Abstract

Dalam upaya menjaga kesatuan Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia sebagai bentuk nyata merawat kebhinekaan di tengah tengah kondisi sosial yang beragam, Islam hadir dengan membawa prinsip utama yang dapat menjadi pedoman untuk tetap berpegang pada ajaran Islam dan tata kehidupan sosial yang ada. Satu prinsip yang sangat penting dalam Islam, kaya akan nilai-nilai kemanusiaan adalah bersikap tasamuh terhadap keberagaman. Studi kepustakaan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana aktualisasi nilai-nilai tasamuh dalam upayanya merawat kebhinekaan negara indonesia di era 5.0 yang dilakukan dalam ranah pondok pesantren. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini ada dua pertama primer, dua sekunder. Semua data berasal dari literatur terkait dengan pembahasan. analisi data pada penelitian ini merupakan konten analisis. Penelitian ini menghasilkan temuan berupa penerapan konsep dasar nilai tasamuh, Urgensi Merawat Kebhinekaan di Era 5.0 serta upaya Merawat Kebhinekaan indonesia melalui Aktualisasi Nilai Tasamuh dalam Pesantren. Menindaklanjuti temuan pada penelitian ini maka penerapan nilai tasamuh sebagai upaya menjaga dan merawat kebhinekaan indonesia harus dilaksanakan oleh seluruh lapisan masyarakat baik bagi kaum akademis dan nonakademis, karena tugas menjaga persatuan NKRI adalah kewajiban bagi seluruh rakyat Indonesia

Abstract

Mutu pendidikan dan pembelajaran Madrasah ditentukan oleh budaya akademik, proses pendidikan dan pembelajaran serta kondisi madrasah. Problem pendidikan antara lain sumber dana yang terbatas, berakibat pada pelaksanaan program dan kegiatan pendidikan serta ketersediaan sarana prasarana tidak memadai serta rendahnya mutu pembelajaran. Tulisan ini ingin menjawab pertanyaan bagaimana peningkatan mutu pembelajaran di MIN 5 Ponorogo dilakukan melalui manajemen pembiayaan. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskripif. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis secara interaktif model Miles, Huberman, Saldana dengan tahapan kondensasi data, penyajian data, pengolahan data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Temuan penelitian ini adalah pertama, dana BOS di MIN 5 Mlarak dikelola oleh Bendahara BOS, dikontrol secara berkala oleh Kepala Madrasah, penyerapannya efisien dan efektif sesuai dengan manajemen pembiayaan meliputi tahapan budgeting, accounting dan auditing. Kedua, implikasi manajemen pembiayaan dalam meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran di MIN 5 Ponorogo dapat meningkatkan kompetensi akademik dan professional guru, meningkatkan mutu pengajaran intrakurikuler, dan ekstrakurikuler, menguatkan budaya madrasah, ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana yang memadai, serta dapat menghasilkan lulusan yang kompeten, terampil, kreatif, inovatif, dan berdaya saing

Abstract

Based on the researcher's findings about the management of the yellow book learning at Madrasah Miftahul Huda, first: planning for the yellow book learning is done by compiling the curriculum, syllabus, and learning schedule. In determining the curriculum and syllabus, it is not much different from the previous year, while the list of lessons is formulated in the agenda of the teacher council meeting at the beginning of each semester. Second: the organization of learning is carried out by ustaz and students after the formation of a learning schedule with the distribution of materials and class divisions that have been determined for each level. Third: the implementation of the yellow book learning is carried out by all ustadz by delivering the yellow book learning material including fiqh, morals, tool science (nahwu and shorof). As for the method used, namely the bandongan method, lectures. Fourth: the evaluation of the yellow book learning is carried out at the end of each semester. The evaluation includes oral and written exams that discuss the subject matter for the past semester. The purpose of this research is to know the management of the yellow book learning at Madrasah Miftahul Huda. Several statements indicate that: the learning in Miftahul Huda Madrasah is felt to be very influential and effective as an addition to knowledge about the teachings of Islam. The implication of this yellow book learning has a significant impact on students during the learning process, both the impact of competence and changes in student behavior.

Abstract

Educational innovations need to be carried out to balance education with the realities of life that are increasingly advanced and also to improve the quality of education in Indonesia, because the quality of education cannot be realized without educational innovation. If an institution does not innovate, it will be left behind or abandoned by customers. This study aims to: 1) determine the influence of the principal's leadership on educational innovation at the State Junior High School 2 Kismantoro Wonogiri; 2) determine the effect of teacher professionalism on educational innovation at State Junior High School 2 Kismantoro Wonogiri; 3) determine the effect of principal leadership and teacher professionalism on educational innovation at Kismantoro Wonogiri 2 Junior High School. This study uses a quantitative approach and is tested with regression analysis. There are three variables that influence each other in this study, namely the principal's leadership and teacher professionalism as the independent variable and educational innovation as the dependent variable. This study uses a saturated sampling technique, where the sample is 57 students, and uses a questionnaire as an instrument in collecting data for the three variables. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded that (1) there is a significant influence between the principal's leadership on educational innovation at the State Junior High School 2 Kismantoro Wonogiri by 33.7% and providing excellent service is the most dominant factor (2) there is a significant influence between teacher professionalism on educational innovation at Kismantoro 2 Wonogiri Junior High School is 34.3% (3) there is a jointly significant influence between principal leadership and teacher professionalism on educational innovation at Kismantoro Wonogiri 2 Junior High School by 40,1%.

Abstract

Pengembangan profesi berkelanjutan merupakan upaya guru untuk meningkatkan karier dan profesinya yang dilakukan secara sistematik dan berkelanjutan dengan menggunakan berbagai cara dan wahana, misalnya diskusi antar teman sejawat, KKG/MGMP dan sejenisnya, belajar daring, mengikuti diklat/seminar, publikasi ilmiah, dan karya inovatif. Guru profesional dapat menggerakkan dinamika kemajuan pendidikan nasional. Sehingga diperlukan suatu proses pembinaan berkesinambungan, tepat sasaran dan efektif. Proses dalam menghasilkan guru profesional perlu dukungan semua unsur yang terkait dengan guru. Unsur-unsur tersebut dapat dipadukan untuk menghasilkan suatu sistem yang dapat bekerja menuju pembentukan guru-guru yang profesional dalam kualitas maupun kuantitas yang mencukupi.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1). Mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis bentuk-bentuk program implementasi PKB guru dalam meningkatkan kompetensi profesional di SMK PEMKAB. 2). Memaparkan dan menganalisis implementasi program PKB dalam meningkatkan kompetensi profesional guru di SMK PEMKAB Ponorogo. 3) Menjelaskan dan menganalisis implikasi program PKB dalam meningkatkan kompetensi profesional guru di SMK PEMKAB Ponorogo.Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian lapangan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data model interaktif yang dikemukakan Matthew dan A.Michael Huberman dengan empat tahapan yaitu pengumpulan data, kondensasi data dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi.Temuan yang diperoleh dari implementasi PKB dalam meningkatkan kompetensi profesional guru yaitu 1). Bentuk-bentuk program implementasi PKB guru dalam meningkatkan kompetensi profesional di SMK PEMKAB yang meliputi pengembangan diri melalui pendidikan dan pelatihan guru yang direfleksikan dalam pembelajaran, publikasi ilmiah dengan kegiatan penyusunan modul dan penyusunan penelitian dalam bidang pendidikan dan karya inovatif dengan kegiatan pembuatan alat peraga serta penyusunan pedoman soal ujian berupa kisi-kisi. 2) PKB guru di SMK PEMKAB Ponorogo diimplementasikan ke dalam pelatihan-pelatihan secara berkelanjutan. Pelatihan yang diikuti oleh guru tersebut dimulai dari adanya perencanaan melalui rapat kinerja tahunan yang diikuti oleh seluruh pemangku pendidikan. Tahap berikutnya adalah pelaksanaan, refleksi serta evaluasi. 3) Program PKB dalam meningkatkan kompetensi profesional guru SMK PEMKAB Ponorogo didukung oleh beberapa faktor seperti guru, lembaga dan dinas kependidikan sehingga memberikan implikasi positif yang bermanfaat bagi guru dalam menambah pengetahuan dan keterampilan sehingga mampu meningkatkan kompetensi profesionalnya.

Abstract

Implementation of the curriculum in an educational institution cannot be separated from curriculum planning because good curriculum planning will facilitate all activities from organizing, implementing and evaluating learning in schools and as a reference for achieving the vision, mission and goals of education. This research uses a type of qualitative research and uses a case study approach. The data obtained in this study are in the form of words from interviews and in the form of actions from observations. As for the source of data from interviews, data regarding actions obtained from observations, and other data sources from documents from the results of documentation. The results of this study explain the integration planning of the Cambridge curriculum with the national curriculum, so that in planning the curriculum in the learning process it is designed in the form of a syllabus and learning implementation plans that refer to content standards. The implementation of learning applies the integration of the National Curriculum and the Cambridge International Curriculum and also uses the Islamic curriculum. However, the implementation uses the National curriculum which is inserted with the Cambridge international curriculum. Organizing the curriculum in schools includes organizing subjects, organizing learning, organizing teaching loads and learning systems. components of content and organization of teaching materials, components of teaching and learning patterns and strategies, and evaluation components. The implications of implementing curriculum integration include changes in students' attitudes both in terms of spiritual values, social values, cognitive values ​​and psychomotor values.

Abstract

The Ministry of Education's policy of Merdeka Belajar Guru Penggerak as a manifestation of the government's efforts to improve the quality of learning which is oriented towards improving the process and learning outcomes of students, so the strategic step taken is to provide education and training for teachers in the form of professional development through training and mentoring that focuses on learning leadership in the transformation of the educational ecosystem to realize the profile of Pancasila students. The initial condition of understanding of teachers in Garuda Kindergarten and Tunas Bangsa PKK Kindergarten does not understand the meaning and competence of learning leaders which is the focus of training and mentoring organized by the Ministry of Education and teachers do not fully understand the meaning of independent learning and the use of the environment and so far training for teachers has been centralized on the role of supervisors so that the meaning of independent learning is still very limited. The objectives of this study are: 1) to find out the characteristics of the learning leadership of the driving teacher in the independent learning program, 2) to find out the competence of the driving teacher and 3) to see the impact of the driving teacher's learning leadership for Garuda Kindergarten and PKK Tunas Bangsa Kindergarten. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a multisite study research type. Data collection was done through interviews, observation, and documentation. While data analysis techniques through data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion making. The results of the study show: 1) The learning leadership of the lead teacher in Garuda Kindergarten and Tunas Bangsa PKK Kindergarten has the ability to set goals, utilize strategic resources, be able to assist in planning and evaluating teaching, promote the education unit and participate in learning and teacher development and ensure an environment that supports teacher development, 2) the lead teacher in Garuda Kindergarten and Tunas Bangsa PKK Kindergarten mastered the core competencies of the lead teacher program direction, namely developing self and others, leading learning, leading school management, and leading school development, 3) the learning leadership of the lead teacher in Garuda Kindergarten and Tunas Bangsa PKK Kindergarten has a good impact on the implementation of the independent learning independent play curriculum in accordance with the objectives of early childhood education.

Abstract

The principal as a leader must have a clear vision and mission for the institution he leads. This benchmarking strategy allows the principal to conceptualize a plan that will serve as the starting point for determining the direction the school will take. The purpose of this paper is to find out the formulation of the principal's benchmarking strategy in improving teacher performance at SDN 1 Singosaren Ponorogo, to find out the implementation of the principal's benchmarking strategy to improve teacher performance at SDN 1 Singosaren Ponorogo, to find out the control of the principal's benchmarking strategy in improving teacher performance at SDN 1 Singosaren Ponorogo. The writing method used is qualitative writing with the type of case study writing. This writing was done in the location of SDN 1 Singosaren. As for data collection through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis used in this study is the data analysis model of Miles and Huberman. Based on the findings of researchers regarding the benchmarking strategy for school principals in improving teacher performance at SDN 1 Singosaren Ponorogo through several stages, namely formulation, implementation and control. First, the formulation: 1) oriented towards the school's vision and mission, 2) understand the characteristics of the school institution itself, 3) form teamwork, 4) determine a superior institution to become a benchmark, 5) determine the subject of benchmarking. Second, implementation is carried out by conducting a comparative study at the destination institution using interview/discussion methods, observation and documentation to collect data. The data for the benchmarking study will then be adjusted and selected by considering several factors, including: culture, human resource capabilities, leadership, organization, administration, and school programs. Third, control is carried out through close communication between leaders, subordinates and all education stakeholders, which can make strategy implementation more effective because it allows early detection of various obstacles faced by subordinates.

Abstract

Thanks to the integrative curriculum management at SDIT Al Ikhlas Mantren, the school can adapt to the ever-changing demands of the current world, characterized by pressure and globalization. By introducing an innovative and relevant curriculum, SDIT Al Ikhlas Mantren can prepare students with competent skills to face future challenges. The purpose of this research is to understand the management of change in the implementation of the Integrated Curriculum at SDIT Al Ikhlas Mantren, with a focus on three main aspects: 1) the implementation of the Integrated Curriculum in the school, 2) the influence of integrated management, 3) factors that support and hinder the process of the Integrated Curriculum. This study employs a qualitative approach and field research based at SDIT Al Ikhlas Mantren Karangrejo Magetan. Data collection is carried out through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis uses data reduction techniques, data presentation, followed by drawing conclusions and verification. Through the data collection process, this research concludes that the implementation of the Integrated Curriculum Management at SDIT Al Ikhlas Mantren involves three management functions. 1) The implementation of curriculum integration is carried out by integrating the curriculum implementation program and integrating government curriculum implementation. The evaluation of curriculum integration is performed by evaluating the curriculum, including context evaluation, input evaluation, process evaluation, and product evaluation. 2) School curriculum integration obstacles use a convergence program oriented towards learning about the attributes of Allah's names for coloring, the school's success in achieving its goals, teachers feeling the benefits of the curriculum for students, and parents feeling alignment with the school's vision and mission, and a positive impact on the students. 3) Curriculum integration planning is carried out by integrating curriculum objectives and integrating curriculum content organization with the fragmented integration model of the government.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of competition in the world of education that cannot be denied, many educational institutions have been abandoned by their customers and the decline in trust from an educational institution which requires educational institutions to make breakthroughs, especially in marketing management, because marketing management is one of the most important resources. education that is necessary and important to be managed properly and is an inseparable part of education management. This educational marketing management should not be ignored, because with the existence of marketing management it can facilitate the improvement of students in relation to making educational institutions more qualified and qualified. This research uses a qualitative case study approach. With data collection techniques: observation, documentation and in-depth interviews with informants who are considered to have comprehensive knowledge of information related to the research topic being carried out. The purpose of this study was to determine the planning, implementation and evaluation of educational marketing management in increasing the quantity of students carried out at MTs An Nur Mojorejo, Ngraho, Bojonegoro. Based on the research results, the findings obtained are: (1) Education marketing management planning is in accordance with the principles and concepts of strategic management in general, namely internal-external environmental assessment, formulation of vision-mission and work plans which in this case are carried out by way of deliberation/ the meeting which was attended by all elements in MTs An Nur and the An Nur Islamic Boarding School Foundation and was mutually agreed upon. (2) The implementation of educational marketing management uses conventional, modern and door to door strategies and is then regulated through organizing/job descriptions, controlling/supervision systems and meetings to optimize the implementation of educational marketing. (3) Evaluation of educational marketing management to hold deliberations/coordinating meetings on a regular basis as a control and solution in overcoming the obstacles encountered. The meetings held were the first wave meeting and the post-implementation education marketing meeting. This result is to find out how successful the program is running and to achieve the success of educational marketing management.
