Abstract

The use of information systems in an organization has many advantages, just like the use of a website for institutions or companies is very helpful in conveying information, one of which is in administrative matters that can be applied using information system technology, namely for scholarship management. Scholarships can be interpreted as providing financial assistance to individuals, with the aim of being used for the continuity of the education taken. In the process of submission and approval in the selection of scholarship admissions that run in the field of student affairs at this time, it is still carried out manually both from the process of collecting files, selection to determining scholarship recipients is carried out manually by the head of the study program. Therefore, the field of Student Affairs at STT Wastukancana Purwakarta, requires an information system that can help the process of applying for and approving scholarships digitally carried out by students of each study program coordinated by the student affairs field. The system development method used is the Rapid Application Development (RAD) model consisting of the Requirements Planning, RAD Workshop Design, and Implementation stages. The results of this study produce a scholarship management information system that can solve problems in the scholarship admission selection process by being able to do it digitally from the process of informing the existence of scholarship opportunities, submission, selection to determining scholarship recipients.

Abstract

The development of technology is currently growing rapidly and as we know in this day and age many junior high school students are using smartphones and used to commucate with their parents or just for play gamming. During the covid-19 pandemic, the use of smartphones by junior high school students is increasing due to the need for online learning activities from home. There are many kinds of daily prayer learning books but because junior high school students use their smartphones more often than reading books. With the creation of mobile-based daily prayer learning application, it is hoped that it can help junior high school students in learning daily prayers trough their smartphones which they can learn anywhere and anytime. The method used in the design of this application is using agile method. The results of this study are mobile-based daily prayer learning application designed to suit the needs of the MTS Al Hidayah Limbangan school in which there are daily prayers in arabic, latin of arabic written, and their meaning so that they can be easily understood.

Abstract

Abstract: Simulation-based educational games are designed to simulate existing problems in order to obtain the essence or knowledge that can be used to solve these problems. The rapid development of technology now affects the learning process in elementary schools and also affects learning materials and the way in which material is delivered in the process of teaching and learning activities. At the educational stage of elementary school age children, students will tend to be more interested in games that are easy to play and in which there are bright colors and animated images that attract attention. Physics is necessary for the development of development for human welfare. Thus, it is very necessary to continue the process of understanding the concepts of Physics. Didactic Physics is a vehicle in an effort to pass on knowledge about Physics. In Didactic Physics, it is described how to understand the knowledge of Physics that has been arranged in the family of Physics as we know it today. According to (Nezarat and Miangah, 2012), the speed of development of mobile technology increases and penetrates all aspects of life so that this technology plays an important role in learning different dimensions of knowledge, including learning media. Mobile learning or mobile learning provides opportunities for students to learn while they are on the bus, outside or at work doing their part-time job. In fact, they can learn every time and everywhere they are. These opinions explain that learning with the mobile learning method provides a variety of new learning for students. Students can use their gadgets to access subject matter whenever and wherever they want. kominfo.go.id (2015) which was also published on tempo.co (2015) stated that Indonesian smartphone users are growing rapidly. Keywords: Education; Physic; Newton’s Law Abstrak: Game edukasi berbasis simulasi di desain untuk mensimulasikan permasalahan yang ada sehingga diperoleh esensi atau ilmu yang dapat digunakan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut. Perkembangan teknologi yang pesat sekarang ini berpengaruh terhadap proses pembelajaran di sekolah dasar dan berpengaruh juga pada materi pembelajaran serta cara penyampaian materi dalam proses kegiatan belajar mengajar. Pada tahap pendidikan anak usia sekolah dasar, siswa akan cenderung lebih tertarik dengan permainan yang mudah dimainkan dan di dalamnya terdapat warna-warna cerah serta gambar animasi yang menarik perhatian. Fisika diperlukan untuk perkembangan pembangunan bagi kesejahteraan manusia. Dengan demikian sangat dibutuhkan proses penerusan pemahaman konsep-konsep Fisika. Didaktik Fisika merupakan wahana dalam upaya meneruskan pengetahuan tentang Fisika. Dalam Didaktik Fisika diuraikan bagaimana cara memahami pengetahuan Fisika yang sudah tersusun dalam rumpun ilmu Fisika yang kita kenal sekarang. Menurut (Nezarat dan Miangah, 2012), kecepatan perkembangan teknologi mobile meningkat dan menembus semua aspek kehidupan sehingga teknologi ini memainkan peran penting dalam mempelajari dimensi pengetahuan yang berbeda, termasuk media pembelajaran. Belajar melalui ponsel atau mobile learning menyediakan kesempatan bagi pelajar untuk belajar ketika mereka berada di bus, di luar atau di tempat kerja melakukan pekerjaan paruh-waktu mereka. Bahkan, mereka bisa belajar setiap waktu dan di mana-mana mereka berada. Pendapat-pendapat tersebut menjelaskan bahwa belajar dengan metode mobile learning memberikan variasi pemebalajaran baru pada siswa. Abstract

The Smart Indonesia Program (PIP) is one of the government's programs as Poor Student Assistance (BSM). The government program is in the form of cash assistance given to children aged 6-21 years who are still in the world of education. Currently, pip selection at SDN 4 Cisalada from the school is less targeted to have problems in determining potential beneficiaries of assistance where not all students who come from poor families can receive the Smart Indonesia Program (PIP). for this resulting in the injustice of students who should be entitled to PIP funding assistance. To avoid existing problems for the selection of prospective recipients of the Smart Indonesia Program (PIP) requires a Decision Support System (SPK). The Multi Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) method is a quantitative comparison method that usually combines measurements of different risk and profit costs. Design and Build using the Waterfall method in the process of working on it, the design is made using a flowmap and modeling using Unified Model Language (UML) including Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams and Class Diagrams. As for programming, it uses PHP and the database uses MySQL. The results of the research that has been carried out by the researcher, it can be concluded by the application of the Decision Support System in determining the determination of PIP assistance in schools using the Multy Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) method, for the school can be more objective in assessing the determination of PIP recipients, so as to minimize the risk of misuse and distribution of PIP funds to students not appropriately receiving them. Which is in the nature of providing recommendations for decisions to the school.

Abstract

Hospitality is one area that has the potential to implement information systems because hospitality is a business that prioritizes satisfaction, in this case, namely service. A good business strategy is needed to support the business. Talking about business strategy will not be separated from the so-called strategy of information systems and information technology. Therefore, a mature information system strategic planning can be used as a reference to gain a competitive advantage for Villa Buleud Garut.The purpose of this study is to analyze environmental factors to determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that are owned and to identify the critical success factors so that a proposed information system strategy plan can be developed in the form of an application development portfolio at the future Villa Buleud.In this study the authors made direct observations at Villa Buleud, conducted interviews, and gave questionnaires to related parties and read literature. In compiling the framework in this study the authors used the Ward and Peppard approach. Which of these approaches is to carry out an analysis of the Internal Business Environment, External Business Environment, Internal IS/IT Environment, and External IS/IT Environment using several analytical methods, namely Value Chain analysis, PEST Analysis, Five Force Porter, McFarlan Strategic Grid, SWOT Analysis, Critical Success Factor, and Balanced Scorecard. The final result of this research is the proposed formulation of the future IS/IT strategy for Villa Buleud Garut which includes changes to the vision and mission of Villa Buleud, changes to organizational structure, information system application requirements, network architecture, future business processes, and future Villa Buleud application portfolio.Keywords: Information Systems and Information Technology Strategy, Ward and Peppard, Value Chain analysis, PEST Analysis, Porter's Five Forces, McFarlan Strategic Grid, SWOT Analysis, Critical Success Factor, Balanced Scorecard, and application portfolio.

Abstract

This study aims to produce a web-based alumni tracking information system at SMKN 1 Garut, test the alumni tracking information system based on functional aspects, and see user responses to the alumni tracking information system. This alumni tracking information system was developed using a waterfall model consisting of analysis, design, code, and test. The functional aspect testing through blackbox testing and expert validation was carried out by two experts, then the results were calculated using the matrix feature completeness formula (ISO 9126), while user responses were carried out by giving a questionnaire using a Likert scale to 10 respondents, namely alumni of SMKN 1 Garut. The results of the research are the web-based alumni tracing system at SMKN 1 Garut with the results of blackbox testing and expert validation, namely X is worth 1 then based on the feature completeness matrix (ISO 9126), the alumni tracking system at SMKN 1 Garut is "feasible" in terms of functional aspects. While the results of the calculation for user responses obtained a score of 462 in the range of 400 - 500 score intervals, it is interpreted as "Very Positive".

Abstract

Technology is developing at this time very rapidly, especially technology in smartphones, today's smartphones have become a basic need for society, the many innovations in smartphones provide convenience in work that can be done by humans. Including in terms of online transactions, many innovations have been made, including online payments, in this case, supermarkets. Some supermarkets have used technology in their business processes, but only some supermarkets have used these stores. The purpose of this research is to create an application that can record transactions that occur, as well as assist in managing the backend of the supermarket, such as managing data on goods, & employees. While the method of analysis carried out in this study is (literature from several journals and books, questionnaires, interviews also identify applications that are almost the same or similar), while the design method used is extreme programming. The result of this research is an online payment application with features such as a brief description of the store, information on items that are being promoted, view bill features, and bill request. The conclusion of this research is that it can help consumers pay for goods digitally even if not at minimarkets, as well as improve store performance for consumers by using good applications.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence soft skills training has on student behavior during training using qualitative methods. The participants of this training were training students at the Balangan District Vocational Training Center for graphic design which consisted of two batches with a total of 32 people in 2019. Data were collected through direct observation by comparing the daily practice of students during the training with the material given in soft skills training. especially in applying the 5Rs (concise, neat, clean, caring and diligent). The results of the study show that soft skills training has not been able to significantly change student behavior in the habit of implementing 5R in the training environment. From the results of the study, the researchers suggested that the softskills training should be extended and evaluated and determined as one of the requirements to take part in the next technical training or in other words, training students cannot take the next technical training if the softskills training does not pass.

Abstract

Puwrakarta City is one the regencies in West Java that is currently developing. Purwakarta city is located in a geographical area thatis rich in natural attraction, culinary tourism, and cultural tourism so that the city of Purwakarta become a tourist attractio, but not all tourist attractions in the city of purwakarta are know by local tourists and tourists outside the srea who want to visit and the lack of information anda there are many remote areas which are very unfortunate to miss its tourist attraction. Therefore, a mobile-based tourism application was made to make it easier for tourists to find tours. This software development uses the waterfall method to the dev stage, software modeling uses the Unified modeling Language (UML) modeling which consists of 4 stage, namely use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, and class diagrams, with programming language using Dart, Firebase database, and using Flutter. This research produces a mobile-based application that has information about natural tourism, culinary tourism, and cultural tourism to that it can be used to disseminate between locak tourists and tourists outside the area in Purwakarta City.

Abstract

With the development of technology, there are also tools to help humans complete all work. For example, what students do in supporting lecture activities. Looking for references to increase knowledge of a course, see lecture tutorials and many others. Technology in learning activities that has been known is the use of a Learning Management System (LMS) which can make lecture activities via online or commonly called e-learning. Especially in the present era of the pandemic and the spread of the covid-19 virus, people are not allowed to leave the house let alone go to school, but learning cannot be abandoned so that e-learning activities cannot be avoided. The quality of the use of media for learning can affect the quality of learning as well, whether it can be a barrier to learning or on the contrary, it can actually be the main supporter in achieving achievement. Therefore, in this study, we will analyze the quality of the Learning Management System (LMS), especially those used by students at the Indonesian Institute of Education (IPI) Garut with the WebQual method by assessing a product or website based on user perceptions and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) based on analysis. the quadrant. The results obtained are that the quality of the Learning Management System (LMS) has not been said to be good because there are many points that still need to be improved, such as information that is not up to date, ease of use and the most prominent can be seen from the monotonous appearance so that it can be used as material. evaluation to be able to reconstruct the design, update information and streamline the use of the Learning Management System (LMS) Indonesian Institute of Education (IPI) Garut.
