Abstract

Land has an important role in people's lives as infrastructure and resources forgampong communities, especially those in rural areas. Property rights are hereditary,strongest and fullest rights that people can have over land. Whereas regarding theimportance of the formal legality of land ownership it is necessary to provide anunderstanding to the gampong community, and on average the land owned by thesecommunities relies on the Keusyik Decree, according to positive law the legal force is verylow, so it is time for this socialization to be carried out so that the community knows andregister their lands so that they have a strong legal basis, this avoids disputes, so theproblem is how formal legality is in land ownership in Gampong Panton Rayeuk A, BandaAlam District, East Aceh Regency, as well as efforts to increase the knowledge and legalawareness of residents.The purpose of this socialization is for the land to obtain certainty, order and legalprotection for interested parties.The method used is the lecture and discussion method. TheLecture Method is used to provide participants with an understanding of the topic offormal legality service (land registration) related to land ownership. The lecture describedformal legality material related to land ownership in a clear, systematic manner so that itwas easy to understand. While the discussion method is used to provide more opportunitiesfor participants to discuss, question, provide input, and/or deepen the material provided.The output to be achieved is understanding of legal rules/ease for the community inobtaining legality of land

Abstract

Stunting is a chronic malnutrition problem caused by insufficient nutritional intake for a long time due to the provision of food that does not match nutritional needs. Worms are an infectious disease caused by the worm parasite STH (Soil Transmitted Helminths), the impact of helminthiasis in children is that it causes a decrease in health and nutrition. The purpose of this community service activity is to increase the knowledge of mothers with toddlers about the prevention and treatment of stunting and worm detection. This community service activity is carried out through providing education with counseling and worm screening in toddlers. The target of the activity was residents of Jatirejo village, Diwek sub-district, Jombang. The results of the counseling activities that have been carried out are able to increase the knowledge of mothers with toddlers about the prevention and treatment of stunting. The results of the worm examination showed that 23% of toddlers were positive for helminthiasis.

Abstract

Small, Micro and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are businesses that are much loved by Indonesian people. Starting from businesses in the trade, service, to manufacturing sectors. However, many are involved in this MSME business but their lack of ability to manage their business makes it a big enough problem for the continuity of the business in the future. The purpose of this research is to find out the importance of developing employees which will have an impact on employee performance. This study uses a descriptive method supported by the results of observations that have been obtained. This study also describes the development of employee performance in the Decimal Coffee business. Based on the results obtained, it can be seen that development can make employee work performance even better. One of the efforts to develop employee performance is by holding training programs for employees. So, work performance has an important role for the continuation of the Decimal Coffee business, good work performance can result in improvement and future business development, both short and long term. Good work performance will also affect consumer interest in the products produced, therefore training will be very useful to make consumers feel satisfied with products produced by good employee performance.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bekerjasama dengan mitra Yayasan Masyarakat     Perduli     Mangrove     Kabupaten     Langkat     berkedudukan Desa Bubun Kecamatan Tanjung Pura Kabupaten Langkat Provinsi Sumatera Utara Yayasan Masyarakat Perduli Mangrove Kabupaten Langkat. Desa Bubun Kecamatan Tanjung Pura Kabupaten Langkat Provinsi Sumatera Utarng berada dipesisir selat malaka dengan luas wilayahnya adalah 162,99 KM2 dengan kepadatan penduduknya 275 jiwa/KM2, mengakibatkan sangat diperlukannya melakukan sosalisasi, rehabilitasi dan edukasi, yang mana kelompok masyarakat ini focus kepada konservasi untuk menjaga biota laut dan menjaga linkungan akan terhindar dari abrasi dan kerusakan lingkungan, keterlibatan masyarakat dalam upaya konservasi sangat penting karena masyarakat adalah objek yang paling dekat dengan wilayah konservasi serta objek yang merasakan dampak dari abrasi dan konservasi. Permasalahan mitra dalam pengabdian ini adalah  Belum adanya sosalisasi, edukasi, bimbingan teknis (Bimtek) mengenai tata cara mengadvis hukum kepada para relawan, pengurus dan semua elemen masyarakat, untuk disampaikan kepada siapa saja yang diketahui sebagai masyarakat di sekitar desa bubun Kecamatan Tanjung Pura Kabupaten Langkat Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Tidak adanya posko Kementerian Lingkungan Hidup di Desa Bubun, Kecamatan Tanjungpura, dan Kabupaten Langkat untuk membuat laporan terhadap perusakan hutan mangrove ini, bahkan terkadang hutan mangrove dialih fungsikan menjadi perkebunan kelapa sawit, sehingga hukum tidak berjalan bagi mereka yang melakukan tindak pidana pengerusakan hutan mangrove.

Abstract

Today Syi'ar Islam has spread a lot in various worlds and cultures, so there are many ways to broadcast Islam. The influence of the world that is growing is an easy way to spread Islam, one of which is through technological developments. Technology can be used as a medium for Islamic syi'ar which certainly has a great opportunity for us to continue to study and spread the shi'ar of the past religion anywhere and at any time. This can affect the education of moral character in shaping human beings to be wise in using technology in addition to creating quality human beings. This research method uses a type of qualitative research with a literature study method. This research was conducted to determine the benefits of technology as Islamic syi'ar and its role in shaping the character of akhlakul karimah with sources or references that have been collected .

Abstract

The 21st century learning paradigm is characterized by the development of four skills, namely creative and innovative thinking, critical thinking and problem solving, communication, and collaboration. The aim of learning Geography globally is to equip students with knowledge, skills, and a geographical perspective. Geography learning must refer to the 21st century learning paradigm which is characterized by the characteristics of geography as a synthetic-integrative science. There are three approaches or perspectives in geography, namely spatial, environmental, and regional complex. In its implementation in 21st century learning, Geography lessons use a scientific approach. The scientific approach seeks to encourage students to think critically and creatively through 5M activities which consist of observing, asking questions, making hypotheses, exploring, and making conclusions. Through a scientific approach, students can be actively involved in the discovery process and build a deep understanding of the concepts being studied.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of the Kapolsek leadership style in improving the performance of members. The leadership style of the Kapolsek has a very important role in creating a conducive work environment, motivating members and achieving the desired results in law enforcement and community security. This practical work method uses the observative method. In this method is described as a method used in observing and describing the behavior of the subject. The problem is regarding this democratic leadership style, if a discussion is held for decision making, the leader cannot communicate well and cannot make decisions quickly when problems occur. In a group with many voices, of course the discussion will be hampered, so the leader must play a more active role as a mediator so that all voices can be conveyed. The location of this practical work is at the Karawang City Police, data are collected through in-depth interviews, field surveys and recording of the necessary secondary data. The results of this practical work show that an effective Kapolsek leadership style involves clear vision, effective communication, member empowerment, coaching and support as well as recognition for achievements. Implementation of such a leadership style can improve the performance of members of the police force, strengthen motivation and make a positive contribution in maintaining security and public order.

Abstract

Law enforcement is an effort so that legal norms in society can run according to their purposes. In upholding justice, law enforcement officers are expected to be able to carry out their obligations to uphold the law against perpetrators, especially perpetrators of abuse. The problems in this journal are: First, how is the law enforcement against the perpetrators of abuse. Second, how did the public react to the abuse case by Mario Dandy. The research method that the author uses is a normative research method with data collection procedures sourced from legal materials containing various normative legal rules. The data that the authors obtain and process are secondary data derived from library sources. The author sources the literature by studying literatures, articles, and internet sites related to this research. The results showed that the perpetrators of the persecution, in this case Mario Dandy, were charged with Article 355 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code subsidiary 354 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code of the subsidiary 353 paragraph (2) of the Criminal Code of the subsidiary 351 paragraph (2) of the Criminal Code and/or 76 C juncto 80 Child Protection Law. This is what makes him threatened with imprisonment for a maximum of 12 years. So based on the law enforcement, the public reaction was generated which was very angry to Mario Dandy and hoped that this case would be legally processed quickly and would not end peacefully so that this incident could be a lesson for teenagers and parents in educating and paying attention to their children's behavior. Therefore, law enforcement is needed that is able to provide truth and justice by legal officials, so that people can be more careful in their actions and teach their children a lesson.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of using the Tiktok application on consumer purchasing decisions for products at Tiktokshop. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. the type of research used is research research with the method of distributing questionnaires. the sample in this study was 100 respondents and data processing using SPSS. This research has met the validation and reliability requirements. The variables used in this study are purchasing decision variables and the independent variable, namely the Tiktokshop application. The results of the study concluded that the use of the Tiktokshop Application has a positive effect on product purchasing decisions through Tiktokshop.

Abstract

The research objective is to find out how people can easily use the Shopee application to make a purchase decision. The method used in this study was to send a questionnaire to students at the University of Buana Perjuangan Karawang Management 2020 with 100 respondents who had shopped on the Shopee platform. The results of the study show that there is an increase in online shopping by male consumers at Buana Perjuangan University, Karawang Management 2020 and from an age group. With a comparison of prices and product quality between online shop platforms, it can affect purchasing decisions by consumers. This is influenced by the many online shops that sell goods by live streaming which can attract the attention of consumers where it can be a product purchase decision. With so many consumers making product purchase decisions at Shopee due to the very easy use of the Shopee platform, making transactions easily, and the many options for payment such as COD, as well as through partners/agents and others, this makes the Shopee platform an advantage.
