The purpose of this research is to measure the influence of product quality and brand trust on brand loyalty to Skechers shoes in Palembang City. This research is quantitative research using the previous measurement scale. The population in this research is The population in this research is consumers who have bought Skechers shoes in Palembang City with the number of samples used in this research totaling 320 samples which will be distributed to respondents, namely people who have bought Skechers shoes in Palembang City. The data source used is primary data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires to respondents and secondary data used is in the form of the profile, history and organizational structure of the Palembang Skechers Brand Shoe Store. The analysis used in this research is validity analysis and. The results of this research show that the variables Product Quality and Brand Trust have a significant effect, while the variables Product Quality and Brand Trust have a significant effect simultaneously on the dependent variable (Brand Loyalty) on Skechers shoes in Palembang City.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk apakah kualitas produk dan harga berpengaruh terhadap minat beli di Toko Ical. Responden yang menjadi subjek penelitian adalah calon pelanggan Toko Ical, dengan jumlah sampel 220 responden. Dari hasil penelitian, dapat dilihat bahwa kualitas produk dan harga memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli di Toko Nanda Ical, baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan.

Catfish Frost Aquaponics is a business that combines 2 innovative concepts of aquaponics and frozen food methods. This business offers Lele Frost products containing 4-6 catfish (1kg) that have been given yellow spices. This business is located on Jalan Letjen TNI Dr. H. Ibnu Sutowo No.23 Palembang. The reason for choosing this business is because there are many catfish enthusiasts in Palembang City. Promotion that will be done using social media. Based on the aspect of business feasibility, Lele Frost is declared worthy to run its business and can benefit in the future.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga dan desain terhadap keputusan pembelian brand Cardinal di Palembang. Pengumpulan data untuk penelitian ini membagikan kuesioner kepada 383 responden. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan nonprobability sampling dengan metode purpsosve sampling dengan bantuan SPSS 23. Hasil uji parsial menunjukkan bahwa harga dan desain berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung dengan nilai 0.000 < 0.05. Uji simultan membuktikan bahwa nilai F bernilai 60.526 dengan 0.000 nilai signifikan yang artinya variable harga dan desain dapat dikatakan berpengaruh positif dan signifikansi terhadap keputusan pembelian.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of price and quality of customer loyalty services in Abun Motor Palembang workshop. Data collection for this study distributed questionnaires to 200 respondents. Sampling using nonprobability sampling with purpsosve sampling method with the help of SPSS 23. The partial test results show that price and service quality have a significant positive effect on customer loyalty with a value of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneous tests prove that the F value is 119,255 with 0.000 significant values which means that price variables and service quality can be said to have a positive effect and significance on customer loyalty.

The aim of this research is to examine and analyze the relationship between service quality and public satisfaction in the issuance of police record certificates (SKCK). This research uses an associative quantitative approach. This research uses two types of data sources, namely primary data sources and secondary data sources. This research surveyed 96 respondents by distributing questionnaires directly to the community who made SKCK at the South Sumatra Police SPKT Office. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Research data was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that service quality has a significant effect on public satisfaction in issuing police record certificates (SKCK).

The population in this research is consumers of the Mulia Gold Palembang Jewelry Shop in 2022, namely 600 consumers with a sample size of 100 respondents. The data source used is primary data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires to respondents and secondary data used is in the form of the profile, history and organizational structure of Mulia Gold Palembang Jewelry Shop. The results of this research show that the variables Personal Selling and Price influence Customer Satisfaction at the Mulia Gold Palembang Jewelry Store.

This research aims to determine the influence of motivation and attitudes on the decision to purchase a Toyota Fortuner car in Palembang City. The sample in this research was 194 consumers who bought a Toyota Fortuner car in Palembang City. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method. Determination of the sample using the purposive sampling method. The type of data used is primary data and the analysis method used is multiple linear regression with SPSS version 23. The results of this study show that motivation and attitude variables have a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase a Toyota Fortuner car in Palembang City.
