Abstract

this research aims to find out how customer satisfaction and brand image influence customer loyalty at car repair shops in Palembang City. The samples used in this research were people who had used car repair services in Palembang City, the number of samples taken was 257 respondents. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method. Determination of the sample using the purposive sampling method. The type of data used is primary data and the analysis method used is multiple linear regression with the SPSS application. The results of this research show that the variables of customer satisfaction and brand image have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at car repair shops in Palembang City

Abstract

: This research aims to determine the intention and behavior of QRIS technology usage among consumers of Kopiria in Samarinda City through the UTAUT 2 research model by Visnawath Venkatesh. This type of research employs an explanatory research design. Data collection techniques involve distributing questionnaires with multiple questions that describe each indicator on the variables. The sampling technique is non-probability sampling through quota sampling method, with a total of 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used is the structural equation model (SEM) analysis with the assistance of Smart PLS 4 software. The results of this research indicate a positive influence of performance expectation, effort expectation, social influence, hedonic motivation, and price value on the behavioral intention and usage behavior. Four variables show significant values, namely performance expectation, social influence, and price value on behavioral intention, and behavioral intention on usage behavior.

Abstract

The attendance application for lecturers and employees of Multi Data University Palembang was built with Java language and based on Android. The purpose of this research is to analyze the application's compliance with Clean Architecture rules and SOLID design principles, and refactoring the application source code based on these rules and principles. Refactoring is done on seven classes that do not comply with the Single Responsibility principle. Refactoring is done by breaking functions with the same responsibility into a class, and removing unnecessary function implementations to comply with the principle of interface segregation. Four classes that did not comply with the Dependency Inversion principle were adjusted by creating dependencies on abstraction classes and using dependency injection with Hilt. The Clean Architecture concept is also applied by creating a domain layer that contains entities and use cases that contain the application's business logic. This makes the presentation layer not directly dependent on the data layer, but rather dependent on the domain layer. The application of Clean Architecture and SOLID design principles results in a smaller amount of source code and code recommendations from this research are expected to facilitate developers in maintaining applications.

Abstract

This research discusses the application of the Clean code principle to the development of the CodeIgniter 3-based SIIZIN application by applying smells and heuristics analysis. Code smells are found in the Names, Comments, and Generals categories, such as N1: Choose Descriptive Names, C5: Commented-Out Code, C3: Redundant Comment, G5: Duplication, G20: Function Names Should Say What They Do, and G12: Clutter. Through in-depth analysis and application of Clean code principles, it succeeded in improving the readability and efficiency of the code, eliminating duplication, and describing functions according to their names. Not only that, this research also managed to eliminate useless comments to improve code clarity and maintainability. The results of this research are expected to contribute to the maintenance and development of the SIIZIN application, so as to ensure its sustainability and effectiveness in licensing management.

Abstract

This research explores the analysis of the MDP SIGN application by applying clean code principles based on code smells and heuristics. The main focus of clean code, which emphasizes writing code that is easy to understand, is key for efficient maintenance and team collaboration. Code smells, as indicators of code structure issues, and heuristics as rules of thumb, became the basis for analyzing this application. The refactoring process was applied to MDP SIGN, a QR code-based digital signing application. The analysis identified potential improvements by finding code smells such as N1: Choose Descriptive Names, N4: Unambiguous Names, G5: Duplication, F4: Dead Function, and C5: Commented-Out Code. Through the implementation of clean code, the author managed to reduce 330 lines of code and improve efficiency. Validation involved the original developer, improving understanding of the code. This research contributes to the practical understanding of the application of clean code in application development.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how big the effect of the free delivery promotion of Shopee application on purchasing decisions is (case study of students, Faculty Economic, Sjakhyakirti University Palembang). It was quantitative research with associative approach by using validity test, realiability test, simple linear regression, determination coefficient, correlation coefficient as the data analysis technique. Sample taken purposive sampling techniquearound 80 students,Faculty of Economic, Sjakhyakirti University Palembang, who have usedfree delivery promotion of Shopee application. The research result showed that the the free delivery promotion gave a significant effect on purchasing decisions, while coefficient determination result showed that the free delivery promotion gave contribution 15,0 % and the remaining85,0 % were influenced by other factors such as flash sale, cashback and Shopee shopping daywhich not analyzed. Therefore, Horejected and Ha accepted means there was a positive and significant effect of the quality product on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Data warehouse is a method used to accommodate and analyze large amounts of data. This analysis can be viewed from several different dimensions or points of view. Analysis and design using Tableau to visualize and create an information dashboard, succeeded in helping both in detail and in summary according to needs, and information can be accessed more quickly and easily to support decision making for hospital leaders. The purpose of writing this thesis This is to build a data warehouse that can store data in an organized manner and make it easier to analyze data to make decisions. The method used is the Nine-step Methodology which consists of 9 stages, namely Process Selection, Grain Selection, Dimension identification and adjustment, Fact Selection , Storing precalculations in fact tables, Confirming dimension tables, Selecting database duration, Tracking changes in dimensions slowly, Determining priorities and query models. The results achieved in designing the data warehouse at Fatimah Az-Zahra Hospital in Palembang are that it can display patient visualizations based on specified dimensions, namely the patient's gender, date of inpatient admission, diagnosis results, discharge condition.

Abstract

PT XYZ has been engaged in the distribution of medical equipment since 2008 and has been a supplier of various types of medical equipment to large cities in South Sumatra and has 45 employees divided into several divisions. In personnel activities at PT XYZ there are still difficulties in the process of searching, recording, storing data and the process of applying for employee leave. The aim of developing this system is to create, add to make things easier and help several parties in carrying out existing work procedures. The method used in creating this system is RUP (Rational Unified Process) which is a software development approach that is carried out repeatedly (iterative). System design using Visual Studio Code, Laravel, MySQL as a framework with the PHP programming language. The result obtained is a website-based personnel information system that can assist in managing personnel data.

Abstract

PT Tawan Cemerlang Abadi is a company engaged in the distribution of snacks. This company has several problems related to the existing human resources system, such as suboptimal employee data search, unsynchronized employee data, lengthy leave request processes, the absence of records related to human resources reports, inflexible attendance system, and the possibility of missing payroll slips. PT Tawan Cemerlang Abadi requires a human resources information system that can provide convenience for every employee in the company to carry out various human resources processes. This human resources system is built based on a website and utilizes the Rational Unified Process (RUP) methodology, which consists of four phases: Inception, Elaboration, Construction, and Transition. The design of this system uses PHP as the programming language and MySQL as its database. The development of this human resources information system aims to address the current issues faced by PT Tawan Cemerlang Abadi.

Abstract

Information technology has now become a necessity that must exist in an organization because of the growing digital era and intense business competition, organizations must adapt to existing technological developments. The company has difficulties in processing the assessment and ranking of technicians because they have to record many technicians manually. The purpose of the system development is to create a dynamic decision system for determining the best technician according to company criteria using the TOPSIS method. The TOPSIS method is a multi-criteria decision-making method that can combine the weights of important criteria and has a unique principle where the chosen alternative must have the shortest distance from the positive ideal solution and the longest distance from the negative ideal solution. The decision support system is made transparent because the results of the calculations can be seen after the assessment process is carried out according to the standards and weights imposed by the company and the decision system made makes it easier for HRD to input data according to each technician. Based on the application that has been made regarding the decision support system for determining the best technician PT Sapta Karya Manunggal uses the topsis method based on a website, the suggestion from this paper is to try using other methods to make better decisions as a comparison.
