Abstract

The background of this research was that the employees' performance at Wair Pu'an Municipal Waterworks of Sikka Regency had not been maximized. This research aimed to: (1) determine the description of employee performance, person-job fit, and person-organization fit; and (2) analyze the effect of person-job fit and person-organization fit on employee performance both partially and simultaneously. The population in this research were employees at Wair Pu'an Municipal Waterworks of Sikka Regency as many as 50 people. This research was conducted by census or saturated sampling due to limited population. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed through descriptive and inferential statistical methods, namely multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing was done through the F-test and t-test. The results of descriptive analysis showed that the variable of employee performance. person-job fit, and person-organization fit were categorized as good. The results of the t-test statistic indicated that partially the person-job fit and person-organization fit variables had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of the F-test statistic showed that simultaneously the person-job fit and person-organization fit variables significantly affected employee performance. The results of the determination analysis showed that the two independent variables in this research were able to explain the fluctuation of employee performance at Wair Pu'an Municipal Waterworks of Sikka Regency by 42.1%.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the effect of the work environment and work experience on the performance of CV employees. Nuri Tasikmalaya. The method used is a survey method with a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 40 respondents using a saturated sampling technique, the analytical method used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of simultaneous research work environment and work experience have a significant effect on employee performance. Partially, work environment variables have a significant effect on employee performance, and work experience variables also have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The issues discussed are product quality, price and promotion to reflect the relationship to product purchasing decisions at Societe Café Kediri. The population and samples taken were product-loving consumers who had purchased products at Societe Cafe Kediri. The analysis technique used is Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis and Hypothesis Testing. The research results show that product quality, price and promotion simultaneously have a significant influence on car purchasing decisions, this can be seen from the results of the F test, the F sig value is 0.000 < 0.05. The determinant coefficient value (R2) is 0.839. This can be interpreted that the independent variables (product quality, price and promotion) can explain the dependent variable (purchase decision) by 83.9%, while the rest is explained by other factors that were not studied such as purchasing service factors, service delivery, location and others. -other.

Abstract

This research discusses the influence of taste and product variety on case study consumer satisfaction at Café Kana Eatery Kediri. This research aims to find out and explain the results of the influence of taste and product variety on case study consumer satisfaction at Café Kana Eatery Kediri. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive. The population used in this research is Café Kana Eatery Kediri consumers from May to June 2023, totaling 75 people. The sample used in this research was 63 consumers of Café Kana Eatery Kediri who visited from 1 May to 30 June 2023. The sampling method used in this research used purposive sampling. Data processing in this research uses Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classic Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression, Determination Coefficient (R2), T Test and F Test. The results of this research are that Taste has a partial effect on Consumer Satisfaction with a significant value of 0.002 < 0.05. Product Variation has a partial effect on Consumer Satisfaction with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. Taste and Product Variety simultaneously influence Consumer Satisfaction with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

The research aims to analyze how much influence service quality, price and location have on consumer satisfaction. The research method used is a quantitative method. Quantitative analysis includes validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing through the T test and F test, as well as analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2). Effect of Service Quality, Price and Location on Consumer Satisfaction, the results showed with a coefficient value of 0.403 it can be seen that the service quality variable (X1), 0.433 is the price variable (X2) and 0.036 is the location variable (X3). Service quality (X1), price (X2) and location (X3) which have a strong relationship to customer satisfaction can be seen in the R Square value of 0.472, which indicates that the independent variables consisting of service quality, price and location can be explained by customer satisfaction 47.2% were able to explain the dependent variable, namely consumer satisfaction (Y) while the remaining 52.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research. The conclusion of this study is that service quality and price have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction at the Galunggung Shelter Coffee Shop, while location also has a significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to see the ability of the Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio to Return On Equity in the Construction and Building Sub-Sector listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the 2019 - 2021 period. Using financial reports obtained from the Indonesian Stock Exchange with purposive sampling as the sampling method in this research. This research uses panel data regression analysis, namely Descriptive Analysis, Statistical Analysis: Chow Test, Hausman Test, Lagrage Multipler Test, Prerequisite Test: Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Hypothesis Test: t Test, f Test and Determinant Coefficient Test with e-views program assistance10. The research results show that together the variables Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio have a simultaneous and significant effect on Return On Equity. The coefficient of determination test shows that it is 75% while the remaining 25% is influenced by other factors outside the research. Partially, the Current Ratio has no effect at 0.0446 and the t-statistic is 2.206494. Partially, the Debt to Equity Ratio has a positive and significant effect of 0.0632 and the t-statistic is -2.017908.

Abstract

BTN Cilegon Branch Office is a bank that provides mortgage products that are in demand by the public, especially those who don't have a place to live. However, as time goes by, many other banks provide KPR products, therefore the BTN Cilegon Branch Office is required to prepare more effective marketing strategies. The problem raised by the author in the context of this research is regarding how the marketing strategy for KPR BTN products is viewed from a SWOT analysis. The implementation of this research was at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) Cilegon Branch Office and utilizes qualitative research methods, namely by the author describing problems based on various existing data and then analyzing them to conclude. The results of this research are that the marketing of KPR products by Bank BTN Cilegon Branch Office uses an analysis strategy that combines two external and internal factors into the SWOT Matrix: SO Strategy, in the form of establishing communication with developers and potential customers. ST's strategy, namely finding the right and good marketing to promote KPR Sejahtera products compared to other bank marketing. WO's strategy, namely promoting to a wide audience by using its advantages as the largest mortgage disbursing bank in mortgage financing. WT's strategy is to provide good understanding to potential customers and provide marketing to market mortgage products more effectively.

Abstract

Numerous nations, especially developing nations like Indonesia, frequently struggle with poverty. The goal of this study is to determine whether the use of zakat funds may help people get out of poverty. Utilizing quantitative techniques in this study. The research used annual data from zakat funds and poverty between 2017 and 2021. To ascertain if zakat funds have an impact on poverty in Indonesia, this study applies regression analysis through OLS (Ordinary Least Squares) analysis. The study's findings demonstrate that zakat funds have a favorable and considerable impact on poverty.

Abstract

SWOT analysis is a marketing strategy that can be used in analyzing internal factors and external factors including strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in facing increasingly fierce competition in various business scopes, especially SMEs. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method using primary data based on the results of interviews with the owner of the UMKM Hoki Souvenir. Secondary data in this study were obtained from literature studies from journals, previous research and the internet. The results of this study are that there are weaknesses possessed by UKM Hoki Souvenir which result in threats that arise from outside so that the marketing strategy for UKM Hoki Souvenir still needs to be improved.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the impact of the variable Leadership on employee performance (Case Study of PT. Suconfindo Padang). to examine the impact of the variable Motivation on performance (Case Study of PT. Suconfindo Padang), to examine the impact of the Variable of Work Discipline on performance (Case Study of PT. Suconfindo Padang). Collecting data by distributing questionnaires to 38 respondents, by using test instrument test (validity test and reliability test), descriptive analysis, classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test) multiple linear regression and t test, with the help of the SPSS application. The results of the study show that leadership has a positive and significant impact on employee performance (Case Study of PT. Suconfindo Padang), motivation has a positive and significant impact on employee performance (Case Study of PT. Suconfindo Padang), work discipline has a positive and significant impact on employee performance employee performance (Case Study of PT. Suconfindo Padang).
