Perguruan tinggi seharusnya terpanggil untuk menjawab tantangan-tantangan di atas melalui pelaksanaan darma ketiga pengabdian pada masyarakat, dan panggilan tersebut sejauh ini sudah banyak dilakukan namun program-program yang betul-betul pokus pada sasaran masih perlu diperbaiki, terutama mengeksplor potensi ekonomi kreatif yan gsejak lama ada dan sedang tumbuh di masyarakat. Berdasar pada latarbelakang itulah seminar nasional dengan Tema “Peran Penelitian dalam Menunjang Percepatan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan di Indonesia” penting untuk dilakukan. Seminar ini diharapkan akan member motivasi dan inspirasi, terutama kepada pengabdi untuk melahirkan berbagai karya, produk dan konsep aplikatif, terutama terkait dengan produk berbasis akselerasi percepatan pembangunan nasional.

Abstract

This research aimed to know the physique components and self-confidence toward the ability of dribble a ball in football game of students at SDN Madello, Barru.  This research was a descriptive research with two variables used in this research, they were: independent variable which were physique components (balance, speed, and agility) and self-confidence. While dependent variable was the ability to dribble a ball.The population of this research was all of the boys students in class IV and V at SDN Madello, Barru with the numbers were 30 students. The technique to take sample that was used in this research was purposive sampling technique. Purposive sampling technique is “the determination of the sample with a particular consideration”.  From the results of the determination of the sample, the researcher took the boys students in class IV and V were 30 students. Date analysis technique was a single correlation (r) and binary correlation (R) using the SPSS Version System 20.00 at significant level 95% or (α) = 0.05. This research was done in SD N Madello, Barru Jln. Sultan hasanuddin Makassar 110 km. Madello. Balussu, Barru. Based on the data analysis, it is obtained: (1) there was a significant contribution to physique components toward the ability of the dribble a ball in football game of students at SDN Madello, Barru with value R count (Ro) = 0.765 (P (0.000) > 0.05) with the value of the contribution amounted to 58.5%. (2) There was a significant contribution to confidence toward the ability of the dribble a ball in football game of students at SDN Madello, Barru with value R count (Ro) = 0.705 (P (0.000) > 0.05) with the value of the contribution amounting to 50.2%. (3) There was a significant contribution to physique components and self- confidence toward the ability of the dribble a ball in football game of students at SDN Madello, Barru. It was proved the value of R (Ro) count = 0.865 (P (0.000) < 0.05) with the value of the contribution amounted to 74.9%.

Abstract

Abstract. Parallelism in the form of words, phrases, and sequences in sentences is one of the very basic parts to explore the meaning of the contents of the text. The advantage of this research is that it emphasizes parallelism in the form of words, phrases, and series of sentences. The research data is in the form of tourism texts for Indonesian Language and Literature Education students, Faculty of Language and Literature, Universitas Negeri Makassar. The research was carried out for 7 months in 2022. The focus is on the nuances of parallelism with the design of the text study. Data collection technique is documentation. The data obtained in the field are described and analyzed based on content analysis which includes nuances of tourism text parallelism from the aspect of word parallelism, phrase parallelism, sentence series parallelism. The results of the study show the nuances of parallelism at the word level, there are 15 parallelisms, at the phrase level there are 8 parallelisms, and at the sentence series only 5 parallelism levels. The lack of use of parallelism in student tourism texts is evidence that students do not yet have adequate knowledge in writing tourism texts that contain parallelism. Parallelism of tourism texts in the form of the word alteration’pergantian’, even though’meski’, maintained ‘terawat’, travel ‘perjalanan’; phrases high cliff ‘tebing-tebing tinggi’, hot water’air panan’; series in the sentence Galung waterfall ‘air terjun Galung’.   Keywords: Nuance, Parallelism, Words, Phrases, And Sentences

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini  bertujuan mengungkap konstruksi eufemisme dalam teks kesehatan fisik pada mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Makassar. Konstruksi sebagai suatu rangkaian yang membangun kata, frasa, dan kalimat sehingga tampak diksi dengan makna secara khusus. Keunggulan karena dapat memberikan pengetahuan kepada pembaca mengenai makna eufemisme dan sekaligus menjadi acuan dalam pengajaran  majas eufemisme yang berkaitan dengan kesehatan fisik manusia. Data penelitian  berupa kata atau  frasa dalam kalimat dari teks kesehatan fisik mahasiswa Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia Fakultas Bahasa dan Sastra  Universitas Negeri Makassar sejumlah 110 mahasiswa. Teknik  pengumpulan data adalah dokumentasi yang dilaksankan selama 8 bulan. Data dianalisis secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian yaitu teks kesehatan fisik yang dibuat mahasiswa hanya 34 teks yang memenuhi syarat dengan konstruksi eufemisme: (1) terjadinya konstruksi satu kata belekan  untuk penyakit mata, stroke sebagai penyakit kronis yang tidak mengenal usia, bakteri yang sangat sensitif dengan bayi; (2) konstruksi dua kata tak bersahabat sebagai upaya perawatan kulit yang dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan jasa yang tersedia; (3) konstruksi satu kata menjadi dua kata pasien dari diksi  orang sakit bagi yang mengalaminya; (4) konstruksi satu kata menjadi tiga kata kardiorespirasi dengan  proses metabolisme tubuh yang jika diabaikan oleh seseorang dapat berdampak bagi kesehatan; (5) konstruksi tiga kata menjadi satu kata penurunan berat badan menjadi diet yang sering membuat seseorang tidak percaya diri. Kata Kunci: Konstruksi, Eufemisme, Kesehatan Fisik, Kategori

Abstract

This study aims to examine the model of school dropout rates for compulsory children in South Sulawesi Province using the Generalized Poisson Regression approach. The type of research used is applied, namely the application of nonlinear regression models. The data that will be used for this research is secondary data obtained from government agencies, namely the Central Statistics Agency of South Sulawesi Province. The response variable used is the number of dropouts in compulsory education and the predictor variable of the ratio of students to the number of schools, the ratio of students to teachers, the percentage of poor people, population density and average length of schooling. The results showed that the best model based on the criteria of AIC was a model that involved all predictor variables in the model, but because the data observed were overdispersed cases so that the dropout rate modeling in South Sulawesi used Poisson regression model said to be unfit for use.  Based on the model obtained, it can be said that the variables that significantly influence the model are the ratio of students to teachers, the number of poor people, population density, and the average length of schooling.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran pelaksanaan pendidikan dan pelatihan di BLKI Makassar serta efektivitas pendidikan dan pelatihan membordir di BLKI Makassar. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dokumentasi, wawancara dan angket. Subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik yang mengikuti pelatihan khusus bidang kejuruan bordir yaitu sebanyak 16 orang dan instruktur 1 orang, sedangkan objek penelitiannya adalah efektivitas pendidikan dan pelatihan di BLKI Makassar. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah kualitatif. Hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa gambaran pelaksanaan pendidikan dan pelatihan di BLKI Makassar sangat efektif dilihat pada proses pelaksanaanya, dengan menggunakan pengukuran skala likert yang mengacu pada unsur-unsur yang terdapat dalam suatu pelatihan seperti peserta, pelatih/instruktur, lamanya latihan, materi (bahan latihan), metode pelatihan, serta media pelatihan. Sedangkan untuk tingkat efektivitas pendidikan dan pelatihan membordir di BLKI Makassar dapat dikatakan efektif. Sesuai dengan tanggapan responden yang dianalisis berdasarkan rumus persentase dengan skor yang diperoleh sebesar 79,45% kemudian diukur dengan menggunakan pengukuran skala likert berada pada interval 76%-100% dengan pengkategorian sangat efektif. Selama proses pelatihan, mereka mengalami banyak perubahan, meliputi peningkatan pada aspek kognitif, afektif dan psikomotor dan telah berhasil mencapai tujuannya, sehingga nantinya lulusan BLKI Makassar telah berkompeten dan memiliki daya saing di dunia kerja. Abstract

Abstract. Speaking skills are an important aspect for every individual to develop themselves socially and professionally. From the social side, speaking skills will help individuals establish harmonious relationships with other individuals/ groups for a variety of interests. From a professional perspective, speaking skills as part of communication skills are key factors that support career success. Inter-student conflict is one of the social problems facing universities today, mainly in South Sulawesi. Data shows that during 2003–2011 there were 60 student conflicts. Politeness values that grow from cultural roots can be used to build mutual respect, respect, and tolerance between students through lectures on speaking skills. Conflict resolution is one aspect that can be instilled through learning activities. From various approaches to conflict resolution education, the most essential goal is to instill awareness in students of the importance of establishing humanitarian interactions and relations and actively involving them in resolving conflicts. To prevent conflict, everyone should understand the culture and ways of communicating that apply in certain community groups. Learning language skills, especially speaking skills, is one of the media for planting anti-conflict values. Through learning politeness-based speaking skills, students can develop themselves to communicate politely and with dignity to avoid conflict.

Abstract

The low level of critical thinking skills of students, namely the average value of students doing interpretation, analysis, and inference in a row of 1.53, 1.15, and 1.52. Though the demands of the curriculum, both the 2006 and 2013 curriculum explicitly found keywords in core competencies and basic competencies such as scientific behavior (including curiosity, objectivity, honesty, thoroughness, meticulous, diligent, careful, responsible, open, critical, creative, innovative and caring for the environment), conducting experiments and discussing, analyzing, presenting data and graphics. This means that the Indonesian Curriculum explicitly states that critical thinking skills as future competencies must be taught to students to answer the challenges of globalization and be able to adapt to change and respond to the demands of the 21st century. Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan Modul Supervisi Akademik bagi Pengawas Madrasah pada Lingkungan Kementerian Agama. Dimana, penelitian ini peneliti mengambil sampel pada Balai Diklat Keagamaan. Sedangkan masalah pada penelitian ini adalah; Bagaimana kepraktisan modul supervisi akademik pendidikan dan pelatihan pengawas madrasah berbasis distance learning dengan menggunakan google class room? Selain itu, penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Penelitian Pengembangan dengan Pendekatan 4 D (Define, Design, Develop, dan Desiminate). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan tingkat kepraktisan penggunaan modul supervisi akademik pada diklat pengawas madrasah berbasis distabce learning dengan menggunakan Google class room berdasarkan Uji coba Modul Supervisi Akademik (MSA) pada aspek keterlaksanaan diperoleh skor rata-rata 1,74 atau dinilai terlaksana seluruhnya (1,5 ≤ KM ≤ 2,0) yang berarti bahwa aspek keterlaksanaan kegiatan belajar diklat pengawas madrasah terlaksana seluruhnya. Kemampuan widyaiswara mengelola pembelajaran diperoleh Secara keseluruhan pada setiap aspek, dari hasil pengamatan pada kegiatan belajar, diperoleh skor rata-rata 3,63 atau dinilai sangat tinggi (3,5 ≤ KM ≤ 4,0) yang berarti bahwa secara keseluruhan Widyaiswara mampu mengelola kegiatan belajar supervisi akademik pada diklat pengawas madrasah berada pada kategori sangat tinggi. Selanjutnya respon peserta terhadap kegiatan belajar supervisi akademik pada diklat pengawas madrasah, diperoleh skor rata-rata 3,56 dengan persentase 88,91 yang berarti bahwa respon peserta terhadap kegiatan belajar supervisi akademik pada diklat pengawas madrasah berada pada respom yang sangat tinggi. Sedangkan respon widyaiswara terhadap kegiatan belajar supervisi akademik pada diklat pngawas madrasah, diperoleh skor rata-rata 3,450 dengan persentasi 86,25 %. dengan demikian secara kesuluhan, modul supervisi akademik terlaksana dengan kategori sangat praktis. Kata Kunci: Kepraktisan Modul, Suprvisi Akademik, Pelatihan Jarak Jauh, Pengawas Madrasah

Abstract

This research is a type of quantitative research through a one group pretest-posttest design experimental approach that aims to find out; The effect of part and whole methods on the learning outcomes of the floor gymnastic headstand on the students of Pomalaa 1 Middle School. The population is all students of Pomalaa 1 Middle School. The sample used was grade III students as many as 30 people. The sampling technique is Proportionv Sampling. Data collection techniques in this study used the test. The instrument used in this study was a performance test of the floor gymnastic headstand motion. Data analysis techniques used the t test analysis and had previously been tested for normality and homogeneity through the SPSS 21 program at a significant level α = 0.05. Based on the analysis of the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that: there is a significant influence of the part and whole method on the learning outcomes of the floor gymnastic headstand students of Pomalaa 1 Middle School with a tcount of -15,397 with a significance value of 0,000 <0.005. The mean value of the headstand learning outcomes of the initial floor exercise or pre-test was 64.13 while the post-test rose to 79.77.

Abstract

Sebagai sebuah rumpun etnis besar di Indonesia, suku Bugis-Makassar memiliki kebudayaan warisan leluhur mereka. Kawali atau Badik merupakan senjata khas yang merupakan hasil pewarisan budaya sebagai suku yang banyak membentuk entitas peradaban di seluruh nusantara. Kawali merupakan salah satu senjata khas dan merupakan benda yang sangat disakralkan baik pada sebuah komunitas maupun bagi setiap individu. Penelitian ini menggali kesejarahaan artefak yang menitik beratkan pada morfologi bentuk Kawali yang unik dan sangat identik dengan suku Bugis-Makassar sehingga dapat diperoleh pola dalam mengidentifikasi wilayah-wilayah dalam lingkup etnis Bugis-Makassar berdasarkan Kawali atau Badik yang digunakan terkait tata ungkah simbolik. Menggunakan metode kajian morfologi bentuk diharapkan penelitian ini dapat mengidentifikasi senjata khas identikal suku Bugis-Makassar. Kata kunci: maksimum 5 kata kunci, pisahkan dangan tanda koma.
