Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine (1) the socioeconomic picture of parents in TPA Talang Gulo Jambi City, (2) The description of the level of education of scavengers in Talang Gulo TPA Jambi City, (3) The socioeconomic influence of parents on the level of scavenger children's education in TPA Talang Gulo Jambi City. The results showed that (1) Parental socioeconomic in the Talang Gulo Garbage Landfill (Jambi TPA) is quite good. This is indicated by the parent's socioeconomic average of 3.29 with a Respondent Achievement Rate (TCR) of 65.72. (2) The education level of scavenger children in the Talang Gulo Garbage Landfill (TPA) in the City of Jambi is quite good. This is indicated by the average level of education of scavenger children belonging to the Secondary Education Level (SMA/SMK) of 59 children or 54.13% of 109 respondents. (3) The socioeconomic parents have a significant effect on the level of education of scavengers in the Talang Gulo Garbage Landfill in Jambi City. This is indicated by tcount > ttable or 2.423 > 0.017. The contribution of parents' socioeconomic variables to children's education level is 5.2%, and the remaining 94.8% is influenced by other factors not examined. Abstract

Abstract This research aims to analyze the effect of salary on teaching skills. The population of this research is the private high school teachers throughout the District of Rokan Hilir Bagan Sinembah totalling 137 persons. Sample with drawal technique with random sampling with propotional amount of samples as many as 135 people. Engineering data collection used by providing questionnaires. The data collected are then analyzed using statistics structure equation models. The results showed that the salary effect significantly to teaching skills.Keyword : Salary, Teaching Skills.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the description of respondents about peer tutors on student interest in the subjects of economy class XI IPS in SMA Negeri 8 Kota Jambi, and to determine the influence of peer tutors on student interest in the subjects of economy class XI IPS in SMA Negeri 8 Kota Jambi. Based on data analysis on the results of research that there is a significant influence between peer tutors on the interest of learning on the economic subjects of class XI SMA Negeri 8 Kota Jambi. In ANOVA, the value of F = 16.232 with α (sig) = 0.002. Because α (Sig) <0.05, then regression can be used to predict peer tutor at 95% confidence level. In coefficient the value of B constant = 68,622, states that if the peer tutor variables are ignored, the interest in learning = 68.622. Meanwhile, the variable value for peer tutor (X) is 6,292, stating that if the peer-level tutor is involved, the interest in learning increases around 6.292.Kata Kunci : Peer Friends Tutor, Interest Learning

Abstract

The aims of this study were (1) to find out the performance of the marketing division of KUD Bukit Manunggal, Sungai Bahar sub-district, and (2) to find out how to apply alternative strategies through SWOT analysis to improve the performance of the marketing division of KUD Bukit Manunggal, Sungai Bahar sub-district. The type of research in this research is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study is a SWOT analysis technique with a qualitative approach, which consists of Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threaths.The results showed that (1) the performance of KUD Bukit Manunggal's marketing division had not been fully implemented optimally. This conclusion is based on the performance of KUD Bukit Manunggal management who are always optimal in selling FFB, but on the other hand, they do not yet have a clear marketing strategy so it can also be said that the marketing division is not carrying out its functions as it should, and (2) There are 3 alternatives strategies that can be applied in developing the marketing division obtained from a combination of Strengths and Opportunities (SO), namely (a) Maximizing the potential for FFB sales by opening RAM under the auspices of KUD. Through the opening of RAM under the auspices of KUD, it is hoped that it will be able to reach a wider membership so that it can increase the effectiveness of KUD Bukit Manunggal's marketing performance, (b) Improve the performance of administrators to reach other villages that do not yet have KUD. By improving the performance of the management through training, the management, especially the marketing department, will be able to develop their performance to reach villages that do not yet have a KUD to join the Bukit Manunggal KUD, and (c) Utilize the independence of the KUD to explore other villages. The KUD's freedom to sell products to any factory that is suitable and easily accessible can be used by the KUD to build trust and gather members from other villages that have not yet joined the KUD.Keywords: KUD Performance Evaluation, Marketing

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine (1) Knowing the description of the family environment, learning styles, and learning outcomes in the economic subjects of class XI IPS at SMA Negeri 1 Jambi City. (2) Knowing the influence of the family environment on learning outcomes in economic subjects in class XI IPS Negeri 1 Jambi City. (3) Knowing the effect of learning styles on learning outcomes in economic subjects in class XI IPS Negeri 1 Jambi City. 4) Knowing the effect of the family environment and student learning styles on student learning outcomes of class XI IPS on economic subjects at SMA Negeri 1 Jambi City. This research design uses quantitative research methods, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Where the population in this study were 143 students with a sample of 106 students. The research instrument test technique used in this study is the Validity and Reliability Test, while the classical assumption tests used are Quantitative Descriptive Analysis, Normality Test, Homogeneity Test, and Multiple Regression Test. The results showed that: (1) The family environment and learning style were included in the fairly good category with an average TCR (X1) of 77.10%, (X2) 75.36%, and student learning outcomes in economic subjects were obtained. A score of less than 68 was 72 students, while those who scored above 68 were 34 students.(2) There is an influence of the family environment on learning outcomes which can be seen from the tcount value of the family environment variable (X1) of 2,212> 1,658. (3) There is an effect of learning styles on learning outcomes which can be seen from the tcount> ttable that the tcount of learning style variable (X2) is 2.184> 1.658). 4) There is an effect of the family environment and student learning styles on student learning outcomes with a value of 8.892 with a significant value of .000. Thus, a good family environment will have a positive impact on children so that children become enthusiastic in carrying out the learning process, and learning styles are influential enough for each individual to absorb information from outside himself. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran responden dan pengaruh mengenai perhatian orang tua dan kenakalan remaja terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas XI IPS pada mata pelajaran ekonomi di SMA Negeri 8 Kota Jambi. Berdasarkan analisis data pada hasil penelitian bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara perhatian orang tua dan kenakalan remaja terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas XI IPS pada mata pelajaran ekonomi di SMA Negeri 8 Kota Jambi. Dengan hasil model summary R = 0, 143 dan R Square = 0,102. Pada ANOVA, nilai F = 86,662 dengan α (sig) = 0,000. Oleh karena α (Sig) < 0,05, maka regresi dapat digunakan untuk memprediksi perhatian orang tua dan kenakalan remaja pada taraf kepercayaan 95%. Berdasarkan nilai B constant untuk X, dapat dibuat suatu persamaan regresi yaitu Y = a + X1 + X2 = 75,983 + 0,036+ 0,041. Dan, untuk t hitung X1 = 5,565, dan t hitung X2 = 8,921 maka t hitung > t tabel. Artinya, hasil uji t ini menunjukkan bahwa perhatian orang tua dan kenakalan remaja mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas XI IPS pada mata pelajaran ekonomi di SMA Negeri 8 Kota Jambi.Kata Kunci : Perhatian Orang Tua, Kenakalan Remaja, Hasil Belajar. Abstract This study aims to determine the description of respondents and the influence of parental attention and juvenile delinquency on the learning outcomes of XI IPS students on economic subjects at SMA Negeri 8 Jambi City. Based on data analysis on the results of the study that there is a significant influence between parental attention and juvenile delinquency on the learning outcomes of social studies class XI students on economic subjects at SMA Negeri 8 Jambi City. Abstract

This study aims to: 1) to find out the implementation of economic learning in online learning in class XII students at SMAN 3 Jambi City through SWOT analysis, 2) to find out what alternatives to overcome learning difficulties experienced by class XII students at SMAN 3 Kota Jambi through a SWOT analysis. The research design is a qualitative research, using a case study approach through a SWOT analysis. The objects used in this research are class XII students at SMAN 3 Jambi City. The result of this research is that the implementation of economics learning in online learning in class XII of SMAN 3 Jambi City during the covid-19 pandemic has been carried out quite well. The applications that are most often used to support the implementation of online learning are WhatsApp, Google Classroom and Google Meet. The application can only be operated by utilizing communication tools such as mobile phones or laptops that are connected to the internet network. Although the implementation of online learning has been carried out quite well, students still have difficulty understanding the material provided by the educator, the internet network that is owned is unstable, the explanation given by the educator is only one-way so that it makes students find it difficult to ask questions. Keywords: Learning Difficulties, Online Learning.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine (1) To determine the utilization of marketing development strategies in increasing batik sales in the Bukit Murau Village, Singkut District, Sarolangun Regency. (2) To determine the effect of the use of marketing development strategies to increase sales of batik products in the Bukit Murau Village, Singkut District, Sarolangun Regency. This research design uses survey research with quantitative methods. Meanwhile, the population in this study were 35 batik artisans in Bukit Murau village, while the sample in this study was in accordance with the large population because the population in this study was less than 100. The results showed that (1) The results of the marketing strategy manual calculation got a TCR value of 82.15%, so that it was in the good category. Meanwhile, the increase in sales got a TCR value of 82.2%, so that it is in the good category. (2) After being tested persially (t test) the testing of the marketing strategy hypothesis shows the t value of 8.295 or positive with a significant level of 0.009. Then t arithmetic> T table (8.295> 0.05) and the significance level is less than 0.05 (0.009 <0.05), which means that the hypothesis in this study rejects Ho and accepts Ha. Keywords : Marketing Development Strategy and Sales Increase

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to (1) find out the description of the application of online learning in the subjects of creative products and entrepreneurship at SMK Negeri 4 Jambi City (2) to find out student learning outcomes in the subjects of creative products and entrepreneurship in SMK Negeri 4 Jambi City. This research design uses survey research methods, with data collection techniques through observation and questionnaires. Where the population in this study were 89 students with a research sample of 73 students. The data management techniques in this research are Research Instrument Validity Test, Research Reliability Test, Quantitative Descriptive Analysis, Normality Test, Homogeneity Test, and Simple Regression Test. The results showed that (1) online learning obtained a TCR result of 66.81% with a fairly good category. (2) The calculation results obtained that student learning outcomes in the subjects of creative products and entrepreneurship scored less than 65 as many as 29 students and 39 students scored above the average of 73 samples (3) The results of the SPSS VERSION 16 calculation in simple regression obtained the regression equation Y=38,716 and regression X is equal to 0.413. The conclusion in this study is based on the data obtained that it is proven true, from the variables contained in this study can be used as a pedictor in knowing the effect of online learning (on the network) on student learning outcomes in creative products and entrepreneurship subjects.Keywords: Online Learning, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the description and influence of the use of gadgets and student learning outcomes in economic subjects of class XI IPS students in SMA Negeri 3 Kota Jambi. The design of this study uses quantitative descriptive. The population used was 74 respondents of XI IPS students in SMA Negeri 3 Jambi City, while the research sample used was all respondents of XI IPS students in SMA Negeri 3 Jambi City. The results obtained that the indicator that has the greatest value is the use of gadgets to find information with a value of 83.32 with a good category. Meanwhile, it is also known that the use of gadgets has an effect on student learning outcomes obtained from research that has been carried out. Where students still use gadgets during economic subject hours. This means that it will affect student learning outcomes and will cause problems in the learning process. Keywords : Gadgets, Learning Outcomes
