Jurnal Mahasiswa Entrepreneurship (JME) Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Abdurachman Saleh Situbondo adalah jurnal yang ditulis oleh mahasiswa FEB UNARS sebagai jembatan antara ilmu dan praktek manajemen. JME mempublikasikan artikel baik berupa telaah pustaka maupun hasil penelitian empiris. JME menerima naskah dari berbagai bidang atau disiplin ilmu, seperti Keuangan, Manajemen Strategi, Pemasaran , Operasional dan Kewirausahaan . Kriteria utama untuk dapat diterima di JME adalah kemampuan untuk memberikan sumbangsih bagi perkembangan ilmu ekonomi khususnya manajemen. JME menerima kiriman naskah/artikel dalam bahasa Indonesia atau Inggris dan harus dinyatakan bahwa naskah yang dikirim tersebut, tidak dikirim atau belum pernah dipublikasikan dalam jurnal lainnya. Keputusan tentang pemuatan artikel dalam JME diambil melalui proses blind review oleh Dewan Redaksi dengan mempertimbangkan antara lain : orisinilitas, aktualitas serta signifikansi kontribusi artikel terhadap pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan maupun praktik dalam dunia nyata. Dewan redaksi akan memberikan telaah konstrutif dan jika dipandang perlu, menyampaikan hasil evaluasi kepada penulis artikel untuk ditanggapi dan didiskusikan. Untuk revisi kecil (minor revision), naskah yang telah diperbaiki bisa langsung mendapat persetujuan untuk dimuat. Artikel yang tidak memenuhi kriteria yang ditetapkan akan dikembalikan.

Abstract

Income earned by a person must be managed with a good financial attitude and financial behavior. By optimizing their financial management, customers are able to responsibly plan and realize their future. The purpose of this study was to analyze and examine the effect of income and financial attitudes on investment decisions through financial behavior. The population in this study are customers of PT. Amartha Micro Fintek Point Panarukan.. The sampling technique is determined by probability sampling technique, namely Simple Random Sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that income has a significant positive effect on financial behavior, financial attitudes have a significant positive effect on financial behavior, income has a negative but not significant effect on investment decisions, financial attitudes have a significant positive effect on investment decisions, behavior finance has a positive but not significant effect on investment decisions. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test show that income has a positive but not significant effect on investment decisions through financial behavior. Financial attitudes have a positive but not significant effect on investment decisions through financial behavior.

Abstract

The aim of the study was to determine the Analysis of the Factors Affecting Repurchase Interest Through Consumer Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable in Bang Jamil Grilled Fish in Situbondo. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling of 96 consumers. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that product diversity has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, consumer trust has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, product diversity has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, trust has a negative effect but not significant on repurchase intention, consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, product diversity has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention through consumer satisfaction, consumer trust has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention through consumer satisfaction

Abstract

There is a change in people's habits in the transaction process from using cash to using cashless. One cashless payment that is widely used by consumers of Mixue Situbondo is E-Wallet DANA. E-Wallet DANA is a widely used payment application because of its practicality, easiness, safety, and many discounts offered. This research aims to determine how lifestyle and word of mouth influence repurchase interest with purchase decision as an intervening variable. This quantitative research used 27,000 consumers of Mixue Situbondo Stores as the population. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and produced a sample of 100 respondents. The primary data of this research were obtained by distributing questionnaires via barcodes at the Mixue Situbondo. Then the data were processed using the Smart PLS 3.0 program. The results of this study indicate that lifestyle has an effect positive significant effect on purchasing decisions, word of mouth gives a positive significant effect on purchasing decisions, lifestyle has a significant effect positive on repurchase intention, word of mouth has a significant positive effect on repurchase intention, purchase decision has a positive effect but not significant to repurchase intention, and lifestyle has a positive effect but not significant to repurchase intention through purchase decision as an intervening variable. Word of mouth has a positive but not significant effect on repurchase intention through purchasing decisions as an intervening variable.

Abstract

Human resources are people who can and want to help an organization achieve its goals. The aim of this research is to determine the increase in Work Discipline, Work Ability, Performance and Job Satisfaction of human resources at the Misbahul Hidayah Suboh Foundation, Situbondo Regency. The population in this study was employees of the Misbahul Hidayah Suboh Foundation, Situbondo Regency. The sampling technique was determined by purposive sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing for this research used Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS- SEM). The results of testing the direct influence hypothesis using the Smart PLS 3.0 application show that Work Discipline has a significant positive effect on Job Satisfaction. Work Ability has a significant positive effect on Job Satisfaction. Work Discipline has a negative but not significant effect on Performance. Work Ability has a significant positive effect on Performance. Job Satisfaction has a significant positive effect. Work Discipline on Performance through Job Satisfaction has a positive but not significant effect. Work Ability on Performance through Job Satisfaction has a positive significant effect.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of Financial Literacy and Perceived Risk on the Decision to Use ShopeePaylaterthrough Financial Technology in Abdurachman Saleh Situbondo Faculty of Economics and Business Students. The sampling technique used in this research is Purposive Sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this research used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on Financial Technology, Perceived risk has a positive and significant effect on Financial Technology, Financial Literacy has a positive and significant effect on the decision to use, Perceived risk has a positive but not significant effect on the decision to use, Financial Technology has a positive and significant effect on the decision to use. Financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on the decision to use through Financial Technology. Perceived risk has a positive but not significant effect on the decision to use through Financial Technology.

Abstract

Marketing is one of the main activities carried out by companies in maintaining their marketing survival, developing to make a profit. This study aims to analyze the location and quality of service to consumer loyalty with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. The population in this study was consumers of TokoLarisSitubondo. The sampling technique was determined by quota sampling. This study's data analysis and hypothesis testing used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application show that location has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, service quality has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, location has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty, service quality has a significant positive but insignificant effect on customer loyalty, customer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty, location on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction has a significant positive effect, service quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction has a significant positive effect.

Abstract

Marketing is one of the main activities carried out by e-cigarette companies, which has become a new phenomenon among young people in Situbondo. Technological developments are increasingly advanced, recently we know that electric cigarettes have started to be in demand by the public, especially in lifestyle developments among men. Currently, men and women, especially young people, are busy using electric cigarettes. E-cigarettes or commonly called vape. The population in this study are consumers of the Surya Abadi Vapestore Store in Situbondo. The sampling technique is determined by quota sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that product quality has a significant positive effect on consumer trust, promotion has a significant positive effect on consumer trust, product quality has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, promotion has a positive but not significant effect on purchasing decisions, trust consumers have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, product quality on purchasing decisions through consumer trust has a significant positive effect, promotions on purchasing decisions through consumer trust have a significant positive effect.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of Earning Per Share (EPS) and Book Value Per Share (BVS) on firm value with share prices as an intervening variable in banking sector as many as 42 banking sectors listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2019-2021 period. The sampling technique of this study uses purposive sampling by taking 14 samples as data analysis. Data analysis and hypothesis testing use smart PLS 3.0 application. The results of this study indicate that Earning Per Share (EPS) has a negative but not significant effect on stock prices, Book Value Per Share (BVS) has a significant negative effect on stock prices, while Earning Per Share (EPS) has a positive but not significant effect on firm value. Book Value Per Share (BVS) has a significant positive effect on firm value, stock prices have a significant positive effect on firm value, Earning Per Share (EPS) has a negative but not significant effect on firm value through stock prices, Book Value Per Share (BVS) has a significant negative effect on firm value through stock prices.

Abstract

The Effect of Sales Growth and Leverage on Company Value in Mining Companies Listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange with Financial Performance as an Intervening Variable. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of sales growth and leverage on company value in mining companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange with financial performance as an intervening variable. The population in this study was all mining companies, totaling 57 companies. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling so that 6 samples were obtained. The results of the direct and indirect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, the direct effect hypothesis test shows that sales growth has a positive but not significant effect on financial performance, leverage has a significant negative effect on financial performance, sales growth has a significant positive effect on company value, leverage has a significant effect positive but not significant to company value, and financial performance has a significant positive effect on company value. The results of the indirect effect test show that sales growth has a positive but not significant effect on company value through financial performance, leverage has a significant negative effect on company value through financial performance.

Abstract

In business world, there are various ways to achieve success. Every businessman always learns how to make the business reach its target. The desired profit will encourage business people to achieve the determined targets. A businessman will keep on looking for opportunities for their company's marketing. Competition will keep happening, so opportunities must be seen and targets must be achieved. Therefore, Permata Bakery shop must be able to choose the right marketing strategy to develop and maintain the business stability because that becomes an indicator to get success. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence purchasing decisions at Permata Bakery in Situbondo with purchase intention as an intervening variable. The population in this research is the consumers of Permata Bakery shop. The sampling technique is determined by probability sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing use Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct effect hypothesis testing using Smart PLS 3.0 application show that product quality has a significant effect on purchase intention, product quality has a significant effect on purchase decisions, word of mouth has a significant effect on purchase intention, word of mouth has a significant effect on purchase decisions, and purchase intention has an effect significant to the purchase decision. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis testing reveal that product quality variable has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions through purchase intention. Word of mouth has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions through purchase intention
