The aim to be achieved in this study is to determine the effectiveness of Reality Counseling on improving behavioral control of students. The research design used was quasi-experimental. Samples were taken by purposive sampling technique. The number of subjects taken were 5 students who had low behavioral control. Data obtained through the subject, using behavior control inventory that has been tested for validity by using item analysis and reliability testing with alpha r obtained at 0, 766> r table 0, 316. Analysis of the results of the study using nonparametric statistics using the Wilcoxon Signedankank test. From the results of the calculation of different tests with the Wilcoxon formula, the Z wilcoxon value is -2.060 with a probability (p) or significance (α) of 0.039. The purpose of study namely (1) Describe the learning process of speaking skills in English subjects using English games (Role Playing) and (2) Describe the results of the process of implementing speaking skills in English using English games ( Role Playing) in grade IX students of SMP. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The results of the study show that the increase in speaking ability is indicated by the class average values that have been obtained. At the time before the action is carried out, the class average value obtained is 63.51. After carrying out the action in the first cycle the grade average value is 70.55. In the second cycle, the average grade increases, the class average increases to 78.70. Aside from the average class score, the achievement of KKM scores also increased, namely the action of KKM achievement of 22%, in the first cycle the achievement of the KKM value was 44%, and the second cycle the achievement of the KKM value increased 85%. Thus it can be concluded that the English game (role playing) can improve the speaking skills and motivation of students in English subjects.

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes to write in English, especially in describing objects, people or certain places through learning Picture Picture Inductive Model strategy. Data collection is carried out simultaneously with observations during the action, while data analysis is carried out simultaneously at the time of reflection of action. Research using data analysis in the form of triangulation methods, shows the results that there is an increase in learning outcomes of students in learning English writing when using the PWIM strategy. From the original condition, only 9 students (23.68%) from 38 students could describe objects / people / certain places, in the first cycle there were 15 students (39.47%) who could describe certain objects more correctly. In the second cycle as many as 25 students (65.79%) can describe certain people more correctly. In the third cycle there is a decline in student learning outcomes. Only 20 students (52.63%) can describe a particular place more correctly. It can be concluded that PWIM is significant in improving student learning outcomes in learning English writing, especially in describing objects / people / specific places

This research aim to unveil (1) how the tolerant traits were implement toward other religious believers and its implementation in everyday life (2) and factors promoting the implication of the tolerant life. This descriptive qualitative research with phenomenological approach collected the data trough observations, interviews, and documentation, in which the data were triangulated using the descriptive socio-historical analysis method. The findings showed that (1) the students of SMA Negeri 1 Gerung knew the concepts of tolerance from their parents and elementary schooling, (2) that the appropriate implementation of tolerant traits for the students included the respecting ach other and respecting other religious believers, (3) and that factors promoting the tolerance were the school headmasters, religious understanding, and school culture. The implication of that was that learned could live in harmony, could run their own religious life according to their beliefs, and they did not find obstacles in tolerating.

This classroom action research aims to describe an increase in the ability to do story problems in mathematics through card games for class VI of Elementary School. Conducted in two cycles with data collection methods through observation, interviews, documentation, and test. The results of the study before the action were held at 5.97 and after the action was taken to be 6.65 thus means there was an increase in achievement of 0.68. So it was concluded that there was an increase in learning achievement of class VI students at Elementary School in working on story problems in mathematics through card games.

This research aims to describe the Implementation of Discovery Method can improve Indonesian Language Learning Achievement The Subject of Writing Stories in Class V Students of SDN Loang Tuna. The subject of this study was the fifth grade students of Loang Tuna Elementary School, the study population was all fifth grade students of Loang Tuna Elementary School, amounting to 29 people. The data collection method used in this study is the method of observation and test of learning outcomes to determine the increase in learning achievement in Indonesian, the subject of writing stories by applying the discovery method. The results of this study that the average value of all students is from the average value of 62.06 in the first cycle to 80.34 in the second cycle, with the percentage of learning completeness of 93.10%, which was previously only 48.27%. It was concluded that the application of discovery methods can improve learning achievement in Indonesian, the subject of writing stories in class V SDN Loang Tuna. This is proven by the increase.

This research was conducted with the aim to determine the level of understanding of students in junior high school about science subjects. This research uses descriptive and qualitative methods as its consideration. In this study the sample consisted of 30 students in class VIII G and 28 students in class VIII H. Data collection techniques with Pre-test and Post-test about students' thinking abilities on junior high school material. The research instrument consisted of 15 Pre-test items and 15 Post-test questions that had been adjusted using rubrics. This study presents the results of research on eighth grade students. The results of the study showed students who used the problem-solving method to all participants who used the lecture method. The level of critical thinking skills in class of students is normally distributed, so that it can be completed increased.

This purpose of this research is developing mathematics teaching materials that present in comics for student in grade seventh of junior high school. Using teaching materials in the learning process is one way to help the students to be understand about learning materials. The teaching materials that provided for students must have three criterias are valid, practical, and effective. The type of this research is the Research and Development (R and D) and using the Plomp development model. This research consist of investigation phase, development or prototype phase, and assessment phase. The results of this development research are: (1) The validity of the teaching materials are valid with a percentage 90% on the material aspect and the material Design (2) practicality of teaching materials based on the response of teachers and students are Practice with percentage 83.5% (3) The effectivity of teaching materials are effective based on communication skills of students with a percentage of 73%.

The purpose of this research is to analyze Science learning and the use of interactive multimedia in elementary school. The methods used are qualitative and quantitative. The population of teachers and elementary school students. Samples were taken randomly, set at 6 SDN in Pati District. The instruments used in this study are questionnaires and interview sheets. The results showed, interactive multimedia programs are needed, especially to support the abstract science learning, especially the human circulatory organ material. The desired Format is a multimedia integrated with a project-based learning model with an extra game of problems. To facilitate teachers and elementary school students need to develop interactive multimedia that includes project-based learning, project development, and project-report output. In addition, it is necessary to develop game problems that can show results as well as evaluation of the game problem. Game problems are tailored to the level of cognitive development, affective, and psychomotor of elementary school students.

This research aims to increase student’s self confidence in XI SMA in mathematics learning by using guided discovery learning. This research is an action research. It is a colaboated research by researcher and teacher. This reasearch used Kemmis & Mc. Taggart model. The subject of this research is students of XI SMA. The instruments that used in this research are observation sheets, questionnaire, and written test. Form this research, it is shown that guided discovery learning that used worksheet to discover concept, can be used to increase student’s self confidence. It can be seen from the increase in the percentage of student’s who have very high self confidence categories and the increase of student’s self confidence mean after two cycle.
