Abstract

Analysis of the marketing mix and the development strategy of the tofu agro-industry in Sibalaya Barat village. The research method used is a survey. The research respondents consisted of owners, employees, consumers, and the West Sibalaya village industrial office. The results showed that the marketing mix applied by the tofu industry at household, medium, and large scale for product mix, price, place, and promotion was different. The internal environment of the tofu industry consists of products, management, funding, human resources, business location, and marketing, while the external environment consists of economic, social and cultural, technology, competitors, government policies and consumers. The strategy for the development of the tofu agro-industry for medium and large households is the development of tofu production on a large scale because it is of interest to some people.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) To find out the description of Employee Performance, Work Conflict and Work Enthusiasm at the Office of the Population and Civil Registration Office of Sikka Regency (2) To find out the effect of Work Conflict on employee performance at the Office of Population and Civil Registration Office of Sikka Regency both simultaneously or partial. The population in this study were 57 employees who worked in Sikka Regency. The sample used is saturated sample technique. Data is collected through census or saturated sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using a descriptive method, namely multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing through the F test and t test. The results of the descriptive analysis show that the variables of employee performance, work conflict and work morale are quite good. The results of the t test show that the variables of work conflict and work enthusiasm have a significant value on employee performance. The results of the F test show that the variables of work conflict and work enthusiasm simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination is 0.498, which means that the contribution of the work conflict and work morale variables to employee performance is 24.8% at the population and civil registration office in the Sikka district.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) determine the description of employee performance, teamwork, and supervision; (2) analyze the effect of Teamwork and supervision on employee performance either partially or simultaneously.The population in this study were employees of the Sikka Regency Population and Civil Registration Office, totaling 55 people. Because the population is limited, this research was carried out by means of a census or saturated sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive methods and inferential statistics, namely multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing is done through the F test and t test.The results of the descriptive analysis show that the variables of employee performance, teamwork, and supervision are categorized as good. The results of the t-test statistics show that partially the variables Teamwork and Supervision have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The statistical results of the F test show that simultaneously the variables Teamwork and Supervision have a significant effect on employee performance. The results of the determination analysis show that the two independent variables in this study are able to explain the variation in the ups and downs of the performance of the employees of the Office of Population and Civil Registration of Sikka Regency by 26.99%.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the financial performance of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk using the CAMEL method, namely Capital, Asset, Management, Earning, Liquidity. The sample in this study was the financial statements of BRI companies in 2018-2022. The type of data used was secondary data. Data collection was carried out using the documentation method, the data source was taken from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results showed that the performance of PT. BRI for the period 2018-2022 using the CAMEL method was in a healthy predicate. While from each aspect, namely the aspects of Capital(Capital), Asset aspects (Asset Quality), and Earning (Income) for 5 years are in a healthy manner. Meanwhile, the Management aspect for 4 years, namely 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2022, was in a fairly healthy predicate, while in 2021 it was in a healthy predicate. Liquidity in 2018 and 2019 was in a fairly healthy predicate, while from 2020 to 2022 obtained a healthy predicate.

Abstract

The background of this research is the low level of welfare of the people of Meken Detung Village, Kangae District, Sikka Regency, even though it has been supported by financial assistance in the form of village funds. The purpose of this study was to find out 1) the description of village fund management and community welfare and, 2) the influence of village fund management in improving the welfare of the people of Meken Detung Village, Kangae District, Sikka Regency. The research method uses an associative quantitative descriptive method. The population in this study was the village community of Meken Detung with a total sample of 84 people. Data were collected through questionnaires and descriptive analysis and inferential statistics, namely simple linear regression. Hypothesis testing was carried out through a t test with the help of the SPSS 25 software program. The results of this study indicate that the effect of village fund management in Meken Detung, Kangae District, Sikka Regency, that the independent variable has a positive and significant effect on improving people's welfare in Meken Detung Village, Kangae District, Sikka Regency.

Abstract

This study aim sto: (1) finding out the description of employees’ performance, works kills, and work experience, (2) analyzing the effect of Work Skills and Work Experience on employees’ performance either partially or simulataneously. The population in thisstuy were employees of Search and Rescue Agency Office Of Maumere as many as 40 people. Due to limited population, research was conducted by cencus or saturated sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics methods, namely multiple linear regression. Hyptohesis testing was done through the F test and t test. The result of the descriptive analysis shiwed that the performance variabkes of Employees, Work Skills and Work Experience were categorized as good. The result of the t-test statistic showed that the variables of Work Skills and Work Experience hads a positive and signigiciant eeffect on e’ployees’e performance as partially. The statistical result of the F test showed that simultaneously all independent variables had a significant effect on employees’ performance. The results of the analysis of determination showed that the two independent variables in this study were able to expla in the variation in the performance of the Maumere Search and Rescue Office employeesby 29.7%.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) To find out how the description of employee performance, work discipline and workload. (2) To determine the effect of work discipline and workload on employee performance either partially or simultaneously. The population in this study were 56 employees who worked at the Sikka Regency Planning and Research and Development Office. The sample used was the saturated sample technique so that the total sample size of less than 100 was used entirely by the researcher, namely 56 employees. The results of the descriptive statistical analysis show that employee performance, work discipline, and workload are categorized as good. The statistical results of the t-test show that partially the work discipline variable has a significant effect on employee performance. The statistical results of the F test show that work discipline and workload simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. The determination result is 0.715 which means that the contribution of work discipline and workload variables to employee performance is 51.2%.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the financial performance of the Pintu Air Credit Union of Kewapante Branch assessed based on financial rations. The samples in this research were balance reports and remaining results reports of the Pintu Air Credit Union of Kewapante Branch for the 2017-2021 period. The type of data used was secondary data. Data collection through documentation and interviews. The analysis technique used was the ratio of liquidity, solvency, profitability, and activity based on the Regulation of the Minister of Cooperatives and SMEs of the Republick of Indonesia Number 06/per/M.KUKM/V/2006 concerning guidelines for evaluating cooperatives with achievements or award cooperatives. The results revealed that the financial performance of Pintu Air Credit Union of Kewapante Branch for the 2017-2021 period as a whole had an average performance that was rated D “Not Good”. Meanwhile in each of the 5 years ratio, liquidity was in the category of unfavorable, solvency, and profitability were in the category of good enough, while activity was in the category of very good.

The population in this study were 38 employees of the Sikka Regency Regional Disaster Management Agency. Because the population is limited, this research was carried out by means of a census or saturated sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using deccriptive methods and inferential statistics, namely multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing is done through the F test and t test. The results of the descriptive analysis show that the variables of employee performance, professionalism and achievement motivation are categorized as good. The results of the t-test statistics show that partially the variables of professionalism and achievement motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The statistical results of the F test show that simultaneously the variables of professionalism and achievement motivation have a significant effect on employee performance. The results of the determination analysis show that the two independent variables in this study are able to explain the variation in the ups and downs of the performance of the employees of the Sikka Regency Regional Disaster Management Agency Office of 29.25%.

Abstract

This study aimed to: (1) determine the description of the physical work environment and work team on work performance (2) analyze the physical work environment and work team on work performance both partially and simultaneously. The population in this study was 30 employee participants at Cv Agung Mandiri Motor Maumere. Since the population was limited, this research was conducted by census or saturated sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical methods. namely multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing was done through the F-test and 1- test. The results of descriptive analysis showed that the variables of Work Achievement, Physical Work Environment, and Work Team were categorized as good. The results of the t-test statistics showed that partially the Work Environment variable had a positive and insignificant effect on Work Performance while the Work Team had a positive and significant effect on Work Performance. The statistical results of the F test showed that simultaneously all independent variables had a significant effect on Work Performance. The results of the determination analysis indicated that the two independent variables in this study were able to explain the variation in the rise and fall of Work Performance by 50%.
