Abstract

This study aims to determine the differences that exist in individuals viewed from the aspect of intelligence, talent and implications in learning. Individual differences are a gift given by God to humans, where between one individual and another there must be differences. It is very important for educators to understand the differences that exist in students. By knowing the causes that influence individual differences, educators can provide equal treatment to students. The method used is a literature study by processing and analyzing a number of relevant literature. Data were analyzed, grouped, and interpreted to determine the factors that influence individual differences. The results show that individual differences based on intelligence, talent in learning are a concern for educators in developing the potential that exists in students, this needs to also be supported by parents of students so that students are more enthusiastic in learning, channeling the talents of students, and how to respond to individual differences who have different intelligence and talents in learning in the school environment.

Abstract

The problem in this study is the low process and learning outcomes of students in science learning, this is evidenced by the results of observations and school documentation which shows that of 19 students only 47% have met the KKM. This research was conducted in Class V SDN 188/VIII Wiroto Agung. The purpose of this study was to describe and determine the application of the jigsaw cooperative model in increasing the activities and learning outcomes of science in class V. The method used in this study was classroom action research (CAR). This research consists of 2 cycles, each cycle is carried out through 4 stages, namely planning, action, observation and reflection and consists of 2 meetings. The results of the study can be explained as follows: (1) the application of the jigsaw cooperative model in learning activities seen from the observation sheet, namely the first cycle from the teacher aspect 84% and the student aspect 57% while in the second cycle there was an increase in the teacher aspect 91% and the student aspect 73 % who have reached the success indicator. (2) the application of the jigsaw cooperative model in learning in the first cycle is still not optimal. It can be seen from the test results in the first cycle that only 32% of students met the KKM and in the second cycle there was an increase of 79% of students who met the KKM. Thus, it can be concluded that the jigsaw cooperative model can improve the learning process and results at SDN 188 VIII Wiroto Agung.

Abstract

The process of submitting a thesis will pass the validation stage by the validator team. However, as the number of titles that have been submitted increases, it will be difficult for the validator to know whether the title has been submitted before or not. We need a system that can process information retrieval against the thesis title database and is able to calculate the degree of similarity of the title. In this study, a system development was carried out by applying the Cosine Similarity method to obtain the similarity value of the proposed title to the thesis title contained in the database. The result of this research is a system that can be used as a tool for information retrieval. The information generated from this process is the degree of similarity index of the title of thesis database, which becomes a tool in conducting the title of thesis validation process in STKIP PGRI West Sumatra

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problem of low motivation and science learning outcomes for fifth grade students at 094/8 Giriwinangun.. This is because teachers still teach conventionally and do not apply variations in teaching. The purpose of this study is to increase motivation and science learning outcomes using the reciprocal teaching learning model for fifth grade students. This research is a type of CAR research, which has been carried out in two cycles of action, while each cycle consists of two meetings. Each cycle consists of planning, implementation of action, observation, and reflection. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, questionnaires, and learning outcomes tests. The observation sheet instrument was used to collect data related to the teacher and student aspects of the learning process, the questionnaire instrument was used to collect data related to student learning motivation, while the learning outcomes test items were used to collect data related to the remaining science learning outcomes. The research data were analyzed using qualitative and quantitative approaches. The results showed that in the first cycle the learning process in the teaching aspect of the teacher reached 75%, the student learning aspect reached 65%. In the second cycle the improvement in the learning process from the teaching aspect of the teacher reached 87%, student learning aspect in the second cycle reached 90%. The success percentage of students' learning motivation in the first cycle reached 70% and increased again in the second cycle by reaching 95%. Students' science learning outcomes in the first cycle only reached classical completeness of 55%. While in the second cycle, it managed to increase by achieving classical completeness of 80%. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the application of the reciprocal teaching model can increase the motivation and learning outcomes of science students in class V SDN 094/8 Giriwinangun.

Abstract

The problem in this study is the low value of the process and results of learning mathematics in class V SD Negeri 60 / II Muara Bungo, this is evidenced by the results of observations with the class V homeroom teacher. The aim of this research is to describe the application of the index card match model in the learning process. learners and students' thinking skills. This type of research is classroom action research (PTK). This study consisted of 2 cycles, each cycle carried out through 4 stages, namely planning, action, observation and reflection and consisted of 2 meetings. The results of the application of the index card match model were carried out by the following steps: (1) Delivering objectives and motivating students, (2) Presenting information, (3) Organizing students into study groups, (4) Guiding students in study groups, ( 5) evaluation, so as to improve the process and results of learning mathematics in class V SD Negeri 60 / II Muara Bungo with the percentage of teacher teaching activities, namely 60% in cycle I meeting I, 75% in cycle I meeting II, 80% in cycle II meeting I, 87% cycle II at the second meeting. As well as an increase in the learning process of students as indicated by learning activities by 58% in the first cycle of meeting I, 70% in the first cycle of the second meeting, 75% in the second cycle of the first meeting, 80% in the second cycle of the second meeting, and the percentage of students' learning completeness. from pre-action 43% as many as 13 people who reached KKM, increased to 53% as many as 16 people who reached KM, increased to 80% as many as 24 people who reached KKM.

Abstract

In Era Society 5.0, teachers must have expertise in using ICT to teach online during the pandemic. They also need to adapt their teaching to the characteristics of students as millennials become creative, innovative, and competitive generations. The formation effort is realized through the use of Google Jamboard as a creative medium in the Introductive Grammar course. The general purpose of using it is to encourage students to learn independently, to inspire creativity and collaboration, and to focus on the problem-solving process. Introductive Grammar is a course that has a fairly high level of difficulty to understand, so knowing the level of understanding of students in the French Education Section, Universitas Negeri Semarang is a special purpose of using this web application. This part of Classroom Action Research is organized after students had a decreased accuracy of the Final Semester Examination by 18%. We focus on improving the quality of the learning process in the classroom so that student learning outcomes can be improved provides information in creating creative content about lesson material. It turns out that their jamboards are very creative, innovative, and competitive between one student and another so that these works can be used to describe the learning of the Introductive Grammar course in the next year's academics.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to improve the learning outcomes of fourth grade students of SDI Siumolo, Kupang Regency by applying the PBL learning model. The type of research used in this research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The subjects of this study were fourth grade students, with a total of 20 students consisting of 13 male students and 7 female students. The research was carried out in a cycle starting from cycle one to completion with the planning stage, implementation stage, observation stage, and reflection stage. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation and learning outcomes tests. From the results of the first cycle the average score was 67.75, with a completeness percentage of 55%, the results of observing student activities were 73.33 (enough) and the results of observing teacher activities were 76.78 (enough). After the second cycle obtained an average value of 81.75 with a percentage of completeness that is 90%, the results of observing student activities are 85.10 (Good) and the results of observing teacher activities are 96.42 (Good). Thus, student learning outcomes and the results of the analysis of observational observation sheets increase towards a better direction with the application of PBL learning models compared to using the lecture method.

Abstract

The Human Resources Information System course at the Psychology Study Program at the Islamic University of Indonesia initially used SAP HCM, but the course management team decided to change the learning tool from SAP HCM to ODOO because it is free and open source. Continuing previous research on the usability of ODOO, this research aims to evaluate the implementation of ODOO usage. This evaluation research uses the CIPP model (context, input, process, product), which focuses on process (student assessment of lecturers) and product components (final grades of 2017, 2018, and 2020 students). The Academic Section collected the data then we analyzed it using descriptive statistics and ANOVA. The results showed that the performance of lecturers in the learning process was in the high category, while the average final score was at a sufficient level (B+). There is also no difference in student evaluations of lecturers in the three years. According to this study, HRIS learning with ODOO has been effective but needs improvement.

Abstract

This research is motivated by student learning outcomes that do not meet the criteria for mastery learning, the application of varied, creative, innovative, and fun learning media in social studies learning, students in the class are still passive in the learning process, lack of mastery of social studies subject matter and average grades. for social studies subjects in class is still low. The solution to overcome these problems is to use a rotating wheel media. The location is in class IVBSDN 60/II Muara Bungo, Rimbo Tengah District, Bungo Regency, the method used in this research is CAR (Classroom Action Research).The results of the study showed that the learning process in the first cycle of implementation learning outcomes in the first cycle had a percentage of completeness at the first meeting 55.55% increased at the second meeting 61.11% increased, in the second cycle implementation at the first meeting 83.33% increased at the second meetingII 88.89%.The conclusion is that using the rotating wheel media for social studies learning can improve learning outcomes in IVB SDN 60/II.

Abstract

The problems found in the class of SD N 37/II Pasar Lubuk Landai there are 4 students who have learning difficulties, namely Ragil Saputra, Altha Putri Hayu, Rizal Pramono, Nuesupina by showing thesymptoms experrienced by students such as the result obtained are not inaccordance with the efforts made done, slow in doing the task, showing indifference, difficultto focus, showing unnatural behavior such as always noisy, disorganized during learning. So this study aims to determine the form of learning difficulties, and efforts to evercome learning difficulties in class V at SD N 37/II Pasar Lubuk Landai, Tanah Sepenggal Kabupaten Bungo district. This research uses descriptive qualitative research method. Research informants there are 4 students from 9 subjects of class V students who have learning difficulties the data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentations. The research instruments used are observation, sheets, interview guidelines and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The result of the study indicate that thereare two forms of learning difficulties for students. First, there are 2 students who have learning disabilities, namely learning disabilities,and 2 students who experience slow learning. Factors causing learning difficulties include internal factors in the form of learning motivation. Study habits, attitudes in learning as well as external factors including the famuly, community, and school environment white efforts to overcome leaerning difficulties are to provideasistance in the form of 1) group study guidance 2) individual study guidance 3) remedial teaching 4) personal guidance 5) case transfer.
