Abstract

This research was conducted at the Rubber Quality Laboratory of PT. Batanghari Tembesi Jambi. Rubber Quality Laboratory PT. Batanghari Tembesi is a unit that functions to analyze the quality of rubber that has been processed. This research aims to create an E-Archive Information System to overcome archive management that occurs at the Rubber Quality Laboratory of PT. Batanghari Tembesi, where this company still uses paper for archiving, namely the data from the SIR analysis and the results of the Cross Check data are printed and then stored in cupboards and cardboard boxes, which can cause the data to be prone to loss, damage, and take a long time to search for the data. The waterfall model is used in developing this information system because the work flow is clearer and more sequential, so that the development process works more regularly and focused. Meanwhile, in designing this system, system modeling tools such as Use Case Diagrams, Class Diagrams, and Activy Diagrams were used.

Abstract

Pengolahan data perpustakaan Institut Teknologi dan Bisnis Pelita Raya sebelumnya dengan cara mencatatnya dalam buku. Cara ini dinilai tidak efektif dan efisien karena datanya tidak terintegrasi satu sama lain. Oleh karena itu, pihak berwenang menghadapi kesulitan ketika mereka perlu merangkum data ketika membuat laporan, karena mereka juga harus merekonstruksi data lama. Beberapa data masih disimpan dalam format arsip, sehingga tingkat keamanan data masih rendah dan terdapat risiko kehilangan data dan tidak efesien dan efektif dalam memanajemen katalog. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendisain sistem dan membangun sistem informasi perpustakaan berbasis website. Metodologi air terjun dan alat UML (Unified Modeling Language) yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Sistem ini penggunaan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan DBMS MySQL dalam mendukung pengelolaan data, pengambilan data dan pencetakan laporan sehingga memudahkan dalam mencari informasi buku yang diperlukan. Selain itu sistem juga dapat mengidentifikasi minat membaca mahasiswa dan memberikan peringkat berdasarkan poin minat membaca tertinggi

Abstract

The role of technology in this era is of significant importance in daily life. One of the technological innovations currently gaining attention is Augmented Reality. The utilization of Augmented Reality is considered an interesting method to introduce products sold by Transliving Jambi. The main challenge faced is the lack of understanding of the products, which has the potential to hinder the company's sales process. Therefore, the application currently being developed by the author is designed to utilize 3D object visualization. The use of tools such as Unreal Engine, Photoshop, and Blender forms the foundation for designing this application. The goal is to provide assistance to customers in better understanding information about the course learning media at LPPK Gentala Hospitality School Jambi. Thus, it is expected that this application will offer a deeper and more interactive experience for prospective customers.

Abstract

PT XYZ adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang pembibitan ayam yang berlokasi di Sumatera Selatan. PT XYZ setiap bulannya memiliki penilaian karyawan yang dilakukan secara rutin untuk mengetahui karyawan terbaik tetapi dalam pelaksanaannya terdapat beberapa masalah yaitu memakan waktu yang lama dan pembobotan yang sama untuk setiap kriteria penilaian. Maka dari itu, penulis mengusulkan untuk membangun sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan karyawan terbaik yang dapat membantu perusahaan dalam penilaian karyawan menjadi lebih cepat dan tepat. Sistem pendukung keputusan ini menggunakan metode Fuzzy SAW, penulis menggunakan metode tersebut karena metode tersebut cocok untuk penilaian dengan beberapa kriteria. Adapun fitur yang terdapat pada sistem yaitu penambahan kriteria, crisp, alternatif, nilai alternatif dan hasil perhitungan penilaian. Metodologi penulisan yang digunakan adalah metode iterasi dengan hasil berupa sistem pendukung keputusan yang bermanfaat dalam membantu penilaian karyawan menjadi lebih cepat.

Abstract

The MyTelkomsel application is an alternative for Telkomsel cellular provider users. Therefore, the application is expected to have a good level of usability for its users. However, there are still users who complain and feel dissatisfied with the services in the MyTelkomsel application. Therefore it is necessary to measure the usability of the MyTelkomsel application. This study discusses the results of usability analysis on the MyTelkomsel application based on the results of data collection from questionnaires distributed to 152 respondents who are users in the Jambi City Community. This study uses the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method by analyzing Usability with 5 variables: (Learnability, Efficiency, Satisfaction, Error, Memorability) as a reference for the question indicators used in the research questionnaire using the Likert scale and the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method. which is used to analyze the results of the data based on the 4 quadrants of the IPA Cartesian diagram. The data was collected by distributing a questionnaire containing 24 questions to 152 respondents who are users of the Mytelkomsel application. In this study, all dimensions have a significant impact on the deepend variables except the fulfillment dimension.

Abstract

Leonheart Cell Jambi adalah usaha yang bergerak di bidang penjualan handphone dan aksesoris dimana proses promosi dan penjualan sedang memakai teknik manual. Maka terjadilah permasalahan dimana sulitnya meningkatkan omzet penjualan dalam jumlah yang besar, kurangnya sarana promosi yang dapat dilakukan dengan biaya murah, dan kurangnya sarana pemberian informasi produk yang ditawarkan. Penelitian yang dilakukan ini bermaksud merancang sistem informasi penjualan online. Penelitian ini memakai bahasa pemograman PHP, DBMS MySQL dan metode pengembangan sistem waterfall. Penelitian yang dilakukan ini terdapat beberapa tahapan yaitu identifikasi masalah, studi literatur ,pengumpulan data, desain sistem, pengembangan sistem dan pembuatan laporan. Pencapaian penelitian memberikan kemudahan pada Leonheart Cell Jambi dalam promosi dengan biaya murah, memperluas wilayah promosi dan penjualan yang dapat meningkat tanpa harus menunggu pelanggan datang ke tempat.

Abstract

Sumber Jaya store is a business that moves in selling foods such rice, cigarette, sugar, bread, egg, beverages, shrimp crisp and other. The food business is situated in Singkut, specifically on Jalan Budi Utomo, Benteng River. The current method of data processing for procurement of products relies on physical books or hard copy documents, leading to many issues such as data errors, including mistakes in recording product names, product prices, and improper management of product supply. Hence, the objective of this study is to address this issue by creating a sales information system that employs the PHP programming language and MYSQL database. The author employs the waterfall process to construct a sales information system and using UML (Unified Model Language) to generate a range of diagrams, including use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams. The recently built system generates structured output that encompasses item data, purchase data, and sales data. Additionally, it offers crucial reports that enable Sumber Jaya shops to efficiently and precisely collect information

Abstract

Royal Transindo is a company engaged in the procurement of goods related to employment needs. Currently the company still uses Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel which are still commonly used. Every goods procurement activity is made by the administrator and managed by the owner, which is still less effective and requires a long time and there are delays in identifying data information such as selling prices, goods specifications and so on to customers. Therefore, based on existing problems, the author will design and create a goods procurement information system on CV. Royal Trasindo. This research was built using the PHP programming language and MySQL DBMS. Apart from that, we also apply the Agile Software Development method using the UML (Unified Modeling Language) method by creating various kinds of system modeling such as Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Class Diagrams and Flowchart Diagrams. With this information system, it is hoped that it will make it easier for system users, both administrators and company owners, to reduce delays in providing data information such as selling prices, product specifications and so on to customers. Apart from that, this web-based system can reduce the risk of losing data that the company does not want and it is hoped that the system built can produce good computerized reports to make it easier to calculate profit/loss.

Abstract

The Simpang Terusan Village Office is one of the government agencies tasked with carrying out Village Government activities, community empowerment, serving the community and maintaining public service infrastructure and facilities as well as fostering community institutions at the village level. The Simpang Terusan Village Office, apparently, does not yet have a mature enterprise architecture plan and has the desire to have an Enterprise Architecture. Without an information system strategic plan or mature Enterprise Architecture, the application of IS/IT at the Simpang Terusan Village Office will have an impact on less than optimal services provided to the community. This study aims to make an enterprise architecture plan using TOGAF ADM and test the information system architecture plan using an enterprise architecture score-card to find out whether the EA design that has been made is valid enough, so testing is needed. The research method in collecting data is to conduct interviews, observation, and document analysis. research results are made into research reports that can provide a complete picture of the system being built or the results of information system architecture planning using the designed TOGAF ADM, produce a blueprint as a guide for building an integrated information system consisting of 13 proposed applications and enterprise architecture planning that has been tested for feasibility using the EA-Scorecard method for each score calculation, namely business architecture 69%, data architecture 57%, application architecture 52%, technology architecture 61%. It can be stated that the recommendations for enterprise architecture planning at the Simpang Terusan Village Office are declared valid.

Abstract

Sumber Abadi Motor merupakan bentuk usaha yang bergerak di bidang distributor untuk sparepart motor khususnya di kota Jambi. Dalam kegiatan bisnisnya, barang-barang yang didistribusikan oleh Sumber Abadi Motor didapatkan dari supplier mereka dari luar kota. Dalam kegiatan sehari-hari untuk pengolahan data transaksi pembelian dan penjualan di Sumber Abadi Motor ini masih dilakukan secara manual. Pencatatan data transaksi masih dilakukan dengan menulis ke dalam buku secara satu persatu sehingga menyita waktu ketika akan dilakukan pengecekan data. Selain itu, pencatatan persediaan barang juga masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga pemrosesan laporan persediaan sering mengalami keterlambatan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan merancang sistem penjualan menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHPMyAdmin sebagai database, metode pengembangan sistem waterfall dan pemodelan sistem berupa usecase diagram, activity diagram, class diagram, dan flowchart diagram. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem yang membantu pengolahan proses bisnis seperti pengolahan data pembelian, penjualan, dan persediaan barang serta mampu mengefisiensikan waktu dalam perekapan laporan.
