Abstract

In this era, the need for technology is indispensable in various fields of need, inseparable from the economic field in the field of community welfare, one of which is work programs to facilitate achieving goals, one of which is the work carried out by the Ministry of PUPR, namely the program for flats, special houses, and stimulant assistance for self-help housing.based on pre-determined criteria. Electre is one of the methods used to rank and determine the best alternative. The basic concept of the electre method is to deal with outranking relationships by using pairwise comparisons between alternatives under each criterion separately. Which produces a computerized system that can automatically determine people who are eligible to receive public housing assistance, based on the criteria values entered. This decision support system is designed using the PHP programming language

Abstract

Augmented Reality can be defined as a real environment in which virtual objects are added with the integration of computer technology. This technology can present interesting interactions for the user, because with this technology the user can feel virtual objects as if they actually exist in a real environment. This study will include AR technology to create learning media, so that the use of practicum time is maximized and allows students to understand and recognize computer networks. Research and application development using the Waterfall model provides a sequential or sequential software lifeflow approach starting from analysis, design, coding and testing. Testing the application using Black Box Testing and Augmented Reality Application Questionnaire for Network Devices went well. Minimum specifications of Augmented Reality Applications Network Devices with Operating System (OS) Android v6.0 Marshmallow, 2.1 GHz Deca-core Processor, 12 MP Camera, 2 GB Ram and 32 GB Memory with application specifications can run well.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the improvement of the concept of disaster information literacy using InaRisk Personal learning media in social studies learning. This research approach uses quantitative with quasi-experimental method with nonquivqlent control group design. The population of this research is the seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Tarogong Kaler. The sample was taken by purposive sampling technique with class VII A as the experimental class and class VII B as the control class. Based on the results of statistical analysis, the Asymp.sig.2-tailed value is 0.000 and a is 0.05, which means 0.000 <0.05, then Ho is rejected. From these data it can be concluded that the value of Asymp.sig. of 0.000 < 0.05, then there is a significant increase or learning that uses InaRisk Personal learning media is effective to be applied. Overall, the ability of the concept of disaster information literacy affects the preparedness of students in dealing with disasters in the surrounding environment. the ability of the concept of disaster information literacy in the experimental class increased significantly in terms of seeking information, identifying information, evaluating information, and using information.

Abstract

PT. Refratech Mandala Perkasa (RMP) is a refractory cement manufacturing company. This company also operates in the manufacture of refractory cement which is made for the repair of hot coatings, boilers, rotary kilns, incinerators, ovens and chemicals. In this company there are contract employees and permanent employees, contract employees are employees or workers whose tenure is limited by a certain time. according to the agreement within the company. While permanent employees are workers whose working period is approximately until they receive certain benefits according to the work agreement. The purpose of this research is how to design and build a decision support system that can assist in determining contract employees to become permanent employees. This study uses the Technique For Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method. The results of this study indicate that the determination of the ranking of prospective permanent employees can be obtained from the calculation of the TOPSIS method, where the results of prospective employees are based on predetermined administrative criteria. Prospective permanent employees who have the highest rank have the right to be surveyed first. The accuracy of the implementation of the TOPSIS method on the system plays a major role in the effectiveness and efficiency of the company's services to consumers compared to before the system was implemented. With the implementation of this DSS system, it can help companies to make it easier to make decisions to survey prospective permanent employees and optimize employee performance.PT. Abstract

With the existence of computers and applications, it is hoped that it can help humans or users in processing and presenting accurate and fast information so as to obtain effectiveness and efficiency, both in terms of time and cost. However, this still really requires a security system in the delivery of a document or information so that it cannot be used by other unauthorized parties who can harm the owner of the document or information both materially and immaterially. Digital signature is an electronic signature that can be used to prove the authenticity of the identity of the sender of a message or the signer of a document, and to ensure that the contents of the message or document are sent without changes.(Junadhi, 2019).The application development model used is the Extreme Programming model with the stages of planning, design, coding, and testing, using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) design, namely Usecase Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, and Class Diagrams. The builder software used is XAMPP and uses the Codeigniter framework and the PHP programming language with a MySQL database, and uses Black Box Testing as its testing. The conclusion that can be drawn from the results of making application for student activity proposals using web-based digital signatures with this extreme programming method is that the proposal tracking feature can make it easier for the Student Association to see if the proposals have been submitted and digital signatures using qr-code can make it easier student associations to directly print signature documents without coming directly to several parties, can make it easier for the Head of Study Programs, Student Executive Board, Head of Student Affairs and Head of STT to approve or approve proposal documents through applications at any time, and make it easier for the Head of Field Staff Students to monitor the delivery of proposal documents from the Student Association. So this application is still in the tri dharma of college.

Abstract

Classroom is a place that use by student to learn. Each classroom equipped by electrical equipment and tool including 4 lamps and 2 fans. When learning activities is over in some classroom, lamps and fans still on. The cause of this condition is due to manual control, the result is electricity to be wasteful. As a result, electricity supply is run out before one month use and it can obstruct the learning activities if the power goes out. The aim of the research is to build a system that able to controls electricity equipment in the classroom and make a monitoring power consume remotely so can be effective and efficient. The system design is use prototype method that is a design software technic, while in designing web, with Data Flow Diagram (DFD) and Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD). Control design and monitoring use Raspberry Pi 3 B+ as microcontroller and web as interface user media. Relay connected with raspberry pi through General Purpose Input Output (GPIO) as automatic switch. USB Converter serial as interface for communicating raspberry pi with PZEM-004T module as current, voltage and power reader. The result of the study Can control and monitor the use of power consume in electrical equipment remotely web based. The system is completed by daily report of power consume and warning notification on the web when kWh almost running out. This research is useful in preventing wasting electricity and running out of electricity while learning is in progress

Abstract

Abstract: Sales forecasting is an important element in planning business strategies that have the possibility of happening in the future. But how to improve the accuracy of the current forecasting process is still a big question mark for companies. This study uses the Support Vector Regression algorithm because it is one of the forecasting techniques that is categorized as good compared to other techniques. The Particle Swarm Optimization algorithm is integrated for attribute optimization so that forecasting accuracy can be better. Based on the test results, it was found that SVR-PSO produced an RMSE value of 9.40.Keywords: sales forecasting; support vector regression; particle swarm optimization.Abstrak: Peramalan penjualan merupakan elemen penting dalam perencanaan strategi bisnis yang memiliki kemungkinan terjadi di masa depan. Tetapi bagaimana meningkatkan ketepatan proses peramalan saat ini masih menjadi tanda tanya besar bagi perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan algoritme Support Vector Regression karena merupakan salah satu teknik peramalan yang dikategorikan baik dibandingkan dengan teknik yang lainnya. Algoritme Particle Swarm Optimization diintegrasikan untuk optimasi atribut agar akurasi peramalan dapat lebih baik. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, didapatkan SVR-PSO menghasilkan nilai RMSE 9.40.Kata kunci : peramalan penjualan; support vector regression; particle swarm optimization.

Abstract

The cinema is a place to watch movies using the big screen. Various comments on the TIX ID application service can be used to reference the company's evaluation material in assessing the level of service quality that has been provided, so that later the TIX ID application can be used optimally by application users and the company, as for the purpose of this study to find out responses and find out the sentiment analysis stage on twitter social media using the vector machine support algorithm for the TIX ID application. This algorithm is commonly used for text mining by going through the data collection stage, cleaning and labelling data stage, training and testing data sharing stage with 3 comparison scenarios, namely 70:30, 80:20, and 90:10  using 3 kernels, namely dot, radial, and polynomial, then through the text preprocessing stage, the TF-IDF word weighting stage, the data modeling stage, and the evaluation stage. The preprocessing stage consists of transform case, tokenize, and stopwords filters.  The result of this study is that the support vector machine algorithm has an accuracy value of 74.17%. The research concludes that the support vector machine algorithm with a ratio of 80:20 training and testing data ratio scenario produces the highest accuracy.

Abstract

The bank is a financial institution that has many activities, one of which is to serve housing loan (KPR) activities. As the human population increases, primary needs such as housing also increase. The existence of a Developer who will provide Home Ownership Loans is also needed for prospective buyers. With various offers, potential home buyers are difficult to make a decision. Therefore the authors through the Decision Support System (SPK) and the design of the Home Ownership Loan system provide a solution for prospective buyers in choosing the best mortgage with a Decision Support System using the SMART method. The SMART method is a multi-criteria decision-making technique based on the theory that each alternative consists of a number of criteria that have values and each criterion has a weight that describes how important it is compared to other criteria

Abstract

The development of information systems and information technology brings a great influence and an extraordinary impact in making well-structured decisions. In its development, the decision support system provides real solutions to problems in managing scholarship receipts for students who are less economically capable but have excellent academic grades. With the management of scholarship receipts using the Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique approach system by identifying the criteria for the highest score for the criteria for the cumulative assessment index, family income, number of dependents, academic achievement and organizational activities. So with the application of the Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique, it produces a recommendation for scholarship acceptance. With the application of a decision support system using the SMART method, the recommendations generated by student data and information on student admissions will be more accurate
