Jurnal Mahasiswa Entrepreneurship (JME) Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Abdurachman Saleh Situbondo adalah jurnal yang ditulis oleh mahasiswa FEB UNARS sebagai jembatan antara ilmu dan praktek manajemen. JME mempublikasikan artikel baik berupa telaah pustaka maupun hasil penelitian empiris. JME menerima naskah dari berbagai bidang atau disiplin ilmu, seperti Keuangan, Manajemen Strategi, Pemasaran , Operasional dan Kewirausahaan . Kriteria utama untuk dapat diterima di JME adalah kemampuan untuk memberikan sumbangsih bagi perkembangan ilmu ekonomi khususnya manajemen. JME menerima kiriman naskah/artikel dalam bahasa Indonesia atau Inggris dan harus dinyatakan bahwa naskah yang dikirim tersebut, tidak dikirim atau belum pernah dipublikasikan dalam jurnal lainnya. Keputusan tentang pemuatan artikel dalam JME diambil melalui proses blind review oleh Dewan Redaksi dengan mempertimbangkan antara lain : orisinilitas, aktualitas serta signifikansi kontribusi artikel terhadap pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan maupun praktik dalam dunia nyata. Dewan redaksi akan memberikan telaah konstrutif dan jika dipandang perlu, menyampaikan hasil evaluasi kepada penulis artikel untuk ditanggapi dan didiskusikan. Untuk revisi kecil (minor revision), naskah yang telah diperbaiki bisa langsung mendapat persetujuan untuk dimuat. Artikel yang tidak memenuhi kriteria yang ditetapkan akan dikembalikan.

Abstract

Very tight market competition requires companies to be able to adapt to consumer needs in order to be able to compete in the market. A decrease in sales can be used as an indicator of a problem that must be considered by the company, because in this case the sales result is the main income for the company to continue its business. The purpose of this research is to examine and identify the effect of marketing mix on consumer purchasing decisions at shoe stores in Jember Regency. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 125 consumer respondents who had purchased shoes at the Bata Shoe store in Jember Regency. The data that has been collected was analyzed using multiple linear regression tests using the SPSS application. The results of multiple regression analysis show that the variables product, price, promotion, place, people and process have a positive relationship with the regression coefficient on purchasing decisions and variable physical evidence has a negative relationship with the regression coefficient on purchasing decisions, while the results of the t test show that product, price, people and process have a significant effect on purchasing decisions of 0.000 and variable promotion, place and physical evidence have no significant effect on purchasing decisions of 0.074, 0.398, 0.495. The results of the study show that the marketing mix includes product, price, place, promotion, people, physical evidence and process simultaneously have a significant influence on decisions purchase of shoes at the Bata Shoes store in Jember Regency.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to find out the analysis of product quality and discounts on consumer satisfaction through purchasing decisions as an intervening variable at the Thrift Dinda Sayudha store in Situbondo. The sampling technique in this study was simple random sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, discounts have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, product quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, discounts have a negative and insignificant effect on satisfaction consumers, purchasing decisions have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, product quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction through purchasing decisions, discounts have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction through purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Investment decisions and appropriate funding decisions can effect company profits and the distribution of dividends to shareholders and firm value. The purpose of this study is to analyze and examine factors Influencing firm value in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with dividend policy as an intervening variable (2019-2021). The population in this study are all food and beverage companies that have listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2019-2021 period, totaling 72 companies. The sampling technique is determined by purposive sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis test of this study use Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application show that investment decisions have a significant positive effect on dividend policy, funding decisions have an insignificant negative effect on dividend policy, investment decisions have a significant positive effect on firm value, funding decisions have an significant negative effect on firm value, dividend policy has an insignificant positive effect on firm value. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test show that the investment decisions variable has a significant positive effect on firm value through dividend policy, funding decisions have an insignificant negative effect on firm value through dividend policy.

Abstract

Financial management is all activities related to financial management decisions and financial assets. The main objective of financial management is to obtain maximum profit through owned financial resources. The purpose of this study is to analyze and test the effect of the Effect of Earning Per Share and Debt To Equity Ratio on Stock Returns with Dividend Policy as Intervening Variables in Companies Listed in the Index LQ45 on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) 2017-2021. The target population in this study were companies listed on the LQ45 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for 2017-2021, totaling 45 companies, which were then reduced based on the criteria to become 7 companies. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that Earning Pershare has a positive but not significant effect on Dividend Policy, Debt To Equity Ratio has a positive but not significant effect on Dividend Policy, Earning Pershare has a significant positive effect on Stock Returns, Debt To Equity Ratio has a positive but not significant effect on stock returns, dividend policy has a positive but not significant effect on stock returns. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis show that the Earning Pershare variable has a positive but not significant effect on Stock Return through Dividend Policy, Debt To Equity Ratio on Stock Return through Dividend Policy has a positive but not significant effect.

Abstract

This research purposed to determine the effect of service quality and location on consumer loyalty at Istana Lele restaurant in Banyuputih, Situbondo regency with consumer satisfaction as an intervening variable. The population was all visitors of Istana Lele restaurant. The sampling method used was simple random sampling by ignoring the population levels of this research. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this research used Partial Least Squares -Structural Equation Modeling (PLS- SEM). The results of direct effect hypothesis test using smart PLS 3.0 application showed that service quality has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction. Location has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction. Service quality has a significant positive effect on consumer loyalty. Location has a positive but not significant effect on consumer loyalty. Consumer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on consumer loyalty. Service quality has a significant positive effect on consumer loyalty through consumer satisfaction. Location has a significant positive effect on consumer loyalty through consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

Marketing plays a crucial role in company management and is an essential factor as it directly impacts the success of the company in achieving its business objectives. This study aims to analyze the relationship between service quality and cafe ambience with customer loyalty, with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable, at Anak Pantai Cafe in Bondowoso. The sampling method is determined using quota sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study are conducted using the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). From the results of hypothesis testing using Smart PLS 3.0 application, it was found that service quality has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction, as well as cafe ambience, which also has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. Furthermore, service quality also has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty, as well as cafe ambience, which has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction itself also has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty. Additionally, service quality has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction, and the same is observed for Cafe ambience, showing a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Energy companies is a company that operates in the electric power sector for the benefit of society and the state. The company has an obligation to fulfill or pay off short-term and long-term financial obligations so that the company is said to be liquid. The aim of this research is to determine the significance of the influence of Liquidity and Profitability on Company Value through Share Prices. This research uses descriptive and quantitative research. The population in this research is 80 energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2022 period. The sampling technique in this research used the Purposive Sampling technique. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this research used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that Liquidity has a negative but significant effect on Share Prices, Profitability has a negative but not significant effect on Share Prices, Liquidity has a significant positive effect on Company Value, Profitability has a positive but not significant effect on Company Value, Stock prices have a negative but not significant effect on firm value. The results of the indirect influence hypothesis test show that the Liquidity variable has a positive but not significant effect on Company Value through Share Prices, Profitability on Company Value through Share Prices has a positive but not significant effect.

Abstract

The aim of the study is to determine the effect of sales promotion and service quality on repurchase intention mediated by consumer satisfaction at the AsembagusSitubondo Yamaha Surya Inti Putra Dealer. The sampling technique used in this study was simple random sampling with the Slovin formula with a tolerable error rate of 10% for 96 consumers. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that Sales promotion has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, service quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, sales promotion has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, service quality has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, sales promotion has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention through consumer satisfaction, service quality has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention through consumer satisfaction

Abstract

A village office is a building or room that is used as a village-level government administration center. The village office functions as a gathering place for village government officials, including the village head, village administration staff, as well as various sections or units related to public services and the interests of village communities. This research aims to investigate the influence of leadership style and work motivation on the performance of village officials in Cermee District, Bondowoso Regency. The aims of this research is to find out whether work discipline mediates the relationship between leadership style and work motivation and the performance of village officials. The population in this research is the Banyuputih District Village apparatus. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this research used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application show that . Leadership style has a significant effect on work discipline, work motivation has a significant effect on work discipline, leadership style has a significant effect on performance, work motivation has an insignificant effect on performance, work discipline has an insignificant effect on performance. The results of the indirect influence hypothesis test show that the leadership style variable has no significant effect on performance through work discipline, work motivation has no significant effect on performance through work discipline.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of Loan to Deposit Ratio and Non Performing Loans on Firm value with Return On Assets as an intervening variable in commercial banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the years 2019-2021. The population in this study comprises all commercial banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2019-2021, totaling 47 banks. the sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling, resulting in 11 samples for data analysis. Data analysis and hypothesis testing are conducted using the Smart PLS 3.0 application. the results of this study indicate that Loan to Deposit Ratio and Non-Performing Loans have a positive but not significant impact on Return On Assets. The Loan to Deposit Ratio has a significant negative impact on Firm value, while Non-Performing Loans and Return On Assets have a significant positive impact on Firm value. Loan to Deposit Ratio and Non Performing Loans have a positive but not significant influence on Firm value through Return On Assets.
