Abstract

This research aims to see how the financial performance of PT. Astra Agro Lestari Tbk in the period 2018-2019 by measuring financial statements using ratio analysis. Ratio analysis is an appropriate method for measuring financial performance using Liquidity, Solvency, Activity, and Profitability ratios. Data and information in this study were obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The result of this calculation is that the liquidity ratio has increased, which is good for the company. The solvency ratio shows that the company is not sufficient to guarantee the debt provided by creditors so that the company can be said to be in bad condition. The ratio of the company’s activity has increased and also decreased. Whereas the profitability ratio results always decrease so the company has suffered losses, the company must increase its financial performance again.

Abstract

The era of the industrial revolution 4.0 has brought about changes in social interaction. Initially, particular communication has changed to become universal. Therefore, education readiness is needed in Indonesia to welcome it, especially in matters of religiosity. The purpose of this study is to develop students' religious attitudes in schools in the face of the industrial revolution. The object of this study is the attitude of the religiosity of high school students in Jakarta. The scope of this research is the culture of the school, the character of students, and the religious practice of high school students in Jakarta. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with literature research and field visits to several schools in Jakarta. The finding of this study is the attitude of students' religiosity in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 has shown an encouraging thing, it just needs to be developed following the rapid information technology. The use of digital technology needs to be improved but still in the guidance and supervision of teachers in schools.

Abstract

The study aims to identify the implementation of Community-based Tourism to sustain Giriloyo Batik Tourism Village as a sustainable tourism destination. The identification analysis of the Community-based approach is based on thirteen fundamental factors of the ideal Community-based Tourism developed and adopted from related existing literature. This study is a qualitative study with an in-depth interview and a thematic analysis method. The results of the study showed that tourism development began after Yogyakarta’s earthquake through supports from NGOs and the Government. Community-based Tourism is implemented which has the characteristics of the thirteen factors of the ideal model of Community-based Tourism I identified. However, there is a difference between the ideal and the fact. The most remarkable gap is in community participation, which in Giriloyo is limited and very active within the Batik Association led by the core members. Stakeholders’ roles are crucial in enabling tourism to flourish in Giriloyo Village. The primary stakeholders are Village Government, Local and Regional Tourism Offices Department, and NGOs. Community-based Tourism has positive impacts, mainly in terms of socio-cultural, economic, and environment. Despite the positive impacts, the community is still struggling with several issues, such as regeneration within the organization, domestic waste management, and product innovation. Concrete efforts are needed to ensure the sustainability of Giriloyo Batik Tourism Village in the long-term.

Abstract

The Coronavirus that was present in the midst ofa society in 2020 really caught the attention. The visible impact not only affects public health but also affects the economy and MSMEs not only in Indonesia but also in various countries. Because of its spread that is too fast then in a number of countries to close the area, which resulted in the difficulty of export and import goods, therefore MSMEs who were previously able to get goods from out of town finally only got goods in Indonesia. This topic will discuss the use of low-cost strategies in MSMEs, especially in Indonesia. The research method used is a descriptive research and based on the results of the questionnaire. And the results of this study indicate that during this pandemic period, consumers are looking for relatively low prices. This is evidenced by the use of the low-cost strategy at MSMEs in this pandemic era.

Abstract

ZAKAT is an obligation of Muslims as a form of concern fellow a man in establishing the relationship between man and Allah and man's relationship with other humans. With the obligations of zakat, in addition to fostering the relationship with Allah SWT also can tighten the rope the relationship between human beings. The aim of the research is that to identify understanding and application of zakat profession on employee income at Public Health Center Sitopeng Cirebon City. Method used in this research is qualitative method with data collection techniques are observation and interview. Based on the research results obtained it can be concluded that 1. Implementation of professional alms employees on Public Health Center Sitopeng has not been maximized because of the lack of employee understanding of the provisions on professional zakat regarding the law, calculation and distribution of professional zakat. Besides that, there is still a lack of socialization on professional zakat from the government or the nearest Zakat Institution. 2. Employee income at Public Health Center Sitopeng has indeed reached the Regional Minimum Wage (UMR) standard for Cirebon City but for the obligation to fulfill the professional zakat it still does not meet the nishob requirements set by the Islamic Sharia, but employees The Sitopeng Health Center can give a portion of its assets through Shodaqoh or infaq.

Abstract

In the Immigration Law No. 6 of 2011 concerning Immigration Immigration is the matter of the traffic of people entering and leaving the Indonesian Territory and its supervision in order to maintain the upholding of the country's sovereignty, in the sense that we need to underline the word traffic, in immigration means synonymous with the movement of people, when speaking history at the beginning of the leadership of the immigration department at the time of the transition from the Dutch government to the Indonesian government adheres to the immigration law policy is open (open door) to selective (selective policy) for the national interest, in the case of traffic there is an inspection carried out by immigration officials who have absolute authority in carrying out their functions to provide entry or exit signs for Indonesian Citizens and Foreign Citizens (Foreigners) . Abstract

This research was created for understand customer purchasing behavior and customer satisfaction in McDonald. This research was focus in Bandung, West Java, Indonesia. Base on history of McDonald, Fast food outlets have started to develop in the 19th century. In the 20th century, fast food restaurant business began to spread to Europe, Africa, Australia and Asia such as Indonesia through franchising or franchise concept. However local business can make competitive market with McDonald. This research will help McDonald to evaluate they performance in market. With this research McDonald can know which area they need to improve and suggestion for McDonald to increase their sales. With this research McDonald can know which are make customer satisfaction and which area make customer dissatisfaction. This research takes six major factors that have impact with customer satisfaction. Those factors are price, quality, promotion, sales personnel or staff, display, and location. This research will use survey method to gain some information from customer. After collect some data and information. This research will use SPSS to process the data to know which hypotheses is accepted and rejected. Method using by this research in SPSS is ANOVA. ANOVA will give a significant point for every question to know the result can accept or reject. Result of this paper base on sic major factor are important. For the crucial factor are The most factor, which have biggest impact, are quality and promotion. Quality and promotion have the lower significant. All value in quality and promotion factor was accepted. It mean quality and promotion are the most influencing factors.

Abstract

MSMEs are growing and competing in a business environment that is constantly changing like today in the digital era, it is necessary to monitor and understand company performance to achieve a greater level of business than before, and to determine the extent to which business is being carried out on target. This study aims to analyze and examine the effect of financial literacy, fintech (financial technology), and intellectual capital on the performance of MSMEs in Depok City. Determination of the sample using probability sampling with a proportional random sampling technique than simple random sampling. The number of samples used was 286 samples. The primary data source was taken by using a survey method with a questionnaire. The research design used descriptive and parametric statistical analysis methods with instrument tests and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are financial literacy, fintech (financial technology) and intellectual capital have a positive and significant effect on the performance of MSMEs in Depok City .

Abstract

This research aims to determine the profitability and leverage of partial influence on the firm value LQ45 on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2015-2019. The research method used is a double linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS 25.00 application. The results showed that profitability with leverage influence the firm value LQ45 on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2015-2019.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the cause of problematic credit in UPK Pidie district and problematic credit settlement procedures in UPK Pidie District as well as the settlement of problematic credit on UPK in Pidie district according to Sharia. Results of the study showed that the main factor of the cause of problematic credit in the UPK of Pidie District is because of business and business results that do not match the expectations plus more household needs that are increasingly increasing the day, earnings that do not meet the needs. Also and credit given is not fully used for capital, there are groups using loans for household needs. The problematic credit settlement procedure for UPK Pidie District is by conducting a field review, conducting coaching many times by continuing to spur the group to pay by the next set time with restructuring efforts. The settlement of problematic credit in the UPK Pidie District is appropriate because the UPK does not attract the angling but always takes a family path with the affected group members.
