Abstract

Digital revolution and the era of technological disruption are other terms for industry 4.0. One of the unique characteristics of industry 4.0 is the application of artificial intelligence (Tjandrawinata, 2016). Agile leadership is a leadership style that is much needed in this modern era. Technological disruption, global economic turmoil, and climate change, make the challenges of the current era increasingly complex. Innovative Work Behavior describes the behavior of a series of employee activities that implement and conduct exploration in the Company in order to improve the performance of employees and the company where they work. Organizational commitment is also an important factor in organizations. Organizational commitment is a condition of employees who side with the organization with goals that are in accordance with the organization's vision and mission and continue to remain as employees in the company. The population of this research are leaders in the Structural Directorate and Campus of the LP3I Jakarta Polytechnic. This research sample has 5 (five) variables and has 21 indicators, so based on the opinion (Hair et al, 2014) above, a sample of 7 x 21 or the same as 147 is needed, so based on the calculation above the number of samples that will be taken is 147 respondents. The data analysis technique uses SEM-Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this research show that Agile Leadership, Innovative Work Behavior, Organizational Commitment have a significant influence on the Performance of the LP3I Jakarta Polytechnic Institution. The Agile Leadership variable has a significant effect on the Performance of the LP3I Jakarta Polytechnic Institution through Work Productivity; Innovative Work Behavior has a significant effect on the Performance of the LP3I Jakarta Polytechnic Institution through Work Productivity; Organizational Commitment has a significant influence on the Performance of the LP3I Jakarta Polytechnic Institution through Work Productivity.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine how the analysis of the impact of the work environment on employee work motivation at PT. Fiber Teknologi Inovasi. The purpose of this study was to determine the obstacles and alternative solutions in solving problems. Data collection techniques through observation, namely directly observing the object being studied and field documentation techniques to obtain important information related to how the analysis of the impact of the work environment on employee work motivation at PT. Fiber Teknologi Inovasi. Based on the discussion, the results of the discussion indicate that the analysis of the impact of the work environment on employee work motivation at PT. Fiber Teknologi Inovasi. is quite good, such as the relationship between employees or leaders has a close sense of family because many of the employees who work come from the family of the leader and also the community around the company. However, there are several obstacles such as the lack of room temperature which is not optimal, office facilities, workplace arrangement, and renovation of damaged buildings. The solutions that have been carried out are the need for improved work facilities, workplace arrangement and office renovation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the implementation of the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system on Product Quality in the Production Department of PT. Sentralindo Teguh Gemilang. This research method uses a quantitative method with a non-probability sampling technique using a simple random sampling technique. Data was collected by questionnaires distributed using google forms to employees of the production department of PT. Sentralindo Teguh Gemilang. The collected data was analyzed using a simple linear regression method to test the relationship between the variables of quality management system implementation and product quality. The results of this study are that the implementation of the quality management system and product quality has a positive influence with the beta coefficient showing a positive 0.378, the remaining 61.7% is influenced by other variables that are not included in the research model. The results of the analysis are expected to be used as a reference to strengthen and improve the implementation of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System through careful monitoring and continuous adjustment to factors that support quality improvement and for researchers it is recommended to conduct a more in-depth study to identify and analyze other factors that affect product quality in the company and it is recommended to conduct analysis on other objects.

Abstract

This study discusses the Goods Delivery Process at PT. XYZ Logistics Bekasi. The research method uses observation and library methods. Based on the results of observations or observations that researchers conducted on the goods delivery process at PT. XYZ Logistics Bekasi, researchers found obstacles including shortages in goods sent, damage to the car engine so that delivery was delayed and customers were not served on time, and the solution that researchers propose to overcome obstacles in the problem of goods delivery is the need for delivery vehicle facilities that are suitable for use and adding operational vehicles for goods delivery so that there is no delay in goods delivery, the engine is checked before the truck carries out the process of loading goods so that the process in the goods delivery activity can run well, cooperation and accuracy are needed from warehouse employees in checking orders when loading goods so that there is no shortage or excess of goods that cause the outlet that ordered to experience losses because they have to reorder the goods.

Abstract

Fiscal policy is a strategy set by government institutions to regulate the structure of taxes and government spending to solve economic problems. In a country, the government formulates this policy to focus on the country's economic stability, such as reducing poverty. From an Islamic economic perspective, the role of the state is to obtain equal and fair income and wealth to protect the stability of economic development that comes to improve people's lives. Therefore, this article will examine in detail the impact of government fiscal policy on and whether the fiscal policy will improve or worsen the Indonesian economy in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Entrepreneurship Lessons and Independent Attitudes on Student Motivation at SMKN 1 Pakuan Ratu, Way Kanan Regency. The type of data in this study uses quantitative research using primary and secondary data. In this study using probability sampling technique to determine the research sample because it has a population of over 100, the determination of the research sample using the slovin formula which obtained results of 59.67 rounded up to 60 respondents. The analysis technique used is through validity, reliability, classical assumptions and hypotheses tests. From the results of the research that has been done, it shows that Entrepreneurship Lessons and Independent Attitudes have a significant joint effect on the Entrepreneurial Motivation of Grade 2 students at SMK Negeri 1 Pakuan Ratu, Way Kanan Regency. Entrepreneurship Lessons and Independent Attitudes have an effect of 80.7% on the Entrepreneurial Motivation of grade 2 students of SMK Negeri 1 Pakuan Ratu, Way Kanan Regency. While the remaining 19.3% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

Employees are the main wealth of a company or organization, because their participation is the key to the running of an organization activities. In every successful organization or corporation, it must have qualified employees, so it is important for organizations to be able to optimize their employees in accordance with their functions in order to become quality and superior assets whose realization can be seen through employee achievement or performance. Additionally, cultivating an organizational culture that supports these workers' performance is one strategy to generate human resources with good human resources with good performance in order to fulfill the work unit's vision and objective. This research was aimed to determine how Kaizen culture and work discipline related to employee performance. This kind of research employed a quantitative descriptive technique. There were 30 respondents for this study, who were chosen through nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling technique.  The data collection method used observation and questionnaire. The data were analyzed using SPSS version 25. The research results revealed that Kaizen culture partially affected employee performance in Klambir V Kebun village. Work discipline partially affected employee performance in Klambir V Kebun village. Finally, Kaizen culture and work discipline simultaneously affected employee performance in Klambir V Kebun village.

Abstract

Rapid digitalization has changed the face of business today, posing a challenge to established business models in all sectors of the economy. Digital business strategy is a critical change that must be made to firm skills, operational procedures, and business processes and strategies in order to achieve digital transformation. In the process of MSMEs, digitalization of marketing is inevitable since it will allow marketing to keep up with technological changes. In order to strengthen the local economy and improve family welfare, small businesses are crucial in many regions, including Kota Pari Village in North Sumatra. This type of research used a quantitative descriptive approach. The target population in this study were all MSMEs in Kota Pari village, which amounted to approximately 100 MSMEs. The number of samples taken in this study was 40 MSMEs. Data processing techniques using SPPS version 26. Data analysis was used validity and reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple regression analysis, and hypotheses test. Based on the research results, it was found that the information and technology training variable partially had a positive and significant effect on MSMEs income. The availability of facilities and infrastructure variable partially had a positive and significant effect on MSMEs income. The information and technology training variable and the availability of facilities and infrastructure variable simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on MSMEs income.

Abstract

The main determinant of the company's development path that is used as spearhead of progress is the performance of its human resources. The benefits of the research are to prove the influence of the three variables work results Matahari Sleman City Hall employees. The function of the research is to test the workload, compensation, and leadership style simultaneously whether it affects the performance of Matahari Sleman City Hall employees. The sampling amounted to 86 respondents and used a questionnaire as a test for validity and reliability. The results of classical assumption show that the regression model is normally distributed and no muliticallinearity occurs, and no heteroscedaticity occurs. So that Y = 1.146 + 0.356 X1 + 0.199 X2 + 0.218 X3 is . Finally, it can be seen that the performance of Matahari Sleman City Hall employees is influenced by workload, compensation, and leadership style because it is proven that all three have a significant effect on employee work results. Therefore, performance Matahari Sleman City Hall employees is simultaneously and significantly influenced by workload, compensation, and leadership style.

Abstract

This study was conducted to analyse the impact of the work environment on employee motivation at PT. XYZ. The purpose of this research is to identify obstacles and alternative solutions to problem-solving. Data collection techniques include observation, by directly observing the research object, and field documentation techniques to obtain essential information regarding the analysis of the impact of the work environment on employee motivation at PT. XYZ. Based on the discussion, the results indicate that the analysis of the impact of the work environment on employee motivation at PT. XYZ is already quite good. Employees and leaders share a strong sense of family, as many employees come from the leader's family and the local community. However, there are some challenges, such as suboptimal room temperature, insufficient office facilities, workplace layout, and the need for renovation of damaged buildings. The suggested solutions include improving work facilities, organizing the workspace, and renovating office buildings.
