Berdasar pada latarbelakang itulah seminar nasional dengan Tema “Peran Penelitian dalam Menunjang Percepatan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan di Indonesia” penting untuk dilakukan. Seminar ini diharapkan akan member motivasi dan inspirasi, terutama kepada pengabdi untuk melahirkan berbagai karya, produk dan konsep aplikatif, terutama terkait dengan produk berbasis akselerasi percepatan pembangunan nasional.

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji hubungan antar variabel kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja pengaruhnya terhadap kemampuan inovasi serta dampaknya pada kinerja karyawan bengkel motor di Kota Makassar. Adapun masalah penelitian ini adalah : 1) bagaimana pengaruh kepemimipinan transformasional, budaya organisasi, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kemampuan inovasi karyawan otomotif perbengkelan berskala kecil di Makassar, 2) bagaimana pengaruh kemampuan inovasi terhadap kinerja karyawan usaha perbengkelan berskala  kecil di Makassar, 3) bagaimana pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya organisasi, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan usaha otomotif perbengkelan berskala kecil di Makassar, dan 4) bagaimana pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja secara tidak langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan usaha otomotif perbengkelan berskala kecil melalui kemampuan inovasi di Makassar. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model persamaan struktur. Abstract

This research is a Classroom Action research which aims to improve the learning outcomes of Basic Engineering (PDTM) students of Technology State Vocational Schools in the city of Makassar. The object of this research is the eleventh-grade students of Las Technological Vocational High School in Makassar city which includes 10 Vocational High Schools, 3 Vocational High Schools, and 5 Vocational Schools. The data collection technique that used is through giving a test at the end of each cycle according to the material previously taught in each cycle and direct observation of the implementation of the action. The results of this study identified an increase in quantitative student learning outcomes; this increase was seen in the average score of student learning outcomes in the XI class of Las Engineering Technology Vocational High School in Makassar, for each welding class. In the welding class SMKN 10, the initial test of 65 increased in the first cycle of 71.45 which was then followed by the action of the second cycle of 77.71. In the welding class of Vocational High School 3, the initial test results 65.38 increased in the first cycle to 71.75 and in the second cycle increased with the test results of 77.5. Welding class Vocational High School 5 initial test obtained 69.64 increased in the second cycle of 75.18 then in the second cycle results obtained increased 81.07 Qualitatively there was a change in the activeness and attention of students during the implementation of the action that increased the activity of students in doing tasks, fostering courage students express their opinions, and create a pleasant learning process for students of Technology State Vocational Schools in Makassar City

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out:  (1) knowledge, attitudes, motivation, and behavior to provide healthy latrine before and after training, 2) the effect of training in increasing knowledge, attitudes, motivation, and behavior in providing people healthy latrine in Laringgi Village, Soppeng Regency. This research is an experimental research located in the village of Laringgi, Soppeng Regency. The amount of respondents are 25 households selected by the purposive sampling method. The variables considered are as follows: (a) behavior of providing healthy latrine, (b) knowledge about healthy latrine, (c) attitudes towards healthy latrine, and (d) motivation to provide healthy latrine before and after the experiment, (e) the effect of training on increased knowledge, attitudes, motivation, and behavior to provide healthy latrine. The experimental design used was one group pretest-posttest desigen. Analysis of the data used is descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The analysis model used is the independent t-test. The results of the study are as follows: (1) knowledge, attitudes, motivation, and behavior of the people in the village of Laringgi, Soppeng Regency, providing healthy latrine before being trained in the low category, after being trained in the very high category, (2) Training has a significant influence on increased knowledge, attitudes, motivation, and people behavior towards healthy latrine in the village of Laringgi, Soppeng Regency.

Abstract

The objectives to be achieved in this study are: 1) to find out how to develop labview-based practical media that can improve the achievement of industry-oriented competencies in vocational students; 2) To find out how lab design media design is based on labview so that it can improve the achievement of industry-oriented competencies in vocational students; 3) to find out how the results of the development of labview-based practical media applied to vocational students meet the criteria of valid, practical, effective, and efficient. The development model used in this study is the Plomp Development Model (2001) which uses five stages, namely (1) preliminary investigation, (2) design, (3) realization / construction (4) test, evaluation, revision and (5) implementation . From the results of the research and discussion described in the previous chapter, the following conclusions can be made. 1) The steps used in developing LabView-based practicum media are through a needs analysis of the completeness of practicum equipment available at Makassar Vocational High School 10, regarding the process of learning practice in schools, supporting factors for simulation-based learning in schools and student characteristics in schools; 2) The product produced in this study is LabView practical media-based learning; 3) The results of the assessment by material experts, media experts, and programming experts on LabView-based practicum media for media assessment obtained an overall overall score of 4.54 or a very good assessment while the Material aspect obtained a mean score with a score of 4.45 with very good ratings

Abstract

This study aims to find out empirically the level of forehand groundstroke skills in field tennis students at UNM FIK. The design of this study is a descriptive study. The population of this study were all students of FIK UNM and a sample of 28 male students. The method in this study uses survey methods and data collection techniques using tests and measurements. The instrument in this study used the Dyer tennis test that was relevant. With instrument validity between 0.85 and instrument reliability is 0.90. The data analysis technique of this study uses quantitative descriptive statistical analysis as outlined in the form of a percentage. The results of this study indicate that; detailed forehand groundstroke skill level of FIK UNM students from all 28 FIK UNM students, as follows: 3 students (10.7%) very low category; 4 students (14.3%) are in the low category; 11 students (39.3%) were in the medium category; 9 students (32.1%) were in the high category; and 1 student (3.6%) is in the very high category. Thus it can be concluded that the forehand groundstroke skill level is in the medium category

Abstract

This article describes the importance of the socio-cultural movement in an effort to strengthen the Indonesian spirit in the midst of increasingly globalized relations between nations. Admittedly, there is a kind of anxiety over Indonesia that is plural and multicultural in the verge of fighting among fellow children of the nation because of disagreements in the management of national and state life. The founders of this nation have taken pains to frame Indonesia in one knit together by setting aside differences. Therefore, when the ideals of the founders of this nation must be buried with ideas that negate the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia based on Pancasila, all efforts and efforts must be mobilized to contain it. The majority Muslim community in this country must take the role of maintaining the sovereignty of the Indonesian state while still striving to advance the nuances of humanity and avoid the path of violence so that Islam can show its existence as a blessing for all life.

Abstract

Research on the study of the blood types of South Sulawesi athletes at the 2016 PON XIX in West Java. The population in this study were South Sulawesi athletes who won medals in the 2016 PON XIX in West Java using a purposive sampling technique of 23 athletes. This type of research is a type of descriptive research with a blood type survey method. Data from the results of this study were analyzed using the percentage formula. Based on these results, the results obtained from the percentage of blood groups of South Sulawesi athletes who won medals in PON XIX in West Java in 2016 with the number of athletes winning medals as many as 23 athletes, namely Blood Type O, with athletes percentage of 60.87% or 14 medal-winning athletes, Blood Type A with an athlete percentage of 34.78% or 8 medal-winning athletes, AB blood group with an athlete percentage of 4.35% or 1 medal-winning athlete and not a rolling athlete. Based on the results above, it can be concluded that the group that is more dominant in South Sulawesi athletes who won medals in the 2016 PON XIX in West Java is blood type O (14 athletes) and blood group A (8 athletes).

Abstract

This study aims to obtain a picture related to the internalization of the Raodatul Mujaddid institute on spiritual intelligence for students at the Faculty of Engineering, Makassar State University and to make suggestions on classical guidance topics to improve students' spiritual intelligence. This research is a descriptive research with survey method. The research subjects consisted of 50 people taken with a simple randomized system that is homogeneous. The research instrument used was a questionnaire that revealed things that were internal to the Da'wah Raodatul Mujaddid Institute of Engineering at the Makassar State University related to the level of spiritual intelligence of students which included several signs of spiritual intelligence, namely flexible, high awareness, ability to deal with suffering , the ability to deal with pain, the quality of life inspired by a vision based on norms and unwillingness to do harmful things, and a tendency to be independent. The data analysis technique used is the categorization of students' intelligence at the Makassar State University Faculty of Engineering based on Azwar's criteria, that there are three levels of student intelligence, namely, low, medium and high. The results showed that with the activities carried out by the Da'wah Raodatul Mujaddid Mentors, there were no 2018-2019 students who had low intelligence, but from the research subjects who were respondents that 29 students had moderate intelligence and 21 students who have a high level of intelligence. Based on the distributed questionnaire items showed that the level of intelligence of students in general is still in the medium category so that researchers propose classical guidance that is appropriate for their improvement.

Abstract

Abstract. This research will be carried out at Makassar State University, focusing on Management Collaboration in the UNM Matching Fun program with the Industrial and Business World. This study will analyze the Effectiveness of Managing Collaboration in the kedaireka Collaboration program. All data or materials used to support the research to be carried out cover every aspect related to the research problem. This study aims to analyze the Managing Collaboration in the Kedaireka Collaboration program at Makassar State University. This research understands the phenomena originating from the implementation of the Collaboration program. Therefore, the researcher chose to use a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis methods, with the consideration that a qualitative approach is a research procedure that seeks to describe the views, perceptions of the researcher as a whole related to the data obtained in the field. Researchers are more dominant in conducting qualitative research in the nature of case studies with the aim of obtaining a more authentic understanding of the collaboration program, namely the Kedaireka program. In addition, qualitative case study research understands phenomena from the participant's point of view, the social and institutional context, which are considered to be very suitable for the problem to be studied. The results of his research indicated that the Kedaireka mutching fun program was running effectively and was able to provide a space for collaboration for Makassar State University lecturers. Kata Kunci: Managing Collaboration, Kedaireka, Matching Fund

Abstract

Abstrak. This study aims to improve learning outcomes of science subjects on the subject of Environmental Pollution, VII D grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Balla, using The Learning Cell method. This type of research is an experimental inquiry research which is realized in the form of Classroom Action Assessment (CAR). The data collection method used is observation of the learning process, and at the end of each learning process, a test is carried out to determine the success of the learning process. Analysis technique is descriptive qualitative with plot method. The flow that is passed in qualitative data analysis includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that: The use of The Learning Cell learning method on the subject of Environmental Pollution in science subjects for class VII D SMP Negeri 1 Balla, there was an increase in student activity and learning outcomes gradually, seen in terms of: participation, interest, and ability as well as an increase the learning outcomes, which are shown in the learning outcomes of the first cycle which are still far from expectations, (only 26%) are completed, but have increased in the second cycle by 84% which are completed and the remaining 16% are not completed. Kata Kunci: Improvement, Learning Outcomes, The Learning Cell
