Jurnal Mahasiswa Entrepreneurship (JME) Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Abdurachman Saleh Situbondo adalah jurnal yang ditulis oleh mahasiswa FEB UNARS sebagai jembatan antara ilmu dan praktek manajemen. JME mempublikasikan artikel baik berupa telaah pustaka maupun hasil penelitian empiris. JME menerima naskah dari berbagai bidang atau disiplin ilmu, seperti Keuangan, Manajemen Strategi, Pemasaran , Operasional dan Kewirausahaan . Kriteria utama untuk dapat diterima di JME adalah kemampuan untuk memberikan sumbangsih bagi perkembangan ilmu ekonomi khususnya manajemen. JME menerima kiriman naskah/artikel dalam bahasa Indonesia atau Inggris dan harus dinyatakan bahwa naskah yang dikirim tersebut, tidak dikirim atau belum pernah dipublikasikan dalam jurnal lainnya. Keputusan tentang pemuatan artikel dalam JME diambil melalui proses blind review oleh Dewan Redaksi dengan mempertimbangkan antara lain : orisinilitas, aktualitas serta signifikansi kontribusi artikel terhadap pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan maupun praktik dalam dunia nyata. Dewan redaksi akan memberikan telaah konstrutif dan jika dipandang perlu, menyampaikan hasil evaluasi kepada penulis artikel untuk ditanggapi dan didiskusikan. Untuk revisi kecil (minor revision), naskah yang telah diperbaiki bisa langsung mendapat persetujuan untuk dimuat. Artikel yang tidak memenuhi kriteria yang ditetapkan akan dikembalikan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio and Solvency on Profit Growth with Interest Rates as a Moderating Variable in Banking Companies Listed on the IDX for the 2019-2022 Period. The data in this study are secondary data obtained from financial reports. The data collection method in this study is descriptive and quantitative. The population in this study is banking companies listed on the Stock Exchange for 4 years from 2019-2022. The sample used in this study was 9 companies using the Purposive sampling technique. Based on the hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application that has been carried out, the results show that the Capital Adequacy Ratio has a positive and significant effect on profit growth, and Solvency has a positive but not significant effect on profit growth. The interest rate moderating variable in this study shows that interest rates significantly moderate the Capital Adequacy Ratio on profit growth and interest rates do not significantly moderate solvency on profit growth.

Abstract

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises have an important role in regional and national economies. The aim of this research is to find out how big the influence of E-Commerce is on the development of MSMEs in Situbondo Regency. This type of research uses quantitative research. The type of data used in this research is primary data. The population in this research are MSMEs in Situbondo Regency who use E-Commerce for all their buying and selling activities. The sample used in this research was 100 MSME actors in Situbondo Regency. Data collection techniques use questionnaires and then process them using validity and reliability tests. The data analysis technique uses Smart PLS. The research results show that the P value is 0.000, where this value is smaller than the value of 0.050, so the data states that E-Commerce can significantly influence the development of Situbondo Regency MSMEs.

Abstract

This research was created to analyze and find out how work discipline and motivation influence the performance of Shopee Xpress Ambulu Hub employees in Jember with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The research method used by researchers is a quantitative method with 147 respondents. The data collection method uses a survey method by distributing questionnaires as a research instrument. The data analysis used is the classic Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.0 hypothesis analysis as inferring data. From the analysis, it is shown that work discipline and motivation have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Furthermore, motivation has a simultaneous but not significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of product diversity, distribution and word of mouth on the decision to purchase an electric bicycle at the Goda bicycle shop in Situbondo with purchase intention as an intervening variable. The sampling technique was determined by simple random sampling. The data analysis and hypothesis testing in this research used the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application show that product diversity has a significant positive effect on buying interest. The distribution has a positive but not significant effect on purchasing interest. The Information by Word of Mouth has a significant positive effect on buying interest. The product diversity has a positive but not significant effect on purchasing decisions. The distribution has a positive but not significant effect on purchasing decisions. The Information by Word of Mouth has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. The purchase interest has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of brand image, halal labels and prices on purchasing decisions. Brand Image is the identity of the company as a differentiator from competing companies. A halal label is a logo, writing that shows that a product is halal. Price is the sum of all the values that consumers exchange by using a good or service for various benefits. Purchasing decision is an action in analyzing their needs through the selection of a product so that there is an attraction to buy. The data source of this research uses primary and secondary data. Primary data through observation and questionnaires given directly to consumers of Mixue Jl Jawa Jember while secondary data through journals, articles and the internet. Researchers collected data by accidental sampling technique to consumers who had purchased mixue and by using the Malhotra formula distributing questionnaires to 85 respondents. This research uses multiple linear regression test. The results of the study show that partially brand image and price variables have a significant influence on purchasing decisions, while the halal label does not have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously brand image, halal label and price have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Mixue Jl Jawa jember.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the Influence of Competence, Work Ethics and Organizational Climate on the Performance of MAN 3 Banyuwangi Teachers with Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable. The sampling technique used in this study was simple random sampling of 45 people. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model – Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of motivation and work discipline on asn performance with compensation as a moderating variable at the human resources development and personnel agency of situbondo regency. The population in this study involved 37 asn of the human resources development and personnel agency of situbondo regency without the leadership. Sampling in this study was carried out using a saturated sampling technique, which means that all members of the population were included as samples.The partial-least square (pls) structural equation model was used to analyze data and test hypotheses. The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the smart pls 3.0 application showed that motivation had a significant positive effect on performance, work discipline had a significant positive effect on performance, compensation did not moderate the effect of motivation on performance, compensation did not moderate the effect of work discipline on performance.,

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Price, Brand Image and service quality on consumer satisfaction. This research is classified as causality research. The population in this study is consumers of Honda Jaya Terang I Situbondo Dealers. Sampling in the study used purposive sampling. Data analysis and testing of research hypotheses using Smart PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis. The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that Price has a positive but not significant effect on Buying Interest, Brand Image has a positive but not significant effect on Buying Interest, Service Quality has a significant positive effect on Buying Interest, Price has a significant positive effect on Consumer Satisfaction, Brand Image has a positive but not significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction, Service Quality has a significant positive effect on Consumer Satisfaction, Buying Interest has a positive but not significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction. The results of the hypothesis test did not directly show that the Price variable had a negative but significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction through Buying Interest, Brand Image had a negative but not significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction through Buying Interest, Service Quality had a negative but not significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction through Buying Interest.
