Jurnal Mahasiswa Entrepreneurship (JME) Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Abdurachman Saleh Situbondo adalah jurnal yang ditulis oleh mahasiswa FEB UNARS sebagai jembatan antara ilmu dan praktek manajemen. JME mempublikasikan artikel baik berupa telaah pustaka maupun hasil penelitian empiris. JME menerima naskah dari berbagai bidang atau disiplin ilmu, seperti Keuangan, Manajemen Strategi, Pemasaran , Operasional dan Kewirausahaan . Kriteria utama untuk dapat diterima di JME adalah kemampuan untuk memberikan sumbangsih bagi perkembangan ilmu ekonomi khususnya manajemen. JME menerima kiriman naskah/artikel dalam bahasa Indonesia atau Inggris dan harus dinyatakan bahwa naskah yang dikirim tersebut, tidak dikirim atau belum pernah dipublikasikan dalam jurnal lainnya. Keputusan tentang pemuatan artikel dalam JME diambil melalui proses blind review oleh Dewan Redaksi dengan mempertimbangkan antara lain : orisinilitas, aktualitas serta signifikansi kontribusi artikel terhadap pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan maupun praktik dalam dunia nyata. Dewan redaksi akan memberikan telaah konstrutif dan jika dipandang perlu, menyampaikan hasil evaluasi kepada penulis artikel untuk ditanggapi dan didiskusikan. Untuk revisi kecil (minor revision), naskah yang telah diperbaiki bisa langsung mendapat persetujuan untuk dimuat. Artikel yang tidak memenuhi kriteria yang ditetapkan akan dikembalikan.

Abstract

Human resources are a strategic factor in all organizational activities because human resources are the primary support for implementing organizational goals. This study aimed to determine the effect of salary and incentives on performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at UD. DNL Banyuputih District, Situbondo Regency. The population in this study were all employees of UD. DNL Banyuputih District, Situbondo Regency, totaling 40 people. The sampling technique used in this study was a saturated sample. This study's data analysis and hypothesis testing used Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of direct influence hypothesis testing using the Smart PLS 3.0 application show that salary has an insignificant effect and impacts job satisfaction. Incentives have a significant effect and have an impact on Job Satisfaction. Salary has an insignificant effect and has an impact on performance. Incentives have an insignificant effect and have an impact on performance. Job satisfaction has a significant effect and has an impact on performance. Salary has a positive but insignificant effect on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction. Incentives have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

The research objective was to determine the effect of work discipline and work procedures in influencing employee performance through work productivity as an intervening variable (a case study in the Mojosari Village Office, Kertosari Village, Awar-awar Village, Paraante Village, Asembagus District, Situbo Regency. The sampling technique used in this study is a saturated sample with a sample size of 60 employees.Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on work productivity, work procedures have a positive and significant effect on work productivity Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work procedures have a negative but significant effect on performance employees, work productivity has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through work productivity, work procedures have a positive and significant effect on employee performance through work productivity

Abstract

Information technology development has penetrated the government world, where almost all agencies have used technology in data processing and report-making. Information technology can overhaul a system so that the government becomes more transparent and accountable in providing and presenting services oriented to the public interest. The development of information technology in the government environment has an essential role in providing convenience in various aspects of public service activities. Implementing information technology into various public services in the government has strategic values and is considered capable of conquering difficulties in changing the work culture for the better. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion previously described, several conclusions can be drawn from the overall research results, namely as follows: Work commitment has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, work environment has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, work commitment has a significant positive effect on performance, work environment has a negative insignificant effect on performance, job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on performance, work commitment to performance through job satisfaction has a significant positive effect, work environment to performance through job satisfaction has a significant positive effect.

Abstract

The culinary business is the choice of many people because this type of business is easier to run than other businesses. The large number of culinary business actors who open restaurant businesses has resulted in a high level of competition between culinary business actors. The easy system makes many people use this service as an alternative choice to get food in an easy way. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence customer satisfaction through consumer buying interest as an intervening variable at Warung Tahu Tek Cak Sugeng Situbondo. the population in this study is the entire population in this study are all consumers who make purchases at Warung Tahu Tek Cak Sugeng Situbondo. After observing and interviewing consumers, Warung Tahu Tek Cak Sugeng Situbondo. Random sampling method (simple probability sampling) without regard to strata in the population in this study. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural-partial Least square equation model (PLS-SEM). The results of the hypothesis test have a direct effect using the smart PLS 3.0 application, indicating that price has a significant positive effect on purchase intention. Service quality has a significant positive effect on purchase intention. Price has a significant negative effect on customer satisfaction. Service quality has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. Purchase intention has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. Price has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction through purchase intention. Service quality has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction through purchase intention.

Abstract

The results of direct influence hypothesis testing using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, work environment has a significant positive effect on job performance (H1 accepted), work competence has a positive but insignificant effect on job performance (H2 rejected), work environment has a positive but insignificant effect on job satisfaction (H3 rejected), work competence has a positive but insignificant effect on job satisfaction (H4 rejected), work achievement has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction (H5 accepted), work environment has a positive but insignificant effect on job satisfaction through work achievement (H6 rejected) and work competence has a positive but insignificant effect on job satisfaction through work achievement (H7 rejected).

Abstract

Performance is a large part of the company's achievements and increases the company's survival. Performance measurement in 2019 dimensions are measured using Balanced Scorecard with four perspectives as dimensions. The four perspectives in question are: Finance, Customers, Internal Business, Learning and Growth as measuring tools for measuring and evaluating PT. Artaniaga Megah Gemilang Leces Probolinggo. The evaluation results obtained from the Financial Perspective achieved net profit performance still under control with an achievement of 98.90% or Rp. 1,575,179,805,- this is control incoming materials very good, the Internal Bistin Perspective has a good impact on the Financial Perspective and is supported by good human resource competence so that this perspective between plans and realization has very good achievements, the Customer Perspective is supported by a dominant learning and growth perspective with competence in accordance with plans especially training hours per person per year (JOB), and adequate employee productivity and competency, Learning and Growth supports two perspectives, namely the Internal Business Perspective and the Customer Perspective. With learning and growth, it is very important to achieve JOP, productivity, competency, all starting with good and programmed training. In closing, the results of measurement and evaluation between plan and realization were generally achieved, with the end of measurement in 2019 at the beginning of the Covid 19 pandemic, but the company's performance was still under control and achieved according to plan.

Abstract

Human resource management is the management and utilization of resources available in individual. This research used work facilities and work discipline variables as the independent variables and job satisfaction and performance as the dependent variables. The purpose of this research was to analyze and examine the influence of work facilities and work discipline on state civil apparatus performance through Job satisfaction at Civil Registry Service Office of Situbondo. The population in this study was 33 state civil apparatus and the sample used was 33 state civil apparatus at Civil Registry Service Office of Situbondo. The analysis and testing method in this research applied Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS- SEM). The results of direct influence hypothesis test using Smart PLS 3.0 application reveale that work facilites have a negative but not significant influence on job satisfaction, work discipline has a significant positive influence on job satisfaction, work facilities have a negative but not significant influence on performance, work discipline has a significant positive influence on performance , job satisfaction has a significant positive influence on performance. The results of indirect influence hypothesis test showed that work facilities variable has no significant negative influence on performance through job satisfaction, work discipline has a significant positive influence on performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Financial Distress and Leverage on company Value with Accounting Conservatism as an intervening variable in Food and Beverage Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2020-2022. The population in this study is all Food and Beverage Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2022, a total of 30 companies. The sampling technique for this study used purposive sampling so that 10 samples were used as data analysis. The Data analysis and hypothesis testing used the Smart PLS 3.0 application. The results of this study indicate that Financial Distress has a positive but not significant effect on Accounting Conservatism, Leverage has a positive but not significant effect on Accounting Conservatism, Financial Distress has a negative but significant effect on company Value, Leverage has a negative but significant effect on company Value, Accounting Conservatism has a positive but not significant effect significant to company Value, Financial Distress has a positive but not significant effect on company Value through Accounting Conservatism, Leverage has a negative but not significant effect on company Value through Accounting Conservatism.

Abstract

Organizations have various kinds of resources as input to transform an environment into a productive one with the division of labor, human resources are also the most important element. The aim of this research is to analyze and test the influence of organizational culture, work environment and leadership on the performance of village officials through work motivation as an intervening variable. The population used in this research was Village Officials at the Kesambirampak Village Office and Kapongan Village, Situbondo Regency, a total of 33 people were selected. This sampling technique is saturated sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in research uses Structural Equation Models - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that Organizational culture has a significant positive effect on work motivation. The work environment has a significant positive effect on work motivation. Leadership has a significant positive effect on work motivation. Organizational culture has a negative but not significant effect on performance. The work environment has a positive but not significant effect on. Leadership has a negative but not significant effect on performance. Work motivation has a significant positive effect on performance. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence variables of occupational health and safety (X1), work compensation (X2), and work motivation (X3), on employee performance (Y) at PT. Intidaya Dinamika. PT. Intidaya Dinamika Sejati is a company that operates in the fields of Design, Engineering and Service in the industrial and general business sectors. If you look at its business activities, this company is a service company, because the main activity of this company is machine servicing. This research uses quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The population in this research is 120 employees and the sample taken was 96 employees using a simple random sampling technique and determined using the Slovin formula. Data collection methods using questionnaires, observation and interviews. The results of this research at a significance level of 0.05% can be partially concluded that work health and safety, work compensation, and work motivation have a significant effect on the performance of PT employees. The Core of True Dynamics. This can be seen based on the results of the coefficient of determination test (R2) that the three independent variables influence the performance of PT employees. Dinamika Sejati's core power is 91.4% and the remaining 8.6% is influenced by other variables such as workload, leadership style and work discipline.
