Abstract

Along with the development of science and technology, transportation needs will also increase, especially in urban areas. If high kedaraan population is not matched by adequate roads will give rise to problems such as traffic congestion. To overcome this we need to hold a good traffic management. From the results of the traffic survey carried out for three days in a row on the road Hayam Wuruk which has the function of land use, one of them in the form of educational areas, namely the Diponegoro University Graduate. The educational function of the area led to the function of other land uses such as commercial areas (potokopian, food stalls, street vendors), which often occurs as a result of vehicles queuing or delay of the side barriers. The method should be used for the analysis is the Indonesian Highway Capacity Manual (MKJI) 1997. The results of the performance analysis of survey data for three days on the road Hayam Wuruk have approached saturation, namely the DS of 0.245, 0.473, 0.622 as the influence of the side barriers.

Abstract

Transportation needs will continue to increase along with the development of urban areas . If the transportation needs is not matched with the transportation infrastructure ( road network ) then the resulting transportation problem persists. To resolve the matter, should the holding of a good traffic management . From the results of the traffic survey was conducted over three consecutive days on jalan Pemuda , Paragon Mall frontage road segments at peak afternoon and through the analysis of performance data path , on jalan Pemuda , especially the frontage road segments Paragon Mall , which often occurs queue or delay vehicle as a result of the presence of obstacles samping.Metode used for analysis is the Indonesian Highway Capacity Manual ( IHCM ) 1997. The results of the performance analysis of survey data for three days on jalan Pemuda was nearing saturation , ie with a DS of 0.551 , 0.504 , 0.520 as the influence of the side friction.

Abstract

Tlogorejo’s hospital is located on Jl. Ahmad Dahlan, Semarang and has a very strategic location because it is located in the city center of Semarang. The existence of these hospitals lead to higher side friction, especially illegal parking on the road shoulder. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of these hospital especially caused by illegal parking on the shoulder of the road and the side friction aroun the hospital. This data were collected by survey in front of Tlogorejo Hospital, Semarang. This Data were taken include traffic volume, side friction and population data. From the survey that was done, the value of the weight frequency side friction in front of the Hospital in the amount of 582.9 veh / h and the percentage reduction in road capacity value of 48.27%.

Abstract

The aims of the study were to improve the EFL learners’ English vocabulary mastery through the implementation of mind mapping. The study employed the Classroom Action Research Design. The subject of the study was 49 undergraduate EFL learners at the Faculty of Economic at Tadulako University in the academic year of 2014/2015. The data was collected through three research instruments: 1) vocabulary test, 2) observation sheet, and 3) field notes. The result of study shows that using Mind Mapping technique can improve the EFL learners’ vocabulary mastery. This is proved by the improvement of the EFL learners’ vocabulary test score results. In the first cycle, the average of the learners’ who fulfill the criteria of success is 55.1% which means that only 27 learners from 49 samples can pass the minimum standard score. In the second cycle, the result of the test is proved to increase into 85.7% which means that 42 of 49 learners have been successful to fulfill the criteria of success. Based on the result of the data analysis, it can be concluded that the EFL learners’ vocabulary mastery has been improved through the application of Mind Mapping Technique in the teaching of English.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis Tingkat Kesehatan Bank Umum Swasta Nasional (BUSN) Devisa dengan menggunakan metode Risk Based Bank Rating (RBBR). RBBR ini menggunakan 3 rasio yakni risk profile dengan menggunakan 2 (dua) rasio yaitu Net Performin Loan (NPL) dan Loan to Deposite Ratio (LDR), rasio Good Corporate Governance, risk earning dengan indicator yaitu Net Interest Margin (NIM), Biaya Operasional (BOPO), dan Return On Assets (ROA), risk capital dengan indicator Capital Adequency Ratio (CAR). Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 44 bank yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia dan telah melakukan aktifitasnya untuk beberapa periode, sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 7 bank BUSN yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia yaitu Bank Artha Graha International, Bumi Artha, Bank Central Asia, CIMB, Bank Danamon, Bank Mega, OCBC, NISP, dan Bank Permata. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil perhitungan risk profile dengan rasio net performin Loan (NPL) tahun 2018 s/d 2023 predikat sangat sehat, Loan to Deposite Ratio (LDR) predikat sangat sehat. Risk Good Corporate Governance predikat sehat. Net Interest Margin (NIM), Biaya Operasional, Return On Assets dan Capital Adequacy Ratio dengan predikat sehat. Abstract

The intersection is a significant part of the urban traffic network. One of the problems of signalized intersections is the results of an analysis that do not match the field. For the analysis of signalized border crossings in 1997 Indonesia, the Indonesia Highway Capacity Manual, a product of the 1994 data processing, was used. Traffic conditions in 1994 were, of course, different from traffic conditions today. Given the significant changes related to traffic, such as increases in the number of vehicles, land use, behavior, road geometry, and technical complexity, the 1997 IHCM  needed to be improved according to the current situation. One quantity in IHCM is base saturation flow or So, which is an essential parameter in signalized intersection analysis. Base saturation flow (So) in 1997 IHCM   is 600 x We. After modeling and chi-variance test of ρ value ˂0.05 in the range 675 x We to 1000 x We^85, the result is So, which is the result of the queue length approximation field is 1000 x We.

Abstract

Pengembangan ekowisata di Pantai Pangi, Desa Masaingi, Kecamatan Sindue, Kabupaten Donggala, memiliki potensi besar untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat sekaligus menjaga kelestarian lingkungan. Namun, rendahnya pemahaman masyarakat tentang konsep ekowisata dan minimnya infrastruktur menjadi hambatan utama. Selain itu, kurangnya koordinasi antar pemangku kepentingan dan terbatasnya akses ke pasar wisata juga menghambat optimalisasi potensi ekowisata di wilayah ini. Diperlukan upaya terpadu untuk mengatasi tantangan-tantangan tersebut guna mewujudkan pengembangan ekowisata yang berkelanjutan dan bermanfaat bagi masyarakat lokal. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat pesisir mengenai pentingnya pengelolaan pariwisata berkelanjutan melalui eduksi konsep ekowisata. Kegiatan PkM ini dilakukan dengan metode pendekatan partisipatif. Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini melibatkan Kelompok Sadar Wisata (POKDARWIS) dan pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) setempat, dengan memberikan edukasi mengenai konsep ekowisata, potensi pengembangan lokal, serta keterampilan mengelola usaha ramah lingkungan. Hasil kegiatan PkM menunjukkan 85% peserta memahami konsep ekowisata dan pentingnya pengelolaan lingkungan berkelanjutan, serta 90% memberikan umpan balik positif terkait relevansi materi pelatihan dengan kehidupan sehari-hari. PkM ini berhasil meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat dalam upaya pelestarian lingkungan sekaligus mendukung pengembangan pariwisata berbasis lokal.

Abstract

Transportation is the lifeblood of everyday life and one of the basic needs of society. Almost everyone needs transportation to meet their needs, such as the need for work, school, recreation and social interaction. The choice of transportation modes in an urban area is now increasingly varied, starting from private or public transportation. Various activities such as government administrative centers, communication centers, industrial centers and trade centers located in the city of Semarang are factors in all people's choices in using modes of transportation. This analysis uses AHP analysis by presenting it in the form of numbers, graphs, tables and narratives. AHP is a method used to rank decision alternatives and to choose the best of several criteria. AHP develops a numerical value to rank each decision alternative, which is based on how far each alternative meets the criteria of the respondent. Based on the data, it can be explained that the most important criteria for respondents to the choice of transportation mode are the time criteria of 96.78%, then the cost criteria of 2.90%, the next for the age criteria of 0.21% and the last for the criteria worker characteristics of 0.01%. Furthermore, the order of priority for selecting the first working mode of transportation is motorbikes at 91.41%, the second is BRT at 8.01% and the last is Angkot at 0.48%. This study concluded that based on the results and discussion of this study are as follows: Based on calculations AHP data processing can be explained that the most important criteria for respondents to the selection of work transportation modes are time criteria of 96.78%, then cost criteria of 2.90%, next for age criteria of 0.21% and finally for characteristic criteria workers by 0.01%. After obtaining the results of alternative weights, the priority for choosing the first working mode of transportation is motorbikes at 91.41%, the second is BRT at 8.01% and the last is Angkot at 0.48%.

Abstract

Jalan merupakan prasarana transportasi di darat yang penting untuk mempermudah manusia berpindah dari satu tempat ke tempat lain. Salah satu permasalahan di jalan adalah kemacetan yang meningkat, faktor kemacetan ada berbagai macam, salah satunya adalah parkir sembarangan di badan jalan khususnya di area Jalan Pemuda (depan Kantor Pos) Kota Semarang. VISSIM adalah metode yang digunakan untuk kebutuhan analisa ruas jalan di penelitian ini. Hasil analisa parkir di badan jalan menggunakan VISSIM menunjukan bahwa ruas jalan di lokasi penelitian mengalami penurunan kinerja sehingga masuk dalam kategori D (arus mulai tidak setabil) untuk level of service nya, sedangkan jalan tempat penelitian ini termasuk dalam tipe jalan arteri skunder yang seharusnya memiliki kategori B (arus stabil) Oleh sebab itu penelitian ini penting dilakukan sehingga dapat bermanfaat untuk mengurangi angka kemacetan di masa depan.

Abstract

The research analyzes the influence of financial knowledge on financial management behavior, by placing financial attitudes as a mediating variable. This quantitative research uses MSMEs operating in the Bumi Raya area, Morowali as the research population, where 73 respondents were selected as samples. Data analysis uses structural equation modeling (SEM), which is operationalized through Partial Least Square (PLS) path analysis using the WarpPLS version 8 program. The results state two important conclusions. First, financial knowledge does not have a significant effect on financial management behavior, but shows a real contribution in forming financial attitudes. Second, financial attitude is proven to have a strategic function as a mediating variable between financial knowledge and financial management behavior among MSMEs operating in the research location, as well as having a substantial positive influence on financial management behavior patterns.
