Background problems in this study are base on the phenomenon of West Java Performance athletes shoot low ands shooting sports sequences that fall into the category of main stay 2. The ability of athletes affected by psychological factors. One of which is personality. Coach argued that the shooting athlete lack adequate to deal with mental game. Athletes have not been able to demonstrate appropriate behavior with the behavior of the ideal athlete who demands the firing of certain personality characteristic. Picture of the ideal personality of shoot athletes have nearly the same explanation with some of explanation personality factors put forward by Bernard Raymond Cattel. Shooting sport require athletes who have control the thoughts, actions, and emotions, the ability of a high concentration, and confidence. The purpose of this study was to gain insight about the personality profile athletes shoot in West Java. The Study population was all athletes shoot West Java being included in the qualifying round of PON. Where populations totaling fifteen people measuring instrument used are test kits that measure personality, namely Cattel 16 PF of which consist of 105 questions. This study is a qualitative description study in analyzing the data so the research results are not used statistical test, Count statistics used only simple statistic calculation of the mean data. The data is then analyzed and interpreted. Based on the calculated mean of seven personality factors directly related to the shooting sports. It seems that in general score is dominated by athletes shoot the normal category and are moving toward low normal. This shows that athletes do not have a personality that matches the characteristics of the ideal athlete to shoot. When seeing the personality profile of each athlete, there are still some athletes who have a factor that does not fit more than a factor that matches the characteristics of the ideal athlete to shoot. In General. Factors that do not fit these are the factors C (emotional stability) is low, the factor L (vigilance) is high, and factors Q3 (perfectionism) is low.

The unit is responsible for achieving success in providing these services the frontline units. Competence of each employee’s frontline units of course is needed in the process Of achievement. Frontline employees to work as a team unit In the completion of tasks and responsibilities for the achievement of corporate goals is to serve customers with the best – good. The success of frontline units as a team In achieving the goals can not only rely on the capabilities of human resources. but the psychological condition should be good. At Bank X Branch Road Independence Pioneer frontline units indicates a condition that not an effective team. Frontline units consisting of the teller and customer service would require the existence of effective teamwork to achieve common goals Teams that are not effective condition occurs along with the same Symptoms –certain symptoms that describe the condition of stress on employees frontline units PT Bank "X' JPK Branch Bandung. Sources of stress can come from Internal self external and more particularly may come from individuals, groups and organizations where employees work. Stress is the individuals reaction to pressure from within or outside themselves causing a physical reaction. psychological and behavioral changes (Alyssa Abbey & Jane Cranwell in Organizational stress) Conditions of stress on employees Will have an effect on the performance of employees in his company. Based on the results of data processing and discussion, it can be concluded that there is a negative relationship between the effectiveness of Stress on employee teams With frontline units PT Bank X JPK Branch Bandung With a correlation value of -0 746 The lower the effectiveness of the team. the higher the stress on employees frontline units JPK Branch Bandung. From the data obtained a total of seven people working with the effectiveness of low-and high-stress teams. 3 teams of people working high effectiveness and low stress. 2 person teams working With high effectiveness and high stress. although in general the two employees can work with the team's effectiveness high, but they do not have the atmosphere of informality with his colleagues In addition it also has the experience of conflict is not resolved due to the lack of civilized disagreement with his colleagues. 2 people working With low team effectiveness and low stress. This is because having a relatively long tenure compared with other colleagues. but also the influence of gender. who explains that male employees men will respond to sources stress are more rational and acceptable face Better. Highest correlation in this study on the correlation between the effectiveness of the team aspect of informality With stress. Orang yang melakukan pembunuhan dapat dikatakan telah berperilaku agresi, karena orang tersebut secara sengaja menyakiti orang lain secara fisik, yaitu menghilangkan nyawa korbannya. Di Lapas Sukamiskin sering terjadi pertengkaran narapidana, begitu pula dengan narapidana kasus pembunuhan, baik pertengkaran fisik, maupun pertengkaran secara verbal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji seberapa erat hubungan antara tipe kepribadian berdasarkan teori Eysenck dengan perilaku agresi pada narapidana kasus pembunuhan di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas 1 Sukamiskin Bandung. Metoda yang digunakan korelasional, dengan penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan alat ukur tipe kepribadian dari Eysenck dan alat ukur yang diskontruksi berdasarkan teori Berkowitz. Hasilnya terdapat korelasi yang tinggi antara tipe kepribadian dengan perilaku agresi pada narapidana kasus pembunuhan di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas 1 di Sukamiskin Bandung.

Teaching methods of reading Al-Quran which is applied in a mentoring program students in class EUnisbafar using the lecture method and a manual which makes students less attention In learning because they feel that methods so less attractive. This research aimed to explore alternative methods of learning in reading the Qur’an on the student, that is VCD Murotal with an audiovisual show presents the reading of the Qur’an slowly. In those impressions of letters I each word uttered one by one and the connected in accordance with existing legal literature to compose a word. The results show the average error in reading the Qur’an after being given a spectacle VCD Murotal smaller than before administration spectacle, in the sense of the influence of the velocity murotal VCD learn to read the Qur’an has resulted significant impact. So this method can be used as an alternative teaching of reading Qur’an correctly.

Perubahan kebijakan yang mengarah pada pembaruan misi organisasi belum tentu dapat dimaknakan sejalan dengan harapan dan keinginan karyawan. Perubahan status RRI Bandung menjadi lembaga penyiaran yang otonom menuntut kesiapan seluruh karyawan untuk menyikapinya secara positif. Dalam kenyataannya perubahan tersebut justru berdampak terhadap suasana kerja yang kurang kondusif, dan secara bersamaan muncul perilaku kerja yang mengindikasikan adanya penurunan motivasi kerja. Bila mengacu pada konsep Litwin & Meyer dan D.C. Kinlaw, terjadinya penurunan motivasi kerja diantaranya karena akibat langsung dari iklim kerja yang kurang baik. Dengan fenomena tersebut, penelitian ini diarahkan untuk mendapat gambaran bagaimana keeratan iklim hubungan kerja dengan motivasi kerja karyawan Bidang Layanan dan Usaha RRI Bandung. Hasil penelitian korelasional yang diperoleh melalui alat ukur iklim kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap seluruh populasi menunjukkan korelasi positif yang signifikan antara dimensi-dimensi iklim kerja dengan motivasi kerja. Mahasiswa perguruan tinggi diharuskan menyusun skripsi yang sesuai dengan kaidah penyusunan karya ilmiah yang benar dalam jangka waktu satu semster. Fenomena di Fakultas Psikologi UNISBA, terdapat sejumlah mahasiswa yang belum dapat menyelesaikan skripsinya dalam jangka waktu lebih dari dua semester. Mereka menghadapi sejumlah tuntutan dan hambatan dari dalam maupun luar dirinya. Mereka mengaku stres dan menghindari skripsi dikarenakan ragu akan dapat meyelesaikan skripsi. Keyakinan akan kemampuan mereka dapat disebut efikasi diri (Bandura, 1997). Pada kenyataannya, sebagian dari mereka memiliki IPK di atas 2,75, telah lulus dari mata kuliah Metodelogi Penelian 1 dan 2. Berdasarkan wawancara, mereka memerlukan bantuan berupa arahan, motivasi, masukan, informasi, dan solusi dari dosen pembimbing. Fenomena di atas menunjukkan dugaan adanya hubungan antara dukungan sosial dosen pembimbing dengan efikasi diri pada mahasiswa yang mengontrak skripsi lebih dari dua semester.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa erat hubungan antara dukungan sosial dosen pembimbing dengan efikasi diri pada mahasiswa yang mengontrak skripsi lebih dari dua semester di Fakultas Psikologi Universitas Islam Bandung. Kegunaan penelitian ini, memberikan informasi dan masukan kepada mahasiswa yang mengontrak skripsi, juga sebagai informasi bagi dosen pembimbing dan bagian akademik.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah korelasional. Pemilihan subjek penelitian menggunakan studi populasi dengan karakteristik mahasiswa yang mengontrak skripsi lebih dari dua semester di Fakultas Psikologi UNISBA dan memiliki IPK di atas 2,75.Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disusun berdasarkan teori dukungan sosial (Gottlieb, 2000) dan teori efikasi diri (Bandura, 1997). Pegolahan data menggunakan metode statistik uji korelasi rank spearman.Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu terdapat hubungan positif dengan tingkat keeratan sedang (rs = 0,55; a = 0,05) antara dukungan sosial dosen pembimbing dengan efikasi diri pada mahasiswa yang mengontrak skripsi lebih dari dua semester di Fakultas Psikologi UNISBA. Artinya, semakin rendah dukungan sosial dosen pembimbing yang diterima, maka semakin rendah pula efikasi diri mahasiwa yang mengontrak skripsi lebih dari dua semster.

The main purpose of this report is to determine whether there is influence of the type and tempo of music on the productivity of an employee while carrying out his job. Two types of music used in this study: classical music and dangdut music. Some employees were divided into 4 groups, each group provided music accompaniment at work, with the type and tempo of music is different, for 30 minutes .After it was seen that the resulting number of cookie cutters. Statistical program ANOVA and t-test was used to analyze the results. In result, it looks kind of music that is very significant effect on productivity is dangdut with fast tempo and classical music with fast tempo. So the kind of classical and dangdut music with fast tempo will affect aspects of existing within the individual that is the attitude, cognitive, and emotional. Where the type and tempo was perceived as a positive stimulation so that the individual is highly motivated then the individual will work with the maximum and this will be seen from the productivity increase as well and vice versa

PDAM is a service company. The income is mostly coming from its customer payment for their water consumption bill. Employee who has responsible to inform the water usage is the metter recording section. It is become a phenomena that the metter recording staff is never meet their target which is to record the actual consumption meter on daily basis. Iaso there are a lot of mistake during recording that will be fatal for the next process. The company is trying hard to motivated its employee by giving them an incentive, but some of them still showing un optimal result.Intention of this research is to collect emparical data regarding relationship between attitude toward monotoneus worked with workers motivation as a meter recording at PDAM Bandung.This research is using coorelational method. The subject of the research are all of 16 meter recording employee at PDAM Bandung. Using the likers scale for the questionaire. To measure the variable in the research we are using the attitude questionare to monotoneus working and motivation to work questionare.Based on the result of Spearman Correlational rank test on significancy level of 0,05 the result showing that there is high positive relationship (rs = 0,797) between attitude toward monotoneus work ed with workers motivation. Characteris monotoneus worked with workers motivationtic of monotoneus worked are: 1) No need creativity have an average possitive correlation (rs = 0,664) with attitude to work, 2) Did not have a chance for growht have a high possitive correlation (rs = 0,745), 3) Did not give a freedom of work have a high possitive correlation (rs = 0,813), 4) Do the same work and repeatedly have a high possitive correlation (rs = 0,829) with attitude to work, and 5) The work not required special skill have an average possitive correlation (rs = 0,562) with attitude to work.

Low Vision means that someone whose having avision dysfunction despite treatment; Has avisual acuity less than 6/ 18 until it can receive light perception; Broad vision of less than 10 degrees from the fixation point; their potential can still use the remaining vision for the planning and or execution of a task. Physical barriers to be one factor that can inhibit the individuals in fulfilling the development task. If the individual can not fulfill the development task, then that individual will feel the unhappy. Different conditions occurin individuals who have low vision in Syamsi Dhuha Foundation showed positive emotions or happiness in the face of the ‘problematic’ and physical limitations. By using questionare of happiness by Martin E.P. Seligman (2005) to 10 individuals who have low vision, obtained results indicate that in general subjects feel happiness.30% of the subjects feel the happiness in their pass life, 90% of the subjects feel happy in the present, and 90% of the subjects felt the optimistic in the future.Subject who happy in today life has been using signature strengths and life satisfaction. Subjects to feel optimistic about their future of life does have the power of hope that leads subjects to feel positive felling about the future. Subjects who was unhappy about their past as the subject who does not build up maximum strength of forgiving power and grateful.

There is a phenomenon in UNISBA as a private Islamic University, the students show low motivation in their learning behavior process. Their effort to achieve a good grade without optimizing their capabilities, there is a tendency to choose an easy way, cheating and violating the university rules, these were associated to the low of a Religious Commitment. According to Glock & Stark. Religious Commitment is a religious consciousness includes the obedience to do the ritual believes, the faith, which that is application of their religious knowledge.The objective of this research are to obtain data and empirical picture about the relationship between religious commitment and the learning motivation among the students; and to see which dimension of religious commitment has greater closeness to learning motivation.This research used the correlation method. The measurement tool to describe the students Religious commitment used a scale based Glock and Stark theory; and the scale of student’s learning motivation is constructed based on the learning motivation theory from Gage and Berliner. 340 UNISBA’s students who are currently actively registered as the population in this study. The data gathering is based on cluster random sampling. The result was rs= 0.524; there was a positive correlation between the religious commitment and learning motivation among the students. It means the lower the religious commitment, the lower the motivation of learning among the students.
