Abstract

Reviews on the Google Play website are an application's user ratings, which contain users' ratings and comments. Review data describes user sentiment towards the application according to the ratings and comments are given. In practice, there is often a discrepancy between the rating and the comments given, resulting in a biased sentiment, so it is necessary to analyze the review to find out the sentiment contained therein. The Naïve Bayes method and the Support Vector Machine can be one of the methods that are often used to carry out sentiment analysis, because they have a good level of accuracy in the sentiment analysis process. In collecting data from the Google Play site using the Web Scraping technique with the google- play-scraper package from Python. Reviews that are successfully scraped then go through the preprocessing stage so that the data set is more structured. In the next stage, the data set is labeled based on the rating, and given a weight using TF-IDF. After classifying using the Naïve Bayes and Support Vector Machine methods, then evaluating using the confusion matrix, and validating using K-Fold Cross Validation. Research results using the Naïve Bayes method and Support Vector Machine for sentiment analysis on the Google Play website, the Naïve Bayes method produces 87.82% accuracy, 58.90% precision, 60.08% recall, while the Support Vector Machine method produces 90% accuracy .01% , precision 61.89%, recall 60.18%.

Abstract

The Pakkat - Tara Bintang route in Humbang Hasundutan, especially at Km SBG 173+000, often experiences repeated landslides. This area has soil that is easily eroded, especially when it rains. In addition, steep topography with high slopes increases the risk of landslides. The pre-existing DPT cannot effectively withstand the pushing forces of the ground so it is often damaged, causing economic losses and disruption of community access. This research aims to design a more efficient solution for strengthening slopes using reinforced concrete retaining walls. The hope of this design is that it can increase slope stability, reduce the possibility of landslides, and improve accessibility to the Pakkat - Tara Bintang area. The technique used in this research is geotechnical analysis to understand the nature of the soft soil in the area, and calculate the strengthening structures made to withstand lateral pressure from the soil. It is hoped that the resulting design will last longer and provide more effective protection against potential landslides in the future. In other words, the use of reinforced concrete retaining walls to strengthen slopes can greatly increase the resilience of slopes on soft soil, while supporting smooth traffic and improving infrastructure safety in the area.

Abstract

Pada zaman sekarang, sudah semakin banyak masyarakat di Kota Medan yang mulai menaruh ketertarikannya dengan tempat-tempat hunian di gedung yang bertingkat seperti kondominium, salah satunya adalah di The Reiz Condo. Kondominium itu sendiri merupakan bangunan yang terdiri dari beberapa unit yang terpisah dengan kelengkapan fasilitas yang dapat digunakan bersama. Sistem kepemilikan kondominium juga bersifat kepemilikan penuh. Di The Reiz Condo ada salah satu unit studio yaitu unit 1 BR C yang menerapkan tema Modern Kontemporer pada interiornya. Dimulai dari tema modern kontemporer yang memiliki arti gaya desain yang berkarakter rapi, bersih, minimalis, sederhana, tetapi tetap mengikuti kemajuan teknologi pada zamannya. Perlu diketahui bahwa kesan ruangan yang diberikan dari tema modern kontemporer cenderung kalem dan netral dikarenakan warna yang digunakan merupakan warna-warna yang netral dengan sedikit tambahan aksen berwarna lebih mencolok. Tetapi pada unit ini, pilihan warna yang digunakan cenderung terlalu monoton sehingga kurang memiliki kesan yang dapat menarik perhatian para pembeli atau calon penghuninya. Oleh sebab itu, dengan adanya penelitian ini, dapat lebih mudah mengetahui pilihan warna apa saja yang dapat disesuaikan dengan tema Modern Kontemporer yang sudah dipakai. Penilitian ini dilakukan dengan meninjau pemilihan warna pada interior unit 1 BR C serta pengumpulan data-data literature yang berkaitan dengan objek penelitian dan dapat menunjang konsep perancangan proyek. Kata Kunci: warna, aparteman, kontemporer   ABSTRACT Nowadays, more and more people in the city of Medan are starting to be interested in residential places in high-rise buildings such as condominiums, one of which is The Reiz Condo. The condominium itself is a building consisting of several separate units with complete facilities that can be used together. The condominium ownership system is also full ownership. At The Reiz Condo there is onne studio unit, namely unit 1 BR C which applies a Modern Contemporary theme to its interior. Starting from the contemporary modern theme, which means a design style that has a neat, clean, minimalist, simple character, but still follows technological advances of its time. Please note that the impression of a room given by a modern contemporary theme tends to be calm and neutral because the colors used are neutral colors with a few additional brighter colored accents. However, in this unit, the choice of colors used tends to be too monotonous so it lacks an impression that can attract the attention of buyers or potential residents. Therefore, with this research, it will be easier to find out what color choices can be adapted to the Modern Contemporary theme that has been used. This research was carried out by reviewing the color selection in the interior of unit 1 BR C as well as collecting literature data related to the research object and which can support the project design concept.

Abstract

Kenyamanan termal dan efisiensi energi adalah aspek krusial dalam merancang dan mengelola bangunan perkotaanmodern. Jurnal ini menyelidiki interaksi antara kenyamanan termal dan strategi hemat energi dalam konteks pembangunan perumahan. Melibatkan studi kasus, eksperimen, dan analisis desain, penelitian ini mengidentifikasibahwa penerapandesain lanskap bijak, pemilihan bahan bangunan yang tepat, serta pemanfaatan ventilasi dan sistem pemanas/pendingin yang efisien dapat menciptakan lingkungan hunian yang nyaman dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

In proving the strength of the finished pile foundation, further testing must be carried out. The Medan Class I Porter Building and Penitentiary Hall Construction Project was carried out by the PDA test (Pile Driving Analyzer) which is a dynamic test used to measure the bearing capacity of piles, ultimate axial compressive resistance of piles, and so on. The aim of this research is to ascertain and ascertain whether the method for carrying out PDA testing carried out in the Medan Class I Prison Building and Prison Hall Construction Project is appropriate or not by referring to SNI 8459:2017 and the guidebook issued by the Regulations regarding base tests in building structure SNI 03-2847-2013[4]. The method used in this research is a qualitative method, where the data in this research is obtained from direct observation and interviews in the field as primary data and from data testing and data specifications of various secondary data. These two regulations will compare in the field according to the standard which refers to foundation tests on building structures, namely SNI 03-2847-2013 and also refers to SNI 8459:2017 concerning the method of testing deep foundations with High-Strain Dynamic Pile (HSDP) which is where the PDA test is included in the HSDP test. This discussion will focus on testing after the foundation has been worked on in the field.

Abstract

The development of settlements can cause land shortages through several mechanisms of population growth and urbanization. The increase in population in an area requires more land for housing and supporting facilities, such as schools, hospitals, and shopping centers. This can lead to an increase in demand for land that exceeds the availability of existing land. The rapid urbanization process often leads to the expansion of cities into suburban or rural areas. This results in the conversion of agricultural land and open space into settlements, which reduces the amount of land available for other uses. However, of course, the development of settlements must still pay attention to land capabilities. This study aims to find directions for the development of residential land in the future by considering land capabilities in Deli Tua District. This study uses a geometric projection method, projection of the number of facility needs using SNI 03-1733-2004 on Procedures for Planning Urban Housing Environments and mapping land capabilities based on Permen PU No. 20 of 2007. The findings of this study are that Deli Tua District will experience a shortage of land for housing development for the next 20 years so that the following alternatives must be carried out, namely Vertical housing development, Housing development outside Deli Tua District and using land with low development capability (SKL) meaning that more technology must be used so that the use of this land is safe for housing and settlement development.

Abstract

The tcount value is 0.065 while the ttable is 1.662 and is significant at 0.065, so that the tcount is 0.065 < ttable 1.662 and is significant 0.000 < 0.05, then H2 is accepted and H0 is rejected, which states that Service Quality has a positive and significant effect partially towards the Loyalty of PT Pegadaian Service Unit Babura Branch. The Fcount value is 11,706 while the Ftable is 2.711 which can be seen at α = 0.05 (see attached table F). The significant probability is much smaller than 0.05, namely 0.000 < 0.05, so the regression model can be said that simultaneously in this research Promotion and Service Quality have a positive and significant effect on the Loyalty of PT Pegadaian Service Unit Babura Branch. Promotion and Service Quality also has a very close relationship with Customer Loyalty with an R value of 0.196. Apart from that, 80.4% of PT Pegadaian Service Unit Babura Branch Customer Loyalty. can be explained by promotions and service quality, while the rest can be explained by other factors.

Abstract

Deteksi website phising merupakan tantangan penting dalam keamanan siber, terutama dengan semakin canggihnya teknik-teknik phising yang digunakan untuk mengecoh pengguna dan mencuri informasi pribadi. Seiring dengan meningkatnya jumlah serangan phising, diperlukan metode yang efektif dan efisien untuk mengidentifikasi situs web berbahaya. Algoritma Iterative Dichotomiser 3 (ID3) merupakan salah satu algoritma klasifikasi yang efektif dalam konteks ini, namun kinerjanya dapat ditingkatkan melalui optimasi fitur yang digunakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan Algoritma ID3 dalam mendeteksi website phising dengan menggabungkan metode Min-Max Scaling dan Information Gain untuk proses seleksi fitur. Metode ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan akurasi model dengan hanya mempertahankan fitur-fitur yang paling relevan. Dalam proses seleksi fitur, diperoleh tiga fitur yang memiliki nilai Information Gain sebesar 0, yaitu Favicon, Iframe, dan popUpWidnow. Ketiga fitur ersebut tidak memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap prediksi. Fitur-fitur ini kemudian dihilangkan dari total 30 fitur yang ada, menghasilkan model yang lebih ramping dan efisien. Evaluasi algoritma ID3 dilakukan menggunakan metode k-fold cross-validation dengan 8 fold, yang memberikan gambaran lebih akurat mengenai kinerja model. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa model ID3 yang menggunakan 27 fitur terbaik menghasilkan nilai rata-rata akurasi sebesar 0.9856, presisi 0.9863, dan recall 0.9878. Di sisi lain, model ID3 yang menggunakan semua 30 fitur menghasilkan nilai rata-rata akurasi sebesar 0.9854, presisi 0.9860, dan recall 0.9878. Meskipun perbedaan akurasi antara kedua model relatif kecil, hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa seleksi fitur yang tepat dapat meningkatkan kinerja model dalam mendeteksi website phising. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan teknik deteksi phising yang lebih baik dan dapat diandalkan, serta menjadi referensi untuk penelitian lebih lanjut di bidang keamanan siber.

Abstract

Pada perancangan jaringan backbone provinsi Kalimantan Barat menggunakan perangkat Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing (DWDM) dan Optical Transport Network (OTN) yang mencakup 14 kabupaten kota yang terdiri dari 30 segment dimana dari 30 segment terdiri dari 14 site DWDM OTN dan 9 site Optical Land Amplifier (OLA). Dari hasil desain dan simulasi jaringan backbone, didapatkan bahwa nilai dari Optical Link Power Budget (OLPB) < 50 dBm dimana nilai tersebut adalah nilai ideal didalam penggelaran jaringan backbone DWDM OTN, serta kisaran dari Optical Signal Noise Ratio (OSNR) berkisar antara 20 dBm < OSNR < 40 dBm, yang merupakan nilai ideal dari OSNR, serta memiliki nilai Optical Rise Time Budget (ORTB) < 60 ps, dan juga memiliki sistem segment margin > 7 dB.

Abstract

Fiber to the Home (FTTH) merupakan salah satu solusi teknologi jaringan berbasis serat optik yang menawarkan kapasitas transmisi data tinggi hingga ke rumah pengguna. Untuk memastikan performa jaringan FTTH yang optimal, diperlukan perencanaan yang matang melalui analisis Optical Power Budget dan Rise Time Budget. Optical Power Budget bertujuan untuk memastikan daya optik yang dipancarkan oleh transmitter mampu mencapai receiver dengan mempertimbangkan redaman dalam jaringan, seperti redaman serat optik, konektor, splice, splitter, dan margin keamanan. Sementara itu, Rise Time Budget digunakan untuk mengevaluasi kemampuan jaringan dalam mentransmisikan data pada kecepatan tinggi tanpa menyebabkan distorsi sinyal akibat efek waktu naik. Dalam penelitian ini, perhitungan dilakukan berdasarkan parameter utama jaringan, seperti daya transmitter, sensitivitas receiver, panjang serat, dan elemen redaman. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa Optical Power Budget memenuhi kriteria jika total redaman lebih kecil dari daya optik yang tersedia. Selain itu, Rise Time Budget dikatakan memadai jika waktu total (rise time) lebih kecil atau sama dengan durasi bit data. Studi ini menegaskan pentingnya analisis kedua parameter tersebut dalam perencanaan jaringan FTTH untuk memastikan kinerja yang handal, efisien, dan mampu mendukung kebutuhan transmisi data dengan kualitas tinggi.
