Abstract

Abstract: Electronic voting or e-voting implemented at the Indonesian Institute of Education Garut is a form of voting that is usually used for general elections and polls using electronic media. The times have made a shift in the use of media from conventional to digital. Many innovations are used in this technological era, especially web information systems. The use of this web information system is currently widely used for electronic voting because of the speed and security of the data generated. This electronic voting information system or term in this technological era is called e-voting using website technology designed very simply and relatively cheaply so that voting at the Garut Indonesian Institute of Education which was previously manual can be done digitally by using information system technology. web. Keywords: E-voting; Information Systems; Web Abstrak: Pemungutan suara elektronik atau e-voting yang diterapkan di Institut Pendidikan Indonesia Garut adalah suatu bentuk pemungutan suara yang biasanya digunakan untuk pemilihan umum maupun poling menggunakan media elektronik. Perkembangan zaman, membuat pergeseran  penggunaan media yang dahulu konvensional menjadi digital. Banyak inovasi yang digunakan di era teknologi ini terutama yaitu sistem informasi web. Penggunaan sistem informasi web ini  saati ini banyak dipakai  untuk pemungutan suara elektronik karena kecepatan, dan keamanan data yang dihasilkan. Abstract

In the rapid development of technology, many people, especially in Indonesia, many things change when technology is increasingly updated and makes users feel comfortable. People use Kitabisa to donate or raise funds for various purposes. Some focus on medical purposes, but actually there are many other categories. SUS testing is efficient and the data produced is reliable. Redesign means updating an item that already exists but is less efficient to use. Design Thinking is the collection of human needs that allow them to be fulfilled technologically and efficiently. The SUS test got a result of 59.6 with the Redesign stage then carried out with the intent and purpose of overcoming the problems that occur at this time. then the Kitabisa application gets an increase in value from the previous 59.6 to 73 then the results of this test have increased so that it can be said to be getting better than before

Abstract

Behavior counseling system using DISC method in the holistic development bandung community that is running in implementing a counseling counselor must come to the counseling place and must make an appointment to the counselor in terms of the time of counseling in technical implementation of counseling put together in one room there is no comfort in filling it because it is made in the same time then in terms of privacy it is not maintained so that the filling is less focused because in terms of charging it is not right wrong in filling in this problem is a picture of yourself then in filling must focus on knowing the results too long can take several hours or even one day, it is necessary to have a support application to speed up counseling services. The aim of the research is to facilitate the community and counselee in terms of counseling without having to come directly to the counseling place and is not limited by space and time and can speed up counseling services that have been consuming quite a long time. In this study using the Action Research and data collection techniques used observation, interviews and literature studies while the design model used is the waterfall programming language PHP. The results of the research that were delivered include designing a website for counselees and admin design for counselees in the service of making it easy for the counselee to go to the web then log in for data security and fill in personal data if you don't have an account then you can see the company profile so that the counselee believes that his personal data is guaranteed after the counselee is ready conduct counseling enter the counseling form and fill in a number of statements and the results can immediately be seen and can print out independently, the design for the admin is to be able to see counselees who do counseling on the website can be seen from the date the counselee wants to do counseling. The conclusions produced include a behavior counseling system that has used a more effective and efficient servant website and is beneficial to society at large

Abstract

Vehicle care is one of the businesses that is quite profitable with quite large capital. However, with this capital it becomes a fairly large and long-term income, and from this capital every year the price of this capital will definitely increase because of the area of the land. However, in business, there is a problem that often occurs in each of these safekeeping, namely realtime accounting and data in photos and numbers. Then this research aims to make it civil in managing the daycare. The model and method used uses Extreme Programming (XP) development and, why did I take mobile programming because in this case study it is better for device users who are indeed flexible.The feasibility of this system is seen from the point of view of its functionality and according to the user from what is needed according to the case study. The programming language used is Java, and testing is to display the success of system functionality using a black box, then for modeling using the unified model language (UML) for flow using this system, the database used is firebase.The purpose of this research is to get a solution to the problems that exist in the place, namely in data collection and reporting to the owner by providing input within certain hours and then conveying it to the owner, with this application providing solutions to problems that occur at this research location.

Abstract

The Internet of Things (IoT) is a concept aimed at expanding the benefits of continuous internet connectivity. IoT can be utilized for monitoring the intensity of light, temperature, and air humidity in the surroundings to determine suitable locations for the placement of solar panels. Solar panels are made of semiconductor materials capable of converting solar energy into electricity. The primary issue with using solar panels is that the power output they produce depends on the intensity of light captured by the solar panel. Additionally, the temperature and air humidity around the solar panel also influence its performance. The objective of this research is to create a system for measuring the intensity of sunlight, humidity, and temperature for the placement of IoT-based solar panels using LDR and DHT 11 sensors. The development of this system involves the use of the Prototyping Method. The device's design incorporates the NodeMCU ESP32 microcontroller, and monitoring is conducted through a smartphone using the Blynk application. The LDR and DHT 11 sensors are connected to the NodeMCU ESP32's GPIO as data receivers. A WiFi network is used to transmit intensity of light, temperature, and humidity data from the NodeMCU ESP32 to the smartphone, where it is displayed through the Blynk application. Abstract

The method of class preparation in tertiary institutions especially in Purwakarta Regency still uses conventional methods. At Purwakarta Wastukancana College of Technology, conventional  class preparation activities have a problems. An electricequipment being turned on too early and also the possibility of a delay in turning it off, this could result in the use of inefficient electrical equipment and also an effect on electricity costs.The authors conducted research with the aim of designing and building a system that functions to acquire and control electrical devices in the form of lamps and air conditioners in desktop-based classrooms with the method of developing Pressman waterfall 2010, designing models using a unified modeling language (UML) ) namely use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, and class diagrams. Built using the PHP programming language and Visual Basic.Net, for databases using MySQL, and testing applications using black-box testing, for hardware implementation, the authors use Arduino Mega, Nodemcu ESP8266.With the creation of a data acquisition system and control of classroom arduino mega and nodemcu esp8266 electrical devices for the Purwakarta Wastukancana College of Technology will advance the means for regulating the use of electricity, thereby increasing electricity efficiency. Abstract

SatuSehat is a contact tracing application that replaces the PeduliLindungi application initiated by the Government of Indonesia with the aim of tracking the Covid-19 Virus. The success of the application can be known by analyzing sentiment reviews. In addition to the high number of reviews, there are also other things that need to be highlighted, namely the pattern of reviews that are not in accordance with refined spelling and diverse topics, so that identifying a topic from a collection of reviews is very difficult and takes a lot of time if done manually by humans. This research describes sentiment analysis and topic modeling on SatuSehat app user reviews. By applying Support Vector Machine (SVM) method for sentiment analysis and Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) for topic modeling, this study reveals the views and trends expressed by users. The analyzed review data from Google Play Store includes 171,428 positive reviews and 131,246 negative reviews. The sentiment analysis results indicated the dominance of positive responses. LDA modeling resulted in 8 identified topics, from health concerns to app appreciation. However, negative topics included vaccination challenges, access issues, and app functionality. This research provides insight into users' perceptions of the SatuSehat app, providing a basis for further development and improvement of the app. Keywords: Sentiment Analysis; Topic Modeling; OneHealth App; SVM; LDA

Abstract

Along with the times and technology, more and more companies are switching from manual management of business processes to integrated information systems. Perintis Pharmacy is a pharmacy located in the Bandung district. Perintis Pharmacy has been serving its customers since 2010. However, Perintis Pharmacy has experienced several problems, where all business processes are still carried out manually. Errors frequently occur in both the service process and the inventory management system. Errors in stock calculations and ordering are the main obstacles. This causes the Pharmacy to experience losses both in terms of service quality and financially. So it is necessary to implement an integrated system so that inventory management becomes more effective and efficient, namely the application of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system that is integrated with forecasting simulations to obtain a more accurate amount of drug procurement. Demand forecasting is done using Time Series data with the Single Exponential Smoothing method, given the fluctuating demand every month. Then the forecasting results are integrated with the ERP system using the Odoo 14.0 application in the invoice, purchase, and inventory modules. By using the Odoo 14.0 application, it is expected that Perintis Pharmacy can increase efficiency and effectiveness in managing drug supplies so as to improve service quality and financial benefits.

Abstract

In higher education, the completion of a thesis within a 1-year timeframe is a prerequisite for graduation. The selection of a thesis topic is influenced by personal interest, the expertise of the thesis supervisor, and data availability. This research is designed to analyze the thesis topics of Economics Faculty students at Garut University using the Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) Modeling method. Utilizing quantitative and qualitative approaches, this research applies the concept of big data with techniques such as Data Crawling, Data Preprocessing, and Text Mining. The research successfully conducted topic modeling using the LDA method. The analysis showed that topic modeling with the LDA algorithm resulted in seven common thesis topics used in the students' thesis titles. With this, the research contributes to the understanding and efficacy in the determination of students' thesis topics. Abstract

The application of information and communication technology is often not achieved due to the unwillingness of users to accept and use the existing system. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between the determinant factors of SIMAK utilization on the user's behavioral intention, to analyze the relationship between habit and facilitating condition factors to user behavior, and to analyze the relationship between user behavior intention and user behavior. This study used a quantitative method by conducting a questionnaire survey to Digital Business Study Program student, Garut University. Measurements were carried out using the UTAUT 2 model construct, then testing was carried out with the Structural Equation Model (SEM) and SPSS. This finding proves that 1) performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating condition, and hedonic motivation have no effect on behavioral intention. 2) habit and trust in information have an effect on behavioral intention. 3) habit and facilitating conditions have no effect on user behavior. 4) behavioral intention has an effect on user behavior. The implications of this research can be considered in the application of information and communication technology in improving performance.
