Jurnal Mahasiswa Entrepreneurship (JME) Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Abdurachman Saleh Situbondo adalah jurnal yang ditulis oleh mahasiswa FEB UNARS sebagai jembatan antara ilmu dan praktek manajemen. JME mempublikasikan artikel baik berupa telaah pustaka maupun hasil penelitian empiris. JME menerima naskah dari berbagai bidang atau disiplin ilmu, seperti Keuangan, Manajemen Strategi, Pemasaran , Operasional dan Kewirausahaan . Kriteria utama untuk dapat diterima di JME adalah kemampuan untuk memberikan sumbangsih bagi perkembangan ilmu ekonomi khususnya manajemen. JME menerima kiriman naskah/artikel dalam bahasa Indonesia atau Inggris dan harus dinyatakan bahwa naskah yang dikirim tersebut, tidak dikirim atau belum pernah dipublikasikan dalam jurnal lainnya. Keputusan tentang pemuatan artikel dalam JME diambil melalui proses blind review oleh Dewan Redaksi dengan mempertimbangkan antara lain : orisinilitas, aktualitas serta signifikansi kontribusi artikel terhadap pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan maupun praktik dalam dunia nyata. Dewan redaksi akan memberikan telaah konstrutif dan jika dipandang perlu, menyampaikan hasil evaluasi kepada penulis artikel untuk ditanggapi dan didiskusikan. Untuk revisi kecil (minor revision), naskah yang telah diperbaiki bisa langsung mendapat persetujuan untuk dimuat. Artikel yang tidak memenuhi kriteria yang ditetapkan akan dikembalikan.

Abstract

The study aimsto determine the influence of Work Discipline and Compensation on Performance at PT PNM Mekaar in the Situbondo Regency with the Mediationof Job Satisfaction Variables. The sampling technique in this research is a Saturated Sample. This study's data analysis and hypothesis testing utilize Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of hypothesis testing for direct effects using Smart PLS 3.0 application indicate that work discipline has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction,compensation has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction, work discipline has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, compensation has a negative yet significant influence on employee performance, job satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, work discipline has a positive but not significant influence on employee performance through job satisfaction, and compensation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

Marketing is generally seen as creating, introducing and delivering goods and services to consumers. Marketing is how companies create value for customers and build strong customer relationships to capture customer value. In return, marketing is an organizational function and set of processes for creating, communicating and delivering value to customers and managing customer relationships in ways that benefit the organization and its specific interests for customers of the Cafe Ayah Bunda in Mimbaan, Panji District, Situbondo Regency. This study aimed to analyze and test the effect of service quality and brand image on consumer satisfaction at Cafe Ayah Bunda, Situbondo, with consumer buying interest as an intervening variable. The population in this study are consumers at Cafe Ayah Bunda; the sampling method is determined by probability sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in research using sampling. This study's data analysis and hypothesis testing used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of this study indicate that service quality and brand image have a significant effect on consumer buying interest, service quality and brand image have a positive but not significant effect on customer satisfaction, purchase intention has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction, service quality and brand image have a significant positive effect on consumers satisfaction through consumer buying interest.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of the variables Role of Leadership and Work Experience on ASN Performance at the Ministry of Religion of Situbondo Regency with Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable by using the Partial Least Square (PLS) structural equation model. The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application. Leadership has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction (H1 is accepted), work experience has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction (H2 is accepted), leadership has a significant positive effect on ASN performance (H3 is accepted), work experience has a positive but not significant effect on ASN performance (H4 is rejected ), Job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on ASN performance (H5 is accepted), Leadership has a significant positive effect on ASN performance through job satisfaction (H6 is accepted), and work experience has a positive but not significant effect on ASN performance through job satisfaction (H7 is rejected).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of leverage and capital structure on company value with earnings management as an intervening variable in food and beverage companies listed on the IDX in 2019-2021. The population in this study was all companies listed on the IDX, 30 food and beverage companies. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling so that 12 samples of data analysis were obtained. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Smart PLS 3.0 application. The results of this study indicate that leverage and capital structure have no significant effect on earnings management. Leverage has a significant negative effect on company value, while capital structure and earnings management have no significant effect on company value. Leverage and capital structure have no significant effect on company value through earnings management.

Abstract

Company value in mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with Profitability as an Intervening variable. Companies with good performance will continue to experience growth well in the future. Company size is considered capable of affecting company value. The company's goal is to increase prosperity and profits for shareholders in the company. This study aimed to determine the significance of the effect of Leverage and company size on company value through Profitability. This research uses descriptive and quantitative research. The population in this study are 47 mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2019-2021. The sampling technique in this study used Purposive Sampling technique. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study. This study uses the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application show that Leverage has a negative but insignificant effect on Profitability, Company size has a negative but insignificant effect on Profitability, Leverage has a negative but insignificant effect on Company value, Company size has a significant positive effect on company value, Profitability has a positive but insignificant effect on company value. The indirect effect hypothesis test results show that the variable Leverage on Company value through Profitability has a negative but insignificant effect, and company size on Company value through Profitability has a negative but insignificant effect.

Abstract

The aim of the study was to determine the Analysis of the Effect of Price and Product Quality on Consumer Repurchase Interests of Samsung Smartphones at Cempaka Cell Cell Phone Shops in Situbondo Regency with Consumer Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable. The sampling technique used in this study was simple random sampling of 97 consumers. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that price has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, product quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, price has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, product quality has a negative and significant effect on interest repurchase, consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, price has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention through consumer satisfaction, product quality has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention through consumer satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Product Quality and Product Diversity on Consumer Satisfaction with Consumer Loyalty as an Intervening Variable at “Lva Boutique “Clothing Store in Asembagus, Situbondo. with Consumer Loyalty as an intervening variable. The population in this study were all visitors to the Lva Boutique AsembagusSitubondo Clothing Store. The sampling method is random (simple probability sampling) without regard to the strata in the population in this research. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in research using the Structural equation model-partial Least square (PLS-SEM). The results of testing the hypothesis of direct influence using the smart PLS 3.0 application show that product quality significantly affects consumer loyalty. Product diversity has a significant positive effect on consumer loyalty. Product quality has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. Diversity has a positive but insignificant effect on consumer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty. Product quality has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. Product diversity has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction through customer loyalty.

Abstract

Investors assess the performance of a company through its Stock price. The number of requests and offers for shares that occur in the capital market affects the high and low prices of company shares. If the company's performance is in good condition, then the company's shares will be in demand by investors so that the share price will be high. The purpose of this study was to analyze and examine the factors that influenced stock prices in food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with Dividend policy as an intervening variable. The sampling technique in this study was determined by purposive sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural-Partial Least Square Equation Model (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test show the following results. Debt to Equity Ratio has a positive but not significant effect on Dividend policy. Net Profit Margin has a negative but not significant effect on Dividend policy. Debt to Equity Ratio has a negative but not significant effect on Stock prices. Net Profit Margin has a significant negative effect on Stock prices. Dividend policy has a significant positive effect on Stock prices. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test show that the Debt to Equity Ratio variable has a positive but not significant effect on Stock prices through Dividend policy. Net Profit Margin has a negative but not significant effect on Stock prices through Dividend policy.

Abstract

The study aimed to determine ROA in mediating the factors that influence stock prices in mining companies listed on the IDX. In this study, the sampling technique used was purposive sampling. This study's data analysis and hypothesis testing used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of direct influence hypothesis testing using the Smart PLS 3.0 application show that the Current Ratio positively and significantly affects ROA. DER has a positive and significant effect on ROA. The current Ratio has a positive and significant effect on stock price; DER has a positive and significant effect on stock price; ROA has a negative and significant effect on stock price; the Current Ratio has a negative and insignificant effect on stock price through ROA, DER has a negative and insignificant effect on stock price through ROA.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of capital structure and financial performance on firm value in textile and garment companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX)for 2019-2021 period with financial distress as an intervening variable. The population in this study is all textile and garment companieslisted on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), involving 22 companies in 2019-2021 period. The sampling technique in this study uses purposive sampling by selecting 10 samples of data analysis. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study use Smart PLS 3.0 application.The results of this study show that capital structure has no significant effect on financial distress, while financial performance has a significant negative effect on financial distress. Capital structure, financial performance and financial distress do not have a significant effect on firm value. Capital structure and financial performance do not have a significant effect on firm value through financial distress.
