Abstract

This study aims to determine the description of respondents and the influence of school environment and learning discipline on student learning outcomes on the subjects of economy class X in SMA Negeri 8 Kota Jambi. Based on data analysis on the results of research that there is a significant influence between school environment and learning discipline on student learning outcomes on the subjects of economy class X in SMA Negeri 8 Kota Jambi. With result of model summary R = 0,415 and R Square = 0,210. In ANOVA, the value of F = 6.019 with α (sig) = 0.001. Because α (Sig) <0.05, then regression can be used to predict school environment and discipline learning at 95% confidence level. Based on the value of B constant for X, we can make a regression equation that is Y = a + X1 + X2 = 71,388 + 0,321 + 0,111. And, for t arithmetic X1 = 4.196, and t arithmetic X2 = 5.139 then t arithmetic> t table. This means that t count> t table. That is, the results of this t test indicate that the school environment (X1) and learning discipline (X2) have a positive and significant influence on the learning outcomes (Y) students of the class X economic subjects in SMA Negeri 8 Kota Jambi. Keyword : School Environment, Learning Discipline, Learning Outcomes.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to (1) Know the general description of pedagogic competence, professional competence and teacher performance at SMK Negeri 1 Jambi City. (2) Knowing the importance of pedagogical competence on the performance of teachers in SMK Negeri 1 Jambi City. (3) Knowing the importance of professional competence on the performance of teachers in SMK Negeri 1Kota Jambi. (4) Knowing how much influence pedagogic competence and professional competence have on the performance of teachers in SMK Negeri 1 Jambi City.This research design uses quantitative research methods, with data collection techniques, through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Where the population in this study were 109 teachers and a sample of 86 teachers. The research instrument test technique used in this study is the validity and reliability test, while the classical assumption test used is quantitative descriptive analysis, normality test, homogeneity test, linearity test, multicollinearity test, and multiple regression test.The results showed that: (1) pedagogical competence was included in the fairly good category with a TCR value of 68.03%, professional competence in the good category with a TCR value of 80.39%. (2) There is an effect of pedagogical competence on teacher performance with a tcount of 2.405 at a significant level of 0.018. (3) There is an effect of professional competence on teacher performance with a tcount of 2.897 at a significant level of 0.005. (4) pedagogical competence and professional competence have an influence on teacher performance which can be seen from the Ftable value of 6,552 with a significant value of 0.002. Thus, teacher performance is a description of the work done by educators with the tasks they carry out through pedagogical competences and professional competences that an educator must have.Keywords: Pedagogic Competence, Professional Competence, Teacher Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the motivation and interest in learning towards student learning outcomes in economic subjects in class X SMA Negeri 8 Jambi City. This research design uses quantitative methods. The number of population in this study were 140 students of class X. The data used were primary and secondary data with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires (questionnaires). Based on the simple regression average values, the mean value of students can be seen that interest and motivation on learning outcomes have an influence of 4.28%, so that the value is categorized as still lacking. After being examined through research, the aspects that show the student's score are lacking, due to the wrong choice of majors, so that interest and motivation to learn accounting is still classified as lacking.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Ekonomi di kelas X IPS di SMA Negeri 1 Kota Jambi yang diajar mengunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Structured Numbered Heads dan tipe bertukar pasangan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen. Jumlah populasi pada penelitian adalah 104 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling, sehinga terpilih 36 orang siswa kelas X  IPS 1 sebagai kelas kontrol dan 32 orang siswa kelas X IPS 3 sebagai kelas ekperimen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Ekonomi yang diajar dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe bertukar pasangan lebih tinggi dari pada hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Ekonomi yang diajar dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Structured Numbered Heads, dengan Sig. 0,000 < 0,05.Kata Kunci : Structured Numbered Heads, Bertukar Pasangan.  AbstractThis study aims to determine the differences in student learning outcomes in economic subjects in class X IPS at SMA Negeri 1 Jambi City which were taught using the Structured Numbered Heads type of cooperative learning model and the type of pair exchange. This type of research is an experiment. The population in the study was 104 people. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling, so that 36 students of class X IPS 1 were selected as the control class and 32 students of class X IPS 3 as the experimental class. The results showed that student learning outcomes in economic subjects taught using cooperative learning models of the type of pairing were higher than the student learning outcomes in economic subjects taught using the cooperative learning model of the Structured Numbered Heads type, with Sig. 0,000 < 0,05.Keyword : Structured Numbered Heads, Exchange Pairs.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the description of parental support, motivation to learn, student learning outcomes, and the influence of parent support and motivation to learn the results of students of class X on economic subjects in SMA Negeri 8 Kota Jambi. The result of the research explain that the variable of parent support and learning motivation are in good category, while the learning result variable is still many students who have not complete in following the learning process on economic subjects in SMA Negeri 8 Kota Jambi. Meanwhile, it is known parent support and motivation to learn either partially or simultaneously have positive value and have a significant effect on the result of student learning of class X on economic subjects in SMA Negeri 8 Kota Jambi. That is, in achieving optimal learning outcomes, students must not only have the motivation to learn without the support of their respective parents.Kata Kunci : Support Parents, Learning Motivation, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

This study aims to find out the school environment influences learning outcomes in the Economics Subject of Class XI Students at SMAN 11 Jambi City. This research is included in the associative class of causality. Classified as associative because this research is to find out whether or not there is a relationship between the variables being studied. Categorized as causality, because this study aims to determine whether the observed variables have a certain causal relationship as theoretically suspected. The results showed a significance value of less than 5% is obtained, so it can be concluded that the school environment (X) has an effect on learning outcomes (Y) at SMAN 11 Jambi City. This means that there is a linear relationship between the school environment (X) and learning outcomes (Y) at SMAN 11 Jambi City. Keywords : School Environment, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran responden dan pengaruh mengenai dukungan teman sebaya dan karakteristik peserta didik terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas XI Jurusan Akuntansi di SMK Negeri 1 Kota Jambi. Berdasarkan analisis data pada hasil penelitian bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara dukungan teman sebaya dan karakteristik peserta didik terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas XI Jurusan Akuntansi di SMK Negeri 1 Kota Jambi. Dengan hasil model summary R = 0, 096 dan R Square = 0,109. Pada ANOVA, nilai F = 12,543 dengan α (sig) = 0,000. Oleh karena α (Sig) < 0,05, maka regresi dapat digunakan untuk memprediksi dukungan teman sebaya dan karakteristik peserta didik pada taraf kepercayaan 95%. Berdasarkan nilai B constant untuk X, dapat dibuat suatu persamaan regresi yaitu Y = a + X1 + X2 = 84,178 + 0,139 X1 + 0,159 X2. Dan, untuk t hitung X1 = 4,168, dan t hitung X2 = 5,927 maka t hitung > t tabel. Artinya, hasil uji t ini menunjukkan bahwa dukungan teman sebaya dan karakteristik peserta didik mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas XI Jurusan Akuntansi di SMK Negeri 1 Kota Jambi.Kata Kunci : Dukungan Teman Sebaya, Karakteristik Peserta Didik, Hasil Belajar. Abstract This study aims to determine the description of respondents and the influence of peer support and the characteristics of students on the learning outcomes of class XI students of Accounting at SMK Negeri 1 Jambi City. Abstract

This study aims to determine the description of the family environment and discipline of student learning outcomes, and the influence of family environment and discipline on learning outcomes in SMA Negeri 10 Kota Jambi. The results showed that the achievement of family environment respondents including good enough category with a value of 79.45%, discipline including good enough category with a value of 80.31% and learning outcomes of 41.21% obtained value above KKM .. Meanwhile, the magnitude of the influence of family environment and discipline on the learning outcomes in SMA Negeri 10 Kota Jambi can be made a regression equation that is Y = a + X1 + X2 = 70,552 + 0,293 + 0,260. And, for t arithmetic X1 = 4.738, and t arithmetic X2 = 3.652 then thitung> ttabel.Kata Kunci : Family Environment, Discipline

Abstract

This study aims to, (1) determine the description of teacher certification in SMA Negeri 8 Jambi City. (2) Knowing the description of teacher performance at SMA Negeri 8 Jambi City (3) Knowing the effect of teacher certification on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 8 Jambi City. This study uses quantitative research using the Simple Regression Test survey method. The population in this study were teachers at SMA Negeri 8 Jambi City with a total of 85 teachers. Collecting data in this study using a questionnaire, and interviews are used to determine the teacher certification variables and teacher performance variables. This data analysis technique used is a simple regression analysis technique using SPSS Version 21 software. The results show that teacher certification at SMA Negeri 8 Jambi City is in the very good category of 86.32% and teacher performance is 85.30%. The existence of the effect of certification on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 8 Jambi City obtained a value of t count = 9.961, meaning that the results of the analysis and discussion of teacher certification (X) have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance (Y) where the regression coefficient is 0.475. Keywords: Teacher Certification and Teacher Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the importance of the effect of learning and entrepreneurial practices on the interest in entrepreneurship in class XI SMK Negeri 4 Jambi City. There is a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial learning and practice on the interest in entrepreneurship of class XI Catering students at SMK Negeri 4 Jambi City. This is the result of the calculation of the value of the constant coefficient of 24,077, the coefficient of entrepreneurial learning variable (X1) is 0.490, while the variable coefficient entrepreneurial practice (X2) is 0.461. So that it can be obtained multiple regression equation Y = 24,077 + 0.490 X1 + 0.461 X2. With entrepreneurial learning and practice it can build student interest in entrepreneurship. The teacher plays a very important role in directing students to achieve learning goals and students are able to develop their business well. Students can also generate self-confidence, and are ready to take all the worst risks to be able to lead a company or business.
