Jurnal Mahasiswa Entrepreneurship (JME) Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Abdurachman Saleh Situbondo adalah jurnal yang ditulis oleh mahasiswa FEB UNARS sebagai jembatan antara ilmu dan praktek manajemen. JME mempublikasikan artikel baik berupa telaah pustaka maupun hasil penelitian empiris. JME menerima naskah dari berbagai bidang atau disiplin ilmu, seperti Keuangan, Manajemen Strategi, Pemasaran , Operasional dan Kewirausahaan . Kriteria utama untuk dapat diterima di JME adalah kemampuan untuk memberikan sumbangsih bagi perkembangan ilmu ekonomi khususnya manajemen. JME menerima kiriman naskah/artikel dalam bahasa Indonesia atau Inggris dan harus dinyatakan bahwa naskah yang dikirim tersebut, tidak dikirim atau belum pernah dipublikasikan dalam jurnal lainnya. Keputusan tentang pemuatan artikel dalam JME diambil melalui proses blind review oleh Dewan Redaksi dengan mempertimbangkan antara lain : orisinilitas, aktualitas serta signifikansi kontribusi artikel terhadap pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan maupun praktik dalam dunia nyata. Dewan redaksi akan memberikan telaah konstrutif dan jika dipandang perlu, menyampaikan hasil evaluasi kepada penulis artikel untuk ditanggapi dan didiskusikan. Untuk revisi kecil (minor revision), naskah yang telah diperbaiki bisa langsung mendapat persetujuan untuk dimuat. Artikel yang tidak memenuhi kriteria yang ditetapkan akan dikembalikan.

Abstract

The aim of the study was to determine the effect of service quality and brand image on purchase intention and customer satisfaction as an intervening variable at Honda Jaya Terang 2 Situbondo dealers. The sampling technique used in this study was simple random sampling of 98 consumers. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square. The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that service quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, brand image has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, service quality has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, brand image has a negative but not significant effect on purchase intention, consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, service quality has a positive but not significant effect on purchase intention through consumer satisfaction, brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention through consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of capital structure and liquidity on Company Value with Profitability as an Intervening Variable at National Private Banks Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2019-2021. The population in this study were all National Private Banks listed on the IDX in 2019-2021, which amounted to 46 National Private Banks. This study's sampling technique used purposive sampling, so that 11 samples were obtained, which were used for data analysis. Data analysis and Hypothesis Testing in this study used the Smart PLS 3.0 application. The results of this study show that capital structure has a significant negative effect on Profitability, Liquidity has a negative but insignificant effect on Profitability, while Capital Structure and Profitability have a positive but insignificant effect on Profitability. Profitability, Capital Structure, and Profitability have a positive but insignificant effect on Company Value; Liquidity has a negative but insignificant effect on Company Value, Capital structure, and liquidity have a negative but insignificant effect on company value through Profitability, and liquidity has a negative but insignificant effect on company value through Profitability.

Abstract

The beauty that prevails in society creates a vision of beauty that becomes the standard for calling a woman beautiful. The use of skin care products is the most popular thing, but some skin care products have to face a lot of competition in the world market because of the large number of products available to the general public. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of product quality and location on consumer satisfaction through purchase intention as an intervening variable at Panji Situbondo Cantika shop. The population in this study are all consumers who come to Toko Cantika. random sampling method (simple probability sampling) regardless of strata in the population in this study. In taking this sample using a presentation level of 10%. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural-partial Least square equation model (PLS-SEM). The results of hypothesis testing using the smart PLS 3.0 application show that product quality has a significant positive effect on purchase intention, location has a significant positive effect on purchase intention, product quality has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, location has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, and purchase intention has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction. Product quality on consumer satisfaction through purchase intention has a significant positive effect and location on consumer satisfaction through purchase intention has a significant positive effect.

Abstract

This research purposed to find out the factors of changes in stock prices with dividend policy as an intervening variable in the pharmaceutical sector listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2022. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study applied Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling The results of direct effect hypothesis test using Smart PLS 3.0 application showed that current ratio has a significant positive effect on dividend policy, ROA has a significant positive effect on dividend policy,DER has a significant negative effect on dividend policy,current ratio has an insignificant negative effect on stock prices, ROA has an insignificant positive effect on stock prices, DER has insignificant positive effect on stock prices, dividend policy has a significant positive effect on stock prices, current ratio has a significant positive effect on stock prices through dividend policy, ROA has a significant positive effect on stock prices through dividend policy, DER has a significant negative effect on share price through dividend policy.

Abstract

Jangkar Village and Palangan Village are government organizations responsible for the administration of local government affairs and the interests of the local community in the tasks of development, order, peace, and supervision of regional development. The purpose of this study is to analyze and test the influence of leadership style and work environment on the performance of village officials with work motivation as an intervening variable in the Jangkar Village and Palangan Village Offices in Situbondo Regency. This research is explanatory research using non-probability sampling techniques. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study use the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the hypothesis testing for direct effects using the Smart PLS 3.0 application indicate that leadership style has a significant influence on work motivation, the work environment has a significant influence on work motivation, leadership style does not have a significant influence on performance, the work environment does not have a significant influence on performance, and work motivation has a significant influence on performance. The results of the hypothesis testing for indirect effects show that the leadership style variable on performance through work motivation has a positive but not significant influence, while the work environment on performance through work motivation has a significant positive influence.

Abstract

PDAM Tirta Baluran Situbondo is a company dedicated to providing clean water access to the Situbondo community. The village's water needs are met through the efforts of PDAM Tirta Baluran Situbondo, which ensures the availability of clean water. Given the essential role water plays in sustaining human life, its significance is undeniable. Historical records from the water tower in Situbondo's city square indicate that water development initiatives were initiated by the Dutch East Indies government in 1936, specifically in the Situbondo Regency. Following Indonesia's Independence, the management of water development was transferred to the government in Panarukan. The research methodology includes data analysis and hypothesis testing using the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The outcomes of hypothesis testing through the application of Smart PLS 3.0 reveal that motivation significantly and positively affects job satisfaction. Compensation also has a significant positive influence on job satisfaction. Moreover, motivation considerably contributes to loyalty, while compensation shows a noteworthy negative impact on loyalty. Additionally, job satisfaction plays a significant role in fostering loyalty. Furthermore, the positive impact of motivation on loyalty, mediated by job satisfaction, is noteworthy. Similarly, compensation's positive effect on loyalty, mediated by job satisfaction, is notable.

Abstract

The research objective is to determine the effect of work motivation and work discipline on the performance of non-medical employees at RSUD. Asembagus Situbondo with Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable. The sampling technique used in this study is a saturated sample with a total sample of 50 employees. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a negative but significant effect on Employee performance, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

In an organization, human resources are considered as an asset for organization because it has very important roles and functions for the success of the organization in achieving its goals. It is necessary to have Human Resource Management in achieving organizational goals. The purpose of this study was to analyze and examine the role of organizational culture and leadership style on job satisfaction through motivation as an intervening variable. The population in this study was the State Civil Apparatus of Public Hospital Waluyo Jati Kraksaan. The sampling technique used slovin’s formula. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study applied Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of direct effect hypothesis test using Smart PLS 3.0 application showed that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on motivation, leadership style has a positive and significant effect on motivation, organizational culture has a positive but not significant effect on job satisfaction, leadership style has a positive and significant effect on Job satisfaction, motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction through motivation, leadership style has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction through motivation.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of Ownership Structure and Dividend Policy on Company Value with Debt Policy as an intervening variable in LQ45 companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2021 period. The population of this research is all 45 LQ45 companies registered on the IDX. The sampling technique in the research used purposive sampling so that 10 data analysis samples were obtained. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this research used the Smart PLS 3.0 application. The results of this research indicate that Ownership Structure and Dividend Policy have a significant negative effect on Debt Policy, Ownership Structure does not have a significant effect on Company Value. Ownership Structure and Debt Policy have a significant negative effect on Company Value, and Dividend Policy has a significant positive effect on Company Value. Ownership Structure and Dividend Policy do not have a significant effect on Company Value through Debt Policy.

Abstract

The government has issued a Minister of Home Affairs Regulation (Permendagri) related to the administration of Regional Property, Number 64 of 2013 concerning the Implementation of Accrual-Based Government Accounting Standards in Regional Governments, that the accrual basis is an accounting basis in which economic transactions or accounting events are recognized and recorded, and presented in the financial report at the time the transaction occurs, and these regulations have begun to be implemented in the 2014 fiscal year. The lack of accounting knowledge for every Civil Servant (PNS) in Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) is due to the very low capability of Human Resources, especially in in the financial sector, so that it has an impact on the completion of recording Regional Property (BMD) which is included in the preparation of Regional Financial Reports (LKD). So the aim of this research is to analyze the influence of accounting knowledge and information technology on the use of accounting information systems and management of regional property at the Bondowoso District Health Service. The population in this study was property managers in the civil servant category at the Health Service office and 25 Community Health Centers in Bondowoso Regency. The population in this study consisted of 50 respondents. The sampling technique was determined by saturated sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 4.0 application, show that accounting knowledge has a significant positive effect on the accounting information system; Information technology has a significant positive effect on accounting information systems; Accounting knowledge has a significant positive effect on BMD Management; Information technology has a significant positive effect on BMD Management; Accounting information systems have a significant positive effect on BMD Management; Accounting knowledge on BMD Management through accounting information systems has a positive but not significant effect; Information technology on BMD management through accounting information systems has a significant positive effect.
