<![CDATA[This study describes the innovation of Islamic boarding school-based education marketing at MA Al Masduqiah. Marketing innovation is an important thing to do, considering the intense competition that is happening. This study used a qualitative approach to field research. Existing data obtained by means of observation, interviews and documentation. Informants in this study were obtained by purposive sampling technique, then get five informants. Among them are school principals, public relations department, teachers, guardians of new students, and guardians of old students. The analysis of the data uses Yin theory, that is, it does not require control over the events studied, it is enough just to observe and then explain. The research results obtained stated that Islamic boarding school-based education marketing innovation at MA Al Mashduqiah consisted of three things, namely analysis of market needs, school programs and the label of plus Islamic boarding school-based schools.]]>

<![CDATA[This study examines implementing the digital method approach in tajweed learning at MI Al-Islamiyah. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and analysis of related documents. The transformation begins with preparing a strategic plan that includes digital content development, teacher training, and infrastructure and technology upgrades. The results showed that implementing the digital method approach has had a positive impact. Students are more enthusiastic and engaged in tajweed learning with interactive content such as videos, animations, and educational games. Teachers experience quality developments in integrating technology in tajweed learning, which positively impacts teaching quality. In addition, collaboration with parents in supporting children's tajweed learning has also increased. With the transformation of tajweed learning management through a digital approach, MI Al-Islamiyah can provide broader access for students to learn tajweed. The change of Tajweed learning management through a digital system at MI Al-Islamiyah has increased learning effectiveness, student engagement, teacher quality, and supporting collaboration with parents. Thus, the digital method approach becomes a relevant alternative to enrich and improve tajweed learning in the context of Islamic education in this digital era.]]>

<![CDATA[One of the interesting problems to study in the world of education regarding human resources is teacher performance. A nation is developed if it has quality resources. This research was conducted to determine the leadership of Madrasah Heads in Improving Teacher Performance at Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Jadid. The research methodology uses a qualitative approach with a case study type of research. Data sources were obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique goes through three stages, namely data reduction, data display (data presentation) and data conclusion drawing/verification. The validity of the data in this research uses source triangulation and technical triangulation. The results of this research are 1) Leadership carried out by the head of the madrasah, namely providing motivation and supervision and support related to teacher duties, involving teachers to take part in training and implementing rewards and punishments to their employees for better performance. 2) The madrasa head's leadership style in improving teacher performance at Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Jadid is a democratic style through discussion or deliberation, openness, giving freedom to subordinates and giving subordinates the opportunity to provide critical suggestions. 3) The principal's obstacles to improving teacher performance are still a lack of facilities and infrastructure, teacher indiscipline both in lesson planning and attendance. And they are less enthusiastic about teaching their students.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to examine the important role of women's leadership in facilitating the development of self-awareness of teachers at the Alas Sumur Lor II PKK Kindergarten. Self-awareness is an essential aspect in individual personal and professional development, especially for teachers who play a role in forming the next generation. This research method uses a qualitative approach by collecting data through in-depth interviews and participant observation, consisting of female teachers at the PKK Alas Kindergarten. Sumur Lor II. The data collected was analyzed using a thematic approach, allowing the identification of patterns related to the role of women's leadership. The results of the research show that women's leadership based on interpersonal skills has a positive impact in building self-awareness in teachers. Through effective communication, empathy, and active listening skills, female leaders are able to create an environment that supports teachers' self-development. This research contributes to the understanding of the vital role of women's leadership based on interpersonal skills in the world of education.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to understand women's leadership in educational transformation through women leaders in educational institutions. With this evidence, women get equal opportunities to receive education and become leaders. In Situbondo there are many female leaders, one of the most prominent being the Deputy Regent of Situbondo who is also the Chair of the Situbondo Muslimat. The female leader who was deputy to be regent was the first time in Situbondo who was also the leader of the Miftahul Ulum Besuki Islamic Boarding School. The approach used in this research is qualitative with a case study type. Data obtained through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The data collected was analyzed using the Miles and Huberman data analysis technique, which consists of data reduction, data display and verification. The research results show that women's leadership in educational transformation which can build mindsets is carried out in the form of example, providing rewards, paying attention to subordinates who have problems, and providing soft skills training.]]>

<![CDATA[The Development of Creativity-Innovation in Art Education is a learning achievement that is fun, unique, creative, innovative, and democratic initiative (MUKIDI) and the harmony of learning elements that can increase creativity-innovative in art education. The goals of an effective innovative strategy can encourage student creativity, enable students to explore their interests, and talents, provide space for creative exploration, support the development of critical thinking skills, enrich student learning experiences, stimulate student imagination, support creative education and student achievement and know the high level of achievement that has been achieved, student.The research method used was a qualitative method along with sampling from schools RA Darus Salam and using several data collection techniques, including Library Studies Literature study is a data collection technique that is carried out employing research on library literature. So this research concludes that the use of innovative strategies in education within schools RA Darus Salam can open wider opportunities for students to develop creativity to increase their motivation to achieve high achievements. The implication of these findings is the need for changes in the education system that are more supportive of innovation and creativity, by involving all students in schools RA Darus Salam who have an interest in creating a learning environment that stimulates and motivates students to reach their maximum potential in achieving high achievements. <![CDATA[This research examines the impact of developing the Diniyah Program as an innovative strategy for improving the quality of student learning in Madrasah. The Diniyah program is integrated as an essential component in the madrasah curriculum with the hope of making a significant contribution to the holistic development of learners. Through an in-depth analysis of the implementation of the Diniyah Program, this study aims to investigate the role of the program in improving the quality of learning, involving religious aspects, critical thinking skills, curriculum integration, moral character building, and promotion of diversity tolerance. The research methodology involves a qualitative approach with data collection through interviews, classroom observation, and analysis of curriculum-related documents. The results showed that (1) the development of the Diniyah Program has had a significant positive impact in improving the quality of student learning. (2) Learners demonstrate progress in religious understanding, development of critical thinking skills, and balanced integration between religious aspects and general science. In addition, (3) the Diniyah Program also has a role in shaping students' moral character, creating individuals who have integrity and good ethics. Tolerance and diversity have also increased, creating an inclusive madrasah environment.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to analyze the financial performance of non-profit organizations. The method used is a qualitative type of literature approach, namely by comparing and evaluating concepts obtained from documents in the form of profit organization financial report data and references from books, journals, magazines and financial data from official websites of profit organizations. The results of this research can be calculated as GPM NPM. ROA and ROE. An organization's financial condition can be said to be by OJK standards if it meets the criteria for profitability ratios in profit organizations. In the 2018-2022 period, profit organizations experienced fluctuations in financial performance in the profitability aspect. This can be seen based on the calculation of ROA, ROE, and NPM over the last five years; namely, the average data obtained is ROA of 0.02%, ROE of 0.48%, NPM of 4.94%, and GPM of 0.9%. This data shows that profit organizations still need to meet the financial performance assessment standards set by Bank Indonesia.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to analyze and examine development strategies through sermons to increase students' self-confidence in their speaking skills and determine what obstacles students face when performing sermons. This research was conducted at the MI Ma'arif Al-Ishlah Kalisat Bungkal Ponorogo institution. Researchers used a qualitative case study type approach. Data was collected using interview, observation and documentation techniques and then analyzed through several steps: data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of the research show that (1) Efforts that need to be made by a teacher to increase students' self-confidence are to encourage, guide well and provide motivation to MI Nurul Ulum students who take part in khutbah activities. (2) The main obstacle teachers and MI Nurul Ulum face is that students need more reparation in sermon activities. This lack of student preparedness resulted in a lack of focus while appearing on stage, and there were even cases where some students brought texts when they came to the stage. Meanwhile, the obstacles students face in giving sermons vary, for example, lack of self-confidence, stage fright, nervousness about speaking in public and fear of making mistakes. Because they only pay attention and listen to what other students say, which causes the role of the sermon not to fail too well.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this article is to discuss learning methods in pesantren in reducing student boredom through the yellow book. The yellow book is a learning literature that is typical of pesantren, understanding in learning the monotonous yellow book can cause students to feel bored in learning. Through this descriptive qualitative research, it is expected to be able to contribute reference knowledge about the yellow book learning strategy through active and creative teaching methods and styles in reducing student boredom. The result of this study is the trategi of learning the yellow book at the Lubbul Labib Islamic boarding school using two aspects of strategy including classical learning methods (sorogan and badongan), and the bahtsul masail method. The combination of these two aspects creates a dynamic and engaged learning atmosphere, motivating students to be actively involved in the learning process so as to overcome student boredom at Lubbul Labib boarding school.]]>
