Jurnal Mahasiswa Entrepreneurship (JME) Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Abdurachman Saleh Situbondo adalah jurnal yang ditulis oleh mahasiswa FEB UNARS sebagai jembatan antara ilmu dan praktek manajemen. JME mempublikasikan artikel baik berupa telaah pustaka maupun hasil penelitian empiris. JME menerima naskah dari berbagai bidang atau disiplin ilmu, seperti Keuangan, Manajemen Strategi, Pemasaran , Operasional dan Kewirausahaan . Kriteria utama untuk dapat diterima di JME adalah kemampuan untuk memberikan sumbangsih bagi perkembangan ilmu ekonomi khususnya manajemen. JME menerima kiriman naskah/artikel dalam bahasa Indonesia atau Inggris dan harus dinyatakan bahwa naskah yang dikirim tersebut, tidak dikirim atau belum pernah dipublikasikan dalam jurnal lainnya. Keputusan tentang pemuatan artikel dalam JME diambil melalui proses blind review oleh Dewan Redaksi dengan mempertimbangkan antara lain : orisinilitas, aktualitas serta signifikansi kontribusi artikel terhadap pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan maupun praktik dalam dunia nyata. Dewan redaksi akan memberikan telaah konstrutif dan jika dipandang perlu, menyampaikan hasil evaluasi kepada penulis artikel untuk ditanggapi dan didiskusikan. Untuk revisi kecil (minor revision), naskah yang telah diperbaiki bisa langsung mendapat persetujuan untuk dimuat. Artikel yang tidak memenuhi kriteria yang ditetapkan akan dikembalikan.

Abstract

Currently, the increase in internet users in Indonesia can create a better market for e-commerce industry users. One of them is online shopping. The purpose of this research is to analyze and test the influence of price and service quality that encourage interest in purchasing online shop applications among students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Abdurrachman Saleh University, Situbondo, with Trust as an intervening variable. This research method is descriptive and quantitative. The technique used in this research is proportional stratified random sampling technique. With the populations of 709 and a sample of 88 respondents. The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that price has a significant positive effect on trust, service quality has a significant positive effect on trust, price has a significant positive effect on purchase interest, service quality has a significant positive effect on purchase interest, trust has a positive effect but not significant effect on purchase interest, price has a positive but not significant effect on purchase interest through trust, service quality has a positive but not significant effect on purchase interest through trust.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to find out the Analysis of the Factors Influencing Purchase Decisions Through Consumer Satisfaction as Mediation Variables at Bebek Farannissa Restaurant in Situbondo. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling with a total sample of 98 people. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that taste has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, price has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, taste has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, price has a negative and insignificant effect on decisions purchase, consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on repurchase decisions, taste has a positive but not significant effect on purchasing decisions through consumer satisfaction, price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions through consumer satisfaction

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji reputasi auditor sebagai pemoderasi pengaruh financial distress, audit fee pada auditor switching (Studi Empiris pada Perusahaan Manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2019 – 2021). Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan data dengan pertimbangan tertentu (purposive sampling) yakni perusahaan Manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2019 – 2021 jumalh perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI sebanyak 169 perusahaan dan diperoleh sampel penelitian sejumlah 30 perusahaan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode analisis regresi berganda. Uji hipotesis yang digunakan adalah uji t, uji Koefisien Determasi (R2) dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Financial Distress berpengaruh positif terhadap Auditor Switching. Audit Fee berpengaruh negatif terhadap Auditor Switching. Reputasi auditor memperlemah pengaruh financial distress terhadap Auditor Switching. Reputasi auditor memperkuat pengaruh Audit Fee dapat memoderasi pengaruh financial distress pada auditor switching.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Service Quality and Promotion on Customer Loyalty at the Adink Cell Mobile Shop in Asembagus with Consumer Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable. The population in this study are consumers who buy and use goods that have been purchased at the Adink Cell Mobile shop in Asembagus. Random sampling method (simple probability sampling) without regard to strata in the population in this study. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural-partial Least square equation model (PLSSEM). The results of the hypothesis test have a direct effect using the smart PLS 3.0 application, indicating that service quality has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Promotion has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Service Quality has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty. Promotion has a significant effect on customer loyalty. Consumer Satisfaction has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty. Service Quality has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty through Consumer Satisfaction. Abstract

The activity ratio is an illustration of the extent to which a company manages its assets in order to maximize the company's activities. In this study, the activity ratio as a proxy for Total assets turnover is used to calculate the rotation of all company-owned assets and to calculate all sales generated from these assets so that it will be known how effectively the company uses its asset sources. If the value of total asset turnover is high, the company's assets will be better in earning profits, this is an opportunity for investors to invest and trigger an increase in the market price of a company's shares. The purpose of this study is to determine the analysis of total assets turnover and current ratio to firm value in agricultural sector listed companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with return on equity as an intervening variable. Random sampling method (simple probability sampling) without regard to strata in the population in this study. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural-partial Least square equation model (PLS-SEM). The results of the hypothesis test have a direct effect using the smart PLS 3.0 application, indicating that Total Asset Turn Over has a significant negative effect on the Ratio on Equity. Current Assets have a significant positive effect on the Ratio on Equity. Total Asset Turn Over has a significant positive effect on Firm Value. Current Assets have a significant negative effect on Firm Value. The ratio on Equity has a significant positive effect on Firm Value. Total Asset Turn Over has no significant negative effect on Firm Value through the Ratio on Equity. Current Assets have no significant positive effect on Firm Value through the Ratio on Equity.

Abstract

The aim of the study is to analyze Education and Work Discipline on the Performance of Village Officials with Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable (Case Study at the Kilensari Village Office, WringinAnom Village, SumberKolak Village. Panarukan District, Situbondo Regency). The sampling technique used in this research was a saturated sample with a sample size of 40 village officials. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this research used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that education has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, work discipline has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, education has a positive but not significant effect on performance, education has a positive but not significant effect on performance, satisfaction work has a significant positive effect on performance, education has a significant positive effect on performance through job satisfaction, work discipline has a significant positive effect on performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

The increasingly sophisticated world of technology makes the development of information and communication in the current era of globalization develop very rapidly, this is supported by people who are very dependent on technology in their daily activities. The purpose of this study is to examine the role of loyalty in mediating trust and experiential marketing on the interest in repurchasing ABC Coffee in Battal Village, Panji District, Situbondo Regency. The population in this research is Koipi ABC consumers. The sampling technique is determined by quota sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that Trust has a significant positive effect on Loyalty, Experiential marketing has a significant negative but not significant effect on Loyalty, Trust has a significant positive effect on Repurchase Intention. Experiential marketing has a negative but not significant effect on repurchase intention. Loyalty has a significant positive effect on repurchase intention. Trust on repurchase intention through loyalty has a significant positive effect, experiential marketing on repurchase intention through loyalty has a positive effect.

Abstract

Human resources are one of the important factors in a company to achieve its goals and objectives, because human resources are one of the determining factors for the success or failure of a company in achieving its goals. One that must be considered in managing human resources is regarding the placement of employees. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture, work motivation and transformational leadership style on ASN job satisfaction and ASN performance in the Livestock and Fisheries Service of Situbondo District. the population in this study were all ASN employees of the Situbondo District Livestock and Fisheries Service. Random sampling method (simple probability sampling) without regard to strata in the population in this study. In taking this sample using saturated sampling, namely the technique of determining the sample when all members of the population are sampled. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural-partial Least square equation model (PLS-SEM). The results of the hypothesis test have a direct effect using the smart PLS 3.0 application, indicating that organizational culture has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Work motivation has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Transformational leadership style has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Organizational culture has a significant positive effect on performance. Work motivation has a significant positive effect on performance. Transformational leadership style has no significant positive effect on performance. Job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on performance. Organizational culture on performance through job satisfaction has no significant positive effect. Work motivation on performance through job satisfaction has a significant positive effect. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze and test the influence of tourism promotion, service quality and tourist facilities on repeat visit intentions through visitor satisfaction as an intervening variable in tourists from Blekok Village, Situbondo Regency. The population in this study is visitors or tourists from Kampung Blekok. The sampling method is determined by probability sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, indicate that tourism promotion has a significant effect on visitor satisfaction. Service quality has a significant effect on visitor satisfaction. Tourism facilities have a significant effect on visitor satisfaction. Tourism promotion has a significant effect on intention to revisit. Service quality has no significant effect on intention to revisit. Tourist facilities have no significant effect on intention to revisit. Visitor satisfaction has a significant effect on intention to revisit. Tourism promotion has a significant effect on intention to revisit through satisfaction. Service quality has a significant effect on intention to revisit through visitor satisfaction. Abstract

Progress and competition in economic conditions in the business world are increasingly experiencing faster growth. Pharmaceutical companies have high potential in the industrial sector to supporting the Indonesian economy and are able to continue to contribute to increasing industrial growth in the health sector for social welfare in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to analyze and test the Liquidity and Asset Structure of Capital Structure in Pharmaceutical Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with Profitability as an Intervening Variable. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis testing using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that Liquidity has a negative but insignificant effect on Profitability. Asset structure has a negative but insignificant effect on Profitability. Liquidity has a negative but insignificant effect on capital structure. Asset structure has a positive but insignificant effect on capital structure. Profitability has a significant negative effect on capital structure. The results of the indirect hypothesis test show that Liquidity has a positive but insignificant effect on capital structure through Profitability. Asset structure has a positive but insignificant effect on capital structure through Profitability.
