Abstract

Problems in the world of education will continue to exist and always demand the attention of all people and the world. This is because educational institutions are the basis and foundation in preparing the next generation. Education is the backbone of success in creating a glorious generation. Therefore education should be enjoyed by all students. The term that can represent this understanding is education for all or is inclusive. This type of research is a literature study. The literature study method is a series of activities related to methods of collecting library data, reading and taking notes, and managing research materials. This research will present five platforms for the anti-bullying movement that can be implemented in madrasas or schools. The presentations include (1) Empathy Skills Training Program with "KiVa", (2) Empathy skills training program with "Cepidea" (3) Online complaint program "Gredu", (4) Anti-bullying task force formation program, (5) Learning program mandari uses the “Sharing” module, and (6) the “Be a Real Friend” Campaign Program. It is hoped that some of the anti-bullying movement platforms can be practiced configuratively in various schools/madrasas in Indonesia. The results and discussion of the program for handling violence against children, especially bullying, are in line with Unicef's program on the End Violence Campaign to Overcome Violence against Children in Schools 2018-2020 through the 2018-2020 Program Safe to Learn, Roots Program and Teacher Training Program.

Abstract

Juvenile delinquency is now occurring in almost every corner of the country, especially to children who are still in school, as happened at SMA Negeri Plus Sukowono, juvenile delinquency that occurs is smoking and truancy during class. One of the factors that causes juvenile delinquency is parenting style. Parenting patterns of parents who cannot adjust to the needs of children then affect social development in their environment. Parenting parents consist of authoritarian parenting, displacement parenting, and permissive parenting. The parenting style that causes delinquency at SMA Negeri Plus Sukowono is Permissive and Authoritarian Parenting. The purpose of this study was to find out how the parenting style of the parents towards juvenile delinquency at SMA Negeri Plus Sukowono. The research method used in this study was to use a quantitative descriptive approach, the respondents consisted of 34 young students of class X with a sampling technique using simple random sampling, and the collection used a questionnaire. The formulation of the problem that will be taken in this research is is there any influence of parenting style on juvenile delinquency?, how is the effect of parenting style on juvenile delinquency?, and what are the factors that influence juvenile delinquency?.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out what is behind the importance of fostering a sakinah family in KUA, Pendopo District, Empat Lawang Regency and how this coaching is carried out. In this study, the authors used qualitative research methods, by collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. The informants or subjects in this study were the head of the KUA and an extension agency. The data validity technique used is the triangulation technique, which is the technique of checking the validity of the data by utilizing something from outside the data to check the data. The results obtained from this study are the background of fostering a sakinah family, including as the vanguard of the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia, the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) has a duty and function to carry out some of the tasks of the Office of the City / Regency Ministry of Religion in the field of Islamic Religion Affairs and assist development general government in the field of religion at the District level. And there are also factors that influence the background of developing a sakinah family, namely: Internal factors, the first are overcoming the heavy psychological burdens of fathers and mothers such as pressure (stress) at work, family financial difficulties, and secondly, overcoming conflicts in the family can be overcome, thirdly overcoming egotistical and less democratic attitude, fourthly overcoming the husband/wife's suspicion that one of them is suspected of having an affair. And there are also external factors, including the first to overcome the interference of third parties in family matters, and the second to overcome the negative association of family members, the third to overcome the wife's negative habit of gossiping in other people's homes or at social gatherings and offices, the fourth to overcome the habit of gambling.

Abstract

This research is a study that examines the causes and effects of the two variables, namely choosing the wrong major with student academic grades based on literature review with quantitative research dimensions, with the theme raised is The Effect of Choosing the Wrong Major on Student Academic Values ​​at BKI UIN KHAS Jember Study Program, There are two important questions in this research. First, is there any effect of choosing the wrong major for BKI UIN KHAS Jember study program students? Second, is there a relationship between choosing the wrong major and the academic grades of BKI UIN KHAS Jember students. The purpose of this study was the first to find out the percentage of students choosing the wrong major for the BKI UIN KHAS Jember study program on academic scores. Second, to find out the relationship between choosing the wrong major and the academic scores of BKI UIN KHAS Jember study program students. This study uses a quantitative approach using simple linear regression data analysis techniques, normality test, scatter plot heteroscedasticity test, and glejser heteroscedasticity test. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire or questionnaire and literature (Library Research). In carrying out these three tests, the sample used was 31.1% of the total 2021 BKI students, namely 138 students. The results of the study concluded that choosing the wrong major (X) had no positive effect on academic value (Y) with an effect of 11%. This effect means that the higher the wrong choice of major will not affect academic grades.

Abstract

This thesis is entitled "The Influence of Service Quality and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at the Palembang City Religious Training Center." Relatively good job satisfaction seems to contribute to employee performance to keep working better and to show high performance to provide responsibility in supporting the welfare and success of the company. The object of research is the employees of the Palembang City Religious Education and Training Center totaling 86 employees. The research objective was to determine the effect of service quality on performance, the effect of job satisfaction on performance, and the effect of service quality on employee performance at the Palembang City Religious Education and Training Center. This type of research is quantitative research. Based on the analysis that has been done, the effect of service quality is proven through multiple linear tests, namely the significance value of the X1 variable quality of 0.001 <0.05 means that there is a significant and positive influence between service quality on employee performance. The influence of job satisfaction, namely the regression coefficient value of satisfaction is 0.511, meaning that if the satisfaction variable (X2) and constant (a) is 0 (zero), then employee performance (Y) increases by 0.511. The influence of Service Quality and Job Satisfaction, namely by means of the t test (hypothesis) absolutely proves the results of the acquisition show that the value of tcount is 6,690 > 1,886, it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, to see significant results it is known that the value of multiple linear sig = 0.000 <0.05 it is stated significance. So it can be concluded that there is a significant influence on service quality, satisfaction on the performance of Palembang City Education and Training Center employees with a category of 94.3% showing very strong results where the achievement of targets for performance issues and employee satisfaction has reached a maximum value of more than 90%.

Abstract

Humanistic learning theory is one of the most important theories in educational psychology. This theory emphasizes the importance of individual experiences and how these experiences affect the way individuals learn. The main goal of humanistic learning theory is to understand students' motivations and how these motivations affect their learning achievement. learning is not only about memorizing material but more than that learning is how someone is free to find their own way and can do it anywhere. As long as it brings good results for him. According to Humanistic theory, the purpose of learning is to humanize humans. The learning process is considered successful if students understand the environment and themselves. Students in the learning process must strive to be able to achieve self-actualization little by little.

Abstract

Secondary communication is communication that is carried out using media or tools as a means to be able to communicate with anyone and anywhere or not limited by space and time and the amount. If the communicant is far from reach, a telephone or letter is used, as well as many communicants, loudspeakers are used, if there are far and many, then newspapers, radio or television and other broadcast media are used. There is a media or application called Discord which is commonly used by the average community, especially the Heroes E-Sports group, to communicate via devices such as cellphones and even laptops/PCs. This research was conducted aiming to see how the process or form of secondary communication that occurs when a community or group is carrying out their respective activities. By using a descriptive qualitative research method through various data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the pattern of secondary communication in the Discord Heroes E-Sports group occurred according to the pattern and the communication that took place was very good and responsive. In addition, this research also shows that communication via social media, especially the Discord application, is in great demand, with this Discord can very well become a mobile application for all users to communicate. In conclusion, secondary communication can occur anywhere and anytime using any application that they normally use on a daily basis to support unlimited communication activities. Therefore, it is also necessary to make efforts to improve the quality of the connection or signal and even devices that are used by many people, so that communicating via social media becomes more optimal and reduces interference.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of human resource management through spiritual intelligence on employee performance at PT. Caturadiluhur Sentosa Palembang, Human resource management and spiritual intelligence are factors that are needed to improve employee performance, with a high quantity and quality of employee work, it can increase the enthusiasm and performance of other employees. The research method in this research is quantitative, the research data analysis technique used is path analysis or path analysis. Data processing is assisted by the SPSS for windows version 26.00. research data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires with sampling techniques using random sampling totaling 101 respondents. The results of the study show that human resource management influences spiritual intelligence, human resource management influences employee performance, spiritual intelligence influences employee performance, human resource management and spiritual intelligence influences employee performance, and human resource management influences employee performance with spiritual intelligence as an intervening variable.

Abstract

This thesis is entitled "Strategy for the Development of Non-formal Education Institutions of the Tarbiyah Syamilah Foundation in Ogan Ilir Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the strategy for the development of non-formal educational institutions of the Tarbiyah Syamilah Foundation in Ogan Ilir District, the constraints and influences of the development of the Tarbiyah Syamilah Foundation's non-formal educational institutions in Ogan Ilir District. This type of research is field research, namely research that seeks data in the field to support the theory used. The method or approach used is descriptive qualitative using data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. In conducting the interviews, there were 4 (four) informants, namely the chairman of the Tarbiyah Syamilah Foundation's daily administrator as a key informant, the daily administrator of the Atrbiyah Syamilah Foundation as the main informant, and the chairman and members of the RMT Tarbiyah Syamilah unit as supporting informants. Then, the validity of the data was checked using technical triangulation and source triangulation. The results of the study show that the strategy for developing non-formal educational institutions at the Tarbiyah Syamilah Foundation in Ogan Ilir Regency uses the master strategy theory which consists of enterprise strategy, corporate strategy, business strategy, and functional strategy. The obstacles faced in the development of the Syamilah Tarbiyah Foundation were the limited infrastructure and development funds due to the absence of permanent donors. In addition, Tarbiyah Syamilah sometimes still lacks human resources. Departing from the theory of Kiai Sahal Mahfud in the book on Islamic community development that the development and development of society through the actualization of amar ma'ruf nahi munkar behavior as in Qs. Ali Imran verse 110 and being part of da'wah bil-hal, namely preaching with real actions, the influence of the development of non-formal educational institutions of the Tarbiyah Syamilah Foundation is marked by the implementation of literacy education programs, vocational education, general education and counseling, as well as soul-freshening education.

Abstract

The shame belongs to negative emotions, which in many psychological studies are associated with negative behaviors. The discomfort that a person experiences when he feels shame is associated with the emergence of negative behavior. Indonesians, especially people in Pekanbaru City who are closely attached to the teachings of Islam, view Shame as a more positive. Feeling uncomfortable will make people control their behavior and avoid shameful behavior. This study investigated the correlation between shame-proneness and Customer Oriented-Organizational Citizenship Behavior (CO-OCB) on 331 civil servants from 15 Pekanbaru government instances randomly selected. Result suggest that shame-proneness has a positive relationship with CO-OCB (r = 233, p = 0.00). Compared to felt-shame, the dimension of anticipatory shame has a higher correlation coefficient with CO-OCB and its dimensions (helping behavior, sportsmanship, organization loyalty, organization compliance, individual initiative, and civic virtue) except self-development. Civil servants need to internalize the shame to violate the rules so that they tend to act according to the rules and provide the best for the organization in which they work.
