Jurnal Mahasiswa Entrepreneurship (JME) Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Abdurachman Saleh Situbondo adalah jurnal yang ditulis oleh mahasiswa FEB UNARS sebagai jembatan antara ilmu dan praktek manajemen. JME mempublikasikan artikel baik berupa telaah pustaka maupun hasil penelitian empiris. JME menerima naskah dari berbagai bidang atau disiplin ilmu, seperti Keuangan, Manajemen Strategi, Pemasaran , Operasional dan Kewirausahaan . Kriteria utama untuk dapat diterima di JME adalah kemampuan untuk memberikan sumbangsih bagi perkembangan ilmu ekonomi khususnya manajemen. JME menerima kiriman naskah/artikel dalam bahasa Indonesia atau Inggris dan harus dinyatakan bahwa naskah yang dikirim tersebut, tidak dikirim atau belum pernah dipublikasikan dalam jurnal lainnya. Keputusan tentang pemuatan artikel dalam JME diambil melalui proses blind review oleh Dewan Redaksi dengan mempertimbangkan antara lain : orisinilitas, aktualitas serta signifikansi kontribusi artikel terhadap pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan maupun praktik dalam dunia nyata. Dewan redaksi akan memberikan telaah konstrutif dan jika dipandang perlu, menyampaikan hasil evaluasi kepada penulis artikel untuk ditanggapi dan didiskusikan. Untuk revisi kecil (minor revision), naskah yang telah diperbaiki bisa langsung mendapat persetujuan untuk dimuat. Artikel yang tidak memenuhi kriteria yang ditetapkan akan dikembalikan.

Abstract

SAK EMKM is intended for use by small and medium entities, namely entities that do not have significant public accountability or based on laws and regulations are classified as small and medium entities. Qualitative research method with descriptive analysis approach. The results of the study show that the registration is still being carried out by UD. Tanjung Jaya is still fairly simple and manual, that is, financial records at the company only use recorded notes. Recording is done only to record cash receipts from sales and income and cash disbursements such as purchases of merchandise and expenses. For the preparation and presentation of financial statements based on SAK EMKM starting from collecting evidence of transactions, journalizing, ledgers, trial balance, then preparing financial reports, namely statements of financial position, income statements and notes on financial statements.

Abstract

A manufacturing company is a company that has a very large production scale compared to other companies, so it can be compared with other company products as well. A company needs a plan to achieve company goals. The company's main goal is to increase it’s value. By increasing it’s value, investors can see that the condition of the company is good. The purpose of this study is to analyze and examine company size and leverage on firm value in manufacturing companies at food and beverage sub-sector through tax avoidance. Data analysis of hypothesis testing in this study uses Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of direct effect hypothesis test using PLS 3.0 application show that company size has a positive but not significant effect on tax avoidance, leverage has a negative but not significant effect on tax avoidance, company size has a significant negative effect on firm value, leverage has a significant positive effect on firm value. Tax Avoidance has a positive but not significant effect on firm value. The results of indirect effect hypothesis test show that company size has a positive but not significant effect on firm value through tax avoidance, Leverage has a negative but not significant effect on firm value through tax avoidance,

Abstract

A company is an organization with a legal entity that has an important role in the economic development of a country. The aim of this study is to determine the effect of company size and profitability on company value through the financial performance of property and real estate companies that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2021. This current study employed a purposive technique sampling. The data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used Structural-Partial Least Square Equation Model (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart application PLS 3.0 shows that company size has no significant effect on financial performance, profitability has a significant effect on financial performance, company size has no effect significant to firm value, profitability has no effect significant to firm values, financial performance has no effect significant to firm value. The results of the indirect hypothesis test show that firm size through financial performance has a negative but not significant effect on the firm values and profitability through performance financial effect positive but not significant to firm value.

Abstract

The research objective is to determine the Analysis of Factors Influencing Stock Prices with Capital Structure as Intervening Variables in Property and Real Estate Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). In this study the sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that Net profit margin has a positive and significant effect on capital structure, Current ratio has a positive and significant effect on Capital structure, Net profit margin has a positive and significant effect on stock prices, Current ratio has a positive effect and significant effect on stock prices, capital structure has a negative but significant effect on stock prices, net profit margin has a significant negative effect on stock prices through capital structure, current ratio has no significant negative effect on stock prices through capital structure.

Abstract

Banking or financial institutions are establishments that amass funds from the public in banks and distribute these resources to the local community, contributing to the nation's developmental objectives. This research aims to assess and examine the impact of metrics such as CR, TATO, and DAR on stock price by means of analyzing ROA within the banking sector. The focus is on companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange over the time span from 2018 to 2021. Using purposive sampling, a subset of 11 banking companies is selected for analysis. The research methodology encompasses the application of descriptive and inferential statistical techniques for data analysis and hypothesis testing. The outcomes of hypothesis testing conducted using the Smart PLS 3.0 application reveal that the influence of the CR on ROA is not statistically significant. Similarly, the TATO does not exert a significant impact on ROA, and the DAR also lacks a substantial influence on ROA. additionally, the CR does not demonstrate a noteworthy effect on stock price, while the TATO and DAR similarly do not yield a significant influence on stock price. The findings from the hypothesis testing related to indirect effects indicate that the CR does not significantly affect stock price through its impact on ROA, similarly, the TATO effect on stock price through ROA is not statistically significant, and the DAR influence on stock price through ROA is also not statistically significant.

Abstract

Marketing significantly influences consumer purchases of the products or services offered for marketing success, both in product and service marketing. This study aimed to analyze and test the effect of price, product quality, purchasing decisions and consumer satisfaction. The population in the study was KN brand water products in Situbondo. The sampling technique was determined by purposive sampling. This study's data analysis and hypothesis testing used Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of testing the direct effect hypothesis using the Smart PLS 3.0 application show that price has a significant positive effect on Purchasing Decisions, Product Quality has a significant positive effect on Purchasing Decisions, Price has a positive but insignificant effect on Customer Satisfaction, Product quality has a positive but insignificant effect on Customer satisfaction, Decision has a significant positive effect on Customer satisfaction. The results of testing the hypothesis of indirect influence show that the variable price on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions has a significant positive effect, and product quality on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions has a significant positive effect.

Abstract

The angkringan business is also a good plan in terms of attracting consumers and in the current era it is certainly a big opportunity for angkringan entrepreneurs to make it easier to survive and develop an angkringan business. Consumer satisfaction must always be considered for entrepreneurs engaged in the culinary field. Observing consumer satisfaction, consumers feel satisfied in terms of service because it is in accordance with the wishes expected. If the consumer is satisfied, the consumer will definitely come back to make a purchase. Consumer expectations in feeling satisfied or dissatisfied will create high consumer loyalty. The purpose of this study is to determine the quality of service and location of consumer loyalty with consumer satisfaction as an intervening variable at Angkringan Giras in Situbondo. the population in this study is the entire population in this study are all consumers who make purchases at Angkringan Giras Situbondo. After observing and interviewing consumers of Angkringan Giras in Situbondo. Random sampling method (simple probability sampling) without regard to strata in the population in this study. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural-partial Least square equation model (PLS-SEM). The results of the hypothesis test have a direct effect using the smart PLS 3.0 application, indicating that service quality has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction. Location has a significant negative effect on consumer satisfaction. Service quality has a significant positive effect on consumer loyalty. Location has a significant positive effect on consumer loyalty. Consumer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on consumer loyalty. Service quality has a significant positive effect on consumer loyalty through customer satisfaction. Location has a significant negative effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Educational institutions are one of the most important elements for the progress of the nation's civilization, for that Madrasah Aliyah (MA) has an important role to be able to produce superior Indonesian human resources, Madrasah Aliyah graduates must become competitive and superior human resources. The purpose of this study was to analyze and test teacher competence and work discipline in influencing teacher performance at MA Ibrahimy Wali Songo Situbondo with mediation of work motivation variables. The population in this study was MA Ibrahimy Wali Songo Situbondo teachers. The sampling technique was determined by quota sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of direct influence hypothesis testing using the smart PLS 3.0 application, show that teacher competence has a significant effect on work motivation, work discipline has no significant effect on work motivation, teacher competence has a significant effect on teacher performance, work discipline has no significant effect on teacher performance, work motivation has a significant effect on teacher performance. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test show that the variable teacher competence on teacher performance with work motivation has a significant positive effect, work discipline on teacher performance with work motivation has a negative but insignificant effect.

Abstract

Mining companies are companies that engage in various production activities such as general research, exploration, feasibility studies, construction, mining, management and refining, transportation and sales, as well as post-mining management. Mining companies are one of the main contributors to Indonesia's foreign exchange earnings. The purpose of this research is to analyze and determine the impact of Debt to Equity Ratio and Current Ratio on stock prices through Return on Assets in the coal mining sub-sector of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analysis and testing method used in this research is the Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The hypothesis testing results using Smart PLS 3.0 application indicate that Debt to Equity Ratio has a postive but not significant effect on Return on Assets. Current Ratio has a negative and not significant effect on Return on Assets. Debt to Equity Ratio has a positive and significant effect on stock prices. Current Ratio has a negative and not significant effect on stock prices. Return On Assets has a positive but not significant effect on stock prices. The indirect hypothesis testing results show that Debt to Equity Ratio has a positive but not significant effect on stock prices through Return on Assets, and Current Ratio has a negative and not significant effect on stock prices through Return On Assets.

Abstract

Company value is significant for investors in determining stock investment because information on company value will help investors know which stocks have good value and are developing well. This study aimed to analyze the effect of Firm size and Debt to Equity Ratio oni Firm value with Return on Asset as an intervening variable. The population in this study are food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2018-2021. The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application show that Firm size has a negative but insignificant effect on Return on Asset, and Debt to Equity Ratio has a significant negative effect on Return on Asset. Firm size has a negative but insignificant effect on firm value, Debt to Equity has a positive but insignificant effect on firm value, and Return on Asset has a significant positive effect on firm value. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test show that the Firm size and Debt to Equity Ratio variables on firm value through Return on Assets together have a negative but insignificant effect.
