Abstract

The Smart Indonesia Card Policy is a government program launched to address the interrelated problems of poverty and education. This study aims to provide a description regarding the continuity of the implementation of the smart Indonesian card according to perceptions and opinions among Indonesian people. The research approach used is a quantitative approach. The research sample used was 100 respondents located in Malang-Petanglong using a questionnaire instrument. The sampling technique used random sampling. Data analysis used hypothesis testing on signs, and hypothesis testing through the chi-Square distribution. Based on testing the hypothesis on signs, this study concludes that the implementation of KIP continuity needs to be continued. Meanwhile, based on testing the hypothesis through the chi-square distribution, it was concluded that the number of respondents asking for KIP to be discontinued was not constant and therefore a significant factor. Government, it is hoped that the mechanism that changes in each period is followed by clear socialization so that all parties can implement it according to the provisions. In addition, the government should form a Smart Indonesia Card (KIP) monitoring team.

Abstract

The quality of public services needs to be improved in order to provide quality services for local communities. The latest issue that requires the role of government in public services is related to managing local resources and potential and providing media in developing MSMEs in the field of local product sales. As in Probolinggo City, public services by accommodating the needs of local products are carried out by Dekranasda Kota Probolinggo as a partner. Dekranasda Kota Probolinggo does not only carry out services to MSME groups with empowerment, mentoring, and others. However, the implementation of public services is also carried out by providing an outlet to help market local products and the community get the needs of local products typical of Probolinggo City. This attracted researchers in conducting deeper research.  The purpose is to determine the effect of Public Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction; to determine the effect of Customer Satisfaction on community loyalty; to determine the effect of Service Quality on Community Loyalty; to determine the mediating effect of Customer Satisfaction on the effect of Service Quality on Community Loyalty. The population in this research is the entire community as consumers or visitors to the Probolinggo City Dekranasda Outlet. The sample uses the Purposive Sampling method with a total of 100 respondents with the criteria of the community as consumers who buy products at least 2 times within 3 months. Retrieval. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Data analysis using Path Analysis. The research can be concluded that Public Service Quality affects Consumer Satisfaction; Consumer Satisfaction affects Community Loyalty; Public Service Quality affects Community Loyalty; customer satisfaction is able to mediate the effect of public service quality on consumer loyalty

Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence regarding the effect of dividend policy, market value, company growth, and trading volume on stock prices. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study are banking sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2017-2021 period. The sampling technique used in this study was obtained using the method purposive sampling. The total population in this study were 41 companies and 11 companies that met the sample criteria. The analytical method used in this research is panel data regression analysis with the help of an applicationEviews 12. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously dividend policy, market value, company growth, and trading volume affect stock prices. While partially the dividend policy and company growth have no effect on stock prices, market value and trading volume have an effect on stock prices.

Abstract

The Regional Development Planning Agency is the government agency responsible for spatial planning and research. The main task of Bappeda is to assist Governors, Regents and Mayors to carry out research in the area of ​​regional government development planning. One important factor in the success of regional development planning is the existence of a competent institution or work unit, as well as a reliable information system to support it. Musrenbang is one way of implementing development in the regions where regional development planning functions as a guideline for development implementation and a benchmark for measuring regional development performance. The success of the development process was greatly helped by the existence of a Musrenbang communication system which included the Musrenbang as one of the media that could absorb people's aspirations. This research was conducted at the Regional Development Planning Agency of Ciamis Regency, with the object being development in Ciamis Regency where the purpose of this research was to find out the extent of the role of Bappeda of Ciamis Regency in regional development and to find out the inhibiting factors in carrying out coordination planning and implementation of development.

Abstract

Abstrak This study aims to know about “kampus mengajar” program as manifestation of the “merdeka belajar” policy initiate by Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology of the Republik Indonesia. This study is a qualitative research using the systematic literature review method through collection articles and journals as reference source. The result of this study showed that “kampus mengajar” program in terms of community services as manifestation of the “merdeka belajar” policy is taking place. This program provides students with the opportunity to contribute directly to Indonsesia’s education tangibly. The space is so open given by “kampung mengajar” program for the implementation of devotion to the public, that the cross-disciplined students can have the same opportunity to implement the program. So, the students were content with an intelectual activities can distribute their intelectual experiences to the Indonesia’s students schools.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Office of the Ministry of Religion in Pekanbaru City.  The background of this research is the background of the author's involvement in conducting research on the effectiveness of SISKOHAT in improving Hajj services at the Office of the Ministry of Religion in Pekanbaru City.  It is difficult to collect data and lack of information for pilgrims and the registration of pilgrims is still done manually.  The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of organizing the pilgrimage using the Integrated Hajj Information and Computerized System ( SISKOHAT ) at the Office of the Ministry of Religion in Pekanbaru City and what factors were hindering the implementation of the pilgrimage using the Integrated Hajj Information and Computerized System ( SISKOHAT ).  The analytical method used in this study is a qualitative method.  Data collection methods are carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation.  There were 7 informants in this study.  Based on the results of research conducted by the author, it can be interpreted that the effectiveness of the Integrated Hajj Information and Computerized System (SISKOHAT) in improving Hajj services at the Office of the Ministry of Religion in Pekanbaru City has not been effective, this is due to several factors such as a lack of training for the development of Human Resources in  operate SISKOHAT, there is a shortage of organizers due to rolling HR, bandwidth is too small and device and network limitations impact time

Abstract

Education is one of the rights guaranteed by the law and is a goal of the state, which is to educate the nation's life. This makes education one of the main pillars for the strength of the nation and the state. The government issues policies through Law Number 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System. This aims to address the challenges and issues of basic and secondary education, which is the obligation of every child in Indonesia to participate in. This research discusses the implementation of Law Number 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System. The purpose of this research is to describe and analyze the implementation of Law 20/2003, which is examined through the Grindle policy implementation model. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive-analytical data analysis method. Data is presented descriptively and then analyzed using policy analysis to obtain valid data regarding the implementation of education policies in addressing the access gap to education in Merauke Regency. Data is obtained through literature review by reviewing official documents such as policy texts, official websites, and scholarly articles. Data analysis techniques use the Miles and Huberman model, which consists of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results of the research show that the implementation of education policies in Merauke Regency is less effective. This is due to the lack of deployed resources, insufficient actor strategies, and the lack of compliance and responsiveness from implementers.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are  for knowing the effect of transformational leadership style, remuneration, and work discipline on the performance of members of the Tegal Navy Base. As wel as for knowing the effect of transformational leadership style, remuneration and work discipline together on the performance of members of the Tegal Navy Base. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. Data collection techniques using the questionnaire method. While the data analysis technique used is the successive interval test method, classical assumption testing, multiple regression analysis, partial test, simultaneous test, and the coefficient of determination. The conclusions of this study are 1) partial testing of transformational leadership on the performance of members by using the t test obtained a value of sig = 0.000 <0.05 so it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of transformational leadership style on the performance of members of the Tegal Navy Base. 2) partial testing remuneration on the performance of members by using the t test obtained a value of sig = 0.000 <0.05 so it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of remuneration on the performance of members of the Tega Navy Base. 3) partial testing of work discipline on employee performance by using the t-test obtained a value of sig = 0.000 <0.05 so it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of work discipline on the performance of members of the Tegal Navy Base. 4). From the simultaneous test using SPSS, the value of sig = 0.000 <0.05, so it can be concluded that the model in this study is fit, or there is a significant effect of transformational leadership style, remuneration and work discipline together on the performance of members of the Indonesian Navy Base. Abstract

The handling of the Covid 19 pandemic has led to changes in lifestyle and health in society which has triggered a shift in the government's perspective in regulating the process of people's lives in accordance with ongoing conditions. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the implementation of government policies regarding the discipline of public health protocols in the Mandobo District, Boven Digoel Regency using a qualitative descriptive method approach. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of government policies regarding discipline enforcement of public health protocols in Sokanggo Village, Mandobo District, Boven Digoel Regency has been running but has not been optimal because there are still people who lack awareness to comply with government regulations, namely by not wearing masks, not washing their hands and not maintaining distance. It can be seen from several indicators, namely on the communication indicator that the government has informed the importance of health protocols and outreach about complying with health protocols by wearing masks, washing hands and keeping a safe distance, providing mask assistance and outreach to the public about family health and has carried out outreach by distributing pamphlets about preventing the spread Corona Virus. It can also be seen from the attitude indicator that implementers have been given an appeal so that the community maintains health by following the discipline of health protocols and a healthy lifestyle. In the bureaucratic structure, the Sokanggo Village government has followed instructions by forming a Covid-19 Volunteer Team to serve the community according to their duties.

Abstract

The use of fuel oil (BBM) will continue to increase in line with Indonesia's national economic growth. Government decisions to make policies and see their implementation in Indonesia. The concepts of implementation seeems complex and challenging , involving various stages, actors and interactions. The importants points highlighted by Van Meter and Van Horn (in Dwiyanto Indiahono) are Policy Implementation, Actor Interaction, Local Context, Monitoring and Evaluation in the transportation sector at the STIA Karya Dharma Merauke Campus. The aims that achieved in this study was to see the impact of implementing policies made by the government, especially in the transportation sector for STIA Karya Dharma Merauke campus students, especially for students who use their own vehicles or  transportation user. This research method is qualitative research. Data collection techniques used are observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the policy and the interaction of actors has been running as it should in accordance with the standards and policy targets set by the government. So far, there has been no direct statement from the government to help students deal with the rising price of fuel oil (BBM), so that it hope  this problem can immediately become material for consideration by the government to find alternative solutions by maximizing the potential of human resources owned by the Institute. In local contexts that are interrelated where politics greatly influences the situation of the social environment in society and the economy is fundamental in social terms within the community itself, Monitoring and Evaluation that must owened by the policy implementing agency, including, Democratic, responsive, transparent, honest , and able to provide solutions to each problem.
