Abstract

This study aims to explore the compliance s employed by individual taxpayers. The research adopts a descriptive research model to understand the intricacies of taxpayer behavior. A purposive sampling technique is utilized to select participants with diverse backgrounds and experiences in tax compliance. Data analysis involves thematic analysis to identify patterns and themes in taxpayer behavior. The findings shed light on the various strategies individuals employ to fulfill their tax obligations, providing insights into factors influencing compliance behavior.

Abstract

This study explores adaptation strategies employed in entrepreneurial education during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research aims to understand the response mechanisms adopted by educational institutions and stakeholders to address challenges posed by the crisis. Employing a qualitative research design, semi-structured interviews and document analysis are utilized to gather data from educators, administrators, and entrepreneurs. Thematic analysis is employed to uncover patterns, emerging themes, and insights from the data. Results reveal innovative approaches such as virtual learning platforms, mentorship programs, and agile curriculum adjustments. Additionally, challenges such as digital divide and resource constraints are identified. This study contributes to the discourse on educational resilience during crises and offers insights for policymakers and educators in fostering adaptive learning environments.

Abstract

This research aims to explore sustainable digital marketing strategies for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) with a focus on redefining brand identity. The research employs a qualitative approach, utilizing in-depth interviews and thematic analysis. A purposive sampling technique is employed to select participants from diverse MSME backgrounds. Through rigorous thematic analysis, the study reveals insights into effective digital marketing strategies that align with sustainability goals while reshaping brand identities for MSMEs. The findings highlight the importance of authenticity, transparency, and social responsibility in crafting sustainable brand identities in the digital era. This research contributes to the understanding of practical strategies for MSMEs to thrive in the competitive digital marketplace while embracing sustainability principles.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) describe the workload, self-efficacy and performance of health workers at the Bola Health Center, Bola District, Sikka Regency; (2) analyzing the effect of workload and self-efficacy on the performance of health workers at the Bola District Health Center, Bola District, Sikka Regency, both partially and simultaneously. The population in this study was the health workers at the Bola Health Center, Bola District, Sikka Regency, totaling 50 people. Because the population is limited, this research was carried out by census or saturated sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive methods and inferential statistics, namely multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing was carried out through F and t tests. The results of the descriptive analysis show that the variables of health worker performance, workload and self-efficacy are categorized as quite good. The results of the t-test statistic show that partially the workload variable has no significant effect on the health worker performance variable, the self-efficacy variable has a significant effect on the health worker performance variable. The results of the F test statistic show that simultaneously the workload and self-efficacy variables have a significant effect on the performance of health workers. The results of the determination analysis showed that the two independent variables in this study were able to explain the variations in the ups and downs of the performance of health workers at the Bola Health Center, Bola District, Sikka Regency, amounting to: 86.2%.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the impact of intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the ethical attitudes of accounting students at Nusa Nipa University using quantitative methods. The research will focus on students enrolled in the accounting program from the 2020-2022 intake, with a total of 426 participants. The sample for this research comprised 81 accounting students who were the the subjects of the research. The findings indicate that intellectual intelligence(x1) and spiritual intelligence (x2) positively influence the ethical attitudes (y) of accounting Students At Nusa Nipa Univercity. However, emotional intelligence (x2) does not have an impact on the ethical attitudes (y) of accounting students at Nusa Nipa Univercity.

Abstract

This research addressed the purchasing decisions of Ikat weaving at Bliran Sina Workshop in Watublapi, Maumere, focusing on the influence of price and product quality. The objectives were twofold: (1) to assess the current landscape of price, product quality, and purchasing decisions in the local market, and (2) to analyze the individual and combined effects of price and product quality on these purchasing decisions.The research population comprised residents of Maumere town, with purposive sampling employed due to the infinite population size. Data were gathered through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics, particularly multiple linear regression. Hypotheses were tested using the F-test and t-test.Descriptive analysis reveals that variables related to purchasing decisions, price, and product quality are rated positively. The statistical findings from the t-tests indicate that both price and product quality significantly influence purchasing decisions of Ikat weaving at Bliran Sina Workshop, Watublapi, Maumere. Furthermore, the F-test confirmed that collectively, all independent variables exerted a significant impact on these purchasing decisions. Additionally, the determination analysis underscores the explanatory power of both variables in understanding fluctuations in purchasing decisions of Ikat weaving at Bliran Sina Workshop, Watublapi, Maumere.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of economic motivation, career motivation and educational costs on accounting students' interest in taking professional accounting education. This research uses an associative approach with a causal relationship and uses a quantitative approach. The sample was determined randomly by dividing the population into several subclasses with a sample size of 84 people. The results of this research indicate that economic motivation has no effect on accounting students' interest in pursuing professional accounting education. Career motivation influences accounting students' interest in participating in professional accounting education. Education costs do not influence accounting students' interest in participating in accounting professional education. It can be concluded that simultaneously Economic Motivation, Career Motivation and Education Costs have a significant effect on Accounting Students' Interest in Taking Accounting Professional Education

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction. The objectives of this study include an overview of product quality,service quality, and customer satisfaction at Daihatsu Maumere dealership, as well as identifying the effect of product quality on customer satisfaction and to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction, and the simultaneous effect of product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction at Daihatsu Maumere dealership.This research employed quantitative research where the data used in the research was primary data obtained directly in the field through interviews or questionnaires.The analysis method used was multiple linear regression analysis that aimed to test the relationship between product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction. The results showed that product quality had an impact on customer satisfaction. Service quality had a significant impact on customer satisfaction. In addition, the simultaneous analysis showed that product quality and service quality had a simultaneous effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to: (1) find out the picture of Purchase Decisions, Product Quality and Price; (2) analyze the influence of Product Quality and Price on Purchase Decisions both partially and simultaneously. The population in this study is Oppo mobile phone consumers who are domiciled in the Sikka Regency area. Because the population is not limited, 100 people were sampled. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive methods and inferential statistics, namely multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing is carried out through the F test and the t test. The results of the descriptive analysis show that the Purchase Decision variable is in the criteria is quite good, the Product Quality variable is in the good criteria, then the Price variable is in the good criteria. The statistical results of the t-test show that partially the Product Quality variable has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions. The results of the determination analysis showed that the two independent variables in this study were able to explain the variation of the up and down of Purchase Decisions at the Mustika Rivel Maumere Store by 54.9% while 45.1% was influenced by other factors outside the research variables.

Abstract

This research aimed to (1) understand the overview of Purchase Decisions, Product Quality, and Promotion; (2) analyze the influence of Product Quality and Promotion on Purchase Decisions both partially and simultaneously. The population in this research consisted of consumers of Packaged Drinking Water (PDW) of Rotat Mineral brand residing in Nita Sub-district, Sikka Regency. Due to the unlimited population, a sample of 100 people was taken. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive inferential methods, namely multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing was conducted using the F-test and t-test. The descriptive analysis showed that the variables of Product Quality, Promotion, and Purchase Decision were good. The t-test statistical results indicated that partially, Product Quality and Promotion variables had a positive and significant influence on Purchase Decisions. The F-test statistical results showed that all independent variables simultaneously significantly influenced Purchase Decisions. The determination analysis results showed the contribution of Product Quality and Promotion variables to the Purchase Decision of Packaged Drinking Water (PDW) brand Rotat Mineral at PT. Pintar Sumber Mineral (Case Study on Consumers in Nita Sub-district, Sikka Regency) was 26.9%, while other factors outsidc thc rescarch variables influcnccd thc rcmaining 73.1%.
