Abstract

Students often experience difficulties in learning biology. This research aims to develop digital booklets based on 3D images in biology learning at SMA/MA as learning media to help students understand the material easily. Methods Research was conducted in a literature review using references from Google Scholar that were relevant to the research. There were 65 articles for development keywords and 10 articles for recapitulation data. The average validity results were in the very valid category. The validity test assesses the feasibility of a product, language, data presentation, and graphics. 3D-based digital booklets have met the requirements as media to be used in biology learning. The results show that the 3D-based digital booklets are the right solution for various problems, especially in biology learning at school. The benefits of development research are to increase the effectiveness of students in the learning process, provide convenience in accessing digital booklet media, and provide concise and systematic explanations that are easy to understand.

Abstract

The aims of this study are: to describe the learning outcomes of students who are taught by applying the RADEC learning model to the material on environmental change, waste and recycling for class X MA Madani Pao-pao, describe the learning outcomes of students taught by applying the direct learning model to material on environmental change, waste and recycling in class X MA Madani Pao-pao, and testing the effect of applying the RADEC learning model on student learning outcomes on environmental change, waste and recycling class X MA Madani Pao-pao. This type of quasi-experimental research with nonequivalent control group design. The sample selection used purposive sampling with 30 class X MIA 1 (experimental class) and 30 students in class X MIA 2 (control class). The research results obtained by descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. Cognitive learning outcomes (post-fest) in the experimental class with a mean of 84.53 were higher than the control class with a mean of 77.47. The psychomotor learning outcomes of the experimental class with a mean of 86.39 were higher than those of the control class, namely 73.30. Hypothesis testing of cognitive and psychomotor learning results shows tcount > ttable so that it is concluded that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted or there is an influence of the RADEC learning model on student learning outcomes in the material on environmental change, waste and recycling in class X MA Madani Pao-pao

Abstract

The aims of this study were: 1) To find out the learning outcomes of students who were taught using the Board Game the Mansion of Happiness media on the material for the reproduction system of class XI MIA Madrasah Aliyah Madani Alauddin. 2) Knowing the learning outcomes of students who were taught using the Labyrinth Board Game. 3) Knowing the significant differences in student learning outcomes between those who taught using the Board Game the Mansion of Happiness and the Labyrinth Board Game media. This study is quasi-experimental and used the Non-equivalent (Pretest-Posttest) Control Group Design. From the research, the score of student learning outcomes in the experimental class is in the high category with an average score in the first experimental class being 90 and in the second experiment is 86 In addition, the inferential analysis of the data on the one sample test showed that the significance value obtained was t-count 0.000 <0.05, in conclusion, there was a significant influence between the learning outcomes of students in experimental class 1 and experiment 2.

Abstract

This research and development (R & D) aims to develop media in the form of website-based interactive multimedia on learning the biology of the respiratory system and to determine the level of validity, practicality, and effectiveness of the media. This research used the ADDIE model with five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The instruments used were validation sheets, student questionnaires, educator questionnaires, and learning outcomes tests. The data was analyzed for validity, practicality, and effectiveness. The results show that website-based interactive multimedia met the very valid category with an average validator rating of 3.5. The practicality of web-based interactive multimedia meets the very practical category with an average of 3.6. Interactive multimedia on websites is highly effective in improving student learning outcomes, with a completion rate of 85.5%. In summary, Website-based interactive multimedia is suitable for learning because the media is valid, practical, and effective.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the game-based learning model with spin wheel media on the learning activity of grade VIII students at SMP Negeri 2 Marioriwawo. This research included quasi-experimental research with a posttest-only design with non-equivalent groups. The population in this study was 80 students in grade VIII of SMP Negeri 2 Marioriwawo. The sampling technique was purposive sampling, with class VIII 1 as an experimental class with 26 students and class VIII 2 as a control class with 27 students. The research instruments were observation sheets on student learning activities and student learning activity questionnaires. Data analysis was performed with descriptive statistical tests and inferential statistics. According to the findings, the experimental class's average observation sheet score for student learning activities was 83.26, while the control class's average score was 71.33. The results of inferential statistics obtained a signed value of learning activity of 0.000; this proves the value of sign <α = 0.000 < 0.05 so that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted.These results suggest that the game-based learning model with spin wheel media affects the learning activity of grade VIII students at SMP Negeri 2 Marioriwawo.
