Abstract

This reserch aimed to analyze the effect of social media marketing and product quality one the purchhasing for Woven Fabric at Sanggar Bliran Sina. This research method was used quantitatively by involing 108 respondents, who were consumers of sanggar Bliran Sina. The sample was selected using purposive sampling method and data colllection was carried out throught filling out a questionnaire. Data analysis was done throught Multipple Linear Regresskion using 26 for Windowa softwere. The result showed that the social media marketing variable (X1) had no significan effect one the purchasing decision variable(Y). In contrash, the product quality variable partial the product quality varible (X2) had a subtantial effect one the purchasing decision variable (Y). The results of statistical tests based on Anova calculations showed that the F-count value of 66.332 with a significance value of 0.000. It can be concluded that the 2 independent variables, namely the social media marketing variable (X1) and product quality (X2) had a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y).

Abstract

This research aims to assess the services provided by the Detusoko Village Office based on public satisfaction Index. The research included participants who had received services at the Detusoko Village Office in 2023. The nonprobability sampling technique, specifically incidental sampling, was used for selecting the subjects. The primary and secondary data were used as the sources of information. Data collection methods included questionnaires, document studies, and interviews. The validity test used the Pearson Product Moment formula, and the reliability test used the Cronbach’s Alpha formula. The results revealed that the Public Satisfaction Index for the Detusoko Village Office services was 71.41, categorizing it as “Less Good”

Abstract

This study aimed to (1) determine of the effect of quality on purchasing decisions for Honda Beat motorbikes at Raja Jaya Motor Maumere dealers, (2) determine the effect of price on purchasing decisions for Honda Beat Motorbikes at Raja Jaya Motor Maumere dealers, (3) determine the effect of product quality and price on purchasing decisions for Honda Beat motorbikes at Raja Jaya Motor Maumere dealers. In this study, the research design used descriptive and associative methods through a quantitative approach. In this study. The sample size taken using the Slovin formula amounted to 100 respondents who came from consumers of Raja Jaya Motor Maumere dealers. The data was collected through the questionnaire and analyzed using inferential statistics, namely multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing is done through the T-test and F-test.The results of this study indicated that : (1) partially, the product quality variable had a significant effect on the purchasing decision variable (Y) with a count value of 3.198 > 1.98, (2) partially, the price variable had a significant effect on the purchasing decision variable (Y) with a calculated value of 4.045 > 1.95, (3) together, the two independent variables, namely the product quality variable (X1) and price (X2), had a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y) with an F-value of 50.611 > 3.09.

Abstract

This research was conducted to examine the effect of capital structure and profitability on the value of food and beverage manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.The population in this study was 12 and the research sample was 4 manufacturing companies the sampling technique in this study was purposive. Data analysis using classical assumption test with normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, and heteroscedasticity test. Correlation analysis and conduct multiple linear regression analysis hypothesis test. F statistical test and Tstatistical test. Descriptive analysis results : 1. DER showed that every RP 1 liability could be fulfilled with RP 0.8634596 total equaity 2. ROA obtained an average of 0.76771 of total assets 3. PBV had an average of RP 0.414877 of the total share price. The statistical results of the t-test showed that the capital structure (XI does not have a significant impact on the company’s value (Y). The results of the determination analysis (RZ) show that the capital structure and profitability variables can explain the variation in the rise and fall of the value of food and beverage manufacturing companies listed on the indonesia stock Exchange by 56%.

Abstract

This study aimed to (1) understand the overview of service quality and delivery timeliness concerning customer satisfaction; (2) analyze the influence of service quality and delivery timeliness on customer satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously. The population of this study consisted of 667 customers using JNE Maumere services. Using the Slovin formula, the sample size was determined to be 87 respondets. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive methods and inferential statistics, specifically multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing was conducted using the F- test and t-test. Descriptive analysis results indicated that the service quality variable was categorized as very good, the delivery timeliness variable as good, and the customer satisfaction variable as good. The t-test results showed that, partially, the service quality variable had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. In contrast, the delivery timeliness variable had a positive but not significant impact on customer satisfaction. The F-test results demonstrated that the service quality and delivery timeliness variables significantly influenced customer satisfaction. Determination analysis showed that service qulity and delivery timeliness accounted for 92.3% of the variation in customer satisfaction among JNE Maumere service users.

Abstract

This study aimed to (1 ) determine the description of Customer Loyalty, Service Quality, and Customer Satisfaction; (2) analyze the effect of Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty both partially and simultaneously.The population in this study were customers who received services at 90's Kid Barbershop Maumere. The sample in this study used the Cochran formula totaling 96 people. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descripive metro and inferential statistics namely multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing was cat out through the F test and t-test.The results of the descriptive analysis showed that the Customer Loyalty variable was in the good criteria, the Service Quality variable was in the fairly good criteria, and the Customer Satisfaction variable was in the good criteria. The statistical results of the t-test showed that the service quality variable partially did not have a significant effect on the customer loyalty variable. Furthernmore, partially the customer satisfaction variable does not significantly affect the customer loyalty variable. The results of the f-test statistics show that the service quality and customer satisfaction variables significantly affected customer loyalty. The results of the determination analysis show that the two independent variables in this study can explain that the level of relationship between the independent variables and customer loyalty is interpreted as low.

Abstract

This study aimed to (1) understand the overwiew of Employee Performance, Job Placement, and Workload; and (2) analyze the influence of job Placement and Workload on Enployee Performance, both partially and simultaneously. The population of this study consisted of employes of the Civil Service Police Unit and Fire Departement of Sikka Regency. Due to the limited population, this study was conducted using a census or sampling method , with 48 samples determined using Slovin’s formula. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical methods, specifically multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing was conducted F-tests and t-tests. The descriptive analysis results indicated that the Employee Performance variable was categorized as good, the job Placement variable was categorized as good, and the Workload variable was categorized as low. The t-test results showed that, partially, the job Placement variable had a positive but insignificant effect on Employee Performancee. Meanwhile, the Workload variable had a negative and insignificant effect on Employee Performance. The F-test results showed that, simultaneously, the job Placement and Workload variabels had a significant effect on Empolyee Performance. The coefficient of determination analysis showed that the two independent variabels in this study explained 15,3% of the variation in Empolyee Performance at the Civil Service Police Unit and Fire Depertement of Sikka Regency

Abstract

This research was grounded on the issue of the problem of employee performance at the Sikka Regency Regional Revenue Agency Office from the aspect of Work Supervision and Coordination. This research aimed : (1) determine the description of Employee Performance, Work Supervision, and Coordination (2) analyze the effect of Work Supervision and Coordinating on Employee Performance both partially and simultaneously.The population in this research was 50 employees of the Sikka Regency Regional Revenue Agency Affice. Using the slovin formula, the sample in this research was 50 employees. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive methods and inferential statistics, namely multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing was carried out through the F-test and T-test. The results of the descriptive analysis showed that the Employee Performance variable was in the good criteria, the Work Supervision variable was in the good criteria, and the Coordination variable was in the very good criteria. The statistical results of the t-test show that partially the Work Supervision variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Furthermore, the Coordination variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. The statistical results of the F-test showed that the Work Supervision and Coordination variables had a significant effect on Employee Performance simultaneously. The results of the determination analysis show that the two independent variables in this research can explain the fluctuation of Employee Performance at the Sikka Regency Regional Revenue Agency Office by 0,404%.
