Abstract

Education in Indonesia is currently experiencing obstacles caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. This obstacle is not only felt by teachers, but also students and parents of students. This makes significant changes to the learning system used. In this context, Blended learning is the most significant development of a learning model during a pandemic like now. Blended learning can be defined as a mixture of online learning models and offline learning models. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of the blended learning learning model during the COVID-19 pandemic and analyze the supporting factors and inhibiting factors of the implementation of the blended learning learning model during the COVID-19 pandemic. The method in this study uses qualitative research. The process of data collection is done by using interviews, observation and documentation. In the implementation of the blended learning model, it gives good results because it is able to make learning more varied and not monotonous so that it is liked by many students. Although in this case there are still many obstacles that are passed during learning, the teacher can overcome them little by little well. Factors supporting the implementation of the blended learning model include the Government, Teachers, Technology. While the inhibiting factors for the implementation of the blended learning model include time, connections/networks, teachers and students. With these results, it is hoped that schools or other educational institutions can further study the concept of blended learning and implement blended learning.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the online-based recitation method can provide better student mathematics learning outcomes. The research approach used is a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental type of research. The population and sample in this study were all students of fifth grade class in SDN Proyonanggan 01 Batang, totaling 47 students. The sample is divided into two classes, the control class is the class that does not use the online-based recitation method and the experimental class is the class that applies the online-based recitation method. Data collection techniques used are test and documentation methods. The test is used to measure students' mathematics learning outcomes and documentation is used to obtain documentary data. The data analysis technique in this study used an independent sample t test. The results of the study concluded that the online-based recitation method gave a better effect on the mathematics learning outcomes of fifth grade students at SDN Proyonanggan 01 Batang. This can be seen from the results of the independent sample t test, it is found that tcount= 3.182 > ttable= 2.014. These results mean that there is a significant difference in mathematics learning outcomes between the control class and the experimental class and the posttest average score for the experimental class is higher than the average score for the control class.

Abstract

The head of madrasah has a very strategic role in the success of the program in madrasah. The change of leadership at MI Walisongo Podo is a turning point in the program of fostering student interest and reading ability. The principal of Madrasah MI Walisongo Podo used his managerial role to initiate the Monday Reading Together (SEMESA) literacy program which was supported by all madrasa citizens. The research method used is field research with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained were then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman analysis technique with the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate a vital role as a madrasa principal in fostering reading interest through the SEMESA literacy program at MI Walisongo Podo. The role of the headmaster at MI Walisongo Podo is in line with Henry Mintzberg's theory that every leader, wherever the hierarchy is located, is described in 3 main roles and detailed in ten roles: (1) the role of interpersonal relationships (Interpersonal), consisting of three roles, among others: ( a) a representative / symbolic role, (b) a leader role, (c) a liaison role; (2) the role of connecting information, consisting of three roles, among others: (a) the role of monitoring the flow of information, (b) forwarding information, (c) spokesperson; and (3) the role of the decision maker, which consists of four roles, including: (a) entrepreneur / pioneer, (b) alleviation of constraints, (c) allocator of my resources, and (d) negotiation. The ability of the madrasah principal to innovate and collaborate with all parties is a way out in maximizing supporting factors and minimizing inhibiting factors.

Abstract

Learning is influenced by internal and environmental factors. From within, one of them is intelligence. According to Howard Gardner, intelligence includes mathematical logical intelligence and spatial intelligence. Mathematical logical intelligence deals with problem solving. Meanwhile, spatial intelligence is concerned with visualizing diagrams or tables. The purpose of this study was to 1) describe the level of mathematical logical intelligence and the level of spatial intelligence as well as the learning outcomes of mathematics learning materials for students in class V MIS Pakumbulan 2) to analyze the effect of mathematical logical intelligence on student learning outcomes in class V MIS Pakumbulan 3) to analyze the effect of spatial intelligence on theresults class V MIS Pakumbulan student learning 4) to analyze the influence of mathematical logical intelligence and spatial intelligence on the mathematics learning outcomes of class V MIS Pakumbulan students. This type of research is field research witha quantitative approach. Data collection techniques in the form of observation methods, questionnaires and documentation using simple and multiple linear regression data analysis. The results showed that mathematical logical intelligence was quite good, while spatial intelligence was not good enough. In simple regression analysis mathematical logical intelligence is Sig. 0.623> 0.05 and the spatial intelligence Sig. 0.164> 0.05 so there is no partial effect. In multiple analysis the Sig. 0.258> 0.05 so that mathematical logical intelligence and spatial intelligence simultaneously have no effect on mathematics learning outcomes.
