Abstract

Teaching by using innovative and even innovative methods will help children to more quickly understand, understand and be able to analyze the story or teaching materials in every learning process. The Narrative of Peter's Confession in Matthew 16: 13-20, there are plans and ways that Jesus used as the Great Teacher called learning methods for preaching or teaching about the Kingdom of God. It is undeniable that in the reality and experience of teaching Jesus according to the testimony of the Synoptic Gospels that Jesus used the method or way to teach, but in this text the author gets a new or another method of Discovery and Inquary that is highly relevant to the use of teaching methods for teachers, to improve children's intelligence as well as demonstrate high analytical skills in children as well as enhance a fun learning environment in the classroom.

Abstract

Creative as one character value is very precise because it will actively make a person not passive. His soul is always restless (in a positive sense), his mind is constantly evolving and always doing activities within the framework of searching for new things that will later benefit him but others. Of course, in sharpening the creativity of children need others especially educators and parents who are able to do, learn, apply (Do, Learn, Apply) then our knowledge, understanding and experience will increase from the activities we do every day.

Abstract

The study of children without father in Dian GPM congregation departed from the researcher's concern about the adolescents gang observed in the research village. Behavioral disorder or behavior disorder is a recurring pattern of behavior in which the basic rights of others or norms in society are violated, manifested in the presence of three (or more) of the following criteria in the past 12 months, and at least one criterion must exist within the last 6 months , according to DSM (Diagnostic of Statistical Manual of Mental Disorder). The purpose of this study is to get a psychological picture of how the behavioral disorders of children without the father, emerged. This research is a qualitative research where observation and interview are used as data collection technique, using analytical descriptive analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that children without fathers have behavioral disorders and are involved in gangs as a way of maintaining and protecting low self-esteem due to psychological injuries due to the absence of a father figure in their lives.

Abstract

Education in human development and humanizing human beings is certainly expected to be done through the education process (school) which is followed by the students in particular but also for society in general. Society as a supporter and implementer of education itself must provide motivation. therefore, through educational institutions (schools) both public and private, society in general, but also learners are equipped with "value education" as an integral part of ourselves as human beings. With "Value education" can humanize people in the context. Good "Values" built into family, society, nation and State. Values are a top priority for educators in performing their main tasks, both at home as parents, but also in school as teachers.

Abstract

Human beings are zoon politicians, conscious or unconscious, acknowledged or not, politics inevitably influences our lives as individuals and as part of a community group. This influence lasts from birth till death picks up man. Within twenty-four hours each day we pass, we can find many political events. The presence and involvement of the Church in politics, however, must be colored by Christian beliefs about what God's will is for the life of the nation and the state.

Abstract

In the process of teaching and learning teachers have the task to prepare lesson plans and in it there are strategies that must also be prepared. Strategy is a way that teachers should pay attention and apply well in teaching and learning process, so that will impact on teaching and learning atmosphere and involvement of students in following the learning process. The problem is the character of the child who is difficult to manage or the child who tends to want to play rather than follow the teaching and learning process, it will result in the learning process becomes hampered, and will disrupt the attention and involvement of other students in the learning process. According to the results of this writing that with a strategy that has been well prepared by teachers, in the process of teaching and learning will make the course of teaching and learning process to be effective, and fun. But when the teacher does not prepare the strategy well in the delivery process of the material, will be not maximized, the child will feel bored and the child will prefer to play than to receive the teaching that the teacher gives, so strategy is a thing that can generate interest, which can create a sense of fun, to follow the learning process. Strategy includes all the things teachers do in the learning process. The results can be seen from the students' ability when doing the task given by the teacher. From the results of this study it can be concluded that the strategy of teaching a good teacher and creative with attention to the character and style of student learning, can make students attention and involved in the learning process.

Abstract

an organization have specific purposes which wish to be reached as according to organizational vision and mission which have been specified, so that this matter push peripatetic organization to reach the targets. Movement of organization require a good organizational management so that all activity of organization can be arranged and managed well by exploiting all existing resource to reach the target of organization effectively and is efficient. Effectiveness of organizational management can reach by supported and awareness of commitment from all organizational member to execution of organizational duties. This support can be created when influenced by effective leadership, which can move and instruct organizational member activitys to be directional as according to attainment goals to target of organization. This matter can be executed in running its leadership a leader have a number of ability or interest, that is; ability to coordinate, ability to finish of conflict, ability to develop of communications, ability to motivate and staffing move, ability to construct staff, and ability to construct of relation activity.

Abstract

In our time, women’s rights have been significantly improved especially in politics, education, and economics. However, women have still faced strong obstacles to fully participate at the decision-making level in some religious institutions. Gender-biased religious texts are often quoted to silence and discourage women from going forward. Instead of reinterpreting the gender-biased texts as feminist scholars often do, this paper will deconstruct the process of textual production and interpretation by using the lens of feminist post-colonial hermeneutics. It does this by taking the two case studies of the Biblical and Qur’anic teachings on women’s leadership. It argues that the process of textual production and interpretation of these texts were influenced by colonialism and patriarchy of their time.

Abstract

Peace, tranquility, stability and happiness are the desires of human life, as well as Christian families. Consciously or not every indifidu in Christian family life craves for such a life situation. But in fact, conflict is the reason Christian families live in peace, unrest, unhappiness. Love and compassion are lost due to the sense and stance that emerges as a form of a far life of peace. Inner feelings and wounds exceed the will of peace, the stance exceeds the hope of peaceful living. Peace is one way of conflict resolution processes that occur including Christian family conflicts. The trick is through dialogue and communication with love and affection through conversation, dialogue with actions and attitudes, then the Christian family's peace is realized.

Abstract

Curriculum is one of element of process of Christian Education. There is many arguments of how we develop our curriculum to educate people about Christian faith. Two of the arguments came from D. Campbell Wyckoff and Maria Harris. I hope, this Imaginative Dialogue will help many churches and give informations, especially The Protestant Church of Mollucass, to develop their curriculum to educate people about Christian faith.
