Jurnal Mahasiswa Entrepreneurship (JME) Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Abdurachman Saleh Situbondo adalah jurnal yang ditulis oleh mahasiswa FEB UNARS sebagai jembatan antara ilmu dan praktek manajemen. JME mempublikasikan artikel baik berupa telaah pustaka maupun hasil penelitian empiris. JME menerima naskah dari berbagai bidang atau disiplin ilmu, seperti Keuangan, Manajemen Strategi, Pemasaran , Operasional dan Kewirausahaan . Kriteria utama untuk dapat diterima di JME adalah kemampuan untuk memberikan sumbangsih bagi perkembangan ilmu ekonomi khususnya manajemen. JME menerima kiriman naskah/artikel dalam bahasa Indonesia atau Inggris dan harus dinyatakan bahwa naskah yang dikirim tersebut, tidak dikirim atau belum pernah dipublikasikan dalam jurnal lainnya. Keputusan tentang pemuatan artikel dalam JME diambil melalui proses blind review oleh Dewan Redaksi dengan mempertimbangkan antara lain : orisinilitas, aktualitas serta signifikansi kontribusi artikel terhadap pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan maupun praktik dalam dunia nyata. Dewan redaksi akan memberikan telaah konstrutif dan jika dipandang perlu, menyampaikan hasil evaluasi kepada penulis artikel untuk ditanggapi dan didiskusikan. Untuk revisi kecil (minor revision), naskah yang telah diperbaiki bisa langsung mendapat persetujuan untuk dimuat. Artikel yang tidak memenuhi kriteria yang ditetapkan akan dikembalikan.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the analysis of factors influencing firm value with capital structure as an intervening variable in the textile and garment sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). In this study, the sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this research utilize the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the hypothesis testing for direct effects using Smart PLS 3.0 application indicate that profitability has a positive and significant impact on capital structure. Liquidity has a positive and significant impact on the capital structure. Profitability has a positive and significant impact on firm value. Liquidity has a positive and significant impact on firm value. Capital structure has a negative but significant impact on firm value. Profitability has a negative and non-significant impact on firm value through capital structure. Liquidity has a negative and non-significant impact on firm value through capital structure.

Abstract

Marketing has a role to recognize the needs and desires of consumers, and ensure consumers get good service from the company. The purpose of this study was to analyze and test the effect of service quality and price on consumer loyalty through consumer satisfaction. The population in this study were consumers of the Lakustore.NH Online Store in Situbondo. The sampling technique in this study used a simple random sampling technique. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application showed that Service quality had a significant positive effect on Customer satisfaction, Price had a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, Service quality had a significant positive effect on customer loyalty, Price had a significant positive effect on Customer loyalty, Consumer satisfaction had a significant positive effect on Customer loyalty. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test showed that the Service quality variable on Consumer loyalty through Customer satisfaction had a significant positive effect, Price on consumer loyalty through Customer satisfaction had a significant positive effect.

Abstract

Pharmaceutical companies are companies whose production focuses on medicines and health The value of a company can basically be measured in several ways, one of which is the company's stock price. The purpose of this study was to determine the significance of the effect of Liquidity and Profitability on Firm Value of Dividend Policy. This research uses descriptive and quantitative research The population in this study are 12 pharmaceutical sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2021 period The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that Liquidity has a negative but significant effect on Dividend Policy, Profitability has a positive but not significant effect on Dividend Policy, Liquidity has a significant positive effect on Company Value, Profitability has a significant positive effect on Company Value, Profitability has an effect positive but not significant to company value. The results of the indirect influence hypothesis test show that the variable Liquidity on Dividend Policy through Company Value has a positive but not significant effect, Profitability on Dividend Policy through Company Value has a negative but not significant effect.

Abstract

This study aimedat describing the effects of brand image and product quality on consumer satisfaction with Honda motorcycle users in the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Abdurachman Saleh Situbondo with purchase decision as the intervening variable. The sampling technique used in this study was proportional stratified random sampling using the Slovin formula, with a tolerable error rate of 10%. The number of samples in this study were 87 students. Analysisdata and hypothesis testing in this study employed the Structural-Partial Equation ModelLeast Square (PLS-SEM) The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application show that brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, product quality has apositive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, brand image has a positive and significant effecton consumer satisfaction, and product quality has a negative and not significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Meanwhile, purchase decisions have a positive and significant effect on satisfactionconsumers, brand image has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction through purchase decisions, and product quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfactionthrough purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Marketing is an interconnected activity between companies and consumers as a system for generating profits, therefore having the right marketing strategy can improve it, especially as a means of promotion, in this case the development of MS Glow in Situbondo Regency. The purpose of this research is to analyze and test the influence of Service Quality and Trust on Customer Retention with Customer Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable (Study at MS Glow Situbondo Branch. The sampling method was determined by probability sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in the research used Structural Equation Models – Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application show that service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction; Trust has a significant effect on customer satisfaction; Service quality has a significant effect on customer retention; Trust has no significant effect on customer retention; Customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer retention; Service quality has a significant effect on customer retention through customer satisfaction; Trust has a significant effect on customer retention through customer satisfaction

Abstract

The development of delivery services from year to year is increasingly becoming a concern of the wider community. Intense competition and the increasing number of delivery service companies that have sprung up at this time make the owner or manager must be able to create a strategy to be able to compete and be superior to his competitors. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence visitor satisfaction through interest in visiting as an intervening variable at the Asembagus Branch Post Office. The population in this study were all visitors to the Asembagus Branch Post Office. Random sampling method (simple probability sampling) without regard to strata in the population in this study. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural-partial Least square equation model (PLS-SEM). The results of the hypothesis test have a direct effect using the smart PLS 3.0 application, indicating that service quality has a significant positive effect on visiting interest. Location has a significant negative effect on interest in visiting. Service quality has a significant positive effect on visitor satisfaction. Location has a significant negative effect on visitor satisfaction. Interest in visiting consumers has a significant positive effect on visitor satisfaction. Service quality has a significant positive effect on visitor satisfaction through interest in visiting. Location has a significant negative effect on visitor satisfaction through interest in visiting.

Abstract

This study aims (1) to determine the effect of leadership on job satisfaction (2) to determine the effect of the work environment on job satisfaction (3) to determine the effect of leadership on work performance (4) to determine the effect of work environment on work performance (5) to determine the effect of job satisfaction on work performance (6) to determine the effect of leadership on work performance through job satisfaction (7) to determine the effect of the work environment on work performance through job satisfaction. This research was analyzed through the Smart PLS 3.0 program. The results showed that the leadership variable had a significant effect on job satisfaction, work environment had a significant effect on job satisfaction, leadership had no significant effect on work performance, work environment had a significant effect on work performance, job satisfaction had a significant effect on work performance. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test show that the variable Leadership on work performance through job satisfaction has a significant positive effect, work environment on work performance through job satisfaction has a positive but not significant effect.

Abstract

This study aimed to find out how the effect of Electronic Word Of Mouth (E-WOM) and flash sale on purchase decisions of students at Faculty of Economics, Universitas Abdurachman Saleh Situbondo on Shopee marketplace with trust as an intervening variable. This study used a quantitative approach with a population of 709 people who are students of Faculty of Economics, Universitas Abdurachman Saleh Situbondo, class of 2019 – 2022. The sampling technique in this study used non-probability sampling, namely purposive sampling technique. The sample obtained was 88 respondents. The results of direct effect hypothesis test showed that Electronic Word Of Mouth has a significant positive effect on trust, flash sale has a positive but not significant effect on trust, Electronic Word Of Mouth has a negative but not significant effect on purchase decision, flash sale has a significant positive effect on purchase decision, and trust has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. The results of indirect effect hypothesis test indicated that Electronic Word of Mouth has a positive but not significant effect on purchase decisions through trust as an intervening variable, flash sale has a positive but not significant effect on purchase decisions through trust as an intervening variable.

Abstract

Investment decisions among students are the most important element to avoid consumptive behavior from the funds obtained. The purpose of this study is to analyze and test financial literacy and financial behavior that influence investment decisions through financial management as an intervening variable in students receiving KIP at Abdurachman Saleh Situbondo University. The sample used was 72 KIP recipient students at Abdurachman Saleh Situbondo University class of 2020. The sampling technique was determined by Purposive Sampling . Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Wquation Model – Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application show that Financial literacy has a significant positive effect on Financial management, Financial behavior has a significant positive effect on Financial management, Financial literacy has a positive but not significant effect on Investment decisions, Financial behavior has a significant positive effect on Investment decisions, Financial management has a significant positif effect on Investmen decisions. The result of the indirect hypothesis test show that Financial literacy has a significant positive effect on investment decisions through Financial management, Financial behavior has a positive but not significant effect on Investmen decision through Financial management.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze factors that influence profitability in mining companies listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) with dividend policy as an intervening variable. The population of this study is all coal mining companies listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) involving 28 companies. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling by choosing 10 samples. Data analysis and hypothesis testing use Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hypothesis testing of direct and indirect effect use Smart PLS 3.0 application. The results of direct effect hypothesis testing indicate that liquidity has a positive but not significant effect on dividend policy, liquidity and solvency have a negative but not significant effect on profitability, and dividend policy has a significant negative effect on profitability. The results of indirect effect testing show that liquidity has a positive but not significant effect on profitability through dividend policy, solvency has a negative but not significant effect on profitability through dividend policy.
