Jurnal Mahasiswa Entrepreneurship (JME) Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Abdurachman Saleh Situbondo adalah jurnal yang ditulis oleh mahasiswa FEB UNARS sebagai jembatan antara ilmu dan praktek manajemen. JME mempublikasikan artikel baik berupa telaah pustaka maupun hasil penelitian empiris. JME menerima naskah dari berbagai bidang atau disiplin ilmu, seperti Keuangan, Manajemen Strategi, Pemasaran , Operasional dan Kewirausahaan . Kriteria utama untuk dapat diterima di JME adalah kemampuan untuk memberikan sumbangsih bagi perkembangan ilmu ekonomi khususnya manajemen. JME menerima kiriman naskah/artikel dalam bahasa Indonesia atau Inggris dan harus dinyatakan bahwa naskah yang dikirim tersebut, tidak dikirim atau belum pernah dipublikasikan dalam jurnal lainnya. Keputusan tentang pemuatan artikel dalam JME diambil melalui proses blind review oleh Dewan Redaksi dengan mempertimbangkan antara lain : orisinilitas, aktualitas serta signifikansi kontribusi artikel terhadap pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan maupun praktik dalam dunia nyata. Dewan redaksi akan memberikan telaah konstrutif dan jika dipandang perlu, menyampaikan hasil evaluasi kepada penulis artikel untuk ditanggapi dan didiskusikan. Untuk revisi kecil (minor revision), naskah yang telah diperbaiki bisa langsung mendapat persetujuan untuk dimuat. Artikel yang tidak memenuhi kriteria yang ditetapkan akan dikembalikan.

Abstract

Marketing is an interconnected activity between companies and consumers as a system for generating profits, therefore having the right marketing strategy can improve it, especially as a means of developing the Riski Bird Feed Shop. The aim of this research is to analyze and test the influence of Brand Image, Price and Promotion on Purchasing Decisions through Trust as an intervening variable. The target population in this research was the consumers of the Riski Bird Feed Shop, numbering 97 respondents. This sampling technique is simple random sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in research uses Structural Equation Models - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application show that brand image has a significant positive effect on trust. Price has a significant positive effect on Trust. Promotion has a significant positive effect on Trust. Brand image has a positive but not significant effect on purchasing decisions. Price has a positive but not significant effect on purchasing decisions. Promotion has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. Trust has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. Then the results of the indirect influence hypothesis test show that the Brand image variable on purchasing decisions through Trust has a significant positive effect. Price on purchasing decisions through Trust has a significant positive effect. Promotion of purchasing decisions through Trust has a significant positive effect

Abstract

The village office is a building or room used as the center for administrative functions at the village level. It serves as a meeting place for village government officials, including the village head, village administration staff, and various departments or units related to public services and the interests of the village community. This research aims to analyze the factors affecting the performance of village officials with job satisfaction as an intervening variable (a case study in Tambak Ukir Village, Kendit Village, and Bugeman Village in the Kendit District of Situbondo Regency). The population for this study consists of all village officials from Tambak Ukir, Kendit, and Bugeman, totaling 41 individuals. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study employ Partial Least Squares – Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using Smart PLS 3.0 show that the Work Commitment variable has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Work Ability has a positive but not significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Work Commitment has a positive but not significant effect on Employee Performance, Work Ability has a positive but not significant effect on Employee Performance, Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, and Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test indicate that Work Commitment has a positive but not significant effect on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction, Work Ability has a positive but not significant effect on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction, and Work Environment has a positive but not significant effect on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

Tyas Gallery is a business operating in the fashion and printing sectors. Tyas Gallery has a unique advantage to survive in an increasingly competitive business situation. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection methods in this research are divided into two, namely primary data collection and secondary data collection. In terms of marketing communications, Tyas Gallery uses promotional tools including sales promotions, direct marketing, public relations, and word of mouth to optimize its business goals. Tyas Gallery makes full use of online media such as Facebook and WhatsApp to attract consumers. Online media is considered cheaper, more practical and effective in attracting customers.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of product diversity, product quality, and promotion on consumer satisfaction at RN Donuts Bakery with purchasing decisions as an intervening variable. The population used in the research used all consumers at RN Donuts Bakery. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling technique. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in research uses Structural Equation Models - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that product diversity has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, product diversity has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction, product quality has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, product quality has a positive but not significant effect on consumer satisfaction. , Promotion has a positive but not significant effect on purchasing decisions, Promotion has a positive but not significant effect on consumer satisfaction, Purchasing decisions have a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction. The results of the indirect influence hypothesis test show that the product diversity variable has a positive but not significant effect on consumer satisfaction through purchasing decisions, product quality has a positive but not significant effect on consumer satisfaction through purchasing decisions, Promotion has a positive but not significant effect on consumer satisfaction through purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Banks are companies that operate in the financial services sector, acting as intermediaries between people who need funds and people who have funds. The purpose of this study was to analyze and test the role of interest rates in moderating the effect of Solvency, Loan Deposit Ratio and Non-Performing Loans on Profitability. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study is a Conventional Commercial Bank registered with the Financial Services Authority in 2015-2022. Purposive sampling is the sampling technique in this study. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of hypothesis testing using a statistical application, Smart PLS 3.0, the results showed that Solvency has a significant negative effect on Profitability, Loan Deposit Ratio has a negative but insignificant effect on Profitability, and Non-Performing Loan has a significant negative effect on Profitability. Interest rates negatively but not significantly moderate the effect of Solvency on Profitability. Interest rates insignificantly moderate the effect of Loan Deposit Ratio on Profitability. Interest rates insignificantly moderate the effect of Non-Performing loans on Profitability.

The aim of this research is to determine the analysis of factors that influence job satisfaction of non-ASN employees of the Cooperatives, Industry and Trade Service of Situbondo Regency with work effectiveness as a mediating variable. Abstract

The cooperatives are organizations that carry out economic activities within a specific framework, guided by shared principles and ideals. The Cooperatives have a responsibility to their members to run their operations efficiently and competitively. Associate members and the more comprehensive community benefit from the cooperatives’ efforts to improve their financial status because of their essential economic role. To meet the needs of its members as a whole, the cooperatives are engaged in trade and other activities. Cooperatives play an essential role in developing joint ventures with people who have weak economic means. The purpose of this study was to analyze and test the effect of Leadership, Work Discipline and Work Environment on Performance at “APING” Saving and Loan Cooperative in Asembagus Situbondo District with Work Motivation as an Intervening Variable”. This research is quantitative. The population used in this study were 40 employees of the Asembagus “APING” Savings and Loan Cooperative. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling. This study’s data analysis and hypothesis testing used the Structural Equation Method - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The direct effect hypothesis test results using the Smart PLS 3.0 application show that Leadership, Work discipline and work environment affect work motivation and performance at the “APING” Savings and Loan Cooperative in Asembagus. The indirect effect hypothesis test results show that leadership on performance through work motivation has no significant positive effect. In contrast, work discipline and work environment affect performance through work motivation and have a significant positive effect.

Abstract

The era of globalization demands competition from all organizations or companies to compete with each other in order to compete for a position as a superior company. The aim of this research is to analyze and test the influence of organizational culture, organizational commitment and work motivation on the performance of ASN employees at the Livestock and Fisheries Service with Work Discipline as an intervening variable. This research is explanatory research. The population in this study were ASN employees of the Livestock and Fisheries Service. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample technique. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this research used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, organizational culture has a significant positive effect on work discipline. Organizational commitment has a positive but not significant effect on work discipline. Work motivation has a significantly positive effect on work discipline. Work discipline has a negative but not significant effect on performance. Abstract

An Situbondo Regency is one of the small regencies located in the eastern part of the island of Java. This district has inadequate infrastructure, including companies that have been built and established. One of the companies that stands out is CV, an individually owned company that manages event organizer and wedding organizer services. This study analyzed the effect of competence and work conflict on employee performance with work motivation as a moderating variable in CV Avindo Mandiri Situbondo Regency employees. The number of samples used in this study was 52 CV—Avindo Mandiri Situbondo Regency employees, other than the leadership. The sampling technique used was the Saturated Sampling Technique. This study's data analysis and hypothesis testing used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The direct influence hypothesis test results using the Smart PLS 3.0 application show that the variable Competence on Employee Performance CV. Avindo Mandiri has a significant positive effect, the effect of work conflict on employee performance CV. Avindo Mandiri has a negative effect that is not significant—competency variables on employee performance CV. Avindo Mandiri mode, rated by Work Motivation, has a negative effect that is not significant. The variable work conflict is on employee performance CV. Avindo Mandiri, with moderated Work motivation, has a positive effect that is not significant.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of product diversity, service quality and price on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable at Anggrek KPRI Pharmacy, Situbondo Regional Hospital. The sampling technique is determined by quota sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural-Partial Least Square Equation Model (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that Product diversity has a negative but insignificant effect on Customer Satisfaction, Service quality has a significant positive effect on Customer Satisfaction, Price has a significant positive effect on Customer Satisfaction, Product diversity has a positive but insignificant effect on Customer Loyalty, Service quality has a negative but insignificant effect on Customer Loyalty, Price has a positive but insignificant effect on Customer Loyalty, Customer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on Customer Loyalty, Product diversity has a negative but insignificant effect on Customer Loyalty through Customer Satisfaction, Service quality has a positive but insignificant effect on Customer Loyalty through Customer Satisfaction, Price has a significant positive effect on Customer Loyalty through Customer Satisfaction.
