Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of public services in the East Cikarang District Office, Bekasi Regency. This type of research was qualitative research, a certificate of incapacity at the East Cikarang District Office. Data collection techniques: observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the quality of service from the aspects of: 1. Tangible with indicators of employee appearance and convenience of places to perform services and the results of the interviews obtained that these dimensions had been well implemented, 2 Reliability with indicators of employee accuracy and employee capabilities and interview results obtained these has been implemented properly, 3 Responsiveness with indicators Responds to each service user and employee performs services quickly and the interview results obtained have been properly implemented 4. Assurance with indicators Officers provide timely guarantees and Officers provide guarantees of costs and interview results obtained this has been implemented properly 5. Empathy with the indicator Prioritizing the Interests of service users and Employees serves in a non-discriminatory manner and this has been implemented properly. Inhibiting factors there are still some from the public who complain and think that the performance of government is often lazy. Supporting factors include supporting factors so that employees can perform better services with the enthusiasm of each employee. And other supporting factors, namely the existence of facilities, namely computers and equipment as well as an internet connection from the Civil Registry which facilitates the service process for service users.

Abstract

The motivation behind this article is to act as an aide to the whole community, especially the youth who have a passion for building welding workshops. This talk explains the right way to build a welding studio business in an organized way through the usual stages. Running a welding studio for the production of gratings, siding, overhangs, stairs and so on. is very exhilarating and can bring in significant salary and profit, assuming it is done diligently and with passion, and with genuine concern for the wishes of the client. Customers or the general public usually follow trends or time, so they often want to make the latest designs for home displays. So that the planned business can be carried out systematically, we can prepare all stages.

Abstract

Upaya meningkatkan kinerja akademik melalui peningkatan kualitas pengajaran, menjadi ukuran kualitas pengajaran, baik dalam bentuk kualifikasi pendidikan, pengalaman, dan metode pengajaran. Kegiatan ini berfokus pada implikasi pentingnya membuat konsep dan mengevaluasi kualitas pengajar, sehingga diperoleh ukuran yang jelas dan terstandar  dalam melakukan penilaian. Kegiatan ini penting dilakukan sebagai usaha untuk meningkatkan kapasitas profesionalisme pengajar, yang didasarkan pada konten pendidikan dan evaluasi pengajaran. Kegiatan ini menyimpulkan bahwa pengajar sebagai sumber daya paling bernilai yang tersedia di perguruan tinggi dan perlu dilakukan penilaian secara objektif. Ada kebutuhan untuk mendifinisikan dan mengukur kualitas pengajar, yang tertuang dalam kebijakan pengajaran. Kebijakan yang berfokus pada kebutuhan dalam melakukan peningkatan kapasitas dalam profesionalisme pengajar, yang tentunya menajdi bagian dari proses evaluasi, terutama berkaitan dengan tugas yang dilakukan pengajar. Kualitas pengajaran harus secara jelas terdefisnisikan dan terukur, sehingga penilaian dapat dilakukan secara objektif dan akuntabelitas.

Abstract

PT. Pegadaian (Persero) started in 1746 when the VOC founded Bank Van Leening as a financial organization that offered credit with a gold mortgage system in 1746, PT. Pegadaian (Persero) was born. It was revised to shift from a Job Company to a Public Company in 1969 after which it changed back to a Public Company. In 2012, Pawnshop converted its legal structure to a Limited Liability Company (Persero), in accordance with Government Regulation No. 51 of 2011. Pegadaian has evolved into a business solution for the Indonesian people rather than merely a funding institution. The author discovered an issue with the firm's operations during the internship, specifically the lack of consistency in the upkeep of the passion application carried out by the corporate center such that it disturbed the process of ongoing transaction. In order to ensure that the customer transaction process proceeds without any hiccups, the author proposes that the central firm pay attention to the time and impact that occurs when carrying out the repair process. It is preferable if the maintenance is carried out outside of operation hours.

Abstract

God created gender while humans created gender differences. The gender difference between men and women is not a problem if they are treated fairly, but it becomes a problem if people have different views that women's education should be lower than that of men. With this difference, there are many inequalities that occur in women, especially in the field of education. This research method is a qualitative research type with a literacy study design. The research was conducted to find out Faqihuddin Abdul Kodir's views regarding gender equality in the field of education using reading sources that have been collected.

Abstract

Recruitment of employees is one of the important factors in a company. Recruitment is needed to find Human Resources (HR) to fill a job in the company. In the recruitment process, companies should be selective to avoid mistakes in recruiting employees. Writing Method In writing this report the writer uses a descriptive writing method, namely writing the results of work practices by describing or describing the employee recruitment process at PDAM Karawang. In describing the employee recruitment process at PDAM Karawang, a flow chart is made to show the stages in the employee recruitment process. Data Collection Techniques with Library Studies, Field Studies, and Interviews.

Abstract

This study aims to find out about the implementation of the digital marketing strategy used by TokecangUsedCloth in increasing its sales. Digital marketing is promotional activities and market search through online digital media by utilizing various means such as social networks. Before determining the media used for promotion, it is necessary to plan an advertising marketing idea and press release activities. This study uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach with the object of TokecangUsedCloth research. This research was conducted in March 2023. The types of data are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this study were observation to observe and directly record digital marketing strategies, interviews to obtain information about digital marketing strategies, and documentation to strengthen research data in the field. The results of the study show that TokecangUsedCloth uses digital marketing as its marketing medium and promotions by utilizing social media such as Instagram. In addition, TokecangUsedCloth uses social media to inform and communicate with consumers. However, there are still obstacles faced by TokecangUsedCloth in implementing digital marketing, namely an unstable internal connection. However, the impact arising from the implementation of digital marketing carried out by TokecangUsedCloth is that digital marketing can increase sales.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of digital payments on people's consumptive behavior. In the growing digital era, digital payments have become one of the main ways to make transactions online. This phenomenon produces a significant impact on people's consumptive behavior. The research method used is a survey through questionnaires distributed to respondents who are digital payment users. The research sample consisted of residential residents, college students, and students in Karawang, with a sufficient number of respondents for accurate analysis. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive statistical methods and regression analysis. The results of the study show that the effect of digital payments is quite influential on people's consumptive behavior by 68.6% and the remaining 47.1% is influenced by other variables not included in the study. This research found that the more often individuals use digital payments, the more vulnerable they are to excessive consumptive behavior. Factors such as convenience, speed and convenience in using digital payments also contribute to the intensity of use and increased consumer behavior.

Abstract

Along with economic growth and technological developments, the business world is also experiencing rapid development with the emergence of various companies that are trying to create products and services to meet the needs and desires of consumers. The widespread use of social media, for example: Facebook, Twitter and other social media communication forums, inevitably forces companies to improve their communication models. This social media device is a common thing that is always in touch with our activities, especially for internet users. Promotion is one element of the marketing mix (marketing mix), in addition to determining the selling price, product and distribution. This study aims to determine the effect of promotion through social media, and the attractiveness of the sale of Bukalapak. The population in this study are all people who use Bukalapak. The sample size is 100 respondents, the sampling technique is to distribute questionnaires to people who use Bukalapak. The type of data used comes from primary data and secondary data. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire, the results of this study also show several indicators that Bukalapak must improve again, the analysis results also show some results that can be developed in terms of promotion at Bukalapak, such as service, attractiveness of promotions provided, information provided displayed, and the convenience of shopping at Bukalapak.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and evaluate the evaluation of the Department of Environment and Hygiene (DLHK) on the implementation of the Bandung City waste management policy. The purpose of this type of descriptive research with a qualitative approach is to fully understand the phenomena experienced by the research subject by means of a description in the form of words and language, in a special natural context and by utilizing various scientific methods. The results showed that the waste management policy in Bandung City has been evaluated, but not maximized because there are still problems related to evaluation criteria such as effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, equity, responsiveness and suitability. Bandung City Regional Regulation Number 9 of 2018 concerning Waste Management, but the Government has not been able to solve the problem because there are still TPS that exceed the capacity so that it disturbs the comfort of the community around the TPS.
