Abstract

The problem of this research is that students have difficulty writing, students have difficulty in composing words in their own language and students are less developed in writing because of limited ideas, opinions and students' writing knowledge. When students are asked to write stories, students actually tell their ideas to their friends. This type of research is classroom action research (CAR). The data analysis technique of this research is qualitative data obtained from the results of teacher observation sheets and student observations, while quantitative data is learning outcomes obtained from learning outcomes tests. Based on the results of this study, it can be seen from the increase in the learning process with the percentage of teaching educators, namely cycle I meeting 1 66.66%, cycle I meeting 2 76.19% and cycle II meeting 1 85.7%, cycle II meeting 2 92, 30% and an increase in the learning process of students in cycle I meeting 1 53.84%, cycle I meeting 2 62.17% and cycle II meeting 1 73.07%, cycle II meeting 2 95.2% and the percentage of completeness of the number of students who achieved The KKM in the initial conditions was 36.3% or 8 students out of 22 students who achieved the KKM, in the first cycle the students who achieved the KKM were (54.5%) or (12) students from 22, and in the second cycle the students who achieved the KKM were ( 81.81%) or 18 of the 22 students. It can be concluded that the application of the Scaffolded writing model can improve the writing skill process of fifth grade students at SD Negeri 118/II Candi.

Abstract

This research is a classroom action research, which consists of two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning activities, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, tests and documentation. The research subjects were 1 educator and 22 students. The results of this study showed the teaching learning process, the first meeting of the first cycle was 77%, the second meeting of the first cycle was 80%, the first meeting of the second cycle was 90%, the second meeting of the second cycle was 95.45%. Observation of students during the learning process in the first cycle of the first cycle of good category is still 0%, the second meeting of the cycle increased to 54%. Furthermore, the first meeting in the second cycle in the category increased to 77% and the second meeting in the second cycle in the good category increased to 91% which was said to be successful. The results of the initial reading and writing skills assessment of students in cycle I were in the good category of 12 people or 54%. In cycle II the good category increased to 20 people or 91% and was declared successful. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the use of Visual, Auditory, Read Write, Kinesthetic models can improve students' initial reading and writing skills in class II.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of the types of characters that are formed in basic student leadership training activities at SMPN 1 Kayutanam, obstacles that occur in the implementation of character education in basic student leadership training activities at SMPN 1 Kayutanam and efforts to overcome obstacles in implementing character education in basic student leadership training activities at SMPN 1 Kayutanam. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive method, which was taken using a purpose sampling technique. The data were collected by means of observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The data validity test used is source triangulation. Data analysis techniques in this study were carried out using techniques from Milles and Huberman, namely: (1) data collection process, (2) data reduction, (3) data presentation and (4) conclusion drawing or verification. Informants in this study were principals, teachers and also students who took part in basic student leadership training activities. The results showed that: (1) The types of characters formed in the basic student leadership training activities at SMPN 1 Kayutanam were: (a) Discipline character formation, (b) responsibility, (c) environmental care, (d) religious, (e) appreciate achievements. (2) The obstacles that occur in the implementation of character education in basic student leadership training activities at SMPN 1 Kayutanam are: (a) not all students are interested and interested in participating in extracurricular activities. Basic student leadership training, (b) There are still many parties who underestimated students' basic leadership training activities, (c) lack of basic student leadership training or lack of interest in extracurricular activities for student leadership basic training at school, (3) Efforts to overcome obstacles to implementing character education in student leadership basic training activities at SMPN 1 Kayutanam, namely: (a) Providing strict rules for students, (b) Designing learning strategies that have regular character planting programs, (c) Routinely instilling a good attitude, (d) Always admonishing (e) Always being a good teacher .

Abstract

The results showed that there was an increase in thematic learning outcomes that were pursued through the example non example learning model. This research was conducted in two cycles. This is indicated by the increase in learning outcomes based on the teacher's observation sheet, namely in the first cycle the student observation results at the first meeting were 70.31%, the second meeting was 71.87%, the third meeting was 75% and already in the second meeting. categorized as good and in the second cycle the increase in the first meeting was 78.12%, the second meeting was 79.68%, the third meeting was 84.37% and was categorized as very good. Student observation sheets, namely in the first cycle the results of student observations at the first meeting were 60%, the second meeting was 71.66%, the third meeting was 75% and was categorized as good and in the second cycle the increase in the first meeting was 75%, the second meeting was 78.33%, the third meeting is 83.33% and has been categorized as very good. Completeness in the final test is the number of students who completed before the action as many as 15 students (60% of all students). After being given action. in the first cycle, the number of students who completed learning increased to 16 students (64% of all students), and in the second cycle the number of students who completed the study increased to 20 students (80% of all students). Based on the results of the research above, students must focus on the learning process using example non example, this is an alternative model that can be used by teachers in the learning process to be able to improve learning outcomes and student activity in the classroom.

Abstract

Media pembelajaran yang kurang interaktif disertai penyampaian materi yang kurang menarik dapat membuat siswa merasa jenuh saat mengikuti pembelajaran. oleh karena itu, media pembelajaran interaktif dapat menjadi alternatif yang tepat untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. salah satunya menggunakan Software Multimedia Adobe Flash CS6. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Menghasilkan media pembelajaran intraktif teknik jaringan komputer pada mata pelajaran teknik layanan jaringan menggunakan Software Multimedia Adobe Flash CS6 yang valid. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis-Desain-Develop-implementasi-Evaluate) yang memiliki lima tahapan pengembangan antara lain analisis, perancangan, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi.validasi dilakukan untuk mengetahui kelayakan terhadap multimedia yang dikembangkan.validasi diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data berupa angket yang diberikan kepada ahli materi dan ahli media. Respon peserta didik dan pendidik diperoleh dengan metode pengumpulan data berupa angket. Hasil validasi ahli materi diperoleh rata-rata sebesar 91,67% dengan kategori ”Sangat Layak”. Uji validitas materi secara keseluruhan adalah 88,89% dengan kategori ”Sangat Layak”. Uji Praktikalitas media pembelajaran diuji oleh 1 orang guru dan 16 orang siswa. Praktikalitas untuk uji praktikalitas guru 87,11% dan praktikalitas oleh siswa 79,80% sehingga dapat diinterprestasikan Sangat Praktis untuk digunakan. Abstrak ditulis dalam Bahasa Indonesia dan bahasa Inggris. Gunakan 12 pt Times New Roman bold. Pada abstrak sekurang-kurangnya berisi tujuan, metode dan temuan. Dapat pula ditambahkan tentang batasan, implikasi praktis, implikasi sosial dan nilai originalitasnya. Panjang maksimal abstrak adalah 250 kata dan tidak melebihi halaman pertama ini. Kata Kunci: Media Interaktif, Software Multimedia Adobe Flash.

Abstract

One of the problems in learning mathematics is the weak ability of students to apply knowledge to solve problems in real life, especially in solving the problem of presenting Data, collecting data, and presenting data. To overcome this problem, a class action research (PTK) was conducted using Discovery Learning model. The purpose of this study was to improve the learning outcomes of VII C grade students of SMP Negeri 2 Muntilan school year 2018/2019 using the Discovery Learning Learning model. The research subjects were students totaling 32 people, the source of research data obtained from qualitative data in the form of data observation activities of teachers and students and quantitative data in the form of student learning outcomes test data. The results of the first cycle of research obtained by students who completed individually as many as 24 students with classical completeness of 75 %. While the results of the second cycle of research has increased with the number of students who completed individually as many as 28 students with a percentage of completeness of 87.5 %. Based on the results of the study, learning using the Discovery Learning Learning model can improve the learning outcomes of VII C grade students of SMP Negeri 2 Muntilan school year 2018/2019.

Abstract

Sciences (IPA) is a national compulsory subject that has several indicators that must be achieved by students. In fact, students of SMP Negeri 2 Muntilan are still in poor category in maximizing their cognition in learning process. Many students do not follow the process, so it has an impact on the results. Based on observations, the students tend to be passive and do not pay attention. In addition, teachers are also still practicing conventional teaching methods. Those are the main factors of the low student learning outcomes. Therefore, researchers compiled classroom action research by applying the Discovery Learning in the learning process. The model is applied to improve science learning achievement for class VIIA of SMP Negeri 2 Muntilan academic year 2019/2020 by focusing on topic of interaction of living things with their environment. The research subjects are 32 students, with the composition of 18 male students and 14 female students. There are two kinds of data, qualitative and quantitative. The qualitative data are taken from observations of teacher and students’ activities, meanwhile the quantitative data is taken from the students’ learning result. The results of the first cycle of the research shows that 100% of students reach the minimum standard score with an average score is 83.65. However, there are 9.3% (3) students who are on the minimum standard score. Meanwhile the results of the second cycle shows the improvement of the students’ result. It shows that all the students get more than minimum standard score with the average score is 87.875. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that the application of Discovery Learning model can improve the students’ science learning outcome for class VIIA of SMP Negeri 2 Muntilan of academic year 2019/2020 focusing on the interaction of living things with their environment topic.

Abstract

This Best Practice is motivated by the lack of activeness and learning achievements of students in online learning activities during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study is focused on efforts to enhance students' activeness and learning achievement in mathematics through Google Meet assisted by jamboard and pentablet applications. The subjects of this study were students of class VIII D of SMP Negeri 41 Semarang with a total of 32 people. Based on an analysis of the observations results during the study, student learning achievement shows an improvement, as evidenced by an increase in student activity scores compared to the results before using Google Meet assisted by Jamboard and Pentablet applications. Students learning activeness increased to 81.250%. In addition, the achievement of the minimum criteria of mastery learning percentage has increased, before this study by 56.25%, increasing to 84.375%. It can be concluded that online learning through Google Meet assisted by Jamboard and Pentablet applications can enhance student activeness and learning achievement.

Abstract

Efforts to increase teacher competence need to be made to help improve professionalism in teaching. The number of success factors is because the teacher's skills in delivering teaching materials and materials can encourage students to be motivated in the learning process. Although skills are basic things that must be possessed by teachers, there are still some obstacles including, teachers are not able to manage the class, teachers have not been able to provide reinforcement to students, teachers have not been able to control the atmosphere in the classroom and teachers often miss activities in a series of closing the learning process. If this condition continues, it can affect student learning activities. Therefore, a school action research (PTS) was conducted through a lesson study to see the improvement of the teaching skills of teachers, especially at SD Negeri Bumiharjo. The research subject is the competence of teachers in SD Bumiharjo with qualitative and descriptive comparative data collection. The results of the study indicate that efforts to improve the teaching skills of teachers have increased through lesson study activities at SD Negeri Bumiharjo.

Abstract

The ability of a teacher as an educator in designing learning is a competency that must be possessed. Teachers have a crucial role in the process of scientific transition. However, there are still problems found that the process of preparing lesson plans as teaching materials is not by following with a systematic format, the applied learning methods have not been able to actively involve students, and there are still teachers who prepare lesson plans with copy and paste. The condition of teachers' lack of competence in designing learning materials is the reason for this research. The focus of this research is to make efforts to improve the ability of teachers in designing learning materials that are carried out through structured workshop activities, especially for teachers at SD Negeri Giripurno 2. The subject of this research is the competence of teachers at SD Negeri Giripurno 2 by collecting qualitative and descriptive comparative data. The results showed that efforts to improve the ability to design learning progressed through structured workshop activities for teachers at SD Negeri Giripurno 2.
