Jurnal Mahasiswa Entrepreneurship (JME) Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Abdurachman Saleh Situbondo adalah jurnal yang ditulis oleh mahasiswa FEB UNARS sebagai jembatan antara ilmu dan praktek manajemen. JME mempublikasikan artikel baik berupa telaah pustaka maupun hasil penelitian empiris. JME menerima naskah dari berbagai bidang atau disiplin ilmu, seperti Keuangan, Manajemen Strategi, Pemasaran , Operasional dan Kewirausahaan . Kriteria utama untuk dapat diterima di JME adalah kemampuan untuk memberikan sumbangsih bagi perkembangan ilmu ekonomi khususnya manajemen. JME menerima kiriman naskah/artikel dalam bahasa Indonesia atau Inggris dan harus dinyatakan bahwa naskah yang dikirim tersebut, tidak dikirim atau belum pernah dipublikasikan dalam jurnal lainnya. Keputusan tentang pemuatan artikel dalam JME diambil melalui proses blind review oleh Dewan Redaksi dengan mempertimbangkan antara lain : orisinilitas, aktualitas serta signifikansi kontribusi artikel terhadap pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan maupun praktik dalam dunia nyata. Dewan redaksi akan memberikan telaah konstrutif dan jika dipandang perlu, menyampaikan hasil evaluasi kepada penulis artikel untuk ditanggapi dan didiskusikan. Untuk revisi kecil (minor revision), naskah yang telah diperbaiki bisa langsung mendapat persetujuan untuk dimuat. Artikel yang tidak memenuhi kriteria yang ditetapkan akan dikembalikan.

Abstract

Food and beverage companies are one of the business sectors that continue to experience growth. Along with increasing number growth population in Indonesia, the total demand for food and beverages continue increase. The purpose of this research is to analyze and test the company’s size and Leverage on company value in Food Companies and Beverages listed on the IDX through the dividend policy. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study using the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, shows the size of the company has a positive and significant effect on dividend policy. Leverage has a positive effect but not significant on dividend policy. Company size has a positive effect but not significant to company value. Leverage has a negative and significant effect on company value. Dividend policy has a positive effect but not significant to company value. Indirect hypothesis test results shows that company size has a negative effect but not significantly to the value of the company through the dividend policy. Leverage positive but not significant effect on company value through Dividend policy.

Abstract

The aim of the study was to determine the Analysis of the Influence of Price and Product Quality on Consumer Loyalty of Matic Motorcycles at Jaya Terang 2 Dealers in Situbondo Regency with Purchasing Decisions as Intervening Variables. The sampling technique used in this study was simple random sampling of 92 consumers. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, price has a negative but significant effect on consumer loyalty, product quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty. , Purchase decisions have a positive and significant effect on repeat customer loyalty, Price has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty through purchasing decisions, Product quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty through purchasing decisions.

Abstract

In the era of globalization, business development is now increasing rapidly, one of which is the cafe business. The cafe business in Indonesia becomes one of the most promising businesses that is able to attract people's attention along with people's lifestyles, especially among teenagers and adults. This research aimed to find out the influence of word of mouth and service quality on repurchase intention through consumer satisfaction as an intervening variable at All In One cafe in Panarukan District. The population in this study was all consumers of All In One cafe. The sampling method used simple random sampling with a total of 98 consumers as respondents. The data analysis method applied Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of direct effect hypothesis test using Smart PLS 3.0 application indicated that word of mouth has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction, service quality has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction, word of mouth has a significant positive effect on repurchase intention, service quality has a positive but not significant effect on repurchase intention, consumer satisfaction has a positive but not significant effect on repurchase intention. The results of indirect effect hypothesis test showed that word of mouth does not significantly influence repurchase intention through consumer satisfaction, service quality does not significantly influence repurchase intention through consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

Marketing is one of the important factors in the company. It is also called the heart of company's life. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product variety and product quality on purchasing decisions and consumer satisfaction at Anita Cake in Situbondo. The population in this study were all consumers who ordered cake from Anita. The sampling method used simple random sampling with a total sample 93. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of direct effect hypothesis testing used Smart PLS3.0 application showed that product variation has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction, product quality has no significant effect on consumer satisfaction, product variety and product quality have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, consumer satisfaction has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, product variety and product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions through consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

Marketing is one of the main activities that needs to be carried out by a company, be it a goods or service company, in an effort to maintain the viability of its business. The purpose of this study was to analyze and test the effect of product quality and store atmosphere on consumer confidence with consumer satisfaction as an intervening variable at the Bintang Sembilan accessories store in Situbondo. The population in this study are consumers of the Bintang Sembilan Accessories Store in Situbondo Regency. The sampling method is determined by probability sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM).The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that product quality has a significant positive effect on consumer confidence. Store atmosphere has a significant positive effect on consumer confidence. Product quality has a positive but not significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Store atmosphere has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction. Consumer trust has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction. Product quality on consumer satisfaction through consumer trust has a significant positive effect. Store atmosphere on consumer satisfaction through consumer trust has a significant positive effect.

Abstract

Human resources are individuals capable of and willing to assist an organization in achieving its goals. The purpose of this research is to determine the improvement of motivation, work discipline, and job satisfaction, as well as the performance of human resources in Ardirejo Village and Mimbaan Village of Panji Sub-District. The population in this study consists of all employees of Ardirejo Village and Mimbaan Village in Panji Sub-District, totaling 38 employees, both civil servants (ASN) and non-civil servants. The sampling technique is determined by purposive sampling. The data analysis and hypothesis testing of this research employed Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of hypothesis testing for direct effects using Smart PLS 3.0 application indicate that motivation has a significant positive influence on job satisfaction. Work discipline has a negative influence on job satisfaction, but it is not significant. Motivation has a significant positive influence on performance. Work discipline has a negative influence on performance, but it is not significant. Job satisfaction has a negative influence on performance, but it is not significant. The results of hypothesis testing for indirect effects show that motivation does not significantly affect performance through job satisfaction. Work discipline does not significantly affect performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

Human Resource Management is the process of managing people through planning, recruiting, selecting, training, developing, rewarding, career, occupational health and safety, and maintaining employment until the end of working period to achieve organizational goals and improve the welfare of stakeholders. The purpose of this research was to analyze and examine the effect of reward, punishment and leadership on the performance of village officials in Cermee Bondowoso with work motivation as an intervening variable. The target population in this study was village officials in Cermee Bondowoso, as many as 40 people, who were then processed as research samples. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this research used Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of direct effect hypothesis test using Smart PLS 3.0 application showed that reward and punishment have a significant positive effect on work motivation. Leadership has a significant positive effect on work motivation. Reward and punishment have a positive but not significant effect on performance. Leadership has a positive but not significant effect on performance. Work motivation has a significant positive effect on performance. Reward and punishment has a significant positive effecton performance through work motivation. Leadership has a significant positive effecton Performance through work motivation.

Abstract

Sustainability and development of a company in any form is determined by the marketing. As a company, Boutique Billah Hijab must be capable to choose the right marketing strategy in order to grow and maintain the stability of its business because it is one of the success factors. This research aimed at anayzing and testing the effects of lifestyle and brand image on customer satisfaction at Boutique Hijab Billah. The sampling technique was determined with probability sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this research employed the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application shows that lifestyle has a significant effect on purchase decision, brand image has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, and purchase decisions have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, the results of the indirect effect hypothesis test show that the lifestyle variable has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions and brand image has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The Influence of Brand Image and Trust in Repurchasing Interest of Kapal Api Coffee in Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Abdurachman Saleh University Situbondo With Customer Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable. Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Abdrachman Saleh Situbondo University, are the students with the largest quantity at Abdrachman Saleh Situbondo University. Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Abdrachman Saleh Situbondo are divided into three study programs. Marketing, HRM and finance Until now, the students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Abdrachman Saleh University, Situbondo, have continued to grow. with Customer Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable. This research is an explanatory research. The population in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Abdrachman Saleh Situbondo. The sampling technique was determined by quata sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that brand image has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, trust has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, brand image has a negative but not significant effect on repurchase intention Trust has a significant effect on repurchase intention, customer satisfaction has a significant effect on repurchase intention. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test show that the brand image variable has a significant effect on repurchase intention through customer satisfaction, trust has a significant effect on repurchase intention through customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the variable influence of the Role of the Work Environment and Incentives on Employee Performance at PT Windu Raya, with Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable, by using the Partial Least Square (PLS) Structural equation model. The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application. The work environment has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction (H1 accepted), incentives have a significant positive effect on job satisfaction (H2 accepted), the work environment has a positive but insignificant effect on employee performance (H3 rejected), incentives have a positive but insignificant effect on employee performance (H4 rejected), job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on employee performance (H5 accepted), the work environment has a significant positive effect on employee performance through job satisfaction (H6 accepted), and incentives have a significant positive effect on employee performance through job satisfaction (H7 accepted).
