Jurnal Mahasiswa Entrepreneurship (JME) Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Abdurachman Saleh Situbondo adalah jurnal yang ditulis oleh mahasiswa FEB UNARS sebagai jembatan antara ilmu dan praktek manajemen. JME mempublikasikan artikel baik berupa telaah pustaka maupun hasil penelitian empiris. JME menerima naskah dari berbagai bidang atau disiplin ilmu, seperti Keuangan, Manajemen Strategi, Pemasaran , Operasional dan Kewirausahaan . Kriteria utama untuk dapat diterima di JME adalah kemampuan untuk memberikan sumbangsih bagi perkembangan ilmu ekonomi khususnya manajemen. JME menerima kiriman naskah/artikel dalam bahasa Indonesia atau Inggris dan harus dinyatakan bahwa naskah yang dikirim tersebut, tidak dikirim atau belum pernah dipublikasikan dalam jurnal lainnya. Keputusan tentang pemuatan artikel dalam JME diambil melalui proses blind review oleh Dewan Redaksi dengan mempertimbangkan antara lain : orisinilitas, aktualitas serta signifikansi kontribusi artikel terhadap pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan maupun praktik dalam dunia nyata. Dewan redaksi akan memberikan telaah konstrutif dan jika dipandang perlu, menyampaikan hasil evaluasi kepada penulis artikel untuk ditanggapi dan didiskusikan. Untuk revisi kecil (minor revision), naskah yang telah diperbaiki bisa langsung mendapat persetujuan untuk dimuat. Artikel yang tidak memenuhi kriteria yang ditetapkan akan dikembalikan.

Abstract

Marketing is an important element in a company to determine the success or failure of a business, for this reason the company must apply the notion of marketing to a large extent in order to survive. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of facilities and prices on consumer satisfaction. The population in this study are all consumers who come to Akbar Futsal Situbondo. Random sampling method (simple probability sampling) regardless of strata in the population in this study. In taking this sample using a presentation level of 10%. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Least Squere Partial Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM). The results of the hypothesis test have a direct effect using the smart PLS 3.0 application, indicating that facilities and prices have a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction, facilities have a significant positive effect on consumer loyalty, prices have a positive but not significant effect on consumer loyalty, satisfaction has a significant positive effect on consumer loyalty, facilities and Price has a significant positive effect on consumer loyalty through consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

Marketing activities are actions taken by companies with the aim of communicating and offering goods or services to consumers. The company's success in achieving its targets is largely determined by an effective marketing strategy. this study aims to analyze and examine the impact of service quality, location, and consumer satisfaction on consumer loyalty at Akbar Futsal Situbondo. This study used a simple random sampling technique in taking the sample. The collected data were analyzed and the hypotheses were tested through the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) approach. Based on the results of testing the hypothesis using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, it was found that there is a positive and significant influence between service quality and location on customer satisfaction. In addition, service quality and location also have a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty. Apart from the direct effect, there is also an indirect effect between service quality and location on consumer loyalty through consumer satisfaction. The indirect effect of service quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect, while the indirect effect of Location on consumer loyalty through customer satisfaction also has a positive effect, but it is not statistically significant.

Abstract

Marketing management can be defined as the analysis of planning, implementing and controlling programs designed to create, build and maintain profitable exchanges with target markets to achieve organizational goals. The research objective is to analyze and test the effect of product diversity and service quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. The population in this study were consumers of Kedai Babe. The sampling technique was determined by the sample random sampling method. This study's data analysis and hypothesis testing used the Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application show that product diversity has a negative but insignificant effect on customer satisfaction, service quality has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, product diversity has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty, service quality has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty, customer satisfaction has a positive but insignificant effect on customer loyalty, product diversity has a significant negative effect does not affect customer loyalty through customer satisfaction, service quality has a positive but insignificant effect on consumer loyalty through customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to examine how the factors of Motivation and Work Environment impact Employee Performance within the Regional Water Supply Company (PDAM) of Bondowoso Regency, with compensation acting as an intervening variable. This analysis was conducted through the application of the Partial Least Square (PLS) structural equation model. The results of hypothesis testing using the Smart PLS 3.0 application indicate that motivation has a significantly positive effect on compensation (H1 accepted), the work environment has a significantly positive effect on compensation (H2 accepted), motivation has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance (H3 rejected), the work environment has a significantly positive effect on employee performance (H4 accepted), compensation has a significantly positive effect on employee performance (H5 accepted), motivation has a significantly positive effect on employee performance through compensation (H6 accepted), and the work environment has a significantly positive effect on employee performance through compensation (H7 accepted).

Abstract

Humans are the most important resource in an organization, agency or company. It would be difficult for an organization to carry out the mission and goals to be achieved without the human aspect. The purpose of this study is to analyze and investigate the impacts of work motivation and work environment on performance of village apparatus with job satisfaction as an intervening variable (case studies in Bayeman Village, Ketowan Village, and Kedungdowo Village, Arjasa District, Situbondo Regency). This research is an explanatory research. The population in this study are village apparatus in Bayeman Village, Ketowan Village, and Kedungdowo Village in Arjasa District, Situbondo Regency. The sampling technique used saturated sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of direct effect hypothesis testing using Smart PLS 3.0 show that work motivation has a significant effect on job satisfaction, work motivation has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance, work environment has a positive but not significant effect on job satisfaction, work environment has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance, and job satisfaction has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance. The results of indirect effect hypothesis testing show that work motivation has a positive but not significant effect on performance through job satisfaction, and work environment has a positive but not significant effect on performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of cost burden and income on profit growth of PT Pegadaian with Gross Profit Margin as an intervening variable at Besuki Branch, Situbondo, for the years 2019-2021. The population for this research comprises reports accessible for 5 years from 2018 to 2022 (5 x 12 months = 60 data) at PT Pegadaian Besuki branch. The sampling technique used ;in the study is purposive sampling, resulting in a total of 36 data points within a 3-year period (2019, 2020, 2021) x 12 months = 36 data points. The sampling technique employed is purposive sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this research were conducted using the Structural Equation Model – Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of hypothesis testing for direct effects using Smart PLS 3.0 indicate that cost burden has a significant negative effect on gross profit margin, income has a significant negative effect on gross profit margin, cost burden has a positive but not significant effect on profit growth, cost burden has a significant negative effect on profit growth, and gross profit margin has a significant negative effect on profit growth. The results of hypothesis testing for indirect effects show that the cost burden variable has a significant negative effect on profit growth through gross profit, and income has a significant negative effect on profit growth through Gross Profit Margin.

Abstract

The research objective is to determine the factors that influence investment decisions in students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Abdurachman Saleh Situbondo with interest in investment as an intervening variable. The sampling technique used in this study was proportional stratified random sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that investment knowledge has a significant effect on interest, technological progress has a positive and significant effect on invesment interest, investment knowledge has a negative and insignificant effect on investment decisions, technological progress has a positive and significant effect on investment decisions,invesment interest has a positive and significant effect on investment decisions, investment knowledge has a positive and significant effect on investment decisions through interest in technological progress has a positive and significant effect on investment decisions through invesment interest.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the factors that influence company value in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange with profitability as an intervening variable for the 2019-2021 periods. The population in this study was all 30 food and beverage companies registered on the IDX. The sampling technique in the research used purposive sampling so that 10 data analysis samples were obtained. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Smart PLS 3.0 application. The results of this study indicate that capital structure has a positive but not significant effect on profitability. While Liquidity has a negative but not significant effect on profitability. Capital structure and liquidity have no significant effect on firm value. Profitability has a significant positive effect on firm value. Capital structure and liquidity have no significant effect on company value through profitability.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of Liquidity and Leverage on Company Value with Profitability as an intervening variable in Food and Beverage Sector Manufacturing Companies listed on the IDX 2019-2021. The population in this study were all Manufacturing Companies in the Food and Beverage Sector listed on the IDX in 2019-2021, which amounted to 30 companies. This research sampling technique used purposive sampling so that 12 samples were obtained, which were used for data analysis. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Smart PLS 3.0 APPLICATION. The results of this study indicate that Liquidity and Leverage have a negative but insignificant effect on Profitability. Liquidity, and Leverage has a negative but insignificant effect on company value; Profitability has a negative but insignificant effect on the company value. Liquidity has a negative but insignificant effect on company value through Profitability. At the same time, Leverage has a positive but not significant on company value through Profitability.
