of areca nut (Areca catechu L.) seedlings. The materials used were Betara 2 months old areca nut seeds, TASPU brand of empty palm empty fruit bunch compost, and ultisol soil. The equipment used in this study were 5 kg polybags, hoes, machetes, knives, buckets, digital scales, cutter, oven, cloth meter, calipers, stationery and cameras. TKKS fertilizer treatment design (k) with five dose levels in 3 kg of planting medium, namely: k0 = control, k1 = 250 g, k2 = 500 g, k3 = 750 g, and k4 = 1000 g. Parameters observed were plant height, stem diameter, shoot dry weight, root dry weight, and soil analysis. Observational data were analyzed statistically using analysis of variance. If the results of the analysis of variance have a significant effect, continue using the DMRT test at the level of α = 5%. TKKS fertilizer treatment at a dose of 1000 g produced areca seedlings aged 2 months with a height of 48.55 cm, stem diameter of 13.84 mm, canopy dry weight of 34.31 g, root dry weight of 5269 g.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is any effect of the Corporate Income Tax Income In. Fastrata Buana. The research method used by the author is descriptive analytical method. Descriptive method aims to determine the nature and deeper relationship between the two variables by observing certain aspects. The data analysis technique used is the linear correlation analysis that aims to determine whether there is a relationship between the two variables, and simple linear analysis to determine the influence of the two variables, namely the corporate income tax (X) and Income (Y). To make it easier to analyze the data, the authors using SPSS v. 20. Based on the conclusion, that there is a very strong influence of the Corporate Income Tax (X) with Income (Y). the correlation value of 0,995. Then the contribution of corporate income tax variable (X) in the calculation of the variable explaining Income (Y) was 99% the remaining 1% balance of influenced by other factors. And linear regression equation  sobtainedareasfollows: Y = -46.66.087.488 + 3,841 X. In a hypothesis test, t test was concluded on Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. Means the Income Tax variables (X) has a significant effect on the Company Earnings variable (Y). It shows the value of t is greater than t table (17,647 > 3,182), so that Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. This means that "there are significant to the Corporate Income Tax Income at PT.  Fastrata Buana, Year 2009-2013".
