Abstract

PT. Rapitama Intertech Buana is a company that operates in the interior and exterior sectors. This company has several customers who carry out sales transactions in installments. To manage accounts payable from these customers, the company uses a manual system. The manual system currently used has several shortcomings, such as the accounts payable and receivable management process which is inefficient and takes a long time. Therefore, the research team reached an agreement, namely by developing a better and more efficient transaction recording system so that there was no need to involve many parties when transactions between clients and companies occurred. By developing that transaction recording system, it is hoped that the system can overcome the problems in the company under study

Abstract

Location Pamijahan District in Bogor Regency, West Java Province, Indonesia. Pamijahan District has many natural and artificial tourist attractions that many tourists can visit. Currently, data collection and dissemination of information regarding tourist attractions and mapping of tourist attractions is still not optimal. That means the tourists don't know about tourist attractions are in Pamijahan District, Bogor Regency. From the description of the problem, a Website-Based Tourist Object Mapping System was designed and built in Pamijahan District, Bogor Regency, which expected to be able to solve this problem. For analysis and design methods, researcher uses Unified Modeling Language (UML). The Tourist Attraction Mapping System in Pamijahan District, Bogor Regency, uses the PHP and MySQL programming languages ​​as its database. The method used in designing this information system is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method. With this tourist attraction mapping system, hoped that it can help Pamijahan District, Bogor Regency in data collection and mapping, as well as assist tourists in finding tourist attractions in Pamijahan District, Bogor Regency

Abstract

PT. Hayati Pratama Mandiri is a company and business engaged in the sale of Honda brand motorized vehicles. PT. Hayati Pratama Mandiri is the largest sales company for Honda motorcycles in West Sumatra, currently has several branches spread across various districts and cities in West Sumatra. In addition to selling various kinds of Honda motorcycles, this company also sells spare parts and repairs or service motorcycles. In terms of selling spare parts and requesting goods, PT. Hayati Pratama Mandiri is still having difficulties in making requests for goods and spare parts to the warehouse because there is no information system or website that can make it easier for branches and sales departments to make requests for goods and spare parts quickly. So that having a website requesting goods and spare parts can make it easier to distribute and request goods without having to wait and come to ask for approval of goods out to the leadership. Therefore we try to help build a website to overcome the problems that exist at PT. Hayati Pratama Mandiri

Abstract

Attendance is a data retrieval activity to determine the number of attendance at a job, and the results of this study indicate that the application of web attendance at Sukalow Village Office employees tends to increase discipline towards employee attendance, with the support of detailed recorded data about the accuracy of employees entering and leaving the office..The purpose of this research is to analyze the registration information system. Helping villages to manage attendance to make it easier to do their attendance. Designing a web-based attendance information system.In designing this research the method used is a structured approach, the development method uses PIECES, the tool used to design the system is DFD, while to design and implement this financial information system using the PHP programming language, MySQL database and for the text editor using the Sublime text application. .The results of the research on employee attendance information systems when doing attendance are no longer manual but web-based.With the creation of a web- based attendance information system, it can make it easier for employees to do attendance and make it easier for officers to make attendance reports

Abstract

The role of information technology has penetrated into various sectors of life. With information technology allows organizational data to be processed quickly and easily so that the presentation of the required reports can be obtained precisely, quickly and efficiently. This can also be applied to the Palangka Raya City Emergency Call Fast Service (Call Center 112). Call Center 112 is a service center in receiving complaints and providing emergency information under the auspices of the Palangka Raya City Fire and Rescue Service. Call Center 112 has not implemented an information system that can increase effectiveness and efficiency in service quality. Therefore, proper IS/IT strategic planning is needed to support organizational performance. This research uses  the TOGAF ADM method. The results of this research are in the form of technology proposals and information systems in the form of strategic planning blueprints to be applied by organizations

Abstract

Mountains on the island of Java have very beautiful views and attract many domestic and foreign tourists. This is an opportunity for the welfare of the people in the mountain environment and the country, to increase state income. As time goes by, many people, both young and old, are interested in and appreciate mountain climbing. Maybe as a society we are still amateurs and don't know how to choose the right equipment for traveling. That's why we need a system that allows even beginners to easily register and rent items, and recognize what's in your bag. Abstract

PT. Lugas is a security services company founded on May 21, 2008 by instructors who are experienced in the field of security and protection. In 2021, PT. Lugas developed his business by switching to logistics services, handling export and imports, opening domestic shipping routes. Problem that occurs at PT. Lugas is where there is no processing of goods distribution data, it is difficult to make shipping and receiving reports, and there is no availability of an integrated system via website, resulting in employee performance processes and logistic distribution activities not running well. From the existing problems, a web-based logistics distribution information system was designed and built which is expected to be able to solve the existing problems. In defining needs and analyzing system development, data collection methods were carried out by means of observation, interviews and literature studies from various sources of information. The analysis and design method uses Unified Modelling Language (UML), a logistics distribution system at PT. Lugas using the PHP programming language and database using MySQL database

Abstract

In the dynamic business environment, risk management plays a crucial role in the sustainability and success of a company. This research aims to assist PT. XYZ, a local beverage distribution company, in identifying, analyzing, and managing the risks it faces using the ISO 31000:2018 approach. A case study research method is applied, focusing on the company's accounting information system. Risk assessment steps include identifying assets, potential risks, and risk impacts, followed by analyzing the likelihood and impact of risks. The analysis results classify risks into three levels: Low, Medium, and High. Out of the 18 identified risks, risk treatment is conducted by providing appropriate solutions to mitigate the identified risks, as listed in the recommendation table. It is hoped that the findings of this analysis will help PT. XYZ minimize losses caused by risks and enhance its business sustainability

Abstract

Currently, the marketing at the Billy Shop is done manually, namely through phone calls, sms and coming directly to the customer's home to offer the products/goods offered, so that it can save time (24-hour marketing) and reduce costs so that it can increase the revenue turnover of the Billy Shop. The purpose of this research is to analyze and design a web-based marketing information system at Billy Shop to improve marketing. The method used in this study is the prototype method according to the title taken, namely the analysis and design of the marketing information system in Billy's store. The web-based / Online marketing system is one of the marketing service facilities that must be used continuously by the store in order to achieve good product marketing, according to the advancement of information technology, where users can find out marketing information directly about the products marketed by the store. For the next researcher, it is recommended to increase the number of links, images of marketing products to attract visitors and use advertising marketing services
