Jurnal Mahasiswa Entrepreneurship (JME) Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Abdurachman Saleh Situbondo adalah jurnal yang ditulis oleh mahasiswa FEB UNARS sebagai jembatan antara ilmu dan praktek manajemen. JME mempublikasikan artikel baik berupa telaah pustaka maupun hasil penelitian empiris. JME menerima naskah dari berbagai bidang atau disiplin ilmu, seperti Keuangan, Manajemen Strategi, Pemasaran , Operasional dan Kewirausahaan . Kriteria utama untuk dapat diterima di JME adalah kemampuan untuk memberikan sumbangsih bagi perkembangan ilmu ekonomi khususnya manajemen. JME menerima kiriman naskah/artikel dalam bahasa Indonesia atau Inggris dan harus dinyatakan bahwa naskah yang dikirim tersebut, tidak dikirim atau belum pernah dipublikasikan dalam jurnal lainnya. Keputusan tentang pemuatan artikel dalam JME diambil melalui proses blind review oleh Dewan Redaksi dengan mempertimbangkan antara lain : orisinilitas, aktualitas serta signifikansi kontribusi artikel terhadap pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan maupun praktik dalam dunia nyata. Dewan redaksi akan memberikan telaah konstrutif dan jika dipandang perlu, menyampaikan hasil evaluasi kepada penulis artikel untuk ditanggapi dan didiskusikan. Untuk revisi kecil (minor revision), naskah yang telah diperbaiki bisa langsung mendapat persetujuan untuk dimuat. Artikel yang tidak memenuhi kriteria yang ditetapkan akan dikembalikan.

Abstract

The development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia has experienced a significant increase because it is one of the activities that can be used as a means of livelihood that can create jobs both directly and indirectly for the community. This MSME is very helpful for individual micro entrepreneurs because it has proven to be able to overcome the economic crisis that has hit Indonesia. Various efforts by the government have been made to increase the development of MSMEs. The purpose of this research is to find out how the marketing strategy carried out by MSME Anya Shop increases sales. The type of research is qualitative with SWOT analysis. Data collection methods are interviews, documentation and observation. The results of this research show that the strategic analysis carried out has been effective and the SWOT strategy has been implemented to increase sales at Anya Shop MSMEs, namely by adding sales products, attractive product forms, adding human resources, using social media and maintaining product quality.

Abstract

The smartphone market in Jember Regency has experienced rapid growth in recent years. Xiaomi, as one of the leading smartphone brands, has a big opportunity to increase its sales in this region. This research aims to analyze effective digital marketing strategies to increase sales of Xiaomi products in Jember Regency. This research uses qualitative methods with a case study on Xiaomi. Data was collected through interviews with key informants, observation and document analysis. The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of Xiaomi's marketing strategy in Jember Regency in increasing sales. The research results show that effective digital marketing strategies to increase sales of Xiaomi products in Jember Regency include social media optimization, influencer marketing, digital advertising, content marketing, e-commerce. This research shows that an effective digital marketing strategy can help Xiaomi increase its sales in Jember Regency. Implementing appropriate and measurable strategies can help Xiaomi achieve its market target in this region.

Abstract

The hotel industry is a service industry that offers room service, food and beverage providers and other services to the general public which are managed commercially. The research entitled "Service Marketing Strategy at the Rosali Hotel Situbondo" aims to analyze the marketing strategy carried out by the Rosali Hotel Situbondo. The service marketing strategy analysis used in this research is the marketing mix or 7P which consists of Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Physical Evidence, Process. The type of research used is qualitative research with descriptive methods where the data used is secondary data, namely literature studies. The results of this research show that the product is a room with various types and facilities. In Price, prices are determined based on the facilities that consumers will get. For promotion, use advertising promotions, personal sales, public relations and sales promotions. For location, Hotel Rosali is in a strategic location. Next process, Hotel Rosali starts with the marketing role and all marketing results processes reported by the marketing manager. And the last one is physical evidence, Hotel Rosali has a sturdy and distinctive building.

Abstract

The AW store is a shop that operates in the thrift sector, where the shop sells various kinds of clothing such as shirts, trousers, and others. In marketing its products, the AW store carries out a marketing strategy, namely live Instagram. Live Instagram is a live broadcast activity on social media, especially Instagram. Where with live Instagram, sellers and buyers do not meet in person. Buyers can see what the AW store sells without having to come directly to the store.The research carried out was qualitative research, where data collection was obtained by means of interviews. The conclusion of this research is that the AW store carries out a marketing strategy for its store by means of live Instagram. This research shows that the live Instagram carried out by the AW store has had a big impact on increasing sales.

Abstract

Fishermen are people who actively work in fishing operations. In its operation, it is necessary to prioritize fulfilling the satisfaction of fishing communities who use TPI through good facilities andservices. Based on this, the research objectives are (1) What are the characteristics of fishermen in TPI, Puger District, Jember Regency. (2) What is the level of satisfaction of fishermen with TPI services in Puger District, Jember Regency. The research uses analytical descriptive analysis methods. The sample was determined using the quota sampling method, a total of 50 people, consisting of 25 ABK fishermen and 25 non-ABK fishermen. The data was analyzed to determine the level of user satisfaction on a scale of number 1 as the lowest value and number 5. The results of the study showed that: (1) the characteristics of fishermen with crew members at TPI Puger were an average age of 34.24 years and non-ABK fishermen aged 32.8 years were classified as productive workers. . The formal education level of fishermen with crew members has an average of 7.8, equivalent to junior high school, and non-ABK fishermen have an average of 7.32, equivalent to junior high school. The average sea experience of fishermen with crew members is 16.64 years, while the sea experience of non-ABK fishermen is 14.84 years, so it can be said that they are very experienced and already know what to do when going to sea. (2) the level of satisfaction of fishermen with crew members is 2.20 and non-ABK fishermen is 2.12. It can be concluded that overall fishermen with crew members and non-ABK fishermen are dissatisfied with TPI's services because the score is in the dissatisfied category.

Abstract

Sweet corn (Zea mays saccharata Sturt) is a food crop that is in demand by the public because it has a sweeter taste than ordinary corn, has high economic value and has a faster harvest time. In this case, the objectives of this research are (1) farming business development strategies in Purwoharjo District. This research uses descriptive and quantitative methods. The research sample consisted of 40 farmers. Data were analyzed using (1) SWOT analysis. The research results show that (1) the strategy for developing sweet corn farming is Strengths - Opportunity (S-O) including (1) optimizing the existing workforce to improve sweet corn farming (2) With facilities and Infrastructure that is not yet supported should be further improved to make things easier for farmers

Abstract

Food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange are one of the manufacturing industries that continue to experience growth, mainly because food and beverages are basic human needs. This industry is important in meeting consumer needs and contributing to economic growth. This study aims to analyze the effect of Liquidity, Profitability, and Solvency ratios on Company Value with Stock Price as an intervening variable. The Liquidity ratio is measured by the Current Ratio (CR), the Profitability ratio is measured by the Return on Assets (ROA), and the Solvency ratio is measured by the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). The company value is measured by the Price to Book Value (PBV). At the same time, the Stock Price is used as an intervening variable to see how much the relationship between these financial ratios affects the Company Value. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The research sample consists of nine companies engaged in the food and beverage sector listed on the IDX and meets the criteria determined by the sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. The data used is secondary data obtained from the company’s annual financial reports published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of the Smart PLS application. The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS application show that Liquidity, Profitability, and Solvency have no significant effect on Stock Price. Liquidity and Solvency have no significant effect on Company Value. Yet, Profitability has a significant effect on Company Value. The indirect influence hypothesis test results show that Liquidity, Profitability, and Solvency on Company Value through Stock Price have no significant effect.

Abstract

The results of direct effect hypothesis testing, using Smart PLS 3.2.8 software, show that Price does not have a significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction; Location has a significant positive effect on Consumer Satisfaction; Facilities have a positive but not significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction; Price have a positive but not significant effect on Consumer Loyalty; Location has a negative but not significant effect on Consumer Loyalty; Facilities have a positive but not significant effect on Consumer Loyalty; and Consumer Satisfaction has a significant positive effect on Consumer Loyalty. The results of indirect effect hypothesis testing show that Price has a positive but not significant effect on Consumer Loyalty through Consumer Satisfaction; Location has a significant positive effect on Consumer Loyalty through Consumer Satisfaction; and Facilities have a positive but not significant effect on Consumer Loyalty through Consumer Satisfaction.

Abstract

UMKM D’pore Meme has an important role in developing work processes, encouraging innovation and providing comprehensive contributions to economic growth. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Brand Image, Product Quality, and Service Quality on purchasing decisions through Consumer Satisfaction as a moderating variable at UMKM D’pore Meme in Situbondo. The population in this study was consumers of UMKM D’pore meme in Situbondo. The sampling technique was determined by purposive sampling. The data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Smart PLS 3.0 application. The results of the direct influence hypothesis test show that the Brand image strengthens the relationship significantly positive to Purchase Decisions, the Product Quality strengthens the relationship significantly positive to Purchase Decisions, the Service Quality weakens the relationship positively to Purchase Decisions, and the Consumer Satisfaction weakens the relationship negatively to the role of Service Quality in increasing Purchase Decisions.

Abstract

Seafood Situbondo is a food restaurant that serves a variety of fresh seafood and is the first in Situbondo which is located on Jalan Merak No 1 Kel.Patokan, Situbondo, East Java. This restaurant also has Live Sea Water Lobster in the middle of Situbondo City. The restaurant's contemporary and aesthetic concept is very different from the others, not only seafood but also fried rice noodles and other menus. So this restaurant is very suitable for the taste buds of seafood lovers. This type of research is qualitative research using phenomenology as a method and technique for collecting data based on observations, interviews with Situbondo seafood owners and documentation.
